Camping World sales manager opted to NOT match a deal and dug her heels in at $1,000 higher in price. This is after MONTHS of fooling around back and forth negotiating. I became so frustrated that I WILL NOT EVER SHOP AT ANY CAMPING WORLD AGAIN. Keep your overpriced price gouged campers.

From the management, the service department their service is Bar none fast professional, and they absolutely know what they’re doing. Kudos to such a great business.

Had some issues with side door hinges on my enclosed trailer that I bought from them. The owner stepped in and made some solid modifications and added an extra hinge under warranty. Works better now than it ever has. Service department got the trailer knocked out fast and me back on the job fast and couldn’t be happier with the repair!!!

Buyer beware. I went to camping world Greenfield to trade in my current camper van. Camping world in Greenfield offered 25k less than the local mom and pop dealer nearby, needless to say I'll be going with the local dealer. When I called, the person didn't even know the features or look up the features of different units. Wow, what a terrible place to buy a camper, highly recommend looking elsewhere, even if you have a drive a longer distance, it could save you 25,000.00 dollars or more.

While traveling through IN after just purchasing my Class C from my hometown CW in IL, the Hot water heater was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was sent to CW in Greenfield IN for the repairs and it was completely worth it! Matthew and Crystal in the service Department were very patient and so helpful with the entire repair process. They had me fixed and back on the road in a day, and they both definitely went above and beyond what my expectations were. I was really worried it would be struggle since I had purchased my unit from a different location, but they were completely fantastic and I am more than impressed. Whenever I am in Indy again, this will definitely be my go to store location for anything I need. Thank you so, so much to Matthew and Crystal for helping me through a very stressful situation. You both are Rockstars!!!

Megan went the extra mile to make sure I got my truck in and out even staying late with the mechanic ( I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) working on it. Even after I told her to just go home and I would get a motel and change my appointments for unloading. Nothing doing, got it finished and out the door.

I was losing air from my tractor can. The tech replaced the diaphragm, which was old and dry rotted. Good. But the entire thing needed replaced, which being under there, they should have known. On top of missing a hole in the can, there were UPS pups and trailers sitting all over the place, making getting turned around (I was under a load, so had my loaded trailer), to get out of the place, extremely difficult. They may be ok for roadside, but I don't recommend going to the Carlisle, PA facility.

If you are suddenly faced with living in a horse trailer with no electricity and thus no A/C, who do you call? Call Makayla at Horse Trailer Pros. She sent Kameron, who arrived almost immediately. The problem could not be resolved on-site, so Makayla got us into the shop for same day turn-around with our 38 ft LQ. Additionally, Matthew patiently and thoroughly reviewed various additional concerns we had with our trailer. When we arrived to pick it up, our electrical repairs had been completed, and other work, too, including a new faucet. HTP’s incredible service saved us from having to find alternate accommodations for two people and our two cats. As a subscriber to the One-and-Only Jon and Rick show, I enjoy their vast knowledge of horses, and everything related. When they mention HTP, it’s not just advertising - they mean it. I, for one, am thankful for their referral to Horse Trailer Pros in Ocala Florida.

Total scam artists. Needed a trailer repair. Had another vendor quote me $6k...these people first quoted me $12k....once the insurance was filed they remarkabley found another $14k in the repair. $26k now on a trailer that needed 6 cross members. After having it 3 mths they started charging me $100/day storage on the trailer.. Im a small Co trying to survive and feed my daughter and ran the bill up to $2600. I begged them for a lessor amount. Rudely refused. Also charged me $250 to air up 4 tires... Was warned before I gave the business to then because they were so nice. But once they have your equipment they will over charge you with no regrets. Can't wait to send a review everyday for the next 6 mths. Next review will have names and emails. Also, the work on my trailer... Smh looks like a 10 year kid fixed it with glue.... Don't waste your time and especially your money. Complete ripoff business.... Carlisle location...

Randy helped us find a perfect RV for our move up to Alaska with our three kitties. The process took about a month. He never rushed us, answered every question, got a great deal for an overstocked model, and even answered all our questions post-purchase. We enjoyed working with Randy and the team at Mt. The tread on my old tires wore out way quicker than expected and I started the search for a reasonably priced place to get and put them on.

After going around to multiple places Street Dynamics was able to help me choose tires that fit my vehicle and my driving habits and at a lower price for the same set of tires when compared to competitors in the area.

Upon arrival for the appointment, the staff were nothing but hospitable. They checked on me periodically and offered snacks, drinks, etc. while I was waiting . There is also a very nice waiting area with coffee, a tv, magazines, books, popcorn, toys for kids, etc.

When they were putting the tires on they identified that my tire pressure sensor was broken (something that I've had issues with in the past, but I wasn't currently aware it was broken), notified me, and replaced the sensor with a steep discount.

After the tires were put on, I checked out fairly easily, and left. Free rotations for the lifetime of the tire. (Do note that a 3.5 % processing fee is is charged if you use your credit card, so bring a check or cash)

I bring my trailer to them yearly to have it serviced and cleaned. I know I can trust them to tell me about any potential issues/things to keep an eye on/etc. The trailer always comes back looking brand new! They are easy to work with and talk to, very attentive and transparent.

Amazing crew! Was turned down by several shops telling us they could not or would not be able to put a hitch on our van. We called street dynamics and within an hour we had our hitch and wire kit installed! Fast, friendly, and efficient work!

Hey so I wanted to recommend this place publicly. They did a great job on my vehicle. I lifted 2008 Yukon 7.5 inches and put some new wheels and tires on. Anyway there was a couple things with the vehicle that need repairing. They went out of their way to get my vehicle fixed or me. They were very patient with me as we had to order parts three different times to get it perfect, they way I wanted it. They even helped me get some financing on this project at 0% for 12 months. Thankful that I chose Street Dynamics in Paris Tennessee. They did everything they said they would do and I'm very pleased.

I love this place. Most honest dealership I have seen in many years. They did say I would probably only get 6 mpg with my motorcoach I bought from them, and I actually got 8.7 mpg on a 700 mile drive home. You will not find a better more honest dealership. I took my 12 horse polo trailer to replace a bad bearing and caliper plus some broken brake lines, after almost a month I receive a call to pick up my trailer that was already repaired, next day arriving in KY crossing the mountains with 12 horses on my trailer no longer braked, I called a road side service and found that the brake lines were leaking and to my surprise they had changed ALL my original calipers and installed used calipers without any reason or need, is this part theft?…after complaining to the service manager M…K…A completely deny what happened …after sending all the evidence through photos and videos plus the report from Merhow the trailer manufacturer with all the specifications of the parts installed in that 2020 trailer they promised to call me to solve this problem and until Today I never received a call from the owner...incredible, not only did they put my life, the lives of the other drivers and my 12 horses at risk, they also stole all the originals parts from my trailer. I have all the evidence, photos, videos and chats with the manager of what happened. I paid almost $4000 to be cheated for this Dealer, So please be aware from this dealer, read the reviews they have to many complaints about screw people, don't take your trailer to this place or you will be scammed and robbed by these dealer. I hate to do this but this is the only way to prevent others horse lovers from this people, police report will not work, talk with manager or owner will not work so here is my review to prevent you.

Customer service here is impeccable! First trip here over a headlight. I would recommend them to anyone. Took care of my issue, and didn’t cost me a dime. Enterprise you failed but Street Dynamics picked up your slack.

This is our second RV that we’ve purchased from Mount Comfort and Chris Anderson. Chris makes the process seamless. His knowledge of the different motor coaches is priceless. He has always steered us in the right direction. The different options can be confusing but Chris made it easy and understandable. The whole buying experience has been great. He even coordinated our towed vehicle to get set up with the RV at the same time of delivery.

We've been trying to get our front end aligned for months now but always work too late to get here. The sudden snow storm gave us a day off today so we called to see if we could get in without an appointment. They told us to come right in. Got our alignment with no problems. Great prices and customer service (coffee and snacks included). We are beyond happy with the services we received!

Brought my husband's 97 Ram 1500 in on a whim as the back shock was blown; they had us in and out the following day in half an hour. I reached out to them via Facebook (which during a busy work day is much easier than a phone call!) and was able to easily get some pricing. They were able to get my trailer in that same week and I was able to pick it up the following week. We got there to pick the trailer up around 4:30 and Josh made sure we were good to go, even going to get a wrench and helping us adjust the height of the coupler. I felt very confident pulling out with my newly blocked, bearings repacked, new to me trailer. Looking forward to bringing it back when we are ready to have some more work done.

Were quick with getting me in for spray in liner prices good. Priced out wheel flares that will be my next addition to my truck. Good place to go.
