I’ve used Seal Beach Animal Hospital over the last year. 10/10 would recommend. Almost always available for immediate non-emergent appointments! Clean. Staff is friendly. We had to use their end of life services for our senior cat, though it was a really hard time for us, the staff was amazing and gave the best care we could have asked for.
They always have time for animals and always explain what's going on! Vets and techs are caring and kind. We've never had a bad experience (even the cats agree)!
"I took Cooper for his annual exam today, and Shabu was there to support him. It was quite chaotic, but we got through it with a few laughs. I've been going to this veterinary clinic for almost five years, and the staff is always lovely and helpful. Even during COVID-19, they have implemented a great system where they take your pet from the back of your car and bring them back to you. It's so convenient! Today, I met Dr. Rikki Alley, and she was wonderful. The staff is great, and parking is easy. That's why I give them five stars.”
Dr Ena was extremely rude over the phone when I called to just get some general information which I have called about 8 other places now for and not a single place reacted the way she did to just wanting to know general information and possibly schedule an appointment she’s pretty much pushing people away and assumed I could not afford to pay for the service? I’m not sure why she presumed that just because I wanted to know some information before hand…
Very Nice to see the birds. Would have been more engaging if I was there as a child.
I trust this vets office far more than others I’ve tried. Advice seems to genuinely be about what is best for my dog rather than others that seem to advise whatever makes the most money. My dog also loves them here.
Beautiful birds. The highlight for me is they have some peregrine falcons. Faster Birds on Record!
My dog is super nervous at the vet. Emily held him and calmed him immediately while Dr. Bashaw examined him. They were thorough and explained the pros and cons of everything. We have a Plan A and a Plan B. I feel confident in Sammy's treatment plans. The staff at the front desk were also friendly and efficient.
So glad Exotic Bird Hospital found a new home, can't wait for my first appointment visit for Baby my Quaker. Thank You! Joanne for get me in as soon as possible...Baby can't wait to get the band off leg. I've known about Exotic Bird Hospital from a friend who takes her Quaker there for check ups and she highly recommend you guys as being the Best!!
I took my tortoise in and I was so happy with my experience! Everyone was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. From the doctor to the entire staff, they were wonderful and cared for my pet as if it were there’s. I’m really happy I’ve found a safe and friendly vet for my tortoise!
Your pets last day is always hard and our vet was not there for us. It was my boys time today (over 15 years) and my mom recommended I call here and they were truly what we needed. Sympathetic and understanding. Thank you to the team here, we appreciate everything.
Really nice place for its size. I'm glad they have this center for the birds of prey. They have great informational plaques! I really enjoyed it. I love birds! They also have a great gazebo out over a pond perfect for taking a lunch. There was also a guide who walked around and asked if we had any questions, but don't really expect like a guided tour so much. The lady who gave us our tickets was the most informative about the facility and its processes. (For example they won't release birds until they know how to catch mice, which they raise themselves.)

I cannot thank you enough Exotic Bird Hospital Dr. Anthony Colbert and staff for a wonderful experience with my Simon my eclectus. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way! Clean facility, kind professional people and Dr. Colbert was very knowledgeable, gentle and explained many things about Simon to us thoroughly. Highly recommend them for all your feathered children needs. 🦜❤️🥰🫶☺️
I took my Ratty here yesterday morning and of course it was an emotional day for me I knew I had to put my ratty to rest and these people are so compassionate towards me and my baby it was quick and they left me in a room while my baby stopped breathing in my arms I cried so loud and no body bothered me until I was ready to go
The Bird and Exotic hospital is amazing!! Sunday I noticed my Congo African parrot had a clear discharge coming out of his nose and I panicked. To my surprise the bird hospital was open for emergencies on Sunday, Mary Ann said bring Rigby right down. I am about 1 hour away and got there around 5. They took my bird right back. Dr. Rue was awesome! Came in and we spoke about Rigby, he had never been sick before and I have had him since 1993. They were so caring and concerned like Rigby was their own bird. I would recommend them to anyone who has a bird or an exotic pet!!
The personnel were very nice and ready to assist if needed. They do offer strollers, wheelchairs and scooters for rent. The animals there appear healthy and it was clean. They have a lot of food, snack and drink booths throughout the park. There's a carousel, but adults aren't permitted to ride the animals on it. There's a small flume ride and a 30 minute "safari" in a comfortable vehicle. Unfortunately, a lot of animals were unavailable due to either construction or ??? No hyenas, no gorillas, no chimps, no camels, no tigers, no lions. The habitats appear small, but they're clean. Things are expensive. All animal encounters are only available for separate payments. I'm bummed that there wasn't more to do. I will say that for the price of two tickets, we now get to come and go until the end of 2024, yes 2024, for no extra cost, so that's nice and hopefully they'll improve. Also, word has it that they're talkin about destroying the clam shell that's been there forever to make way for more parking...I really hope they don't.
Love Dr. Romo- he took the time to thoroughly explain the care plan for my rabbit. Didn’t push for unnecessary procedures. Had him years ago and appreciated his level of care back then. Office staff was extremely nice. From the front desk/making the appointment to arrival- to the vet tech (forgot her name)- so kind/caring. It is very, very hard to find a good exotic specialist- they are great- well worth the 40 minute drive. Thank you!
I love Dr Ena and all her staff. I take both my dogs to her and everyone is so kind understanding and helpful. They always make me and my dogs feel at home and this is the first vet that my dogs aren’t terrified to come to. They actually enjoy it, probably due to the doggie treats they get at the end of their visit. They have helped my dogs with numerous from eye problems to anal glands, but in particular their allergies. Other vets had them on heavy medications with not so great side affects. After one exam Dr Ena gave me some things to try at home and shampoo and they’ve been fine ever since! So grateful for her and all at Beach veterinary ♥️
They saved our parrots life! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ! She was not able to breathe and they took her in and treated her with love care and expertise. Everyone treated us like we were family and you could tell they really cared …from answering the phone to each visit .
We love taking our dogs to Dr. Hooykaas. He takes time to listen and answer questions, but most importantly he makes the time bond with pets during their visit. Highly recommend!
I went here for the first while visiting my son and his family. The zoo is fantastic. There are so many interactive events. And I absolutely loved the photos they take.
Super expensive, but all of the attractions are included with the price of admission (carousel, safari tour, ect). We went on a Tuesday in October so most kids were in school, and it was much more enjoyable since it wasn't packed! The zoo was much larger than expected! We were there for about 4 hours and still missed the Africa section. Also, the food and beer selection across the park was fantastic!
Amazing location staffed by volunteers and they strive to heal birds and give the best quality of life available. Some of the long term birds were out on for people to learn about. This was well worth the admission to keep this vital rehab open and effective.
We made numerous calls when our sun conures had an accident. They were the only Exotic bird hospital open on Sunday. We brought our Conure in and they tend to him within mins and handle everything in a professional and calming manner. They were very reassuring and explained everything in details on what they did and how to treat him when we take him home. Very grateful for them being open on a Sunday. Not a lot of Exotic Bird veterinary around the Palm Beach county area.
Amazing and friendly staff!! So glad I brought my rabbit here especially with how hard it is to find a vet that specializes in rabbit medicine. I brought in my rabbit coco that’s 5 years old that had diarrhea and did not want to eat and the vet was very thorough with explaining what was wrong with him, doing a full body assessment and recommending a healthier diet. He is doing much better with the medicine given by the Vet and I am extremely happy to see him not in pain anymore and back to his normal self. I knew he would be in great hands once I saw other bunny parents in the waiting room who shared with me that they have been bringing their rabbit there for years. Prices are reasonable and fair. I can definitely say after the first visit coco will be coming back for check ups and will recommend this place to any other pet owners. Thank you LBAH!!
I really appreciate this place. We moved from NH and the costs there are extremely high (for some reason) for veterinary care and several vets that we went too overprescribed/over paneled/over vaccinated/EVERYTHING. I was really concerned after adopting my own dog this spring about vet care. I have seen Dr. Juetten a few times and she has had opportunities to “rip me off” as my family frequently experienced out east. She’s been nothing but conservative and I can tell she really loves and cares about animals. Everyone that works the front desk is super friendly. They got me in today short-notice when I was in a panic about some growths on my dog. Dr. Juetten could’ve sent away for labs, biopsies, etc “just to make sure” but she assured me they were completely benign while she could have really taken that and run with it. I really trust this clinic with my dog and would recommend them to friends and family.
Great zoo! Fun for the kiddos! They have a big Mary go round with authentic animals to ride, a solid playground and even a splash park 👍. We always enjoy taking a family day trip here. The yearly passes are super easy and absolutely worth it if you have kids and plan to go more than a few times per year. This last trip was Halloween nights. All the characters were on point, very fun and family friendly. We had a great time!
Wow! What an amazing experience! The Bird and Exotic Hospital is the best, hands down! Doctor Rue is extremely knowledgeable, very detail oriented and attentive. The vet techs were amazing as well. The front desk staff were also amazing! I didn't have an appointment, and I called late in the day and they were booked, but the doctor told them to have me come on in anyway. My bearded dragon had been acting funny. They triaged him as soon as I walked in the door. The techs did their part in gathering info about him from me and then a little while later Dr. Rue came out with good news and shocking news..she said " he is a she, and pregnant!" Lmao, I was and still am, in shock! Needless to say, they took very good care of him and me while we were there. I will continue to go to The Bird and Exotic Hospital. They are amazing to say the least. 💯
Dr. Smith is a fantastic and knowledgeable veterinarian for our rabbits; she goes out of her way to ensure they get the best care. The vet techs here are kind and experienced, the support staff are helpful and empathetic. I highly recommend Exotic Bird Hospital for rabbit owners in NEFl.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this Zoo!!! Very easy to walk, the lay out is perfect! The kiddies area is amazing! The manatee area is a MUST and the orangutan exhibit is something I’ve never seen before at a zoo! The safari ride is something one must do!! Loved this zoo and will be planning another visit when we come back to Florida for another vacation!!

It’s a nice zoo, $40+ per adult and $30+ for kids older than 3, kids under 3 gets in for free. For a family of four they have a membership pass that costs $240 and you are allowed two guests. The people are the ticket booth are very helpful. We visited in mid September, a few of the activities are currently not available. The train ride was not working for example.
The good, most of the activities are already included in the price you pay, they don’t try to milk you. We got a free cup of beer during happy hour at the Oasis(Africa). They have a driving tour of the African Safari, it was quite interesting. We saw the penguins being fed. There’s a section for Orangutan, we were lucky to be there at 12:30pm when they were giving a presentation. The water park and banana ride section is cool. Loads of activities for kids and staff are friendly.

10/10 They took great care of our cat, Muffin. She was limping on Saturday evening, we called Sunday and they got us right in. We dropped her off and picked her up a few hours later. The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. The vet staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Brought my dog in recently, as he had eaten something off the grass & wasn’t feeling well, however, he was still running around normally & doing all his normal activities , but I was concerned , as he wasn’t eating as much & no stool in 2 days, the final tab, we were there 40 minutes $868, ARE YOU KIDDING ME..we’re getting another vet & Btw, friends of ours left that vet recently for a similar reason & then just this week we heard another negative story about this vet from a professional animal person we’ve known for years & respect .

They really and truly care about animals. They literally put their lives on the line to save my parrot who was boarding when the building caught on fire. The vets are kind and knowledgeable, and boarding services are exceptional! I am very grateful for them as they are real partners in the care of my macaw.
This veterinary practice is stellar! Dr. Bashaw is so kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The hospital is very clean and welcoming, and everyone who works there seems so happy! A special shout out to Emily who works closely with Dr. Bashaw with my cat. They have a way about them with her. She does not mind going there! A teeth cleaning was done, and honestly, I could not be happier with the way my cat and I were treated. I was kept updated, and the patient came home happy! Thank you to Dr. Bashaw and EVERYONE associated with her!!!! A++++++++++++++++++ and a million stars, too!!
A million stars - I’ve been to a couple other vets in the palm beach county area but this is the only one I’ll ever take my pets to now! My chameleon had a vitamin deficiency causing eye issues. I took her to a vet ER and they only gave me eye drops that didn’t treat the real issue so they didn’t help. Dr. Romo treated the actual issue and now she’s healthy

We had a good time here. It was so interesting to learn about all the things that they do to protect the birds. Both native and non native. I loved all the informational tips about how to keep them safe and encourage you to keep bird friendly plants and trees that are native to our areas. Getting to see all the raptors and their stories was great. Please don't forget to check out the dock and beautiful lily pads. Great place for families to teach their children about our duties to wildlife. But some really cool buttons of your favorite birds $1 each and the bird guide handbook is great as well. $5. We will be planting some of the plants and bushes in our yards to help support local wildlife. Good job Audubon!!
This is the first vet in last ten years sat down with me and explained to me actually cared and didn’t even ask about money he just care about Dallas. They have compassion and gave me list just like child Dallas is our son and rescue dog this vet hospital is awesome everyone should bring there pets here and there reasonable prices thank u Longbeach animal hospital god bless
We have had Dr. Romo as our veterinarian for over 3 years now. We have followed him from the previous facilities to his the current clinic he owns, and there is a distinct reason why. He is great at what he does, a thorough and investigative doctor, who is also incredibly kind and thoughtful. He is always striving to do what is right for his patients, and will be honest when the prognosis is not what you want it to be. My husband and I drive 90 minutes to bring our ferrets, and do so gladly because we trust him implicitly. We will continue to do so. His staff are knowledgeable and practical, while also being attentive and warm. Frida is incredible at what she does, always great with the animals and never to busy to stop and ask how the client is as well. We are very thankful to have them as our vet, knowing they are there to take care of our pets has brought great piece of mind.
This zoo is so good we originally went for the day but decided to get a yearly membership. Definitely worth joining, plus 50% of other zoos and aquariums that take part in it. Animals are in habitats that resemble their natural habitat. What an awesome experience to say the least. Go online and plan out your day by feeding the giraffes, or doing one of the other activities with an animal. A kid area with rides, and games for them to play for an additional cost. Also don't forget to ride the safari truck that explains about the different African animals in that area of the zoo. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out what it has to offer.
I called Long Beach Animal Hospital on a Sunday afternoon and the staff there got our pug in two hours later. It was such a relief.

It was a well maintained place. We came when most kids went back to school so it was pretty empty so we could see everything pretty fast. I highly recommend coming to visit. It has a nice water fountain for anyone to cool off so I recommend wearing a swimsuit or fast drying clothing. Overall my experience was awesome. One thing I kind of was sad was most of the animals couldn’t be seen. Maybe they were hiding from the heat or something else. The Zoo was nice, and clean. Would totally recommend!!

I had the best experience ever with Palisades Veterinary Clinic. My little baby, Meph, went there for cat boarding over a week. I was concerned as it was his first time boarding. When I arrived, the staff was the nicest ever. Meph is a French cat, and has a French passport. The staff took time to help me and check all the translations for the vaccines, as some of them do not have the same names. Then, they even offered complementary exams, if I wanted to, while Meph stayed there. I was highly surprised by their level of professionalism. When I picked up my cat, after a week, I was a bit afraid as he is very sensitive to stress. But I found a very healthy Meph, who was completely comfortable as soon as we got home. Under stress, he gets a lot of dandruff, and this time there was none. I highly recommend Palisades clinic. My best experience with veterinarian services.
My dog Gumbo came in with an upset stomach. Dr Anna and Vet tech Linda diagnosed and treated him quickly. Turns out he also had kennel cough and an ear infection too. Gumbo is on the mends now. Even Brittany from the front desk popped in to check up on my dog. Everyone at Seal Beach Animal Hospital truly loves animals. Highly recommend this vet!
Very informative, follow up was timely and accurate. Dr Peel and the girls are all wonderful. I would never hesitate to refer to them and i run my own rescue to re-home for parrots.
What they *do* for the birds is great, five stars, but the staff seems a bit lazy and lackluster in wanting to help people learn about the birds. It’s just “scan the QR code and be on your way.” If I wanted to read everything on my phone, I would have just stayed home and used the internet.

Disappointed; especially after having been before and had a better experience and more interaction. Brought friends this time too, who also appreciated what this center does for the birds, for wildlife, but ultimately didn’t get any warm feelings of appreciation or “we’re happy you’re here, thank you for your support”.
Something to consider: If you share the experience of taking out even one bird for people to see up close; and have a staff member who is engaged, and excited to share information with you about these amazing creatures, you excite the community and can encourage more guests to get excited; to learn, to bring friend, to share this message on social media; thus, more income, more revenue for this establishment. Sounds like a win-win with minimal effort.

Actually, my experience here happened several years ago. I had an incorrect diagnosis here from Dr. Bashaw, that resulted in my dog's death. I should have been directed to an emergency vet, but I was given a week worth of antibiotics from the veterinarian. I have spoken to quite a few residents of fountain hills, that had experienced either the same experience or regretted taking their pets here. I would definitely get a second opinion in your pets diagnosis if you go here.
We brought a family member's dog that we're caring for here and it was a wonderful experience. Very nice facility and amazing staff. We would highly recommend taking your pet here!
I have been bringing my ferrets to this animal hospital for about 2 years now. Every support staff member I have met has been wonderful and incredibly helpful. Jammy, who I have met a few times, was the last tech that helped with my babies and as always she was a joy to be around - very loving to each of the ferrets. I see Dr. Smith for their annual visits and I absolutely love her - I make sure to book their appointments in advance to see her. She is one of my favorite veterinarians I have met thus far!
Super thankful to LB Animal Hospital for driving over to pickup a sick stray cat (on a weekend no less). I could not get a call back from ANY local feral cat/rescue orgs. I am so grateful that this place exists!!!

Dr Hoban is the best vet I have ever been to. She was very informative. She took her time and answered every single question I had. I have never felt so welcomed in a veterinarian's office before.
I started taking my dogs here about 2 years ago. My dog had a lump on her chest that I believed was a tumor, my previous vet had done a fine needle aspiration and told me that it was not cancerous. I wanted a second opinion so I brought her here after reading an article online about how great the vets here were. It turned out it was cancerous, the vets did test to insure she was ready for surgery and ended up finding a heart murmur as well that my old vet did not catch. Her surgery went great and they called me to check up on her frequently. Her tumor was late stage and they didn’t know if it would spread. I believe that they did an amazing job removing it because she has not had any issues with it since. This was almost two years ago. Since then she has had dental surgery which also went very well. The doctors here are minimal with testing and will not run up a huge bill with unnecessary tests or treatments. They recommend what is necessary at that time and give you information to make your own informed decisions. They will not try to pressure you into anything the way most vets do. They have excellent bedside manner and always make me feel as comfortable and confident as possible when my dogs are not feeling well unlike some vets that I feel try to scare you into treatments sometimes. Since switching to this vet I have never had to go to an emergency vet. Every time i need to bring my senior dog in they manage to squeeze me in, I am so grateful to them. This place tries to give 2nd chance to live. Wonderful place and wonderful people who work in here. Small place of heaven where you can take a rest and mentally recover. It is worth visiting this place just because money for the tickets helps this place to exist.
My Conure, Abbott, injured his wing in an accident recently and could not fly, I looked around for someone to help and found the Exotic Bird Hospital. The team there was great to work with, and took great care of Abbott, he is now recovering at home. I am grateful for the care they provided, and happy to say Abbott is starting to make short flights again.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Dr Maddox and his team this week. We arrived at 7.30am with no prior phone call as our senior cat was very sick, we were seen within 15 minutes, during the day observation and tests were carried out along with lengthy phone calls to keep us informed. When it was time to go in, Dr Maddox spent time with us again and afterwards very kindly and with so much care and consideration for both us and Luna, let her rest in peace for evermore. Thank you so much, you were all wonderful ❤️
Dr. Hoban is truly the best veterinarian out there!! We have brought 8 of our dogs to her throughout the years and trust her completely with all her advice and care. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right for our fur babies and she takes the time to call even on her days off to check on them! She never wants to push unnecessary treatment and treats them as her own! All of her staff is very welcoming and accommodating! I highly recommend Friendship Pet Hospital!
I am so thankful we found Hopkinton Animal Hospital. We moved to NH from MA about 6months ago and didn’t find a new vet right away. Out little hedgie has been sick for the last month, we’ve been driving down to Boston almost weekly with no improvement or real diagnosis. Finally we searched for a local vet and came to see Dr. Richard. She was able to see us within a week, take X-rays and have them available to review during our appointment and prescribed a medication that had almost immediate improvements. So great to have hedgie specialists in our area.
The front desk staff are always super polite. Dr. Colbair is thorough and explains things as much as I need. When I ask for specific recommendations he does not hesitate. They will work with me and provide as much care and time as I (and my budget) are comfortable with. I can't imagine bringing my lady birds anywhere else.
This is an incredible place, both for their commitment to these lovely birds and for their passion. It's a great way to learn more about why these animals are important and if you're looking for a few hours to pass the time.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Total disregard for a safe environment. One of my family members has been immune suppressed. When I was checking in my dogs, I asked Technician 1, "My son is immune suppressed, is anyone sick here?" Her reply was "No, everyone is fine."
Technician 2 takes the dogs into the room. I asked "My son is immune suppressed, is anyone sick here?" She said, "No, no one is sick." "Someone had something awhile ago, but no one else got it."
Technician 3 starts taking the history of the dogs and I ask, "My son is immune suppressed, I can't be around anyone who is sick.

Great place to see bald eagles and other exotic big birds up close. There are also several falcons and Hawks and owls . The great thing is your money earned here is money spent to take care of these beautiful birds . If you have a love for birds please visit this small off the path place . They will be glad to have you.
Dr. Bashaw is great! This is the first vet I've worked with that was willing to spend time with me and my dog. Caring, professional and knowledgeable.
Our first time here and and we were instantly comfortable but more importantly our little dog didn't shiver and shake at all which is out of the ordinary for him. Dr Hoban suggested a different food for his itching and wow, what a change! We've lost count of how many veterinarians we've taken him to see with no relief, till now.
Dr. Lynne Hoban her team are the best in the business. When you come here with your pet, you’re not just another customer. They treat you like family and actually care for your pets well being. My family has been coming here for 20+ years and would not take our animals anywhere else.
They were very nice and professional when I called for an appointment. They set up an appointment for my pet snake for the following week at Hopkinton Animal Hospital which is one of 3 sites available because they had a appointment available sooner. And, it was a shorter drive.
When my E bike broke down, staff was nice enough to let me stay at their facility for 30 minutes, until my family picked me up. I really enjoyed talking to their staff. They were super friendly. I will be coming here again as a customer.
My fav vet ever ! I have 3 cats and this is the only vet I take them too. The doctor and staff are fantastic, everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. I needed a last minute appointment and they were able to fit me in just in time ! Take your animals here and they will receive excellent care ! Would give 10 stars if I could !
Took my old dog in, he had to be put to sleep. The staff was so kind and loving in the handling of my old guy and l got to say goodbye with dignity and love. Not the best of circumstances but the best care that could be given, MY thanks to Auna, Mrs. Myers and Dr. Myers.
They are amazing. They really care about every bird they see and even the techs remember you and your babies’ names when you visit. I’ve brought my conures and CAG for regular visits, trims, and emergencies and everyone is always wonderful. Dr. Stephenson and Dr. Colbert are amazing and I would not take my birds ANYWHERE else.
I went here as a little girl with my father and I loved it. So while on vacation I decided to convince the local to go back again! My father and I have enjoyed nature all of my life as we love to awe and wonder over the creations of God! The staff is amazing and filled with all kinds of information. It's nice to know that there are so many people dedicated to the safety and well being of these beautiful animals! 😍 My favorite this time was Billie! Just too darn cute for me!
This is a well built and maintained facility. It was educational and fun to see so many different kinds of birds! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! We were able to see many birds up close and ask questions. Very cool and very affordable. Great family activity!
I just visited this veterinarian for the first time. Dr. Ena sat with me for quite awhile explaining different antibiotics, and my cat’s condition. I have never had a veterinarian so invested in my cat’s care. I felt like she really enjoys helping animals and loves her job. The receptionist, Ashley, is so nice, and she seems like she really cares as well. The other receptionist, Osmara, was really sweet as well, and full of smiles. I will come back ❤️
This is my go to exotics vet. Although some of vets there may handle them old school— holding them by the scruff(which I’m not all that fond of), I can at least rest easy on taking my hamsters here for any reason, since they specialize in exotics, and can accurately give you the right meds your exotic pet needs~
Honestly, the most rude vet I have ever encountered in my life. She threatened to have my dog’s head cut off (!!!) and was barking at her staff. I feel sorry for the ladies who work under that vet. Save yourself and your pet the trauma and go literally anywhere else. I wish zero stars was an option. Your pets deserve better.

Amazing experience. I didn't know what to expect because the compound seems so small from the outside (and it is small on the inside, too), but they make up for the size by being absolutely wonderful. Every staff person I spoke with was warm, engaging, and friendly. The birds are...breathtaking. I love raptors, and being able to see some of my favorites (kestrels and swallow-tailed kites are just 😍), in an up close setting was wonderful. It's small, but absolutely worth every cent.

Dr. Ina and her staff are the best in town. They legitimately care about your pet, I’ve seen dozens of vets over the lifetime of my dogs and Ina is the only vet I have trusted. She’s saved my stinky dog’s life and I’m forever grateful.
I do find it humorous the folks on here that have an issue on her non GMO stance- does that make the reviewers proGMO?! How does that factor into the care of your pets?

Updating my three year review from 5 stars to 1 star. These vets don't care anymore! I've been taking my animals to this location for years. At minimum 15 years. Lately, they're hiring people that have absolutely no compassion for animals it seems.
The Doctor called my dog a train wreck because he's special needs. She prescribed medication to him for an animal 50 lbs more than his weight, and when asked about it, shrugged it off and said it's fine. It wasn't until the nurse noticed and said he absolutely could not have that dosage.
Are you trying to harm my animals??
Next, I brought my other dog in for his vaccinations. He's gone to the same place for FOUR years. LBAH was my go to vet always. But they decided to give my dog all three vaccination shots without warning me that he's never done that before, or that he might have a reaction. Less than hour later, my dog was covered in hives. We called and were told to bring him back immediately, so we did.
They never mentioned the amounts they were going to charge AGAIN because he had to have it reversed. Communication is lacking here and they just want their money.
After 5 hours for an appointment, I will NEVER take my pets back there again.

We are so lucky to have a vet so close to us and what a loving, supportive team. All the staff is professional and empathetic. We've had several pet emergencies this year and each time, they have seen us the same day. Dr. Wallitsch always takes her time with us and listens to our concerns.
All the staff there clearly love animals and they interact so lovingly with our pets. They always tell us how sweet they are after their visits. It really makes us feel like they're in good hands. We would recommend this clinic to anyone in Fountain Hills. They treat our pets like they are their own and it is really good to know that if another emergency comes up, we can depend on them.

Dr. Marshall and the entire staff are hero's to my family. I called them in an emergency situation in a hysterical panic thinking my dog was dying in my arms. Kelsey did such an amazing job keeping me calm while we rushed him there as fast as we could. He was bit by a rattlesnake not once, but twice. He is smiling and walking with all four limbs today because of their quick action and in depth knowledge. We are now happy to call El Dorado our main veterinarians.

My chihuahua was bitten badly by a Pit bull mix at a friends house and I went to some other Vet Clinics & Animal Hospitals and nothing felt right. Then, upon meeting Dr Ena she had the best solutions and suggestions and ultimate care for the well being of my dog. I felt as if I had met an animal Angel & fantastic Doctor! Her expertise is amazing, her heart huge and her prices are very reasonable...
Brought both of my cockatiels in for checkups. They were very kind and thorough to my birdies. Prices are very reasonable. We will be sticking with these guys to care for our birds. They also have good hours and are even open on Saturdays.

I have been bringing our pets here for a while, but when I went to order flea & tic protection like normal, and Heart worm protection,
They held it for ransom unless we did another exam, which is costly including 6 months of protection medication. Time to find a better vet. Very disappointed!
