City Commons Parking Garage

This parking garage is supposed to have an exit into I-4, however during events when everyone has prepaid they lock the gates so it creates a huge backlog and takes 30-45 minutes to exit the front of the garage.

It's parking. The lighting could have been better.

This is a nice and convenient garage which is easy we accessible to the Doctor Phillips Center and to amway. It's just a little pricey at $14

Easiest garage to get in and out of for Magic games at Kia Center. Quick walk under I-4 to the arena

Woman who was checking in cars for the 1pm show of Wicked (1/29) was very polite and so helpful when my ticket wasn’t showing up. With help from her partner they finally found it. Good ambassador for your company!

This parking garage is a great location but, when it almost makes me miss a show that I paid good money for at the Philip Carr Center then we have a problem. I waited for over 30 minutes trying to get into the garage because it was backed up with only 1 person running the incoming gate. There was another person sitting inside a booth and I don't know what he was doing but he was in no way helping out the very backed up lines. Mind you, you have to sides trying to get into a 1 lane entry garage. And trying to get out is just always a nightmare. I will not buy parking here again. There are other garages people, go to them.
