I just personally witnessed this company’s two drivers break traffic laws and cross red lights. Everyone moved out of the way because they were honking so much and thought it was an emergency, but it’s just a private company making deliveries. I’ll be sending the blackbox footage to law enforcements soon.

I am very happy with Sandy Hook Oil. Great customer service, great attitude, great prices. They were able to process and deliver heating oil for me very fast. I will be referring everyone I know who needs fuel oil to them. We accidentally ran out of heating oil and a different company that has always delivered was rude and almost heartless when I called. Cindy was so polite and helpful when I called. She was even able to get a delivery out same day! We will continue to use Sandy Hook Oil from now on.
I highly recommend this company for oil service and repairs. I had an emergency recently where I ran out of oil and my oil unit was not working and to top it off we have a newborn in the home. I panicked but thank God I called and Pam and office Team from Bacardi Oil were able to accommodate me quickly. I also had a problem with the Unit and needed emergency repairs, Paul jumped in quickly and worked with his team to get it resolved. They came in and assessed the problem and followed up as quickly as possible. Matters got more complicated and there was an additional part that needed to be addressed and Paul and Team came thru.. Paul communicated with me every step of the way! They are extremely fair in pricing and customer service is Top Notch across the board. Thanks Guys!!

Highly recommended, very nice to deal with and they service oil furnaces which is harder and harder to find.
The owner came in earlier than expected. He was very friendly and clear. Most importantly, he was very understanding. We found that there was much less oil required to fill up the tank than we had anticipated and he didn't upcharge us as significantly as he could have.

I would like to bring an important safety matter to your attention.
I was driving with our family entering Route 18 north ramp on July 28 at 8:10 am. As I was merging into the lane with my blinker on, your truck driver from Swanton License plate XBD -U26 actually looked like he went out of his way to push us to the shoulder and not be able to enter the lane in front of him.
We observed his erratic driving through to Route 9 in Old Bridge and he was tailing other vehicles too closely. When approaching the Garden State Parkway there are frequent stops from cars merging from the middle lane into the right lane. Had a car needed to stop, this truck would have 100% been involved in an accident.
Your driver needs a refresher course on driving and safety. The type of driving we witnessed was out of control. We have photos taken by my passenger.
Please evaluate your drivers in the future before he kills someone on the road. Maybe install a monitoring system and camera in his vehicle to help remind him to be safer when carrying fuel around on a busy highway during the rush hour.

Been getting oil from them for a very long time. We have 0 complaints. The people who work there are always so nice and have been there for years so you're always speaking to someone you're familiar with!

Im very impressed with NJEASY OIL, they deliver the oil usually the very next day after I order it and then refund my Visa card the same day of the fill up I didnt use. Prices are good also.

If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of in my life in terms of a purchase i unfortunately need to SURVIVE. We stressed multiple times over the phone that if there was a payment plan…we need that. We can’t afford almost $1000 for oil unfortunately and I’m not sure who even can right now. Whoever we spoke to, I believe Kaitlin/kaitlyn, assured us that YES- there is a payment plan! This payment plan would start in may and span over 10 months, which would be perfect. Obviously it was too good to be true because come to find…there’s an almost $1000 charge on my credit card!!! That I can’t pay!!! We called today to figure out what was going on and get this rectified and we were told there IS NO PAYMENT PLAN. There’s a budget plan- but it’s not what we were promised! Obviously we were lied to just so there could be another sale made- which is incredibly disgusting. Completely sick to lie to people who openly expressed and confided in someone that hearing their house is something they can’t afford! May this place get everything they deserve and then some, so mote it be.
If I could leaver a 0 I would. Their "customer service", if you can call it that, is beyond horrible. As a retailer, dealing with star ice and fuel was slow sometimes but Arctic Glacier is like trying to deal with a void. No ice deliveries for five of the hottest months and then say we don't sell enough. What a horrible company that has no care for anyone that isn't a multi-state conglomerate. Shame!
NJ Easy is fantastic! Their order process on the website certainly lives up to their name — it is totally easy to order heating fuel as it remembers and autofills the important parameters for you. Takes only a few minutes to do, nothing to it. Thanks for keeping us warm this winter!
If I could give 0 rating I would. Absolutely 0 customer service skills with anyone I've talked to. Rude women in the front office said they could not deliver in the month of July.
Very patient and knowledgeable. I spoke to a gentleman named Paul, he explained to me how the heating system flows and gave me good advice to save money and get more pressure to my second floor. I recommend their services.
Very efficient, empathetic and reliable! I called many companies to get a last minute delivery on a Saturday, but to no avail everyone turned me down. (it was 22 degree out) I called Ariba and spoke with Kevin, he assisted me with the rush and did his best to help me with a price I could afford. I am very grateful to him and his team for accommodating me.
I called to try and order some dry ice, and they said they only sell dry ice at three locations nationwide. One in New York, one in California, and I think the other one was in Nebraska. I'm only looking for a small amount one time, but I'm taking some Stars away because a previous reviewer was able to buy them there but they won't sell again.

Very happy with their service! I've just moved to Wantage from Rockland and heating oil was very new to me. The representative was so kind and explained how it worked to me, and they were out in less than 24 hours filling my tank. I'm very pleased with their service and happy I've found who will be supplying my oil from now on.
Contacted several companies but nobody offered to fix our problem. Every company just wanted to sell you a new tank. Tomasso Brothers came on short notice explained what needed to be done and had a great quote. Couldn't be happier with the job they performed. Thank you for a great job done.

They did a great job inspecting my furnace before buying the house and taught me a lot about how it works and maintaining it! They're great.
I have always had a good experience with this company when it was Star Ice. It was one of the few places I could reliably find blocks and cubes and while it was never stellar or particularly friendly service it was prompt, professional, the right price and easy to get to. The past few months they have stopped serving the public (only business accounts) - we were first told it was due to shortages of chlorine for water/ice treatment and today told they are short staffed. I hope they get it all straightened out soon. In the mean time we have been going to the commercial Costco which only has cubed ice (no blocks) but the price is great.
Tomaso Bros responded to our service request within 24 hours and fixed our problem the same day. Rates were the most reasonable. This is the first time we used them and also the first time we felt someone didn't try to take advantage of us. We've used some of the more "familiar" names before and always felt they did uneccesary work. This didn't happen with Tomaso Bros. I hope to never need to call them again, but of I do, they will be the only call I make.
Low prices are something important to me as well as professionalism, two things I constantly get consistently at Star Ice. Thanks for the years of business!

I had a empty tank emergency last night. We slept in the cold, the company I normally use because of my landlords contract is closed on the weekends so I found Bacardi Oil on the wed. They were awesome, they Understood my problem and were really helpful. They have me a great price for 150 gallons. I called at around 10am this morning and by 12 they arrived with oil. The driver even took the time to turn our furnace back on for no extra charge. Thank you so much Bacardi Oil team.
What a wonderful company! My furnace died and within two days it was ordered and installed and with it being - 3 degrees am I happy and warm. Paul has called morning and evening each day to see that everything is running properly. WHAT SERVICE , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

They were able to remove all types of items that we would've had trouble getting out on our own. They were able to come out the next day and they were in and out with a full truck load in less than an hour. Highly recommended!
Once a year I need to fill up my home oil tank. I call around to see who gives the best price per gallon and every year Star Ice & Fuel has an unbeatable price. This morning my furnace was blowing cold air, sure enough I ran it empty. After talking with the friendly customer service rep (didn't catch her name), she heard I was completely out of oil. She then phoned out to the truck and asked them to stop by today!

NJEAsy is very easy to order on line. Never had a problem with them. They have good prices and deliver when promised...or even sooner. I would highly recommend them.

Tomasso Brothers was highly recommended for an oil tank removal from a realtor friend and they did not disappoint. Once the date was set for the removal they were at the house before the scheduled time and got right to work. All the employees at the house were very professional and friendly. Over all they did a great job with the removal and filing in the hole. 5 STARS!
My bf and I have used this company a couple of times to refill our oil tank in the winter for heat. We even needed to schedule a fill when the temps dropped and they of course were slammed (totally understandable considering the time of year). They were able to squeeze us in within a days time, which most other companies were a week or so out on availability. Their staff has always been helpful and I’ve never had a negative experience with them so far.

Over the past four years that we have dealt with Keith, Rosa, Carleen and others at Ariba, I have again experienced that kindness begets kindness.
