Great experience. Specialist Anthony was quick and very effective. He conducted the inspection in a timely manner and never tried to promote anything more than what needed to be done. Anthony was respectful, operated professionally, and his expertise was top notch. After performing the inspection he operated the same day and took pictures for me to show my landlord as evidence. Highly recommend this service.
Molly Maid of Decatur sent out team 5 (Tamia, Kolinde, & Theola) to do a deep clean of my condo and I couldn’t believe how fast they were! They did a great job cleaning and were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to having them clean my home regularly!
The Molly Maid cleaning service did an excellent fantastic job cleaning up my apartment. It was very clean and spotless. I couldn't find a single thing wrong with anything and my place felt like new when they were finished and looked like I just moved in a clean place. I really love the attention to detail of my things i had placed around the house. The arrangement of my items in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. I was like" Oh yeah, that does go there, Yeah that makes sense that she placed this item there, and even cleared up some clutter that i had in a couple spots to help me out to make my life easier lol.... I been doing some things wrong the whole time! I liked how the Estimator came back out to my place to check behind the cleaning crew, not that they were doing anything wrong, but to ensure that I was getting exceptional customer service satisfaction guaranteed. I highly recommend Molly maid!
I have used AR1 for pest control since moving to the DC area in 2021. Tony, the tech who always came to my apartment, was absolutely amazing. He was always right on time and performed the job well. He was helpful with a variety of pests that required services. AR1 was always easy to get ahold of and always had immediate availability to come and provide services. I honestly wouldn't want to call anyone else for pest control services when I know I can get all I need from Tony and the AR1 Group. Highly recommend!!
We have used AR1 Group multiple times to deal with the occasional cockroach that shows up in our house. The product they use works extremely well, and it has lasted us a long time before we needed renewed service. The company is very responsive to scheduling, and their experts are very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in northern Virginia or elsewhere.

The Molly Maids that come are always on-time, and always friendly. As a mom of one (soon to be two) I don't have a lot of time to clean the house but I really appreciate and love the Molly Maid service.
whoever comes around airfield st in athens need to learn its not once but twice already that they leave my trash pin all in the road ? cause i don’t be leaving trash every where for them to pick up i have cameras as well next week if its the same i will go up there . thank you. have a nice day

While the nice maids(Team Sheila & Teresa) were cleaning my home, their work management was interrupting by calling them repeatedly. Their managers informed them to hurry up and unfortunately rushed them. The office also failed to inform me to put oven cleaner in my oven the night before my cleaning. Therefore, the team was unable to clean my oven. The maids did nice work but I felt like it was unfair on my behalf. I deserve the full time and attention to detail that I paid for. Thank you for your consideration.
The Mollies have been cleaning for me for decades. They are very good at what they do. The best day of my week is when the Mollies have been there and everything shines and smells wonderful. In addition, they are warm and kind when I have needed it the most.

My Molly Maid experience has been excellent. My house always looks great! Equally important is that it is very easy to communicate with the office and information gets passed on to the team . The teams have all been friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend them!

Have received pest control services from AR1 over the past two years, and couldn’t be more pleased. Anthony, our technician, is knowledgeable, personable, prompt, and dedicated to resolving issues as quickly as possible.
We had a rodent issue that two other companies had failed miserably at dealing with, citing that they weren’t allowed to employ lethal measures or open walls to find the entry point. After months of basically doing their job for them, we called AR1. Anthony recognized the issue within minutes (we had a degraded pipe that was allowing access), and gave precise guidance for our plumber to follow. We were rodent-free almost immediately, and haven’t seen any evidence of activity in two years.
We have since called for bees and ants; each required just a single visit for complete eradication. If you have something living in your house that doesn’t belong there, save yourself a ton of money, time, and stress by calling AR1.
A caveat to the statement above: AR1 cannot remove human pests from your home. You’re on your own there.

Our garbage is out since yesterday and the garbage truck didn’t pick the garbage up is address 87-35 162 street Jamaica 11432. It’s a temple and had gathered few people’s for a yearly occasion celebration. Please pick the garbage up and protect environment. Thanks
I don't care what anyone else says, every time I ever called BK5 about missed collection they took care of it.
The worst I have to constantly call 311 for garbage not being picked up...lazy bunch of city workers. They do this type of thing in minority neighborhoods.i wish I can give no stars.
The best, enforcing sanitation rules to help the city get cleaner. Too many residents do not follow cleaning rules and cry when they get a ticket, we need more enforcement agents to keep up with the many code violators

I called AR1 about a raccoon family throwing nightly parties on my roof. The gentleman who came to provide an estimate was knowledgeable, professional and honest - he concluded that the best solution was not to trap them, but to trim back the trees next to the house. While I did not use AR1’s services this time, I will certainly call on them for any future needs based on this experience.
Brilliant folks that do good by their word. Whenever we need a large item taken away, it's maybe ever a day in waiting. Bravo to a great group of professionals here.

They do a lousy job when it comes to enforcement of snow and ice clearance on sidewalks. They came 3 weeks later to check out the situation after all the snow and ice had melted away. At that point 311 closed the service request. Homeowners who have no ethics or decency will continue to leave snow and ice on the sidewalk in front of their homes as DSNY does nothing to enforce the law anyway.
Supervisors at BK18 are Unresponsive to countless complaints about their TRASH collectors targeting residents and not picking up their TRASH. I have made countless calls to this facility and all I get is the run around and false promises from all of the supervisors there. BK18 really is TRASH. they need to do better

Anthony was my service technician. I have been using AR1 for a few years now after a few failed attempts with other vendors. Anthony is very knowledgeable in all areas and always points out areas of concern while he does his work. Very nice to work with.
They don't pick up all the garbage and the cans are not emptied properly. I called twice and nothing is done.
The WORST! The regular guys do a good job. But when they send out a replacement crew, they come whenever they want and take one can and leave behind the 2nd can and ALL the boxes, which were peerfectly and neatly sorted- IN EVERY HOUSE! UNACCEPTABLE!

This is the worst service . They pick and choose what and when they want to take your garbage. I’ve made so many calls 4 leaving garbage behind. Today again had to file complaint. Pick up yesterday left a pail behind . Horrible service
One of the greatest and best paying jobs you'll ever have
We are still waiting to see the final results of the treatment but we had a very good experience with Anthony. Scheduling was easy and he came on time and recommended a treatment after looking over the whole house. We are hoping the problem is solved, but I definitely appreciate the 90 day warranty in case it isn't! The price also seemed very reasonable.
More revenue generating scumbags from the city. Always preying on the hard working people of new york city with trumped up sanitation tickets to fill quotas.

We had multiple incidents the previous week with animals scurrying around in our attic and wet wall of our condo. I scheduled an appointment with AR1. Despite the winter storm, Anthony arrived on time and was very courteous, efficient, and professional. He examined our attic, our kitchen, and the external building structure. He gave an honest assessment of what would be effective and, more importantly, what would not be. While we wish we did not need their services, we are very pleased with what we seen so far.
Usually excellent and I don't live there anymore, but Times Square, in the early hours of the morning, is a pig sty. I see it on the Web Cam. Papers all over the place, who cleans this? Someone isn't doing there job, and people are littering, right near all the tables they sit on. Come on people, a clean City is up to Me!
