Great hand wash, reasonably priced, car wash. Very friendly staff, fast and thorough. A little hard to find but definitely worth the search.
Where can I begin to start, Orlando and his team are a shop that is all about helping customers and being honest with them. He worked on a Porsche Macon for me where it was over heating, he was able to find the problem and repair it less then a 3 days! He had also done some body work for me on the car and repaired and fixed it like it was never in an accident. If you’re looking for a mechanic or custom shop this is the place to call! FIVE STARS!
This parking garage is supposed to have an exit into I-4, however during events when everyone has prepaid they lock the gates so it creates a huge backlog and takes 30-45 minutes to exit the front of the garage.

This is a nice and convenient garage which is easy we accessible to the Doctor Phillips Center and to amway. It's just a little pricey at $14
I bought a car in November. I was told that it need new oxygen sensors, but thow entire turbo system had to be replaced. Then, I payed the tax, title and license fee to them. They were supposed to mail me my license plate. I called 2 separate times and the said it hadn't come in yet. The third time they wouldn't answer the phone. I would give zero stars if I could.
Orlando Is the man! My car ac/heat hasn’t worked in 2 years and found out about him and he got it going in little time! Genuinely if I could give more than 5 stars i would! This is the place to be at!!! I’ll be returning for sure with any other car problems with no hesitation.
This man ripped off my mom sold her a vehicle. The transmission was bad. They lied and said they changed all the fluids. My mom is 77 years old. Why would you take advantage of an older woman like that that was all the money she had to buy a car, I don’t live in town so my mom has to get rides from her friends. This is Dirty he went to my mom‘s house and claimed that the car was working and it wasn’t.. and now his business is no longer open🙄🤔
I went there and after my car was done, I saw a scratch on the driver's side door. I pointed it out to the person who cleaned the car, and they wiped the area with a rag and looked at me as if I knew who did it. I said that the scratch was not there when I brought it in. She continued to look at me with a blank stare and had nothing to say. Needless to say, I left without tipping and have no plans of ever going back. Check your vehicle for scratches before and after if you choose to go to this place. I would give this place NO STARS if it were possible.
Community!! Don't take your car here , they overpriced a job they don't even do right , never clean mudguards even with the premium , never clean interiors good and ever do windows right . Other than that the manager is rude and really hard to deal with , knowing you are over paying this people to get your car scratched in every glossy interior trim don't worth it . By the way I don't think anyone there has papers honestly .

Safe parking spot when you want to visit an event at the Amway Center. Costs are $14.
When I was there in the summer the owner made sure my car was nice, but when I went there just a month ago I felt like they did a half way job. I could of went through a drive thru wash and got the same results, customer service is terrible when I brought this to there attention they didn't care. I can pay the same price somewhere else and get a through clean.
They still advertise on the grace for vets web site for a free car wash on Veterans Day, but they don't honor it.
Had to revise down to 1 star. I realized putting the car cover on when I got home the car was still dirty, and the next day driving at night the inside of the windshield was so smeared it was hard to see through the glare.

Really terrible experience. The ticket writer was speaking gibberish to push an upsell and trying to disguise it as a thick accent. At one point, his coworker came over to talk him down and they started arguing. Even after all that, my car was left with bits of gunk on all the windows. Terrible experience

Love these guys. My car broke down while I was actually on my way to them. 3 Guys came running over to help me get my car to their garage and they took great care of my car. identified that it was the alternator right away but they also got autozone to swap my battery out on warranty and was about $1200 less than what I paid for the exact same issue when I lived in Dallas!

Absolutely The Best!
This was the most disappointing car wash experience I've ever had. I could have achieved better results if I had washed the car myself, not to mention saving over $25. Their performance left much to be desired, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Regrettably, it was my first and final visit. The quality of their service was horrible; my car was neither properly washed nor dried. Despite tipping the lady who was working on my car, there seemed to be no one supervising the quality of their work. It was truly frustrating.
This place went downhill since I first started coming here. I came in for a wash and interior cleaning. Nothing fancy just needed to clean the inside windows and get the rugs vacuumed. The short guy hustled me for a wax job (as he usually does) into getting an upgrade that was twice as expensive. I agreed since I get my car professionally cleaned about three times a year and usually keep it pretty clean. I think they forgot the wax part. I think they also forgot the interior cleaning part too. The inside of the windows were still mucky as well. I guess I'll just have to clean my ride with one of those self serve stations from now on.
Extremely pleased with the service here! I needed a stereo receiver unit installed – I got an accurate quote and it was done same-day. Would definitely use them again!

I have had 3 dash mount phone holders destroyed, vent flaps broken and even some weather stripping ripped off. The last visit they opened and went through my roadside assistance kit (nothing missing but I had to reorganize it to fit it back in the kit). They also opened and went through my first aid kit, inventory was short. I don't understand their rules but it always happens.

You are basically using a water spray wand with different pressure settings only. None of the options contain any chemicals and the soft water is not anything other than standard tap water. Great for a spray off but you won't be "washing" your car here.

I had the worst experience here. He kept my car for over 2 week. Every time I call to ask him what's going on my car he would be like it's of right now getting service but I would pass by my phone will be parked outside He put those cheap lights on there, and I know that they're cheap. The app never works he unhook my speakers to put my lights which was fine but he didn't put everything back like it was, and he probably didn't think I was gonna figure out because I'm a woman, but I know would not recommend to him his loss not mine.
Great job! My car was filthy. I tipped on my card when I paid, but as I was watching them I kept pulling out extra dollars for how much they were doing.
Do not go here!! call your local neighborhood mobile detailing guys instead. The guys tells me my truck is done and when i open the back seat my floor mats are still dirty because it is not included in the package(only the front two are included). I didnt get the basic package, i got talked into upgrading to the 2nd highest package. What I paid today is what I the mobile detailers charge for the basic packages and they make sure the mats are washed down. Common sense, you wash the front one, you wash the back ones. (When you shower, you dont just wash your chest, you wash your back too)
Went here for the first time because it was the closest car wash. Not impressed and would not come back. The outside was cleaned but the inside was barely vacuumed, cup holder dirty and nothing looked wiped down. I paid for the B package $27 so it should’ve at least been wiped down. Do yourself a favor and just drive your car through the $6 wash and vacuum it yourself. Especially if your not getting a decent job done.
Harley was the best. Sweet and Polite. She serve me well and listen to what I wanted and delivered. The car was exactly what I wanted. If car proves true I’ll be back to purchase again in future.
Expert Customs was quick and very knowledgeable. They tinted my windows and changed my oil. Very happy with the service. I will be a customer for life. I Highly recommend Expert Customs.
Chester and his team are top-notch. They redid my camaro that was done by another shop in tulsa . They did my Harleys, and the installation was great and done in a timely manner with great customer service. I won't use anyone but expert customs.

I always come here to get the basic wash, and wipe down inside for my Mercedes. I’m usually satisfied because they are quick and well they clean it enough in my opinion but this time I saw the worker struggling with my gas pump and I go to check, the gas pump panel is broken!! I let the guy in charge know and he tells me that they do not touch the gas pump, which is ridiculous my gas pump was fine prior to coming here… basically now I have to get it replaced and fixed with my own money! I will never come back to this location.
After attempting to call multiple places about having a new headliner installed, Orlando was the only one that responded. He was so kind and patient, ensured all my questions were answered and provided a clear price upfront. The project was completed in a timely manner, and he even stored my car inside overnight. I would not hesitate to return for additional services!
I had my windows tinted here today. They have great products and great service. They are a family owned business and are a full service automotive shop.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This Carwash is GARBAGE and a waste of money. After paying $28 for a Carwash I got to my vehicle and it was still dirty. All they do here is rinse your car and throw A LITTLE TIRE SHONE BARELY on the the tires… (btw my tires are still dirty ).. Your car will still be dirty. I honestly believe RAIN water can clean your car better than what they did. So my warning to you is go across the street to the other Carwash or somewhere else.. NOT HERE
I went camping, so was looking for a place to take care of everything for me. I paid over 200$ for detailing, clay finish etc. I would assume it means cleaning everything making it look new like it just came off the lot. If you're looking for a place where they treat your car as their own this isn't the place I paid top dollar for everything but didn't receive the services I was looking for I'll keep looking.

I’ve had my car here 3 different times to have tint installed, a trailer hitch, and a custom tow package to add airbags in the coil springs. They do an awesome job. They are family owned and operated. I’ll always bring my cars here for custom work. They can do it all. They even do service work. Thanks guys. You all are amazing.
I took my brand new car (less than a month old) here for a first car wash, and there was many scratches. I spoke to the person that washed my car and they said that it wasn’t them. My car was already scratched. However, since there was so many scratches, he told another worker and the worker buff out some of the scratches out. One scratch on my car is very deep and noticeable. They told me that one they can’t fix. However, I’m still disappointed that they scratched my car after its first car wash. I haven’t even had it for a month and they scratched my car!
Our police department was looking for a professional and reliable auto detailer who we could trust and reached out to Aerial at Splash Works. We asked if she was willing to do a full details on two of our police cars. Aerial jumped at the opportunity even after we informed her that it’s been two years since our vehicles have been cleaned and would not be an easy job. Aerial did a fantastic job with our patrol cars and she was super easy to work with. We will definitely be returning our police cars in the future and have scheduled regular details with her!
I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Aerial. She went above & beyond! I got the vehicle back SPOTLESS, better than I could have expected. I have recommended family & friends that use her and are grateful they found her.

I had headlights replaced. They are super nice and the price was fair. I would recommend them to anybody. In my view they are very rare. It is my hope that they will expand to other areas so other people can get the great service they offer.
We cannot say enough about the integrity & quality of Export Customs work. They went well above and beyond doubling (maybe even more) the labor for our service, even though the base price covered only a designated amount of labor. Because of a wiring anomaly in our car, extra service was required. This wiring issue was not only identified, but actually repaired. The technicians & mechanics were transparent, honest, reliable,communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. They even took the time for a 3rd phone call to assist us with identifying a battery issue, a service they also provide.
Woman who was checking in cars for the 1pm show of Wicked (1/29) was very polite and so helpful when my ticket wasn’t showing up. With help from her partner they finally found it. Good ambassador for your company!
This parking garage is a great location but, when it almost makes me miss a show that I paid good money for at the Philip Carr Center then we have a problem. I waited for over 30 minutes trying to get into the garage because it was backed up with only 1 person running the incoming gate. There was another person sitting inside a booth and I don't know what he was doing but he was in no way helping out the very backed up lines. Mind you, you have to sides trying to get into a 1 lane entry garage. And trying to get out is just always a nightmare. I will not buy parking here again. There are other garages people, go to them.
I used this garage when attending an event at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. I bought the parking at the same time that I purchased the event tickets. It was very convenient. There was a bit of a wait getting into the garage, so allow extra time. Parking was plentiful. The walk to the venue was short and convenient. I will use this facility next time.
They did a phenomenal job! My vehicle looks brand new again! Such great prices for so much work, I will be back!
We took in a logging/farm & everyday use truck that hauls kids, to get detailed. When she was done it looked like the truck just came off the lot! Prices are great & her work was phenomenal!
The car is cleaner than it was I don’t understand how you can have 6 people working on a car and still miss spots. So I get home and just do a touch up. Thanks for cleaning my car. The wait was less than 5 minutes. It wasn’t too many people there.

I went in for a regular wash this morning because I wanted to try out this place. Please trust me and save your money! I noticed a few spots when I picked it up. I didn't have the energy to question them at the time plus they were very busy so I decided to just fix that on my own. Tell me why when I tried cleaning it, there were stubborn glue dots all over my car? I had to use goo gone on my car to get rid of it! It took me forever to remove them without scratching out my car. Needless to say I'm regretting my decision, very disappointed and not going back
I tried this place out because I would drive by all the time and see the absolutely immaculate cars. My car looked okay when they were done with it and I had to point out a lot of places where they missed spots in the last buffer stage but once they did that, my car looked amazing.
The owner and operator was super nice about two cars I brought in. Mine was gross, but my mom's was the worst. Layers of dog dandruff and hair. I didn't think she could get the smell out but she was amazing and the car smelled so fresh. I was very impressed. Worth using over and over again.

I USED to love this place cause they used to do such a good job and I would drive 30 minutes just to get my car washed here. I will never come back after today's experience, my wife and I brought both of our car today for their wash and wax special which clearly states includes vacuuming. First off they increased their Wednesday special price by quite a bit (used to be $35 just few months ago) now $50+ depending on the size of your vehicle. I haven't had time to get my car washed for months and that is my fault but the workers could had told the manager/boss that my vehicle requires extra work and cost extra before starting the cleaning. They wash and wax my car but it still came out dirty and said it's because I haven't washed my car for months that I need detail cleaning which will be another $200 on top of the $50 which I already paid. If I knew that before they finish with my car I would had brought it elsewhere. $250 for detail cleaning when they cant even do a simple vacuum seems like a ripoff to me. I declined since I had a doctor appointment that was cutting real close so I had to leave and I clearly ask the manager if my car was vacuumed because they missed it in the beginning. He told me yes so I got in my car and drove off. When I finally had time to look I see that they did not vacuumed anything, my interior is still dirty. Total paid for 2 vehicle is $115 and I regret every dollar spent.
Never buy a car from these people they lie about the quality of there cars!!!! They knew the van had a problem on the driver side with the wheel.They said the tired needed to be balanced, but that wasn't the issue. The shocks and axiles are broke on both sides and need to be replaced along with a motor mount. I called them back to work something out once the mechanic shop they told us bring it to told us the repairs would be over 2000 dollars. I paid 5000 for the van, o'neal's then proceeds to tell me he's not helping get the van fixed. When I went picked up the van the people at the mechanic shop said they have nothing to do with how o'neal's does business they should tell people what's wrong with the cars.!!! They are frauds and theives!!! Do not waste your money with this trailer park trash carlot!!!

I went it to get a car they were very nice very helpful I thought.They sold me a Toyota Camry and acted like it was a huge favor to me. They sold it to me for 6000. The car made it 3 blocks before the engine light and 2 other warning lights popped up. The car is maybe worth 3 with the problems it has. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here
One of the places that makes buying a vehicle like it's my own family. I never felt so welcome from the time we arrived the sales people listened helped us find a great car that was under our budget so we bought a extended warranty for 5yrs and 100K miles & still our payment was less than going to a big car dealership. Never again. IWe have referred family & friends who all night vehicles from Tim & Clayton we've heard great things never 3xp3ct3d to leave feeling to have a car dealership have my best interest plus we financed a rates better than our own Credit Union.
They detailed my moms truck picked it up looked brand new. Loved how well it turned out. Will definitely use them for now on!

Yesterday was my first time trying this place. I got the package #3 and i was not satisfy at all with the quality. Other places do better job for cheaper. First, i was told they won't use armor on the inside dashboard or seats(they say its extra) so they just wipe it down. The windows and outside was poorly clean I have water smudges all around the car body amd womdowns. I pay close to $55 for a bad job.!! I normally go to cherry/wardlow and those guy do way better job, than this place. I live down the st and thought of giving it a chance but I am beyond dissatisfied at their quality of work. Bad experience as a first time customer.
Amazing and great place highly recommend, team does a great job very friendly, professional and very passionate to the the task given. I came in with a Honda Civic 2015(I did not take any before pics 😓) but i can describe so I just got the car, interior was disgusting smelled horrible like cigarettes and old mj and somethin else (summer around the corner ) carpet had like gunk build up dirt build up one had like a baking soda looking stain. Pet hair, Dash board was layered with dust like you can see the brown on it. Seats stained dirty. Oh and the soda holder and door handle was treated as an ash tray. The trunk was gross like old brown liquid in it where spare wheel was sandy dirty trunk. Now for the exterior Rims looked bland the exterior of the car looked bland dirty spotty.

The guys at Tiny Auto do an awesome job! We usually do the Package #2 for $24.95. And after the car is washed and clean, oh man, it is like driving a brand new car! Highly recommended.
Ismael does a awesome job. He did a custom box for my Motocycle. Fiberglass music came out excellent he also painted my tank. I see him doing all kinds of bikes and slingshots and cars. Very up front and price is fair a good man. Five Star work.
