Dr Agarwal and his team are all very pleasant, professional and caring. Wait time was minimal. Tests were explained prior to being performed. Thank you very much to Dr. Agarwal and the team members.

This clinic is very helpful, professional, and punctual. The staff is pleasing and it is a good environment to have your needs met. I would refer any one to them.

Terrible… First visit apt time was 2:00. I showed up at 1:20 bc I knew there would be paperwork to complete. They called me to back room at 2:50, nobody came in until 3:21. That person basically entered all the information that I had just filled out in the lobby on the paperwork. Then he asked me like four questions, then told me the doctor was not even in the office and asked would I mind if we called him over the phone…. I won’t waste your time telling you what I told him. Anyways, we got the doctor on the phone at 3:45. The doctor asked me literally 45 questions. Then we hung up the phone. I was sent out of the room at 3:55 to get blood work done. finally left their office at 4:15. They never once told me, the doctor would not even be in the office. And I cannot believe that the doctor would not even be in the office for my first visit. The next visit was a little quicker, but the doctor that I originally talked to on the phone, which was not a face-to-face. It was just a straight phone call really could’ve been anybody in my opinion, was not there again, so they asked me. Would I mind talking to another doctor? What was I gonna say I was there to get my results. he came in there and said all my results were fine and then the next thing out of his mouth was I needed to eat better and lose weight well hell I just lost 42 pounds this past year and 2023 and I really don’t look fat anymore, so that pissed me off and then he told me to do yoga and pray. What kind of doctors office is this? I got all my paperwork from them and I will never go back to them. I will never recommend this office to anybody.

The nurse was very thorough with his assessment and listened to my response and informed the doctor before he came in the room. Then the doctor took care of all of my issues while I was there instead of rushing through the visit and was very polite and positive.

The elevators have been broken for going on 2 years now. When both patient elevators are down, the staff elevator is used. The Covenant employee who sits and presses the floor buttons is extremely rude. She doesn't stop the door from closing on patient's, argues with other staff when they try to tell her the hold door open button doesn't work and she is only in the way. We can manage getting to the floors we need, it's not necessary for her to sit there and take up space while being rude.

As I advised one of your staff, patients like to know who is caring for them. I bekyrve all staff should introduce themselves when tgey encounter a patient and especially when they enter (or are in) a patient room. Finally —and this is not unique to your center —the first words patients hear at the desk is “what is the name?” This question makes me bristle. May I suggest “May I have your —YOUR — name please?” Or “Good morning/afternoon, my name is “Tammy or James” what is your name?” So try some new ways of hospitality, it could help

It was clean and very nice place. They showed me that there was a great place to be for my needs. And they were very professional. Dr. Agrawal is a very good person and a doctor.

This is the model every health care provider should follow. I got all the check-in stuff done on the phone call they made to me. I had a CAT Scan appointment for 3:00PM. I got there at 2:57. They checked me in and I sat down expecting to wait at least 20 min. They called me into the back promptly at 3. The scan only took a few minutes and by 3:08pm I was back in my truck heading home. These guys are crazy efficient!

Both the ladies who did my bone scan today were very nice and also professional. The lady who gave me the injection (also mentioned above) also did a good job making the shot as painless as possible, then made sure to ask if I needed a blanket and was ok from time to time when I was on the CT scan table.
They seemed sincere about caring for my comfort and peace of mind.

I just called to ask if I could come in and have a burn re-bandaged and the receptionist puts me on hold only to come back and tell me that I couldn’t come in because I would be considered a “New Patient” and they “don’t have anything until September”. Pretty standard, except I’ve been a patient there since moving to San Pedro 3 years ago but she didn’t even bother to ask that information, just assumed and gave me the typical “get lost” response. Seems pretty callous and the fact that I was simply requesting a new bandage on a work injury makes me wonder what kind of care people are receiving once they pass the gatekeepers.

I went to ask a question about a TB test lady wouldn't even answer me sign in and have a seat I needed to ask a question do I need to make a appointment for a TB test bad customer service so I walked out and left the security was rude didn't SPEAK

The elevators have been down for a year now. And at one point, both were down which forced you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to wait to cram into the one working elevator. The stairs are always an option, but not for very pregnant women (who have 6 flights to climb) and patients with cancer/hematology disorders. Very frustrating that nothing has been done about this for this long of time.

There was no doctor present on my first visit. I rescheduled, and the doctor was only available by iPhone video. He instructed the nurse to give me a shot of steroid, and another drug, but they were out of stock. During the chat, the phone kept on getting interrupted by text messages and phone calls. On my third visit (requested for follow-up), the doctor was present, but he was 30 minutes late because he was filming a promo for the local news.

Great front desk, Great back office staff, Great Doctors. I have been coming for my prenatal care, no complaints clean and professional environment.

My doctor seemed very attentive and seemed to have cared was on it gave me an emergency referral, however something that should have taken tops 48hours has gone into 72hrs and now have a 3 day weekend so something that's emergency related will be taking basically a week if not more since they didn't get it worked on yet. That's a bit ridiculous. That's someones life who is seeking help. Their staff are slow and don't care about patients and their needs.

I was very pleased with everything here. I am super glad I picked this hospital to give birth. I had to have an emergency c-section & am glad they have a NICU, as my baby had to spend 3 days there. The nurses were all so wonderful. The anesthesiologist was such a big help, he talked me through my surgery & made sure I was okay & comfortable the entire time.

Have to say I already cannot remember her name in lab (#3 if that helps) - but she was great. She could see how I am SO NOT a fan of needles and instead of doing a lot of change outs she took one big thing of blood and when needle done THEN she put in individual tubes. GENIUS so as not to keep switching tubes on MY arm. THANK YOU !!!!! She said she has been doing this for about a year - she has a great future in helping people through that kind of unpleasantness.
AND have to also give Cudos to Stephanie in Imaging Center - Breast Health. She made that unpleasantness more bearable and not torture. :) THANK YOU !!!

Really has helped the pain a lot. Movement is greatly improved. It taught me things that I do here at home that continue to help. Bernie was especially helpfu,l but all of the workers there were amazing and so nice and very kind.

Up to date facility, clean. Hematologist was very thorough and nice, workers were helpful and friendly. The lab office is usually pretty busy here, but they are quick. There's also a gift shop and cafeteria on site.

Very upset that I was told to drive 2 hrs back to office to get doctors excuse for work. I live 2 hrs away and got almost home and remembered it, I called to see if excuse could be emailed to me and I was told no, I had to go back, so bc I didn’t turn around to get excuse, I lost my pay for the day!! I am furious about this bc Dr Agrawal has been my dr for years and I really like him, that’s why I travel so far….with my health issue, I don’t want to change dr’s but this really frustrates me!!!

My father has been given the round around for a long time. They act like they don't know what is going on if they make a mistake.

i really had a great experience here. i was nervous because of the reviews i saw, but it wasn't bad at all. the front desk ladies were nice. doctor cris santos was very kind, and eased my nerves. the wait time was not bad either. my appointment was at 5:20, and i was seen by a nurse by 5:30. overall very positive experience and i felt taken care of. thank you guys!

This place has horrible customer service, starting from the security guard who is always on his phone and scolding those who is on their own devices because according to their notice “no cell phones use in the waiting room”. I step out to catch some air and play some music with my ukulele as I’m waiting for my appointment and remind you I’m outside the building the security comes outside and say I need to stop because it’s causing to much noise on the inside, So I stop I come back into the waiting room only to be told that even though we made an appointment we don’t know what time we would be called in? That’s why we came in early this morning and made an appointment so that we wouldn’t have to wait as long and here we are waiting for our appointment at 2:00pm and it is 2:57pm. Ummm the last time I checked appointments were set to be met with those who scheduled them? Overall this clinic is just terrible service, no sense of urgency and or help in this place. Hopefully in the future things can be more organized and taken more professionally.
