We had sooo much fun shopping there. We were looking for a crossbody purse that would work for traveling. Alexus showed us everything that fit our specifications. She pointed out additional features that each bag had. We were easily able to find multiple options that fit our needs. We had such a good time looking at all the other cute stuff they had. From crab-shaped coin purses to watermelon wristlets we ended up with much more than a crossbody bag. Alexus was amazing but the entire staff was super helpful as well. We travel a bit to get to this location but this staff and this experience make us want to return-soon. Thank you Kate Spade ♠️ outlet! We had a great day because of you.
We just had a Dr. appointment. There was plenty of parking with all the businesses in the complex.
After getting off the subway you walk right into this amazing architecture it was incredible. The building looks smaller from the outside but it is much larger than it seem.

I was just in the store, and there were four Associates at the desk. While I picked up some items to try on and walked back towards the fitting room, 2 of the employees looked at me and said absolutely nothing. How can you run a retail store and don't even acknowledge a customer? One continue her conversation saying that it was going to be her last day on saturday. Terrible experience and won't patronize a place that doesn't bother to speak to me.
Amazing by its architecture, huge building and a nice place where you can find a lot of shops. Even if you don’t want to buy anything you should go inside to see how special it is. Also, if you’re just passing by and you need a restroom you can go there 😄

Nice variety of Coach bag styles to choose from. Yoshino was most helpful. She went the extra mile to assist us in looking for bags and wallets that would suit our preference. We received excellent customer service!

It has nice inventory but the staff profiles Black shoppers. After working in retail it’s easy to spot. It’s funny cause I just wanted to shop but immediately was followed, that’s the reality of discrimination everyday. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Felt very embarrassed when I was suggested to take a look at the clothes in the back if I could find my sizel I believe plus size is in the back. Which is funny because I wear a size 10 which is like a 16 to them. Store was unorganized and the person working there wore to much cologne.

Not the biggest Kate Spade outlet, but worth a stop if youre driving through.
State of the art shopping centre; creative architecture structure. The center has access to NY metro and NJ train stations. The mall has various shops and cafes. There is mobile charing room next to the restrooms of the first floor. Escalators take you from floor to another as well as the elevator.
I would like today's stores to work on this new over-profiling and folding clothes but spying on shoppers. Make this equal opportunity harassment for all people and not certain groups if that's where we are in customer service etiquette.
Not one associate acknowledged me when I walked in. They were too busy talking to each other about their weekend and actually gave me a dirty look like I was an inconvenience to them. The store was in terrible shape. It looked like a swap meet with little variety. I was actually surprised by this being a factory store. I worked for AE for 8 years, primarily in the factory locations and I have never seen a store look this bad.

The Westfield Word Trade Center shopping center is an architecturally beautiful building. The building is really spacious and light looking. There is a lot of space here and you can walk in peace. You can easily get here by metro and you can go directly inside from the station. The shopping center was clean and there are also free rest rooms.
It's always a pleasant experience when I go to the mall as I only come here when I need something and then I'm in and out. I tend to go during the week and early if I really need to. I would not be able to comment on the experience when it's busy.
Loved the store and selection. Went a bit overboard on my purchases since they had so many gorgeous choices. Too bad the gal at the checkout was so rude and disrespectful. I probably would have purchased a couple items for my Granddaughters but she was so rude I almost didn't purchase my other items. Note to young lady at desk....I always tell my employees Never judge a book by its cover! Just because someone may not LOOK like they're worth your time.....you have no clue!

Little sister came home in tears after being hounded during her shopping experience by a middle aged male clerk about whether or not she would by anything when attempting to try on clothes. He told her she could not try on clothes unless she was going to buy something, which makes no sense? how else would she know what to buy. This man then was waiting for my teenage sister when she exited the dressing room and told her she had to buy something from the pile of clothes in her arms. My sister then asked where to set the excess clothes she didn't want and he responded with a short and rude manner. She feeling pressured to buy a pair of jeans she didn't even want after her time there, that we'll now need to return. wouldn't recommend this location, better off going to the mall.
Haven’t had their fitting rooms open for 2 years already, possibly more . Very inconvenient. I like to try things on that way I don’t end up having to come back to the store for returns etc. please open the fitting rooms.
One of the best I've been to for having a nice selection and wonderful customer service. I went to another well known purse store and their customer service was horrible. I left and went to coach as soon as you enter greeted with smiles and offers to help you find what your looking for. And they had these beautiful book bag purses on sale for $169 Overal great experience and I will be back to christmas shop 🙂
My son made a haul today. 3 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of sweats for $200. Not bad. Great sales right now. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
One thing about The Gap you can definitely guarantee....Their clothing never changes... Same style every season since day one....Smh...Looks the same as the time I was there last....and that was at least 10 years ago...

She was in the phone while I'm paying that's a big noooooooooo!! That was very annoying Thank you have a great day.

Went in there to find an outfit for tonight and perla and Daphne helped me out , they was so awesome helped me and my two sisters find outfits and was just a good experience !!!

I live in Los Angeles and was on the hunt for a specific purse. I called an outlet closer to me and they told me this Barstow outlet had it in stock. I called the very next day and Isabella O took my call. She was beyond sweet, helpful, and very communicative throughout the entire process!

The store is cool. My review is based off they're hiring practice. My son was hired last summer (1st job) & was NEVER put on the schedule. He was told they'd let him know when he would be on the schedule. After two months of asking when he would be on the schedule he just stopped asking and found another job. They had both of our phone numbers along with his email & noone ever reached out. For all we know his employee number might still be active. The not so crazy thing is as much time & money I spent at that store I NEVER noticed not one employee who resembled my son, NOT ONE.

Marshall was absolutely amazing!! I was a first time shopper and he helped me find my sizes and explained everything so clearly. He was so kind and made me feel welcome! So glad he was the first person I met during my first experience shopping there!

I love Chestnut Hill. So upscale and I love shopping at Wegmans to get my groceries and grab my workout clothes from Athletica
So many sales storewide! I was able to try on many clothing items as well which helped me so much to see what I wanted to purchase. The employees were very nice also. I appreciate seeing employees by the fitting rooms in case I have any questions and there definitely was someone there. Their selection is great, whether you’re looking for a sweater, a shirt, or even something more specific like I was personally looking for a long sleeve shirt and jeans which they had available in many different fabrics and sizes! Might be a bit of a wait in line right now, but I blame it on the holidays. All in all, great prices and beautiful quality clothing!

Came for back to school shopping. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Maddie helped my daughter, and Angel was super helpful with my son. Breanna was cheerful while checking us out. Very good experience.
Employees were kind of blah but they had a lot of clearance deals going on. I was able to find three nice pullover v-necks for $5 each mark down from 65. They don't have much selection though and the regular items are kind of overpriced for the low quality material they use.
They had a ton of markdowns on really nice stuff. We saved over 300 dollars and walked out with 4 bags full of clothes. I got a lot of shorts and shirts that fit really well. We will definitely return to this location.
I went into American Eagle having been my first time there, not knowing what to get, all I knew was I wanted jeans. My husband and I were greeted many times and even helped by a young man (all I remember is he had a red hoodie and blue shorts) but he was very sweet and patient in helping me pick out some jeans and shirts. He helped me out at the registers and helped us save some more money at the end of our transaction which I loved!! It’s nice to be at a store that values their people so much. For sure won’t be my last time shopping!!!
This location is in need of new managers. They're always rude to other customers who come in especially foreign customers who's english isn't that well. They're loosing good employees because of management
I shopped at the Rue 21 located in the Melbourne Square Mall on April 25th and Dominique was very very helpful and so kind to us. He helped us throughout the store in finding specific items and was pleasant and kind and again so helpful. Thank you Dominique. I will certainly shop there again because of Dominique!!!
Clothes seemed very small and did not have correct sizes
The only reason I didn't rate this store 1 star was because it was a single employee and one time so far. Today April-8-21 at 6pm the super skinny girl black hair was behaving inappropriately. She was using explicit language about a mother because her child was crying. I understand she was fustrated with the crying but after she went off infront of me, she was way far more annoying than the child crying 🤭 and made my shopping experience bad. If she did that after the mom was far away from her, i am assuming she does that with most customers. I think she needs retraining or she is just in the wrong job. The rest of the employees know who i am referring too because she was using the bluetooth system to share her disliked.

This store deserves a 5 star because of the great deals but due to the lack of customer service I'll give it 1 star. Lupita was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional when answering a simple question of sizing. I noticed it wasn't just me she was also rude to another customer that asked a question as well. Lupita made me not want to return to this location.
I have been to the outlet twice, and both times an associate, her name is Brianna (sorry about the spelling), has helped me find exactly what I’m looking for. She’s kind compassionate, goes out of her way to make me feel extremely welcome, she’s knowledgeable professional and has even taken the time to learn my name. I’ll go back to Kate spade’s end I will ask specifically for her to help me. She ihas even talked to my wife on the phone, Or through the video because my wife is going through cancer treatments and unable to come. I’ve been doing all my shopping there for my wife and Brianna has just really made me feel totally welcome there. I come back just because she’s there and like I said she’s willing to help and take time out from other customers just to ensure I don’t over stress with the shopping. The prices are fantastic and it’s just exactly what all the women in my family want. So thank you Breanna and I wish you all the best in your sales career and I hope you become the manager.

This place is disgusting. I went in to purchase some earrings for the night. I put my bag down and either the bs sales reps or security stole items out of my bag when I wasn't looking.... Theives never prosper....... I know yall have too.
My overall time spent in this store was a waist of time, customer service satisfaction was a 0, a simple question was asked to their cashier and she was lost, curtisy was a 0, privacy was a 0, the cashier had us there overall an hour and nothing was solved.
Went to the mall today to find a nice shirt to wear out. Asked for a fitting room and the employee was very rude to my friend and I and denied us the use of the fitting room. Will NEVER go back to this store.

Rudest store I’ve been too . I called to see if they were open for business because a lot of them are closing and the lady didn’t even say your welcome or anything she just hung up on me. Also when I go in there always extremely rude when you ask a question they get annoyed. one time I was in there and I had asked a question and the lady started talking about me in Spanish and she got a rude awakening because I understood her I am also Latina I said I am not what you called me ( in Spanish ) ... her face looked like she seen a ghost. Seriously the worst store in Boston !!!!!
Went in store today staff was very rude no greeting when came in store. Associates stood and talked to each other while I was trying to look and stayed where they were and would not move knowing full aware that I was there. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in one store honestly makes want not shop with company any more that allows this kind of behavior. I guess I will be taking my business else where.

The staff at the Express Outlet Store in Melbourne FL are very rude and un-professional. Especially Lindsey, they target certain people and follow them around the store like if they are going to steal from the store. They have 2 entrances but most of time one of them is closed which is technically a fire hazard. Someone should report them to the fire marshal.

I Love the atmosphere here. The employees and managers are so bubbly. It makes me feel welcome in the store. Not to mention the amazing deals they have a specially plus size. Actually today I bought five dollar skin tight leggings that are plus size and size 3X. Can you believe it was only $5?

I visited this location yesterday, on Black Friday and found myself enjoying every moment in this store, despite the stress that the shopping day brought me LOL! All of the staff was very loving and helped a lot! Especially the young lady at the front, greeting, Jenna, as well as one of the store managers, Crystal. They both helped thourougly explain the sales for the day so I could understand and were very kind and helpful! I would recommend this store to every teen and adult who wants to look trendy and fashonable while still enjoying their shopping day! Great work everyone at Rue21 at the Mel. Square mall!
It was a crazy day so unfortunately I came into the store 30 minutes before closing, and i expected the employees to hate me for it. But those two employees treated me with the upmost respect. They were so nice and helped me find everything i needed. They were beyond patient and they continued to assure me not to stress out about it, because they could see i felt bad. I can say this was the very best shopping experience ive ever had in a clothes store. Many employees especially in fashion can be very rude and uncaring. But they were very kind and attentive. Also very knowledgeable about the sales etc. I found great clothes at fantastic prices, i always shop here because its the best value in the mall for me. They have cute, gangster, grungy, classy, sexy, modest, any style you name it and with a great size range for a great deal. I love this store! And thankyou so much Alena and Luke!

Had to knock a star because of some misinformation. There was a sign outside that implied a store wide sale, but evidently it did not apply to the items I was interested in. Frustrating, but it happens. There clothes are really cute, but expensive.

The prices are generally really affordable for the quality items you are getting and their sales are amazing. It has been one of my favorite go to spots if I need to get anything that looks good and I know will last me for a long time. This is a "factory outlet store" and their inventory is different from regular express stores. Also, they refuse to exchange/return any regular Express merchandise....so even tho their name says "Express" they don't operate like one. They will turn you away if you have regular Express items to return/exchange. Next closest Express store is over an hour away in Orlando...it shouldn't be the customers problem to deal with your inventory issues! Find a way to exchange your company's merch!
