We only bring our trailer here to be fixed. They are great people to work with! They always find a way to squeeze our trailer into be fixed and it's always been an amazing job everythime. The price is fair and the work is top notch!

Parts department is the worst. Every time you place an order it never gets shipped. So you have to call back again a few weeks later to find out it was never entered. It’s literally happened the past four times I’ve ordered

Coming from an owner/operator, I have to say, these people are GREAT! From the lady answering the phone, shop guys & service manager. Everyone I talked to was top notch! Within the last year or so ,3 times I knocked & 3 times they answered! ALL 3 times they got me right in & fixed the problems. The one time I was expecting a $500 abs issue & they found a $15 fix. Imagine MY relief ! I could go on & on with other good points. If only the truck shops & tire shops treated us this good !

Bought three trailers from Dan Hagen a year ago, he was the best salesman ever. Worked really hard to earn our business and make sure we were happy. We were down to the wire on time and he jumped through hoops to make it happen. Plaques lined his office walls so it was obvious we weren't the only happy customers. Sad that he retired but he sure earned it. Definitely enjoyed doing business with him and we have our trailers serviced here with this location too.

The Absolute Worst Company I’ve ever had to deal with. 2 months ago I brought my 2013 26ft FreightLiner/ Straight Truck and in my opinion since they repair trailers you’d think this might be I would say easier or just as much labor as what they are used to. Instead of explaining to me that they are overbooked and won’t be able to work on my repairs they held, parked, and just did nothing at all for a month. It took them 4 weeks to come up with a quote mind you the insurance company had to send 2 notices before they did even that, once the quote was approved then they’re going to contact the insurance company to send them a check for the parts as if they needed the money upfront or couldn’t afford the parts. Then after I contacted them and 3 more weeks have passed is when the decide to inform me of the entire situation can’t believe a company as well known and big as Great Dane would waste a paying customers time for 2 months. Finally I decided to pick the truck up and drop it off at Twin State Trailer Repair who is right down the street and they already ordered the parts and have started working on the repairs within days of dropping off the truck. If u have any truck repairs don’t take it to Great Dane they will waste time and not treat you with the respect or even courtesy to communicate with anyone in a timely fashion. Like I said the Absolute Worst Company I’ve ever had to deal with. If could give them 0 Stars I’d give them a -0 Twin State Trailers is where and who you want to deal with.
