I was there a few days ago because unfortunately I had to put my dog down. It was incredibly difficult but the staff was so so kind. They brought us to a quiet room and expressed how sorry they felt. Everyone was so kind during the last moments of my dogs life. They even sent us a letter in the mail signed by everyone in the office. I will never forget how kind they were to me and my mom. Thank you.

The service is always outstanding, the staff super friendly and professional, and the doctors are very knowledgeable. We will never go anywhere else for our pets’ veterinarian care.

Everyone at this clinic were amazing! First time there with my new pup and Dr. Escobar and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this clinic and Skylar and I will be returning to there!!!

I have called with a couple minor emergencies in the past, and the staff on the other end of the line were super calm, helpful and professional. Dr. Moe is a great vet, and has helped my dog Chewie to stay happy and healthy. Highly reccomend Animal Hospital of the Palm Beaches!

When called in for my appt, the assistant insisted on "helping" and tugged at my dog's harness without permission or confirmation from me to get my dog into the room.
In the room after the initial update with this assistant whom was actually pretty dismissive toward me when I was giving details, and when the doctor finally arrived (I waited an additional 20 mins), I explained that my dog is nervous (flighty, not fighty) and emphasized that I would have to lift my dog onto the table. As I know her best and is a way to minimize my dog's stress.
Again, the assistant was insistent on "helping" without confirmation or communication with me and went to "help" pick up my dog because this girl was rushing. SHE NEARLY DROPPED MY DOG as she carried the back half. I am fully capable of carrying my dog by myself.
The assistant has long brunette hair and wears glasses. I think she said her name is Suzy.
The doctor(s) are generally really helpful and listen so giving 3 stars, but this experience with the support staff was not a pleasant one. There was no exchange of rude words from me or the assistant but she was rushing and was not listening to the client, which is me. This was my first time seeing this person.
Also, I have witnessed whom I assume is the boss yell at a client over the phone by the waiting area where the front desk staff occupy.
I know the girls at reception wear blue but this person was wearing a different color uniform, and was really trying to intimidate the client over the phone. I haven't witnessed the girls being loud at all.
If she is the boss, does she not have an office to have this conversation in private?
Edit: It looks like someone from the hospital replied, as I notice it is a pattern - probably the manager?? I didn't mention anything about restraining or holding my dog during the exam. Again, I mentioned lifted my dog without consent and Suzy *nearly dropped my dog*. While thanks for the apology, but there was no miscommunication. I was clear about my dog's needs. It seems you want to cover your tracks. I am not ignorant to the fact of staff having to restrain the patient during the exam/treatment.
It wasn't our first visit to the Vet and I understand the necessary protocols the setting requires.
Yet, you have no response to this assistant nearly dropping my dog? And to her being dismissive, frankly rude, to me when I was relaying information for the appt.
It is apparent this staff member needs more professional training, or do you let her decide for the hospital how she can do things and how she "miscommunicates" in her management with the clients?

A lot of the vets here are down to earth and easy to work with. Obviously veterinarian work is expensive but I'd say each visit is fairly reasonable even without insurance.

I first found Lefferts when I moved to Queens and needed a new local vet. I took my dog and cat there for regular check ups and they were always professional and courteous, affordable too.
Just over two years ago my dog Faye was diagnosed with lymphoma and when I first worked with Dr Kevin Birchler. Dr Birchler is hands down the best vet I have ever worked with in my entire life. He always was kind and understanding, patient and never forcing any decisions on me. He is a regular guy who just happens to be a vet, he wants what’s best for you and your pet. Sadly, Faye passed just last week after her cancer became more aggressive and she let me know it was her time.
The staff at Lefferts is second to none, on the day Faye crossed the rainbow bridge they were compassionate and caring. I picked up her ashes today and also received a card in the mail from them. Upon opening the card I expected a pretty generic sympathy card but instead I was left speechless by it. They had taken impressions of Faye’s paws and placed them in the card, all of the staff left handwritten notes expressing their sympathy. I was floored.
Needless to say, if you want a practice that really knows how to take care of your animals while also being human about it, look no further.

I have been going to Animal Clinic of West Lake Worth for over 20 years. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Escobar and Hunter are amazing as well as the rest of the doctors and assistants. They are very loving and caring with our pets. It's nice to have a place to go that we can trust.

Needed a new avian vet as our last vet recently past away. Rainforest cam highly recommended and with good reason. Brought my 3 macaws and little african gray there yesterday for a full health check. The staff were competent, friendly and accommodating. They handle my precious feathered kids with love and care and made us feel welcome on our first visit. It was little over an hour drive but worth it. I will now sleep easier knowing that if my birds need them, they will be in good hands. An overall great experience <3

Absolutely wonderful! I relocated to Queens from the Midwest and thought I was absolutely in for it once it was time for my dog, Spike, to receive medical care. Like everything else in NYC, I assumed I'd be paying 2-5x my normal bill due to cost of living.
Nope! My dog's medical care has been cheaper at Lefferts than anywhere else I've ever lived! I was shocked! I have experienced standard vets, low-cost clinics, corporate/chain vets (Banfield, etc.) and Lefferts has knocked them all out of the park in terms of affordability, bedside manner, time spent with patients, thoroughness of care, and down-to-earth treatment discussions.
Lefferts was recommended to me by local friends and I quickly understood why. I even have a vet just 200 feet from my front door and yet will still, absolutely, always make the bus/subway trip to Lefferts. They are worth it!!!

Dr. Chase and her team are fantastic! We have found everyone to be so caring and we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. We absolutely love taking our pets here and trust them completely. There is such a nice vibe about the place (it doesn't feel like a business, but rather more like a home). They perform almost everything in the exam room while you comfort your pet (vaccinations/blood work, etc) and you can tell they truly care about the pets. It is also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Dr Jim and his wife Dr Tiffany are exceptional. We've been seeing them for over 14 years exclusively. Dr Jim is unbelievably extraordinary at diagnosing animals! They have helped our ill animals and helped us through euthanizing our terminal animals with great compassion. They have helped us keep our 13 years old cat healthy since he was a kitten. Along with the rest of my animals they're always calm with both Drs Great location with friendly professional staff and vet technicians have made this clinic a 5 Star Animal Hospital for years! Their prices are very reasonable and competitive to other local Vets. My animals are truly loved and taken care with kindness. My Red Tabby came home less stressed than she left after her last visit. They obviously have huge hearts and a phenomenal staff here! Years of excellent service. Thank you!

Great Animal Hospital the front desk is very professional and friendly. My Vet Doctor Jim (Dr.James Mosley) is one of the finest Veterinarians I have had in years. I'm old. His bedside manner with my cat and other animals has always been amazing. They obviously sense he's not going to hurt them. Prices are very reasonable and I have never had a long wait with a appointment. I have trusted my best friends healthcare being taken care of here for years.

Very good Veterinarians and staff. Reasonable prices. I've trusted them for years. I have always had excellent experience with this clinic! They are so much better than the corporate animal hospitals. Their also a family providing jobs to several employees. Support Small local businesses. They are open 6 days a week and have saved 2 of my cats when the other Animal Hospital I previously used were closed.

Excellent clinic, I love both the Drs Jim and his wife Tiffany are exceptional. I've gone here for years and truly trust them. My animals are never anxious going here. Dr Jim has been very good at diagnosing my critters and hasn't gouged me for tests or services. Yearly rabies shots are comparable to the PetSmart or similar uncaring animal clinics. You will definitely get great care without going broke here. Hours are great.

I typically refrain from leaving reviews, but I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the services rendered at your establishment. Upon bringing my cats in for an array of procedures, I was advised by a technician to proceed with a series of treatments, including flea baths, vaccines, spaying, and microchipping, all to be completed in a single day. Despite entrusting my pets to your care from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, I received no updates throughout the day and endured an additional hour of wait time before their release.
Prior to receiving my cats, I was informed in a hallway discussion with a tech, that one of them slated for spaying, had not undergone the scheduled flea bath due to concerns about its potential impact on body temperature pre- or post-surgery. While I was understanding to this explanation, I was troubled by the decision to proceed with the surgery despite the presence of fleas. Given that addressing the flea issue was the primary reason for selecting your veterinary clinic, I expected a prioritization of urgent needs.
My conversation with the doctor reinforced my frustration, particularly regarding the recommendation for an additional costly topical treatment, despite having already paid for numerous services earlier in the day. Additionally, the doctor explained about 1 in 10 cats gnaw their surgical site, but they proceeded to send her home without any preventative care such as a protective cone. Isn’t that statistic big enough to provide a cone for her anyway?
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and apparent disregard for my pets' well-being, particularly in the decision-making process regarding their care. The fact that they opened up her body while she still had fleas feels almost like malpractice. It was vile. I did go to this vet specifically because they offered same day flea baths, but I should’ve checked the reviews beforehand because my cats would’ve never stepped foot here.
I did not go to vets to be preached to with the same script by 2 technicians and the doctor about a topical solution that costs $65 or for them to open up my kittens body while she had fleas crawling on her. Thankfully I already have a topical solution I bought from a vet previously.
I want to warn anyone from going this vet. There are many better, more effective vet hospitals in this city. I only went to this one mainly because of the offer of same day flea baths. I do not ever leave reviews but with seeing my kitten in such an uncomfortable state with being spayed and coming home not being treated for fleas. I am, in every meaning of the word, upset.

misdiagnosed my bird. Did no bloodwork and simply declared that his organs were shutting down due to age. Took him to another vet for a second opinion because he was getting worse. It turned out it was metal poisoning! She did no labs…no X-rays! She is responsible for his death. She should not call herself a vet let alone an avian vet.

We love coming here. Even after moving 20+ minutes away and trying vets near our home, we switched back. We love the service Dr. Moe gives, effecient and thorough. Using Trupanion pay is easy and we do not have to wait for reimbursement, they pay directly to the vet and can be ran in seconds. We love that they only take our puppies to the back for seconds to do what they need to do, instead of separating us for hours (which has happened other places) and the rest of the time they can stay with us. The staff is always quick to respond to texts/emails and I love that they use the PetDesk app to make appointments/keep track of records.

I recently switched over from another veterinary to Dr. Brad at Animal Hospital. I was very impressed with the staff to cleanliness and prices. They are competitive with out sacrificing quality. I took my dog in for hind leg pain and they gave great advice and recommended a great treatment plan.

Very clean place, staff are great and Dr. Johnson is awesome!!!! I’ve been taking my pets to so many vets due to our moves and Dr. Johnson was the only vet who doesn’t take advantage from you, she always suggested what’s the best for your pets and for the owner, she’s not greedy as other veterinarians and doesn’t charge you for something that your pet doesn’t need just to get extra money from you!!! She’s very sweet and kind! I totally recommend this facility and Dr Johnson

Dr. Bozeman was a real treat! I have not had any need of anything vet wise in over a decade. These folks made it easy to get in and made not only us bi-peds comfortable but also their new feline clientele in both Vinnie and Dimebag. I most certainly recommend this place.

Dr. Mosley and his staff (Front office & Nurse techs) are amazing with the care of my boxer. We been taking our wiggle butt to his office for a year. They are very friendly, always answered my questions in a timely manner. They also call me and ask me if I have any additional questions after the visit a few days later to check up to see how he is doing.They also give me many options even in an emergency situation for my boxer to get the best care even on a limited budget. We are so thankful we found this wonderful Animal Hospital.

You know the doctor is good if you are willing to take an Uber all the way to Richmond Hill! Doctor Mittal has been nothing but a saint to me and my Fur baby! I’m never going to have kids and my Fur child is the closest I’ll ever have to being a dad. Libby is a special French bull dog with floppy ears and a wall eye. The outcast from California that no one else wanted. But he found his forever home here in NYC. Like every dog parent, your biggest fear is your baby not being taken care of properly, but I, hands down put all my trust on Doctor Mittal!

I adopted a cat through RU4ME at Pet Smart. My follow up appointment to get her final shot was at this hospital. The wait time was fine, the front desk staff were respectful, friendly and attentive. The problem was with the doctor and the vet tech…came into the room, said hello and proceeded to VERY ROUGHLY grab the kitten (who was very docile) and make her cry out while shoving in the shot. They both left with no instruction to me. I stayed in the exam room for 5 minutes and then I HAD TO find them to ask if I could go. My suggestion is to go where the doctor and staff respect you and your furry loved one.

I was referred to this vet by someone on Nextdoor. I was looking for an exotic pet doctor to help with my Guinea pigs severely infected foot.
I was very anxious when I arrived because immediately things seemed really expensive.
The front desk people were nice however the doctor herself made me feel incredibly small and stupid for bringing him there.
She grilled me on how the infection occurred made it feel like it was all my fault even though I WAS doing my best to help him heal. When it wasn’t improving I brought him in.
I told her up front the max I could spend on this Guinea pig was about 500$. She charged me that and MORE. I received a x ray that wasn’t even of his entire leg. It showed dead toes. We discussed treatment options. I asked about amputation or euthanasia and she essentially told me I couldn’t afford it. That it would be 1,500$ to amputate. I walked away with three medications and a Guinea pig who was absolutely suffering and had a dying leg.
I followed the treatment plan for a week as discussed. I watched his toes fall off and his skin started to peel off of his entire leg. He is in excruciating pain. I have been stressed out and upset rehabbing this leg with no progress.
I canceled my follow up because I felt I couldn’t afford to bring him back to this place and honestly was so unpleased with how I was treated by the vet.
At this point amputation is the only option or he will just suffer until he is dead. I wasted over 500$ Amputation should have been the only treatment discussed. If she wasn’t willing to discuss it or work with me on a price she should have referred me elsewhere. As an animal lover… I don’t know how you could do this to someone.
I contacted Mandarin veterinarian explained the situation, sent them all of my pigs paperwork and scan. I told them I just wanted him to stop suffering. I thought I would have to crank out more money to euthanize my pig after spending so much to try and save his life already.
Mandarin Vet got me in the next day FOR FREE after the vet PERSONALLY responded to my email late at night. They were so very kind. They gave him pain medicine and wrapped it FOR FREE. Something Ark charged me over 170$ for.
They agreed with me on amputation. I asked cost and they said 250$!!!!! I was in shock. Definitely not 1500$. We have that scheduled for tomorrow where they will be working him in so he doesn’t have to suffer much longer. Again the staff and doctor were SO SO nice and compassionate.
Mandarin Vet said the x ray was useless. There is no way his foot was ever going to improve on medication. Amputation is the most humane thing to do.
I am upset that I gave Ark animal hospital so much money when mandarin vet DESERVES that money. They will be getting me and the rest of my extended families business from now on.
Upset that I need to spent another 250$ on a GUINEA PIG. But it sure beats the heck out of 1,500$ 🙂

My 19 y/o cat’s tail got slammed in the door and it snapped two inches off the end. The cat is in amazingly good health for his age, but it was very traumatic for both of us, to say the least. I am very appreciative of Dr Moe’s conservative approach to treatment and not recommending surgery as a first solution. We are applying a gel 3-4 times/day and going back in a week. Hopefully the skin will granulate and grow back and all shall be well without surgery.

Dr. Decharry is an absolute fraud. I took my rabbit here for a check up and to get the R(V)HD vaccine, which was the main reason for my visit, as well as to discuss neutering. This is my first rabbit and I didnt have an idea of what a full rabbit exam should look like until after I had to take my rabbit to a different vet and saw the thorough process.
Dr. Decharry didnt check teeth or ears with an LED Otoscope, instead looked manually, and didnt listen to organs other than the lungs. She basically took a quick look at him, checked his temperature and asked what I was doing at home. Also, the tech mishandled my bunny, she was so rough, that I had to ask her multiple times to let him go after she had her full body weight on my 3.5 lbs rabbit. Clearly they don't know how to handle rabbits.
To top it all off, THEY DON'T VACCINATE RABBITS. The receptionist lied to me and said they offer the vaccine and only after the appointment is when the Dr. said they don't offer it. I expressed to the Dr. that I was told they did offer the vaccine, so she tried to get me to visit The Bird & Exotic Hospital and when I called them, they said I needed to establish being a patient at their facility, which makes sense, and pay for an exam all over again. Dr. Decharry made it seem as though they were affiliated somehow.
This might be an okay place for birds, but I wouldnt trust them with rabbits and especially wouldnt trust their work ethic if they can so easily lie the way they did to me.

We have been a loyal customer at this vet clinic for years. Unfortunately, a recent incident changed our decision to stay with them. We were out of the country and had our dog in the kennel, and my dog had seizures. My dog, who has been a regular visitor, everyone knew him, was treated there for years, and was denied assistance without upfront payment. To mention we were out of the country and had very limited web access. The kennel provided a $500 deposit which was the amount they’ve asked to make sure my dog was taken care of. For years of taking our dogs there we have never left the clinic without paying our dues. This shift in approach lacks understanding and flexibility. It is disheartening to see long-term clients treated this way. The lack of understanding and professionalism are the reasons why we would never return to them.

It made me feel so better about leaving them for the day. They are quick to respond to calls/emails aa well. If they were local to me I would gladly bring my pets to them. 💗

I took my 3 year old dog which is a rescue. She is normally anxious in new environments and especially when being left. She was great! She had both an annual exam with vaccines and grooming. Her reaction to the staff was good as she normally barks at those she doesnt like. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I will be taking her here going forward for all her pet needs. Amazing vet! Reasonably priced, easy to work with. I love their app, reminds me of my appointments, allows me to update my pets' profiles, and easy to use. Dr. Stanley is compassionate and explains thoroughly everything she think and/or sees on the pet. All vet techs have been adaptable with my 2 very different and difficult cats.

I have worked with several good exotic vets, but I have never had a team from receptionist to doctor feel like they so, wholeheartedly cared about my guinea pigs before. They listen to your concerns and explain why and how they're doing treatments and giving medications. They are also very respectful of euthanasia and offer a very lovely cremation service. I have an 8 year old guinea pig who is still puttering along thanks to Riverside. I do have to say that the staff at this office is outstanding There outpouring love and dedication to our babies are like one of their own. Thank you Angela always taking my calls. And steering me in the right direction for everything you’ve been with this location and these people since Ariel was two years old. She was 11 when we lost her. I always pray that the office never changes and is always about the dedication and health of our animals.

Came to this place to have our cat neutered and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the initial consultation, the actual surgery and the follow-up, everything was great. To start off the receptionist, when I first passed to ask about having the procedure done, was incredibly nice and helpful. The vet techs we've encountered have also been wonderful and patient with Nube, who tends to not be still. The 3 vets we've met have also been incredible. They take their time explaining everything and let you ask any questions. The prices are reasonable. While there might be cheaper places, I'm certain the price is well worth the service. I'm beyond grateful to everyone in this clinic. Nube is truly a huge part of our family, and we're happy to have found a great place like this one. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

I have taken my two dogs and three cats to Lefferts Animal Hospital many times over the years, and now (after my visiting vet moved away; our household is carless) Lefferts has become my default. Their prices are fair, the vets and techs have always been courteous and well-informed, and they listen carefully. Most remarkably in this era of ever-ballooning veterinary costs, I've never had a sense that they've tried to upsell me on anything. This is the only vet I've ever known of that offers spot-check ultrasounds for certain situations, only when appropriate (and charges a vastly reduced rate from what you'd pay for full anesthesia and a full sedated ultrasound elsewhere). It's true that the facility isn't shiny and slick, but I'll take fair prices, friendly service, informed practitioners, and a local vibe any day. Thank you, Lefferts Animal Hospital!

My dog used to HATE going to the vet. I don’t know what has happened but ever since going here he no longer gets anxious and it’s not a hassle getting him in the doors to be seen. The tech was so nice and works so well with the animals and helped put my mind at ease. Cannot recommend this office enough!

I took my bunny here after she received a puncture wound and the staff was INCREDIBLE. They were so kind, they got me right in (even though I didn't have an appointment), and they were so loving with my bunny. I would recommend them... 10/10...and I will definitely be using them for all of my future visits for our family's bunny. You can tell they really love animals and they took their time with me to make sure my bunny got the best care.

My three dogs have been going here since I moved to Palm Beach county 6 years ago. Both veterinarians have been wonderful during all our visits, and the office staff is equally as wonderful. One of my pups has developed diabetes, and Dr. Dowd has been so helpful and caring, and patient with me and my questions. My dogs are my babies, and I trust this facility and am thankful to have found them!

I have been going to CHA for 9 years. Dr Pearson is my regular vet. I am very happy with all of the service I have received over the years. Dr. Pearson and his staff have always treated me with the upmost respect. The staff is very friendly and efficient. In all the years I have been going there I have always been greeted with friendly faces. A lot of people don’t realize that your staff is the first impression when people walk in, and I feel lucky to to belong to such a great place. I have a lot of dogs so I am pretty regular patient here. They are reasonable and are the best in my opinion. Thanks everyone!

The only vet that I've been to that whenever I have to take my dog my she's happy to go every time. My puppy gets so excited to see everyone, they are so nice. They do grooming too, Ms. Gaby is amazing, my dog always looks so cute when I pick her up.

Dr Maxwell is fantastic! First saw her in February for my dog's annual exam based on a friend's referral. Have a 12 year old rat terrier who is diabetic so that's always a concern. Last night he starting peeing with blood in the urine. Called the doctor this morning & even though she was slammed with appointments she said to bring him in. Thought we'd have to leave him, but she saw him right away, explained the treatment plan (sedation, xrays etc) & the cost. After an hour (we went & had breakfast) we went back & she delivered great news. A urinary infection so no surgery was going to be needed. Didn't waste money with unnecessary tests since she was able to diagnose from the sample we brought & the xrays she took. Provided medication & we were on our way. Following up in 10 days with just a urine sample. Maybe because we were an existing client we were able to get Willie in right away. Whatever the reason, Dr Maxwell & her staff are wonderful people & we thank them for their caring & compassion. 🐕❤

Brought our girl in to Cheshire animal Hospital on Friday and again today . Daphne had such wonderful care. Dr. Gross was so great with our girl. I know they did everything they could for her today. We have her back home tonight and we are waiting for a biopsy to come back tomorrow. Whatever the results We will know that she was with very caring people and she has had the best care. I brought my older dog in for our first visit and was so impressed! The vet (Kimberley Chase) and the entire staff were so friendly.
Kimberley didn't rush through our visit. She came knowing my dog's history and asked a lot of questions. Her love and passion for animals really shows. I've taken all her advice for my dog's care and I've seen great improvement in her health.

I have been coming to Lefferts for a few years now. All I can say is they are very professional, and give you outstanding service. They are very reasonable and clear about all fares, and they truly care about your pet.
Sadly, we had one of our cats pass away last year. Lefferts made the process seamless and were so empathic. They helped us with everything during our very difficult time.

Best veterinarian ever! Dr Chase takes such great care of my baby. He's had multiple surgeries for mast cell. He had surgery yesterday and they called this morning to check on him. Then Dr Chase got on the phone and answered all of my questions after googling and getting myself all worked up. The office manager Chris knew he was nervous and she spent time with him before his surgery which made me feel better someone was there to comfort him.I would not put my dog who's like my oldest child in anyone else's hands. They are amazing! Also I got a Christmas ornament that's the cutest in his to go back of meds.

The interior decor is ridiculously old but the place is top-notch! The doctor is really good with my bird and is easy to talk to. She gives good, clear, simple instructions.
The front office staff is always friendly and pleasant, even when I am scheduling appointments 6 months in advance! (I don't want to forget to schedule the appointment so I do it very early)
I like the collection of birds they have in the office behind the counter, it can be VERY loud though. If you have a bird though, you probably know birds are LOUD.
Overall, really great place. Definitely will be back.

ZERO STARS! Worst experience EVER. The worst vet. If you are looking for someone to care for your bird do NOT go here. My quaker had irritation under her wing and brought her to see Dr. Gwen who ultimately put her in a sharp plastic cone that wrapped her wings to shreds. They have taken no responsibility for what has happened to my poor bird. They have not called me they have done nothing. I am so upset and they obviously don’t care about the animals there. I sent pictures and made several calls with no response from the vet. Dr. Gwen YOU are responsible for what happened to my bird and you are unwilling to do the right thing, shame on you.

Ark Animal Hospital has provided top notch care for my dog-daughter. They are very attentive to her needs. They were able to provide my pup with an appoint immediately and also had the medication on hand for her. We didn’t have to wait and they were very patient with my fur baby and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Maxwell even called just to follow up. I truly trust this place and recommend it to anyone with pets.

This review is way overdue. There is no amount of words I can say to describe how amazing Dr. Susan Club at the Rainforest Clinic is. She is incredibly kind compassionate caring intelligent and constantly striving to learn new things. We have several birds many with special needs and we’ve had unbelievable treatment from her with them. She constantly amazes me with her knowledge. If there’s a rare condition a very small percent of people know about she knows it which gives us great comfort. When there is an emergency she is there. She explains everything clearly and Extremely well. It’s easy to tell how incredibly dedicated she is. And I highly highly highly recommend bringing your birds or exotics to dr. club. I trust her 100+ percent and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Our incident occurred on 7/17/21, less than 2 months ago, so we are not sure what the 3 months ago issue referred to by the owner was.
In speaking with the owner over the phone on 7/20, she said she was going to address the issue at the next staff meeting, but I was never informed about ‘additional measures’ that were put in place. What were these corrections that took place ‘reactively’ vs. ‘proactively’? We experienced ‘negligent entrustment’ from the owner’s boarding facility, along with different ‘explanations’ from the vet tech vs. her, as to the ‘facts’ about how my daughter’s dog was able to get out from her insecure and deficient fence/gate boundary structure.

The staff and Dr Dowd are wonderful with my Lily. They also took care of my old lady Cookie and made our decision to let her RIP easier for us. She listen to your concerns and never rushes with the visit. I trust her fully. Many of my family and friend are new clients.

I took my dog Chloe for her vaccines and they took excellent care of her. She was scared at first but I didn't hear her whimpering or barking and she came back out just as happy. The grooming was also amazing! She smelled so good like sweet powder and the little ribbon they put around her collar was a cute touch! The staff were friendly and welcoming and the prices were half of what I used to pay at another clinic. I highly recommend them. They'll take great care of your fur babies.

I've been a client for two decades, and Dr. Gwen takes very special care of all my birds! She employs a sound balance between science, common sense & caring, which is helpful to both the owner and the bird! In other words, I feel that she does the right amount of examining & testing without overdoing-which can stress out bird and owner!! The staff is excellent and caring as well, and the clinic is bright and comfortable.

Dr Chase and her team were phenomenal with my dogs. They recently did both of my dogs dentals and I was very happy. Clean office got us in quickly, pleasant, organized staff. We were very satisfied.

Dr. Rossi and staff have been so great to my two bearded dragons! My oldest dragon needed surgery after swallowing rocks and it was surprisingly affordable. My dragon recovered quickly and he is now happy and back to his old self! Can't thank these folks enough. They are always helpful anytime I call and they remember my pets which makes me feel cared for. Thank you Riverside Animal Hospital!

If I could give Ark more stars I would. Clean, professional environment. I love the entire team, and Dr. Maxwell is absolutely the best! I've been bringing my Papillon (Ginger), here for a few years now. Everyone is always so attentive, caring, and willing to take the time to ensure every question is answered. I especially love and am grateful for Dr. Maxwell's attention to detail, and the time she takes to follow up on care. Although I know my Ginger is not her only patient, she always makes me feel like she is.
I would not trust Ginger's care to anyone else!

My Mattie was very sick my neighbor recommended Ark Animal Hospital. Everyone was very nice to me and Mattie. I explained that I was retired and on a fixed income. The doctor came up with a plan to help my baby and stay within my budget. I even got free pills and free food to help. It took a couple of days but Mattie is feeling much better. Thank you for making her better.

When you advertise as being open until 7pm and find yourself with a bird with blackened toes, I treat my bird to a visit to the All Bird Clinic of Palm Beaches where the receptionist is the only staff available at 6pm and of course, completely useless. Question: Why advertise yourselves as being a clinic open until 7 when the only staff you have on hand isn't just incapable of treating birds, but also has no clue where the physician is? What a treat. Thank you All Bird Clinic of Palm Beaches. Thank you for nothing.

I had my birds foot amputated two days ago because your receptionist would rather bounce me around than give you a call by either said physicians instruction or receptionist incompetence. No mention of housecalls or even where you were, just an empty lobby, and a business open advertised at a certain hour, apparently run by people who don't care about a 1 month old bird with gangrenous toes or any willing to help beyond excusing yourselves and passing out referrals from one place to the next.
All while her foot turned black and had to be cut off so one of you lucky guys could potentially make several hundred dollars more because its still a business. Your excuses are cold comfort, your "staff" is useless, and you have no business being advertised as open until 7pm or at all as far as I'm concerned.
I mean, in the end, I just think it might be nice if someone in a profession such as yourself is at the office where you're supposed to be or being accessible--during your advertised hours of operation. You're right, I should've called. Being told not to bother over the phone would've saved me some gas.
It just pisses me off when it may have been possible to avoid losing her foot. Then all I wanted was for her to lose the foot and live. Now I just want her to survive the weekend. You could've helped me, just a little. just a tiny bit with a look over and some anti-inflammatory meds I couldn't get until the middle of the next day.

Its only a stupid bird and you people are only trained and well paid to care for birds.
Anyone who loves their animal should consider how my experience has been from clinics such as yours whom are only good for referring me to other clinics all day. All you had to show for me from driving 40 miles was a shrug and a phone number to a practice already closed and an Emergency hospital which usually charges a $500 surcharge which would have left me with nothing to care for the bird beyond walking through the door.
Again, thanks for nothing. Whatever possible excuse you have for being unavailable during actual business hours and incommunicado with your staff is cold comfort. But I do have pictures I'd like to share of the day I discovered her foot like this to Friday afternoon. The vet I managed to get a walk-in the early morning next day after 2 more referrals was hopeful to at least save some of the foot and two toes. I suppose we'll never know. But I'll never make the mistake of counting on you people for anything again.

Love Cheshire Animal Hospital. Dr. Jeff Pearson was compassionate and caring when it was time to say good bye to our family member Sprout after 17 years. Izzy is a handful sometimes when visiting(energetic Lab puppy) but they always treat her with respect and kindness. The staff is always welcoming and kind. I am glad we found Cheshire Animal Hospital when moving to the area 2 years ago.
