If you value your life. Don't go here.
I have had the unfortunate opportunity of having two different family members need the care of a rehabilitation center; and if I had to choose any location over and over again it would be union plaza!! The team of staff and attention to care was amazing. I felt so comfortable leaving my family in their hands knowing they would be well taken care of. Thank you to Debbie and her team for always making us feel comfortable and assuring us that our family was in the best hands. You never want to see you family need rehab but if anyone does, union plaza is the place to be!
My uncle was sent here to recover from respiratory distress. When My aunt came to visit him he was covered in food and his own waste. It was so bad they had to cut the sheets off of him, and they wouldn't allow her to call 911 right away. He's now in the hospital DYING because of their negligence. He didn't receive oxygen he needed to recover or any sort of care. This place is disgusting and I hope they get everything coming to them.

EDIT: He passed away in the hospital less than 36hrs after leaving this place. Yelp has this place at 2 stars, it's for a reason.
Matt did a great Job doing the fair tues night last month. Great refreshments 50/50. It was a very nice fair meeting new vendors . All The staff at Clove lakes are extremely Nice to us. We Deeply appreciate it I Give Clove lakes 5 stars In all Departments. Thank you again
I spent 5 days last week with the team at Palomar Health Rehabilitation Center and each part of their team did an incredible job helping me to get mobile again. After an ugly bike accident on Del Dios Highway and 7 days at Palomar Health Hospital -- I moved to Palomar Rehab. The Therapists were tremendous -- all working persistently and creatively to get me back on my feet. The nursing staff helped me through a very difficult and painful stretch and patiently took care of my every need or request. Finally, the team of doctors spent time with me answering all my questions and helping me understand my path to recovery. Amazing.
Dear Union Plaza Doctors, Nurses & staff,
Thank you so much for caring for our dad SSK. We would like to express our profound gratitude for the exceptional care that you gave him as well as the excellent communication. As an ICU RN and a Physician, we were truly amazed by how caring and attentive you were. A truly outstanding place.
The entire staff at Palomar were very helpful and kind. My nurse Wendy was very nice! Dr Shah and Dr. B we’re able to answer all my questions and were great to work with. Jesse was my PT and he helped a lot with my exercises and pushed me to work hard in my recovery. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to undergo rehab at this facility.
Following a catastrophic fall and needing neck surgery I was lucky enough to go here. I was blown away by the modern facilities, private room, etc. having spent some not so pleasant times in facilities with an elderly parent. The therapists, doctors and nurses were very kind and supportive as I struggled with something as simple as walking. 7 weeks later on January 1st I went on my first mini hike, all the while being reminded of what my therapists told me. Thank you Richard, Dr's Patel, B, Shah and the amazing nurses who were so supportive, April, Gerry, I cannot remember all their names and all the therapists names. The journey is ongoing and will take a while but so much progress from the start here following surgery.
I wish I could give this place Zero stars. It was the worst 2 days ever before we got my parent out of there. Beware of the promises Jane makes to you. She’s a sales person looking to fill beds. Everything she told us was a lie. They were un attentive to my elder parent. They basically put him in a bed in a dirty room and forgot about him. I could go on and on, but there is nothing redeeming about this place. Stay away!!!
Wonderful staff. Jane Yeh, Chris Leung, Nurse Han, Nurse Joe, Nurse Stella among others were very caring and pleasant when my mom was at Union Plaza. I did research and Union was the better one.
Great place, wonderful rehabilitation. The nurses are great! Except for some small speed bumps, (sometimes lack of nurses to help the patients, this place incredible. 19 out of 19 stars. I think this is the best place here ny to get healed.
If there is anyone who is on the fence about coming here, then I want to be the first to say that you should come here. The staff is the friendliest even compared to those expensive hospitals in NYC. the clove lake staff is A Number one, with me. No worries at all.
We were surprised... We never expected such great service. My wife broke her leg just below the knee. She broke both bones and required surgery. We were expecting at least 4 weeks of intensive rehab but the staff, combined with my wife's stubbornness and determination, got her released in 9 days. The staff worked miracles. If you need intensive rehab then consider this place.

Now for the staff, she had many people working with her and each and every one went above and beyond. For that my family and I are greatful. Her only complaint was they kept waking her up in the middle of the night to take her vitals. I told her to put a sock in it. But she knew the importance of these actions so she only complained to me.

These people were fantastic and highly recommended but I pray we never have to use them again. For us once is enough.

This place is an amazing. They genuinely helped save my life. They put so much work into me, and gave me hope when I was at my most hopeless. Therapy staff, nursing staff, counseling staff, and administrative staff were great in so many ways. I can't complain at all, the food was even good. If you have a loved one with a severe injury, this is the best rehab center around!
while spending two weeks at Palomar, rehab Institute, I received the utmost professional and friendly care from their doctors and staff. I couldn’t have asked to be anywhere else, the OT, the PT, the nursing staff the doctors provided stellar care. I will always remember the caring nurses personal care, the friendly chats and the smiles and encouragements thank From the bottom of my heart, I will always remember you fondly
My first time here as a vendor during the Center's Holiday Market on Tues, Dec 19., selling my jewelry collection (Touchstone Crystal, a Swarovski Company.) Matt McGuire made me feel welcome. He introduced me to a several attendees and staff. He checked in on me and others during the event to make sure we had what we needed. All in all, a very pleasant and successful event for me. Looking forward for a repeat visit.
My aunt has been here at Clove Lakes Rehabilitation for a few months now. The environmental service supervisor specifically Anthony Romano is a warm, kind & welcoming person. He makes my aunt feel so comfortable and reassured and he continues to do so. The room is always checked, consistently making sure it is at its best. Mr Romano comes in on a daily basis and checks her room and I'm sure others, that they are for sure kept up to par. He regularly asks my aunt how she is doing and if she is in need of anything. My 5 stars for this facility is mostly based upon my encounters with Mr Romano. As I see his abilities, caring, nurturing and outstanding work performance as such an asset to this facility.
Mom Has been in C.L for over one year overall we have experienced a good care review 3 We Sincerely recommend improvements that MUST be made to ensure better quality and overall better reviews.. A. Overnight shift must be better supervised and have appropriate staffing Mom has been left laying in Urine for hours without anyone answering Patient call button and Passing on duties to next shift is completely unacceptable!! B) Food needs a major make over I have witness uncooked portions and dirty trays. C) some of New workers needs better training and should not be hired just to fill a position.. Morning shifts at least on my mom floor get good reviews very proactive, Evening shifts get fair reviews. Some staff are of 5star plus and deserve outstanding Accolades....These improvements will make C.L a better living experience maybe even 5stars
My 83 years old mother-in-law has been living in Union Plaza for almost 5 years. Our family are very happy with the services has been provided to her. Union Plaza has very good staffs: Nurses, nutritionist, assistant nurses, care assistants, administrative staff and other professionals all of them are very trained. They have been provided exceptional care and services to the seniors. I am giving 5 stars review to the Union Plaza. I think Union Plaza is one of the best senior care in Flushing. I am highly recommended to anyone.
This is the first rehab/nursing home experience our family has had. My mother, 74, needed three weeks of rehab after knee replacement surgery. We selected Union Plaza due to its high rating on Google, location, and availability of a single room that was covered by medicare. The admissions process was smooth; we had a single point of contact (Vivian) who was very communicative and efficient. The facility had in-house physical therapy facility and my mother received PT every weekday.
My mom had a visit to her surgeon's office mid-stay, and was (unprompted) accompanied by an aide staff for the whole visit and transport, which was also arranged wholly by the administration dept. Her surgeon indicated that her recovery is going very well, so the rehab care my mother received at the Union Plaza was effective. The facility had a few single rooms while most on the rehab floor were doubles, but nevertheless many of the double rooms had single occupants so there are options. The facility is conveniently located in northwest Queens and the Whitestone Bridge (Bronx). Importantly they have a free parking lot with open spaces every time we went to park - this is a big deal given how busy its location is. As the family, from the moment we walked in we were treated with utmost courtesy and compassion. The facility was safe and hygienic during the entirety of my mother's stay. At discharge, I lost count of how many people knew my mother by name and said goodbye as we left, as they seemingly knew all the other patients as well. A wide variety of staff were continuously attending to all aspects of care, from diet to cleanliness, and of course proving her meds. Many of the staff regularly went above and beyond in addressing my mother's needs and preferences, which is noteworthy because she is particular (we're Indian) and the period after the surgery was nerve-wracking for her. I'll call out Ms. Josephine for being so committed; when my mom was in pain or had poor mood (to which she is prone), or when she needed to go to the bathroom, or practice a walk, and even out to the car as we drove away, she provided physical assistance but also emotional support and outright affection, which had a big impact on my mom's take on the whole experience. They lave a large, active, and accessible social worker staff who is on point in reporting medical status and changes, and coordinating the in-house care/follow-up care as well. The care manger (I believe Alex/Andrew) was overwhelmingly helpful in addressing smallest details regarding my mom's stay, such as reminding me to log out of Netflix on the room's Smart TV on the way out. I didn't understand where he (and others for that matter) got their energy, and indeed I don't have an explanation other than genuine compassion. As for criticisms, the food was generally of good quality and supply albeit similar to hospital food and adherent to dietary restrictions. The floor we were on could use a fresh coat of paint but is was basically fine aesthetically, albeit not luxurious (to set expectations). The bathrooms are very clean and the custodial worker on the 2nd floor was cheerful and generally wonderful. We had one incident with a difficult aide who seemingly was not informed on my mother's condition, and made some big mistakes in care. We reported it and it was dealt with immediately, the individual apologized profusely and we have not seen her since. Given all the other positives of the stay and medical care, I did not find it fair to deduct a star given this isolated incident. It is very clear these folks try very very hard alongside truly caring. It is hard to find this level of care in such a difficult line of work as caring for the elderly, and the level of execution that Union Plaza demonstrated over three weeks is remarkable given how difficult a business it is in.
My mother has been a resident at Clove Lakes for almost a year. She had a massive stroke last December, and is undergoing rehabilitation. Despite her age of 93, she’s been showing substantial progress. Her speech is slowly reinstating. Her understanding is improving. Her motions are more coordinated and balanced. I am grateful to the staff of Clove Lakes for these results and for giving us a hope of further recovery for my mother.
I chose this facility in February of 2023 for my father because they had on site dialysis and there were such great reviews online. I had a horrible experience with this facility. The only explanation I have is that many of these reviews must be fake.

I was not impressed by anything at this facility. It could use a major upgrade. The rooms and hallways and entire facility are very old and outdated. The care was subpar as well.

My father had horrible dreams while at this facility and his whole demeanor changed after leaving this place. I would avoid at all costs.
Excellent all around. Very clean, new, modern, high-end resort type of place. Dr. Patel is an excellent Dr. He was attentive to my needs and concerns and followed up with me daily. Was on top of my meds, and always treated me like a person of value not just a patient. Dr. Zuleta was also great and made sure I was on the right track to recovery.
The staff is great, from the nurses, PT, OT, SPL, and COTA, shout out to Richard, MY PT, he is tough yet caring and efficient. Also Sam, Carlos, and Diane. They all got me walking again, and woke up my muscles after 40 days in the hospital on my back. Within a week I was walking again. There are more of them. The whole crew here at Palomar Health Rehabilitation Institute is incredibly awesome. It's very rare where I can say all the nurses here and CNAs were all my favorite but they all were fantastic with me. I highly recommend this place, they are new but let me say, they got their stuff together and excel over any other institute out there. Truly, and sincerely a great place to recover.
Sincerely,
Rachel Almodóvar
Ataliya Yocheved Shlomit was born here, we received wonderful care. My birth plan was respected, except for where it conflicted with hospital regulations. I do wish I was able to move around to help manage labor pain like they allowed me at GW hospital in DC with my previous daughter. We did have a hiccup when the pipes burst over our bed, the nurses came immediately, and moved us along with all our things to another room. I was also provided cloth diapers once they knew I was cloth diapering. We visited GMBC from June 6, 2021 I til June 9th, 2021. I was allowed to labor naturally with monitoring. It was a challenge not being able to manage my labor pain like I wanted and them not allowing me to deliver my baby in a position that was comfortable for me. On my back and sitting up is definitely not the best way to labor. For that reason I wouldn’t go back. The main reason I chose to give birth here due to low c-section rate, which for that main reason I am glad I chose to give birth there.
If i could give this 0 stars i would, definitely don’t bring your loved one here. They definitely don’t care about any of there patients and Social worker Jane has horrible attitude! Stay away! Worst nursing home ever.

Following up on the message back,

Um no thank you, your staffs are all unprofessional and have horrible attitude. There is nothing to talk about. The way you treated my loved one says it all!!!!! The NERVE. I STRONGLY ADVISE U GUYS TO RECONSIDER IF UR THINKING OF BRINGING UR LOVED ONE HERE. They are HORRIBLE. Can’t believe I experienced this. Felt so bad for my family member. Unbelievable! I kid you not Jane the social worker has horrible customer service and does not care about her elderly. This nursing home definitely need to reconsider her position. If you’re miserable yourself don’t take it out on the elderly, you shouldn’t be working there!
I'm only giving this two stars because everyone was nice and friendly. Came in with leg and ankle swelling. No dvts but urgent care was also concerned that it may have something to do with my heart. They didn't even do a blood workup, echo, or xray of my heart. The doctor that I saw seemed like he was in a hurry and diagnosed me with leg swelling and told me to follow-up with my pcp. I will not be going back to this hospital.
great employees and they love the kids they work with
I was dreading going to the Rehab Institute because I had recently visited a friend in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This place is absolutely not like them. The nurses and CNAs were quick to respond to call lights, the housekeeping was great, and even the food tasted good. Three hours of therapy a day prepared me for the long recovery period at home while my broken leg heals. I have no trouble showering or toileting or getting around because of what they taught me. Dr. Shah was attentive and solved the one problem that arose because of "protocol." When Dr. Shah wasn't available, Dr. B was there to answer my questions. I cannot say enough about the doctors, staff, or therapists who made my transition home very smooth.

The therapists and psychologist are very kind, professional, and understanding.

The only problem I have had is they don't answer their phones very often when called, even though I never see the receptionist busy when I go in.
I turned in everything they asked for and 3 months later haven’t ever been able to get a phone call answered or email responded to. I understand that there’s a wait list but they should atleast have someone who reaches out and lets you know what’s going on like all the other ABA centers I’m on the wait list for. Seems like this place is probably overwhelmed and unorganized.

Good heart is nice company I like to go to heart
Goodheart Healthcare was recommended to me when I needed help caring for my mom during her last days. We had 2 wonderful CNA's , Alem and Maria, who were amazing! They were compassionate and caring both to my mom as well as our family as we were trying to cope with our mom's decline. They both gave their best and were always very professional. Their support was unwavering and won't be forgotten.
I dont really leave reviews but I had to leave one I recently gave birth to my 3rd baby and u was so skeptical about a hospital birth again because my first was in the hospital and my experience with L&D nurses was terrible why I chose my second at home which was amazing and I loved however pcs in with the military last min in to pregnacy didn't gave me much option no one was taking me me because I was too far along however at 36 weeks I decided to go to er at upper Chesapeake cause I was having some pain and contractions went 2 more times after that and my visit was horrible 💔 and last min I decided to switch GBMC and it was the best decision I made they L&D nurses was amazing u could tell they love there nurses they listen to me when I told them everything and I admire them for that they were four nurses in particular Karen she took over from the. Night nurse I can't remember her name for the life of me but she was amazing especially when I was like this is my 3rd and when I push that button and say baby is coming please listen because I will gave birth soon she prep the table right away she related my msg to the morning nurse which was Karen I think was her name when I push that button Karen was with a patient but the other nurse came in she was about to check me but I said no because baby is coming in next contraction I just knew it by time she went to door to call Karen baby was out but her response to running and attending to me and my baby and the rest of nurses and doctors was phenomenal i felt safe onto my post partum recovery jullian and Mariah was amazing words cannot describe how I was so thankful for them taking care of us they were really good listeners and GBMC is lucky to have them I would recommend them a million times for L&D in Maryland thank you guys so much hope this help and sorry for long review .
My mother recently had her knee replacement surgery done there. They did an excellent job!
Without a doubt, I would chose imperial healthcare center over any post acute healthcare facility in Southern California.. Special thanks to Mercy the Director of Nursing being very hands on, and attentive towards my fathers stay. Highly recommend reaching out to her as she will go above and beyond ensuring your loved ones are in the best hands possible
Cut my arm needed stitches waited 3hours 40 minutes still not scene. Hospital staff very rude and seem as if they could care less. When ask about time they longest wait time was 6 hours. Went elsewhere stitches in and out door in 40 minutes. I always regarded GBMC as good hospital but I’ll never go back. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered with. I know it was a small cut but it was swollen and concerning to me Wow very disappointed. Bill Streett

Covid made life miserable for everybody, but to have phone
appointments. Treating Lung Cancer as Gerd ,really. Glad we moved. This insurance was
Not there , ended up getting several Doctors. Still didn't get
the treatment needed.
If you have a doctors referral for a child of special needs be ready to be put on the waitlist for a couple of years.
The people that work there now are incredibly rude. My child used to enjoy going there, and now he begs me to stay home. There is no rapport between the “counselors”. I would think of this place more as a baby sitter than a place of healing. There are some people that are helpful. Unfortunately they aren’t the majority. I am truly upset that a situation that is supposed to help. Has ended so so sooo badly. Avoid this place at all costs, but if you have to come here. Just keep an eye on your child’s reaction to having to go there.
I started this process last summer 2021 , was told 6-9 month waiting period for my son . Communication was good but around January the intake went cold with no communication . I was emailed in March and informed there was a merger and that we should be start ABA therapy in late April or early June . I loved the clinics facility’s and staff , however here we stand in middle of June with no start date . Had actually a estimated time with another clinic but hopebridges clinic was top notch so I chose them . Wish they would have been upfront about things or I would have been pursuing other help from my son . Still would love for my son to attend this place
I have had such a hard time with this clinic. I started the process to get my son into the clinic and at that time there was an opening coming in May. While in the process of getting him in the company was taken over by another company. When the company took over we had to start over in the process. Then we finally was able to get into contact with the new scheduler but by then the first opening was in June. The person scheduling called and we agreed on the 5th of May. I know this because I always book my calendar while on the phone. However, the actual appointment got scheduled for May the 4th instead. It was emailed to me but I missed it. When we showed up on May the 5th we were shocked to find out it was scheduled for the 4th. While there we were told that we could come in for the evaluation on May the 13th at 1 pm. We accepted and was told that we were now looking at a July start date. When we showed up on May the 13th we were told that we were not scheduled for the evaluation. The manager said that he would reach out to the scheduler to get us in the following Monday. I waited all weekend to be contacted but nothing. So I then emailed the scheduler on that Monday to ask about getting scheduled. Today it is Wednesday and no reply yet. I called the office again and they said they would reach out to the scheduler to see if I could get scheduled first thing. This is the worst experience we have ever had with an ABA clinic. If it were not for the fact we are so limited due to the type of insurance we had, we would not even bother. But sadly we are stuck.
Hello. My name is Diane, and my physical therapist is Aretha. She is absolutely the best! She's professional, caring, kind, considerate and a wonderful therapist. My doctor has not been very helpful in telling me what I should be doing, but Aretha is very knowledgeable, and has me walking after my achillies tendon (rupture) surgery. I can't thank you enough for sending her to me. 💙
The One Star is For the Two E.R. Nurses that helped me keep my sanity when I was having a panic attack over fear of a C.T. scan. As far as the E.R. Dr. Michael J.Santiango you can go Stuff yourself!! I use to say GMBC was Better than all Maryland Hospitals, But not anymore!!! I was in pain from my I.V. complained of Numbness in my legs and needed help but because I refused my C.T. scan( I had a bad experience) he rudely said I was abusive to his staff and threatened security on me. Oh only after telling me that I may have a blood clot in my lung and if I refuse medical care I could go home in die.
My stay at imperial Health Care Center was a positive experience. I stayed there for about 3 weeks after a hospital stay. I was very week and had to strengthen my legs to be able to walk. I had the best team of CNA’S and LVN’S, I had an amazing physical and occupational therapist, Meg and Amy, with their encouragement I was determined to push myself and work hard so I could go home.
If I had to be anywhere besides home to recover, Im happy it was imperial.
Staff was very rude and disrespectful to a friend of mine who was at a vascular surgeon. Mocked her, hoping she didn't have covid.
The facility itself is hard to judge, i can only give an opinion based on my interactions with staff, mostly over the phone. Alvin, ...the facility director? Not sure what his title is, went above and beyond to satisfy my wife's needs. The nursing staff for the most part was exceptional. There are some very serious health and safety issues I think need to be addressed. They blame it on orders from the doctors most of the time but, they were very inconsistent with med schedules. Inattentive alot of the time. Under staffed over booked not sure but... call button pressed light on for almost 20 mins while her roommate is bleeding all the place. She couldn't walk or even get up on her own so all she could do is press the button and wait. Roommates placed in her room that were mentally unstable but able to walk would at her bed screaming at her with noone coming to help. Finally she got a private room but it was scary to say the least
I admitted my step dad here today. It wasn't an easy decision. The staff put me at ease right away with a very caring welcome. They were immediately kind to him. One staff member explained he stays longer with the patient knowing they can't get visits as much during COVID. Another member explained the tenure most employees have there. It's a long tenure. That's a major 5 star.
Thank you Imperial Health Care
i'm very pleased with Goodheart, they've sent CNAs to assist my elderly mother over the past six months, and i have found them to be kind, capable and patient. the office contact, ruth, has worked with me on scheduling and having sufficient coverage for when the scheduled CNA is ill or on vacation. overall, the people at Goodheart have been pleasant and professional and it gives me peace of mind to know they are helping to take good care of my mother.
Excellent caring staff. We cherish our visits from Mariatu and Rahel. My husband's condition and general attitude have improved so much under their care. Ruth Bogo is a responsive, kind and sympathetic administrator. Everyone we've met from Goodheart has been wonderful. Highest possible recommendation ♥️♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My daughter had been receiving speech therapy from them. She loves her therapist and looks forward to seeing her every week. Her therapist had help improve her speech so much in the past six month.
We have been very happy with our care from Goodheart Home Healthcare Services. We needed the convenience of one place to get Medicare approved out patient services and home care aid that isn’t covered by Medicare. Goodheart can provide both.

Ruth answered our questions and got the services to us in a timely manner. Our home aide was outstanding. She bonded with my husband and was able to understand him despite his limited communication skills. She was upbeat and positive and helped enthusiastically with his assigned exercises. She anticipated what needed to be done and freed me to be able to do what I needed to do while my husband was recuperating. We had an excellent experience.
My mother has been in this place since November and the staff are very compassionate and caring. My mom is clean, smells good and safe. The few times that something is going on and brings it up to the nurses, it turns out that they are already on it and awaiting the doctor ‘s return call. When I visited today, my mother is already on the wheelchair at the dining room. Their Director of Nursing is also great and knows each patient. She talked to me about what will be helpful to promote my mother’s personal privacy. This is a place that one can truly trust to take care of s loved one. Amazing team!

It’s been a month since I made this review and I want to share more current family experiences. My daughter visited Mom the other day and found everything in tip top shape. My mom is comfortable, clean and looking good with a stream of friendly faces around.
Sometimes, my mother needs assistance and help to eat. Same with the roommate. The nursing assistants are consistent in tracking their progress in eating and quite precise in the estimation of food eaten. One time I walked upon a CNA explaining to my mom that her family loves her and visits her often. That was very moving.
I’ve gotten calls from the team on plans for my mother’s care and very thankful for the time and effort.
There’s also improvements in the patio that makes it easy to go around the garden in a wheelchair, new seat cushions that served us well when we celebrated my mother’s 93rd birthday. My ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stay.

November 2018
Almost a year now. Some impressive observations. Facilitated denture fitting. Ensured regular haircut. My mom was sick on and off and she always bounced back with their meticulous care. In the community living room, staff in charge always made sure my mother has her cup of ☕️. Staff in the front desk always helpful and would open the doors for me to wheel Mom in the garden. Flowers abound in the small garden which are good to admire, at one point in summer, there were huge and beautiful sunflowers 🌻. I arrived late and asked if I can still see my mother and they opened the door. Called me to ask if it’s ok for Mom to have flu shot. Reminded me about the team conference on her care. The last one was on my workday and I joined by teleconference. This team is very professional, compassionate and family oriented. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My mother passed away a few months ago with family around her. The staff’s compassion cannot be described. We could feel that they loved my mom. And treated her with great respect at all times. Up to the end , she got the best care ever. After the burial, my siblings and our children unanimously decided that we need the leadership to know about the great work of the team. So we all came to say our THANK YOU 🙏!
They refused my finance ADHD mental health counseling just because of his felony record! That's discrimination. They didn't give him his ten dollars back from the assessment either! Well be contacting the Attorney General or a lawyer! Zero stars!
Hi.
I personally love the place for my mom.
I had three choices, imperial healthcare was my second place to go and check it out and I didn't need to go to third place. IMPERIAL HEALTHCARE was perfect.
After my mom hip surgery, she stay there for little over 6 weeks.
she was very impressed, because she speaks only Armenian and Turkish languish.
well what ever they did they find the way communicate with her.
on my side ,my mom was very happy, everyone was very helpful to her.
overall I would recommend this place everyone who needs it, on mine and my mom scale
this place is 5 STAR.
THANKS TO IMPERIAL HEALTHCARE CENTER.
