It was okay I took my mom and my mom friend dear and they bought a lot of stuff so that was nice friendly people nice atmosphere
Online it says the close at 8pm. Showed up at 7:15pm on a Saturday and they were already closed. Considering you have to pay to park in the area, this was extremely disappointing!
I would like to thank Jessica and Paige (? think this was the other clerk) for their outstanding customer service. I bought a few items that were displayed on the sales rack and when I went home, I realized that I was charged full price. Although I'll have to return these items because I bought them thinking they were on final sale, I really appreciated the extra time and effort Jessica and Paige took to help me. They were helpful, courteous, detailed and kind. This store is immaculately organized. I always find the store to be impeccably organized, very eye catching, how they display by color, of classic style and great quality for the price. I love to check out their sale rack on the second floor. They also have a wonderful formal and cocktail dress section for formal events.
Sad that the staff are pick and choose whom to say hi, friendly or welcoming customers, this the second time happened at only this location, never again, I wonder if they employees trained how everyone t o welcome everyone??

Has some great budget products here. A good selection of brands.
Was shopping for back to school clothes for my son and the associate with glasses and curly hair was extremely dismissive of me asking if there was anymore sizes of vans. He seemed more interested in talking to what seemed like his friends. When I asked if he could check the back for a size 11 he just said they don’t carry that size.

Not bad, similar to TJ Maxx and Ross. Belts for $8, Hillfiger polo $24, luggage for $70-80. Mostly clothes, shoes, bags, but a few other things, too. Store is dated but not dirty. I'd go again.
I was helped by an outstanding employee named, Megan P. Megan helped my daughter and I in the dressing room. She styled my outfit to make me feel more comfortable about my arms showing. She took the time to find a shorter jacket in the store for me. Her suggestions were outstanding. She also went out of her way to price check items making multiple trips down stairs. At the end of our visit Megan surprised us with a genuine act of kindness that left me teary eyed. Her generosity turned my shopping experience into a moment I will never forget.

This shop is super cute and has a lot of great apparel for both men and women. Their accessories and handbags are adorable, fashionable, and at a reasonable price. The apparel can get a bit pricey, but all of it is eye-catching and seems to be of high quality. They also have an incredible almost hidden large section of formal dresses! So if you're looking for a unique dress for your next formal event, you should certainly stop by and check out their great selection!

A woman started yelling because she caught a male EMPLOYEE filming her underage preteen daughter in the kids section. The dad ran across the store and attacked the offender while the other employees just stood around. Cops showed up, that place is a disaster.

I placed an order online, with “pickup in the store within 24 hrs”. What a joke! It’s been, well, way over 24 hrs. I’ve tried online chat and receive a different answer each time!
Won’t shop at torrid anymore. I normally buy online cause the sales are good and many options. Sometimes these items don’t fit and I return them to this store but every time I come in they seem burdened by my returns for some strange reason.

This is purely a customer service complaint. My mom wasn't feeling well and got sick in one of the aisles. The employees were refusing to clean it up and running around panicked
Usually prefer a different location over this one, but it was closed unfortunately so this was next best thing.

If you have never been in a maze before, if you come here, you surely have been now they have so many awesome things here to buy. I came here for two pieces of garment and left with like 27 different things.
The store smelled of straight sewage.. I was suffocating under the disturbing scent .. it definitely make for an uncomfortable shopping experience. I didn’t even get a chance to browse as I planned too since the smell was so over whelming. They need to seriously get that Stench checked out.. I am not sure how the workers are able to pull a full shift there.

I could literally spend all day spending all my $ here! I never leave disappointed.
This is my favorite Burlington in the area and I find that their prices are better than TJ max or Marshall’s. Always a wide selection to choose from and enough space where it doesn’t feel claustrophobic like the other one does. Would recommend.

If you need a size 2 or 3x this is the perfect store to shop in, the clothes are up-to-date and fresh, and I can't say enough about how helpful the staff is!
They are an amazing family owned business!!! Always a large hug to welcome you in. They make you feel like you are on top of the world. They are above and beyond in customer service and care.
It’s sad that staffs are not friendly, they ignore when I pass by or walk by, they just doing whatever they are doing and forget the customer service with smile and say “hi”. Not welcoming store staffs. Not worth to find parking to go in this store. Better shop online with great customer services.
Burlington is a fun place to shop. They always have new items, friendly staff and a clean store. Other than some messes some customers leave 🙄. The store is arranged nicely so you can actually move between rows with a shopping cart.
My job requires me to dress professionally, while on the go... Great place for handbags, skirts and other accessories.

One thing I'll say is they should notice everyone walking in their establishment know matter color or creed I'll give them four stars do to the fact it's a different experience with skateboard shopping, treat everyone as a potential buyer use that Beauty and Pretty smiles to sell your products didn't get anything on my first visit but I'll be back very soon.
Well organized. But um... it reeked like mold and dirty feet. I'm sorry but the smell was so suffocating I had to exit the store. Not much more that I can say.
Found everything I was looking for. The people were polite and friendly. The cashier explained the benefits of a Burlington charge account. I applied and was approved. Got my promised discount. Was more than pleased. I will definitely do my Christmas shopping there.

I went there to look at the summer shoes and Megan and the other very nice sales associate were as sweet as can be. The store is very clean and nice. It’s cozy and when I peaked at the sizes they, had nice variations for different body types. They have very high quality items, and the jewelry was cute too. I am so sorry I forgot the other young ladies name. Their customer service was amazing. Thanks for being so sweet and accommodating. I’ll see you all again soon.
We were going for dinner and walked by this store. Went in on a whim because my daughter liked a dress. I have to say, this was a surprising gem. Not only the amazing variety of clothing and sizes, but the beautiful displays. My daughter quickly ran upstairs to try on the dress, but we had to go because of dinner reservations. We actually left before dessert to get back before it closed. Sales people downstairs were helpful and courteous without being pushy. Although I had planned on buying nothing the best part of the store visit came when I tried on my first dress. The stylist upstairs recommended similar fit, colors and dresses that she thought would be ideal for my body. I know generally what I love and what looks good but her recommendations were spot on! My friend never purchases anything but black but ended up with a stylish jumpsuit, top, and the most amazing necklace that worked for both. All recommended by the stylist there. I ended up with two dresses and a half zip sweater that were terrific. You have to stop here if in the area. They have something to suit all!
The Lucky Knot has always been my favorite for cute classic style. Wide selection of well priced accessories. A formal room for events and even an addition when I need to pick up something for my husband. I love the personal service from staff who often offer suggestions of something I might not have tried. A boutique experience without the pressure of having to spend a fortune.

I ordered a pair of shoes online, which came in damaged. When I took them to the local store to be replaced, they said they had to order them again and have them shipped to me. I was told I'd have to wait another week, which I expressed wasn't ideal news considering I already waited a week. I was then offered 3 day shipping. Now shipping information is missing from the order and I still don't have any shoes. Last time I give this business my money.

IF I could give NO stars I would. I payed Donna Lewis USA a visit on Sunday, February 6, 2022. This was after doing research of black owned establishments in Alexandria, VA. After walking in I was not greeted by the gentleman nor lady behind the register. I assumed maybe it was because they were assisting another customer and they would get to me after. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After the "customer" who did not purchase anything left the two (who clearly were working there) begin to talk about inventory and not once take the time to see if I needed help with anything. Some of you may not see anything wrong with this but let me let you in on something. That previous "customer" WHITE! Me was a BLACK customer trying to support a business that was "black owned" clearly was not welcomed. I was ignored and never once given any attention. I would see the gentleman look my way but never did he once try to speak to me or even greet me. I walked around that 4x4 store about 5 times to be sure they saw me and not once did either say a word. My issue with this is don't claim you are "Black Owned" and not treat your potential "BLACK" customers as if they do not exist. And I say potential because I had every intention on purchasing something and putting my black dollar back into MY community. Again if they don't want black dollars they shouldn't promote themselves as a black owned establishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go into this place, because, clearly if you look like me you are NOT welcomed!

The staff and selection at this fabulous Excelsior boutique is wonderful! They have an amazing selection for every occasion! I love how often they update their selections and their new winter boots are fantastic! One of my favorite housewarming gifts is their candles, the" Sticky Buns" scent is off the charts !
The lucky knot always has the absolute best inventory and staff! I love the Annapolis and Alexandria stores, still have to check out the other two locations. Their customer service is excellent, they are always so willing to help and have great ideas for what would work for any occasion. The dresses and clothes are absolutely gorgeous and can work for a formal wedding, fun girls weekend, date night, and everyday wear!!
I loved this shop. I was there yesterday with my family. My daughter fell in love with a dress for the prom so I will be going back. There were a lot of options and beautiful dresses for any special event. The clothes and jewelry were really nice a bit pricey but I bought several pieces because they were sooooo exquisite and unique. ALL the staff were EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, Raven was great!!!! I will be returning to this shop. Thank you ladies for all your help it was a great experience!
The staff is friendly and helpful, but there is a glass case of incredibly inappropriate stickers (drugs, language, nudity, etc.) that are literally eye level for any young child who comes in the store. Even worse, they cannot be avoided because they are right by the checkout. Won't be supporting them while this is a part of the store. Will find a local shop to spend at.
You know how sometimes you feel "at home"? Well, the gals working here make you feel like old friends. They are SO helpful. I love that Torrid has new clothes come in all the time. It's keeps everything fresh. Overall, this is one of my go to stores. Sure, some of the clothes are geared for a younger crowd, but I can always find something I love. Not bad for a 50 something gal!

I found this cute boutique by accident. It’s stylish and attractive so I walked in out of curiosity. The 2 men who worked there, today 16 May 2021, were not helpful. First, they didn’t acknowledge me, but they were quick to acknowledge an older lady who looked sophisticated and rich. I felt really judged. Those 2 men looked at me with contempt that I shouldn’t be in the store because I didn’t look the part or whatever judgement they have in their head. I would shyly just walk around and look... It felt very uncomfortable. I never felt this way when I walked in these types of stores. This incident felt like the scene in the movie Pretty Woman. I always thought these things happened in the movies; quite shocking that they happen in real life. It’s disgusting that this business pick and choose who they want to help.
My daughter and I found some great Hunter X Hunter t-shirts, the latest anime she has gotten in to. Haven't found a lot of merch out there so she was super excited, and they had a decent selection.
This is my favorite clothing store in all the Twin Cities. Three generations of women from one family own and run the store. And they are just the most darling family. A large percentage of my closet is from A&F and even even larger percentage of my clothes that I actually love to wear are from here. The ladies are always on hand to make recommendations and help with anything you need. And they make amazing recommendations - I kinda see this store as my personal stylist. Great quality clothes, solid prices, and that hometown Excelsior feel combine to make A&F my favorite place for clothes in the Twin Cities. At this point, whenever I want something new and on trend, this is the first place I go. Highly recommended!!!

Thursday afternoon I went into Amore & Fede for the first time looking for a gift for my sisters birthday. A very lovely girl was working there and really took the time to help me find the perfect gift for her. I’ve always struggled getting gifts for my sisters, and the wonderful employee there really took the time to ask questions about what she’s interested in and about her style. I ended up getting a couple of clothing items from locals designers and a necklace with a Minnesota state pendant from a beautiful rose colored stone, and let me tell you everything was a home run when my sister opened her gifts. Thank you amore and Fede for being the perfect store, with a VERY genuinely helpful staff help me find the perfect gift! I have four sisters, and I will DEFINITELY be back to buy their presents when their birthdays come around.

The store is absolutely gorgeous and everything is priced so affordably for clothes so cute! They also have new sales every week which is absolutely amazing!!! When I moved I was worried I wouldn’t find any stores that fit my style when it comes to fashion. Then I came across The Copper Closet. Not only was this store filled with stylish clothing it also had friendly staff that assisted me and helped me pick the best outfits for all sorts of events. The Copper Closet is my all time favorite store. And did I mention how affordable it is? Being a college student isn’t cheap but The Copper Closet Store makes it so easy for me to still look my best at an affordable price. If you haven’t been you are missing out!

This is a fantastic clothing boutique. Not only are there clothes fabulous but also have a wonderful selection of shoes and yoga wear (especially if you want to look like a fabulous yogis but only dress the part!) The service was exceptional. Amazing store.
The new store manager, Stephen, helped my son with his first trick board purchase. Stephen was helpful, knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. He explained everything in detail and he was very pleasant the entire time. The other staff that helped us was also great. I think this store will be very successful as long as he is managing.
I absolutely love Blink and the people that work there! They are seriously the nicest, especially Alex! She is my favorite! I am not the most fashionable person in the world and they help me sooo much figure out what looks good together! Also there outfits are pretty affordable for a girl on a budget!
