Great place and great people. Facilities are always clean and so is the property. Our climate controlled storage unit never had any issues and there easy access 24/7. I highly recommend using them for all your storage needs both short and long term. I used them for nine months. Online bill payments are fast and easy. Give them a try.

They never answer the phone. The manager sits at the last desk with the lights off and the door locked. He gives you a hard time for anything you do. I rented here and left due to the poor on-site services. Corporate, check your employee. Try to get in or call during business hours. I’m sure you are losing business because of this.

The facility is easily accessible to those that rent and difficult to access for those that need to keep out! The gate code was immediately delivered to my email address and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. The storage unit is clean and the door sliding locks are great. The units have raised concrete, so water doesn't get in. The renting process was quick and easy and the contract is easy to understand. They are also cheaper than the surrounding 6 storage places AND have better customer service, so it's a win-win.

My experience was amazing. Customer service top notch. I was renting a U-Haul, and the process was much more easier than in the past. Kudos to U-Haul for making changes so the ease of rental is mostly hassle free. I would say more equipment because what I wanted wasn’t there but that wasn’t enough to give anything less than 5 stars!
I had such a good experience at this location! Alejandro was such a big help, I came in on Sunday with so many questions and he helped me throughout everything and even showed me some spaces so I could see the sizes. Highly recommend renting from here!!

The Warrensburg south location is very clean. No bugs or critters. Easy access to all the buildings with plenty of room for a pickup and trailer or Uhaul truck. Lower priced than others in the area that are not very well maintained.
Today I got a storage space and Jose found me a perfect size and price. The facility is so clean and maintained I had to take it asap. Excellent customer service on his part. Thank you Jose for everything

I came in for an upgrade today. Nick was extremely kind and helpful. Super sweet. Tony being the store manager was being super condescending on the other hand. Felt the need to address that “he got the message i wanted upgrade when i called four times to ask about it”. I’m sorry that i wanted to make sure i had all my information correct when it came to wanting to upgrade. I didn’t realize calling 3-4 times was a problem. Thanks Tony for having someone like nick to help me out.

I used Aggieland Storage over 6 years ago when I was in college and had a wonderful experience. Fast forward and my husband and I were looking for a unit to rent so I reached out and was put on the waitlist. They notified me immediately of when they had a unit available. The rental process was smooth and we were able to move everything in with no issues. So glad to see this company is still as friendly and convenient as they were years ago!
Great storage space. Feels very secure and safe. Climate controlled and in good shape. My only very small complaint is that you have to get out of your car to enter the code to get out of the facility. Absolutely not a big deal but that’s my only complaint. It was very easy to sign up and billing was simple and straightforward. I would definitely use this facility again if I needed a storage unit in BCS.

Columbia storage was great. Cheap prices and extremely helpful service. They helped me out tremendously with all the extra space they provided and Tony was always there to help guide me and answer all the questions I had.
I've had a unit at the Lincoln Missouri location since April of 2023. I've never had any problems there other than I had a small leak in the roof. I called right away to let them know and they had it fixed the next day. The rates are well worth it for the size of the units. They definitely have my business and I'd recommend them to any of my friends or family that's needing a storage unit.
One of the cheaper storage places in town. The lot the units are in has some pretty deep dips so you have to drive very carefully or stuff will rock around a fall. The units themselves are always clean, but none of them are climate controlled. There is also no shade anywhere so bring lots of water if you plan to be there longer than 15 minutes, you're going to sweat.
We have just recently obtained a unit and so far my experience with Jose has been excellent. When I called a few weeks ago for information he was so helpful and friendly-- 100% professional. Yesterday I left a message and he returned my call within 5 minutes. Today-- well now today we met him - he is a pleasure to deal with and speak with. He is very knowledge and made us feel very comfortable with securing our unit. Jose is what customer service is all about . Thank you Jose !!!!!!

Used Move It Storage in Bryan, TX for my US-based storage over the past few years. Aubrey, the local manager, runs a tight ship. The floors were always clean, lights always in working order. The temperature control was cool even when the temp outside was over 100. Well maintained units and buildings. I wasn't in very often, but the times I popped in were frictionless. Rarely ran into other clients though the ones I did meet were also helpful and friendly. I picked the location because it is close to the airport, and Aubrey seemed to know what she was doing. I tried two other storage companies in BCS previously - would not recommend those (lights often wouldn't turn on, visible vermin, flooding, etc.). Aubrey at Move It in Bryan was a big improvement over my other BCS storage attempts. Strongly recommend.
I thought it was cluttered and hard to pull trailer in or out unless you are located at very front of the storage area. Plus the first building storage renter is so very rude all he has to do was pull forward and he just flicked us off and stared for 10 minutes totally thought he was sleeping but he twitched and moved his hand but does he own the place or maybe he thinks he does. I requested my money back this was to creepy. BEWARE of a WHITE EXPEDITION 2019 MODEL he OWNS EVERYTHING! BAD BIZ!!!!

Best storage facility we’ve ever used. Manager is top-notch, eminently reasonable and customer oriented. As a military family who needed extra storage many times over our 34 year career, we’ve had a lot of experience with storage businesses. By far, this has been the easiest facility to work with. Just had Brazos Moving help move my parents and they did an excellent job! Highly recommend. They were on time and very helpful. They did a great job and seemed happy to move the items. Will define fly use them again.

They do not notify you when there have been changes to your storage and when you try to get in touch with them they do not answer the phone they have my stuff locked up may be in order to sale but I cannot get through to them to see how much I owe to pay because there communication is terrible non the less the front desk clerk is like 75 and has a hard time remembering anything very disappointed I'm moving my stuff out as soon as I can and I will not be doing business with them again !

Would not even give these people one star! Trying to move out - with notice given - and they locked us out of our unit by placing another lock on it. Had to go to the office, where they informed us that the notice wasn't early enough, so we had to ransom our belongings with another month of rent to get the lock removed.
I bought a business and was moving my new stuff from this storage place to mine when an employee came and said I can't have another storage truck on site,how else am I supposed to move my stuff.I moved what I could and left the premises. I come to find out that the employee put another lock on the storage unit to keep me from coming back..now you tell me..this is MY stuff and previous owners gave me the keys to move MY stuff and they lock me out of MY own things..yep ..tell me what kind of move that is from them

BMS is a honest and reliable company. I've worked there, and the staff is like a family. I recommend them to anyone needing a reliable moving team. The new location looks great so if you need a team to help you into your new place, go see them.

Place is quiet and nobody cares what you do. But customer service is terrible and the front desk girl is always on her phone and she assures you she will do something and she never does. I moved all my stuff out in April and it's June and they have still been taking money out of my account.
Cheapest and best in Bryan/College Station... we called everyone. Best because all doors are the big slide-up doors, 24 hour access, and great security cameras everywhere. I'd just call em'.
