We have been taking our sweet cavapoo here since we got her 5 months ago. They have always treated us so kindly and have gotten us in last minute when needed. The vets are all very knowledgeable and truly care about each and every puppy. We feel so lucky to have found them!
Jaxon was experiencing severe allergies and we were 2 days away from leaving on vacation. When I called his regular vet, they could "not fit him in" despite my leaving for vacation in 2 days. In a panic I called the animal hospital at Desert Ridge who immediately told me that they could fit me in at their sister facility (animal hospital at Grayhawk). The staff at the animal hospital at Grayhawk was amazing (everyone from the receptionists, vet tech, to the vet). Dr. McBroom listened to my concerns and was both patient and knowledgeable. She gave us several options and explained the pros and cons of each one, as well as giving her recommendation. Needless to say i'm so happy I found a caring vet (with great "bedside manner") for Jaxon going forward.
I really like Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital. All of their staff is so very nice and professional. They are very reasonably priced and don't try to nickel and dime their patients. I also enjoy their grooming services for our Westie.
We are new to this practice and the whole team has been just great! Dr. Haley is amazing, she has been our vet for a few years and when she moved to this practice it was no question we’d drive a little further. We are happy we made the switch!
Our Win and Lou have been going to Dr. Voltin since they were 10 weeks old, they are now almost 11. She and her staff not only treat our pups, but us ad well! We love Uptown Animal Hospital!!

The absolute best veterinary practice in my experience. Since I discovered Horizon Animal Hospital 4 years ago, I never hesitate to drive an hour each way because of how well we are treated here. Several times we have been squeezed in due to last minute issues and every time it’s been a wonderful experience. I never feel like a burden when I call. No matter who answers the phone, they are always kind and ready to answer any question or address any concerns. Making appointments is easy and we are never kept waiting long when we are there for an appointment.
We normally see Dr Patterson who is a total saint and so incredibly kind and patient. Most recently she performed a c-section on my dog that was expecting a singleton puppy. Dr. Patterson (and the techs) did an amazing job and the incision was almost completely healed not even a week later. I have another young dog that has had a multitude of issues and she’s been beyond helpful in getting him the proper care. We’ve seen Dr. Penn and Dr. Emily on occasion and they have also been amazing. We love all of the techs as well. Everyone here is amazing!
The prices are reasonable and I have never felt pressured to have anything done that’s not completely necessary. Keep up the amazing work, Horizon Animal Hospital!

Dr McBroom was so kind and reassuring. Very different experience for my anxious dog at other more old-school methodology type vets. The lady at the front desk was also so thoughtful and welcoming, ushering us in as soon as there was a lull in the waiting room. I feel like I got the info I needed to best support my dog.
Just transferred to Dr. McBroom. Very impressed with her clinical expertise, communication skills and followup. I also want to commend Mariah, Allison, and Sam who made my pets and I feel welcome and help us transition to Animal Hospital at Grayhawk.
We have been seeing Dr. Trupp ever since we moved to Arizona several years ago and he has been our vet for multiple of our furbabies since then. Even though they are more pricey than some other vets in the area, it is worth every penny for how knowledgeable and thorough they are as well as how amazing and friendly all of the staff here is. Even though we live in Old Town Scottsdale now, we still make the trek to North Scottsdale to take our furbabies here because it is totally worth it.
We love the staff and so do our pets! Dr McCoy and Dr Ferrari are wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have also been able to get us in quickly if we ever had an issue. Thank you!
Everyone in this office is friendly and caring. We recently moved our dog and services to this vet office. Both Dr. Davis and Dr. Haley are the best! They both take their time with our dog during appointments, get on the floor with them, and take all the time we need to answer our questions. They really care! So glad we found them.
Dr. Courtney Browne is an extraordinary veterinarian. She's the best combination of smart and compassionate. She gave my senior dogs exceptional care during my time in AZ. One of them had special needs and I'm certain she extended his life by at least a year. The entire staff at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital is wonderful - professional and kind.

Sparky Edwards was the oldest patient of Dr K with dogs he lived until 21 he pass on 4/7/24 at home in his bed around his love ones..Dr K and his staff are amazing. I’ve needed some time to grieve before being able to write a proper review. Saying goodbye to our little fur ball Boomer was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do in my adult life. Dr Rice made this unbearable decision much easier, giving us advice leading up to that day and her kind and caring demeanor, was the most passionate understanding person in the room with us. She even took time out of her busy surgery day to be the one who helped us thru saying our goodbyes with lots of love and tears. I will be forever grateful to her.
Dr. Runnfeldt is the BEST VET IN NE FLORIDA!! The office staff is incredible. They are on it. They care for your animals like their own & are so kind & polite & helpful & comforting. The knowledge that Dr. Runnfeldt has is truly remarkable. I’ve seen many a vet, but she, and this office, are the real deal. Best I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The staff is friendly and the doctors are superb. The cost of service is higher than many other local vets and they change for EVERYTHING. For example, I took my dog there for an exam- the next day I returned for the treatment and a quick check up for a new symptom and was changed two separate exam fees even though the second day exam took less than 10 minutes and I wasn’t even taken back to am exam room. I will continue to use the vet for my high maintenance dog but have taken my other two pets to another vet.
UPDATE!! Literally the day after I posted this, the Doctor called, apologized for the double change (based on our conversation the day prior). I was so impressed that the ACTUAL DOCTOR, not the front staff, personally called to make this right. Apparently, this clinic is listening to the opinion of their clients and that means a lot to me!

Uptown Animal Hospital has an extremely compassionate team. They helped me when I had to put my cat down and they helped me get my new kitty healthy. They are the only place I'll take my cat. Even when it was sad it was a good experience.
Hands down the best vet I’ve ever taken a pet too! We feel welcomed every time we’ve been there. You can really tell how much everyone working at Horizon loves animals. The staff always makes a big fuss over our little Sammy and they make a vet visit enjoyable for everyone. We love that they’re our vet and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I feel Daphne, my dog, is getting the best care possible whether she’s being seen by one of the veterinarians or it’s a vet tech visit. The front office associates are caring and always make us feel welcome. I’ve been through the life cycle of one dog with this veterinary group and now into the 5th year with another dog. The practice has always been available whenever I’ve had a question or concern about my dog’s health. I trust them.

We are in Arizona for a few months in the winter. My dog got very sick and they took me in and showed tremendous care, seeing him through a severe illness or poisoning. I can't say enough positive about the doctors and staff!

Love the people there they treat their animals good I just went in and got my dogs medication🐕 this is a good place to take your animals.
I went to get updated shots for my dog. Unfortunately, the experience was not great and they were deceptive with cost. They gave a 2 minute exam that I did not ask for and it cost $94. It is not an exaggeration when I say it was 2 minutes long. Also, they did not mention anything about doing an exam for my dog prior. They charge $10.75 for “Medical Waste” which is the price of one needle that has to be thrown away. My dog is my baby and I will spend whatever money is required for her care. However, I don’t like being deceived and not informed about everything they intend on doing. You can get better care for the same price anywhere else.
We love the entire staff and Dr Rice is especially amazing! They also understand the nuisance of how to care for an English Bulldog which gives me and Theo a lot of confidence. We are lucky we have this team near us!

We had a great experience at Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital. It was our first time bringing our dog to the vet so we were not sure what to expect. Everyone was kind and welcoming. They were great with our sometimes shy dog and answered all our questions. We saw Dr Kaitlin and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great vet :)
Not at all impressed. I came here because they have good reviews but clearly you cannot rely on them. They could be paid for. I brought my dog here and was just rushed the whole time. Was told I cannot be with my dog while they draw her blood. Was told by Dr K I would get a call the next day about a supplement I had asked about. No call. I’ve have to call a few times to get ahold of someone. Very short when I talked to front desk on the phone. This place is just about business and lack quite a bit. I will happily spend my money elsewhere where I feel my dog is properly cared for.
I don’t normally do reviews on google, but this one is worth it. This vet has been absolutely amazing to our sweet Ginger pup. She loves her visits every time! They treat all pets like their own and the care plan has been a huge blessing to our family! Every single one of the team members (front desk included) are so friendly and caring.
The vet, Dr. Holly Rice is excellent. She has a great manner with our dog. She's very gentle and loving. Dr. Rice is also a great source of information, she gives complete and thoughtful answers to all of our questions. The office staff is also exceptional: friendly and helpful. We've been going here for 7 years and it's always the best experience. Our dogs actually like to go, they get lots of attention and loving.

We were seeing Dr. Beth 25 yrs ago until her retirement with three of our five dogs, they're very compassionate especially when our dogs were put to sleep for old age & one with cancer. Dr. Penn is now our go to vet and is wonderful with our dogs, we have one Lab/mix female at 14 yrs old now, our last baby, until i rescue another. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Horizon Animal Hospital was able to get our new six month old rescue pup in for treatment of worms the same morning that we saw evidence. He is extremely fearful of everything but Horizon staff made him more comfortable with their patience and loving attitude towards him. We were impressed with the level of care that we received for our little Smokey, and we really appreciated the follow-up phone call to see how he was doing the next day. We are happy to say Horizon animal Hospital is our new vet, we highly recommend them!
This place should have zero stars. They are rude, not at all compassionate & should be last on your list when choosing. Our dog is dying & when we called them for help it was all about the dollar. After the family has used them for years & years we were told money up front for the euthanasia! Talk about hard hearted. They wouldn’t even give her something so she wouldn’t suffer for the next 2 days. We called horizon animal hospital & though we had never used them they gave us suggestions, comfort & were way more reasonable.

My dog was injured in the early morning on Wednesday around 0540. Shockingly every 24hr emergency vet hospital I visited or called that morning either did not have a doctor or couldn't take new patients. I drove around Jacksonville for 2 hours. I called All Animal Clinic and they were able to not only make us an appointment but make one for 30 minutes later so we booked it over there. She was checked in by the most helpful and friendly staff. The doctor was quick in examining my dog and gave me a solution in seconds. They provided the numbers for the treatment and took her back to their holding area to wait for surgery. They were informative and gave updates throughout the process and were very accommodating when I was stuck in traffic and unsure if I would get there before closing to pick up my girl. I am extremely grateful to the doctor and staff for handling the situation quickly and efficiently. Now I have a healthy happy puppy again thanks to this wonderful team and will only be taking my dogs here from now on.
They have the most professional staff and the doctor (Dr Sue) is very knowledgeable and did a great job. She gave clear concise instructions on how to tend to my furbabies wound. I am changing vets immediately and bringing both my dogs here.
I don’t normally write reviews unless I strongly feel the need. This vet clinic was great. I am new to the state and did not have a home vet for my cats. I also had a general concern for my cats before even being a patient that they were able to talk about with me over the phone. I really appreciated that. I then set up an appointment for general wellness and the two girls I had today were so sweet and helpful, it genuinely made me enjoy my time and my cats felt very comfortable. Doctor McBroom and Alexis sat on the floor with them while they did the exam/checkup which made my cats feel more at ease, even with noise coming from other rooms. My Siamese is very skeptical of other people and he even rubbed up on Doctor McBroom which truly shows how comfortable he felt with them on the floor. The girls were very friendly and funny which felt like a breath of fresh air compared to other vets I’ve had. Prices are what you expect for a general checkup, about $75 per cat. Great and genuine advice was offered, and I am glad to have a secure point of contact for all my pets’ needs. Previous vets that I’ve had would focus more on money/selling products and quick in and out time. Highly recommend Grayhawk
Dr Patterson was very responsive and called me right back when I was having trouble with my senior pet. The one thing that I appreciate the most about Horizon is their responsiveness.Tally was able to be a Lady Bug on Halloween!
We had an emergency with our new rescue puppy Dakota. We live in Strawberry, Arizona. Our three month old puppy ingested what we feared was mouse poison. We called poison control, and the outlook was not good. We drove 75 miles to Horizon Amimal Hospital. Jennifer met us at the door and ushered us in even though they were booked solid, they made room for us. Our puppy received excellent care in our time of need! When we were desperate for help they stepped up and did everything they could to help us. They treated Dakota as if she were their own puppy. Dr. Emily was wonderful and all the staff was amazing! We were so happy with the outcome we decided to make them our permanent veterinarian. We will gladly drive the extra distance to have such excellent care for our puppy. Five stars is not enough for the wonderful service we received! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Dakota is doing wonderfully thanks to you.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brown and the North Scottsdale Animal Hospital. I moved to AZ in 2020 and established care for my sweet Tori here based off good reviews on google. We had a great 2 years here, and unfortunately Tori developed a rare nasopharyngeal lymphoma. Losing her was one of the hardest things I have ever been through, and through it all, the staff of North Scottsdale Animal Hospital were compassionate, they cared about Tori and even called me to check in on her while we were in the process of seeing an oncology specialist for workup, and when the time came to put my sweet kitty to sleep, Dr. Brown made sure to clear time for me to bring her in when it worked best for me. While this location is far from the cheapest in the valley, I consider my pets to be family members, and would rather spend the extra money to make sure they receive the best care.
Clay Co Animal Hospital have taken care of eight of our family pets, over the 30-35 years we have used them. I highly recommend Dr Sue, Sheila, and the complete staff if you are looking for a loving, affordable, and friendly Vet and Animal Hospital. My furbabies all have lived to 15-16 years old, except our Cat. She lived to 23.
Horizon Animal Hospital has literally been a savior for us. My dog was having a severe medical issue that two previous veterinarians were unable to diagnose. After burning crucial time and almost losing our sick pup, we made our way to Horizon. Horizon had the technology to quickly diagnose my dog and Dr. Penn immediately conducted surgery which saved my dog’s life. Hospital hours are great, staff goes way above and beyond and the Doctors are second to none. I will recommend Horizon Animal Hospital any chance I get. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Banfield pet Hospital of Seal Beach is like my extended family! They are always very busy and seeing a lot of animals especially since the pandemic but even though that is the case every time that I bring my little Shiloh in they are loving, caring, and give him the best care which I appreciate so much! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!
They terrorized my little 8 lb. Chihuahua and claimed she bit one of the techs. My dog has never bitten anyone before, and was very nervous because they do not allow the owner to be there with the pet during the shots or other treatments. Then they claimed they had called animal control because my dog was not current on shots, then refused to give my dog the shots she was there to receive.
They refused to let me know what happened that caused my dog to bite. They refused to give me my dogs medical history so I could move to a different vet. They refused to offer any explanation or advice on what happens after someone calls animal control on your dog.
If anyone has had this happen to them before and know what the steps are, please contact me. The way they said "Animal control will have to decide what happens next" seemed very ominous, but they wouldn't explain any further.

After about of month, I have only received one email from Banfield Corporate (who the people at Petco informed me I would be dealing with)... They told me people in the little stand at Petco had tried to reach me... I had no missed calls, no emails... These people are dishonest and untrustworthy. They still have not explained what happened with my dog, and don't seem to be willing to put any time or effort into doing so.
They terrorized my little 8 lb. Chihuahua and claimed she bit one of the techs. My dog has never bitten anyone before, and was very nervous because they do not allow the owner to be there with the pet during the shots or other treatments. Then they claimed they had called animal control because my dog was not current on shots, then refused to give my dog the shots she was there to receive.
They refused to let me know what happened that caused my dog to bite. They refused to give me my dogs medical history so I could move to a different vet. They refused to offer any explanation or advice on what happens after someone calls animal control on your dog.
If anyone has had this happen to them before and know what the steps are, please contact me. The way they said "Animal control will have to decide what happens next" seemed very ominous, but they wouldn't explain any further.

I feel like the vets and assistants here really care about the animals that come in, and when i needed to get my dog treated instead of immediately going for the most expensive option, the vet reccomended some less severe treatment and she was cured! I appreciate when people arent money hungry and exploitave of their patients.
Dr Sue is awesome, funny my dog absolutely loves her even when Dr.. Sue does ant procedure. The staff are good as well

I was able to get a new patient appointment quickly and the staff was very friendly. The doctor was realistic with me about my dog’s treatment and wasn’t just trying to get money out of me which i appreciate. Very thorough exam and i feel confident with the care we were given. Excited to continue care here!
The Animal Hospital at Greyhawk was wonderful.
They took the time to explain everything about the procedure and we're very kind and caring.
This location is far, but they were able to fit me in the same day and I couldn't be more grateful. If you need an ultrasound for your animal, I highly recommend this place.

Los Alamitos Animal Hospital has been wonderful to work with for our senior dog. I’m so glad to have found such a caring team of professionals so close to home. They have been very accommodating in getting my dogs in quickly and giving them great care. They are all very attentive to their needs and thorough with their examinations.
I'm very happy with Dr Julie Voltin and team @ Uptown Animal Hospital. The group is caring and conscientious, and I find their fees to be fair and reasonable. I also like that they have partnered with a dentist who offers cleanings without anesthesia. I believe I've been with this group for 6 years or so. It's been a while.
Thank you for your dedication to my pets health and well being to Jonsey, Maya and Tuco. Dr. K has been a wonderful veterinarian for my family for over 17years. I appreciate that you always ask if I have any other questions at the end of every visit. Thank you for being awesome and caring doctor.

People who complain about not being able to see a Vet when they walk up must not be familiar with medicine. I work at Banfield. Banfield is not an urgent care/ER and the staff is scheduled according to the scheduled appointments. Our priority are the pets that are under our care and we are happy to schedule an appointment on another day for any pet that needs one. Banfield has over 900 locations and many of them will see pets without having you dropping them off. I work at Orange Banfield and we are one of them. Give us a call - we are happy to help.
I have been with this vet and team for 11 years. They are the best most caring team and they alway call to followup after the appointment. Anytime I have had scares with my dogs they were able to get me in without a long wait. I'm thankful to have them care for my fur puppies.
My first visit with my crazy chihuahua Gizmo went fantastic!! Everyone at the vet office is super nice and very caring.
Even the clients seem very happy.

I have had a few visits with at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital and I couldn’t be happier with how they have communicated with me and listened to my concerns and worked well with my reactive pups. We have seen two separate doctors and received wonderful care. I live about 30 minutes away but it is well worth the drive.
We trust SRAH with all of our fur babies. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nick is excellent with handling our cats during examination. Appreciate his honest advice and candid discussion on health decisions for them.
I had to bring my baby in because she wasn't feeling well. They squeezed us in at the end of the day. The staff were all very welcoming and sweet. Dr. K was great with my little girl. She was put on some medication, they gave her her first dose for me at the office, and I swear by the time we got home I could tell she was feeling better. Very thankful for everyone at this office. We will definitely be coming back for her well checks in the future.
They were terrific. All covid protocols were observed, friendly staff and all health issues were addressed. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital has taken such good care of our cats and dog. They are always so kind to our pets, and they have been willing to answer any questions we have. My pets are actually calm and happy when they leave, which never happened at my old vet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the best care for their pets.
This vet is wonderful! My family members have used them for years and been very happy. So, when I moved to AZ during the pandemic, I took my corgi here. I've used them now for a checkup, vaccinations, teeth cleaning and grooming and all experiences have been great. Brenda is always super nice and helpful, and Michelle does a wonderful job grooming. Dr. Nick did a great job on the dental work and called me several times during the procedure to keep me updated. I really appreciated this as it was the first dental cleaning for my pet, and I was a bit nervous. I can tell they really care about the animals, and their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
They're very informative and answered all my questions. Highly recommend their pet wellness plan if you take your pets regularly. Saves a lot of money which I like to hear! Be prepared to leave your pet for most of the day since it's "drop off only" atm. Also thanks to Haylee who was in the front!
Absolutely fantastic! Yesterday when I went in I thought something was stuck in my 9 month old puppy's digestive tract. I was extremely worried as he had a hard time going to the bathroom for 3 days and even when he did go it was not solid or healthy. When I went in everyone was very kind and extremely helpful. I did have to wait about 15 minutes in the room but when the Dr came in she asked me some questions and said since he's still eating has no pain when I press on his stomach and hasn't thrown up I would not worry. I then said I would still like to figure out what's wrong and at that point she suggested a stool sample. For those of you interested in cost, the check up was about 50 and the medication was 40. The stool sample was another 80. The doctor also offered X-rays but that would have been quite a bit of money and when I said no, there was no judgement whatsoever. All around everyone was extremely polite and understanding as well as helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend going and if you do and see a black lab named Pepper please come up and say hi! I hoped this helped!
This was my first time here with my new Aussie puppy, Maizie. Everyone was very friendly and paid a lot of attention to her (she is a cute puppy)! Dr. Kitchen answered all of the questions I had (and I had many) about going forward with the specific type of shots I had been told by the breeder were necessary for Aussies and the anesthesia used when she is spayed, which I was also told was a very specific type for Aussies. She was also very informative about several things I had not been told, also specific to the breed. I will be using Dr. Kitchen's office going forward and may transfer care of another of my dogs to them.

After speaking to Haley at this location I felt our initial screen for the right Banfield was found but I was SO WRONG!!!!
Our 1st appointment for my 2 pups was today and upon calling the office to notify them we were running a few minutes late our appointment was denied saying 10 minutes was too far past the appointment to allow our pups to receive their shots. (THIS WAS A 2 HOUR DROP OFF, THEY WERE KEEPING THE DOGS FOR...)
Upon reinforcing to Brian this call was to inform them we could be late as traffic was heavy and we should not be more then 5 minutes he agreed to allow them to attend and hung up with no further comments or goodbye.
Since Brian hung up on me I dexided I needed to verify the appointment was not cancelled. Upon calling back Felisha answered and confirmed they could still attend their appointment.
Upon arriving the encounter is as follows in the video....
Both dogs sat as we waited for at least 1 of the 2 office personnel to check us in. (Both proceeded with the check-in of a cat, which took 10 minutes). This officially would have put us 10 minutes late for the appointment. Rather than acknowledge us these 2 ladies went to the back and Brian came out refusing our pups.
After reading recent reviews of this facility I am not one bit surprised of the poor service. I believe this facility would have killed my dogs had they have cared for them. I do NOT TRUST this office or its staff and HIGHLY URGE others to not take their pets here!!!!

Dr. Velasco is probably one of the best vets in the country for ear cropping. Meticulous and takes an extreme amount of pride in his work. I had a vet at another clinic butcher my Dobermans ears. When I brought her into Dr Velasco her ears were extremely infected. He took her in, fixed the other vets mistakes and then kept her for 5 days to insure that she healed properly. When we got Kiki back she acted like we were only gone for a minute. Because of his excellent work our dogs have been able to be in photo shoots. He is knowledgeable, meticulous and takes pride in his work when it comes to ear cropping. Our second Doberman went straight to him and the methods that he uses make it so simple for aftercare. I have recommended him to several people with the same results. The rest of the staff is very friendly. Only downside was the office manager.
I really used to like this vet but it has unfortunately taken a turn. Every time I have to "drop off" my dog I never know when I will be able to pick her up. I understand things have gotten complicated due to COVID-19 but absolutely no excuse for keeping my dog from 8am-5pm for a 15 minute visit. I call many times throughout the day to check in and see if there is an update and more than half the time no one answers the phone until the fifth or sixth time I call and when they do answer there is never an update. The answer is always "Well we aren't sure because (Insert new excuse here)" This did not only happen once! My dog needed to see a surgeon and they said that the surgeon would be in at 12pm and it shouldn't take longer than an hour (which is already way to long considering it is just a consult with no X-Rays or anything), my husband dropped her off at 12pm. When he got there they then told him "The surgeon had an emergency surgery this morning and she is not in yet. It should be an hour or two." Why wouldn't the vet call and let ALL patients that have an appointment with the surgeon know that this has happened and offer to reschedule due to causing a possible inconvenience for their patients? My husband waited for an hour and a half with no update at all. I called and they said the SAME THING TO ME and quoted an hour to two hours from when I called! I was furious!!! This is absolute poor customer service and we will not be back to this Banfield again. I do not like the uncertainty of what my schedule will be if I have a vet visit for my dog, they are completely unreliable with information and scheduling and my dog should not EVER need to stay in a veterinary office for longer than an hour wait for only at most a 15 minute visit. I feel like my dog is just another patient and they do not care about my time or how my dog is cooped up in a cage most likely all day for hours and hours. She needs to get fresh air and be home where she has her toys and is comfortable. I think it is careless, rude and ridiculous. Get a schedule going that you can stick to. Guaranteed you will lose more patients due to this nonsense and carelessness.
I've been taking my dogs to Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital for the past 30 years. They take exceptional care to make sure I am well informed on my pets needs and condition. They are a vet hospital that you can trust to provide you with the best pet care possible.
Amazing hospital. My little fur baby is so happy to come here. There grooming is affordable and they do a great job. The vet is very nice. The location is clean. They also put on a cute little bow on my kitty cat.

They are knowledgeable, friendly and will address any questions or concerns I have without making me feel stupid for asking. The staff is also very welcoming, they get to know their patients and owners and always make you feel like you’re a friend rather than just another random customer. The prices they charge are decent too. While they aren’t the absolute cheapest around, the prices really aren’t that bad, and the quality of care you get for your animal is 100% worth it!

From the moment I picked up the phone to make a new patient appointment with Dr. Josh, I knew we were going to be happy! And sure enough, Dr. Josh & his team are wonderful. They give you the time your pet needs, did NOT try to sell me anything my Charlie didn't need. Actually, it was so refreshing to hear from a vet that "our best treatment right now, is no treatment" - let Charlie recover and not pump him full of stuff. SO fantastic!
