Website said had the original items in stock. THey became outta stock and then the replacement parts finally shipped a wekk later.

Bought a set of Flexride torsion axle halves, only place around that has them in stock. Called, confirmed, they had them ready for me when I arrived to pick them up. These are great for trailers. Very good service. My only gripe, is the long drive. They need a location near Grand Rapids. Shipping prices for heavy things is crazy.. spent only a third of the shipping costs by driving there. Knowledgeable staff, busy place. Highly recommended products!

They helped me successfully troubleshoot a propane tank issue, and while at it gave me a number of useful tips to help avoid the issue again. The fix was simple - I ended up needing to have the tank purged. Rather than charge me to burn off the remaining propane, they gave me the option to do it myself over the weekend and return on Monday for the purge. True professionals!!

Had excellent service from Pro RV Repair. The technicians were very prompt, professional & great with follow-up.
We had our water pump replaced & they also helped us (as newer RV owners) how to avoid such issues in the future.

Okay, so I went in in October to inquire about getting a wheel replacement. Spoke to Malcolm who was great to talk to but very green. We found the parts I needed and he took down my info ensuring that I would be receiving a call back within a few weeks from the OEM parts guy, Jeff Gaylord. So a few weeks go by I hear nothing. Within this time I had called and left multiple messages, and emailed Jeff twice. No response. Went back in 2nd week of November, spoke directly to Jeff. Go through it all find the parts again, let him know the urgency, need it by end of year. This is more than a month advance notice. Says he'll call me with and ETA in the morning. Next day he calls, gets a credit card over the phone. I think it's ordered. NOPE! Wait until the 3rd week of December go back in, talk to Malcolm again, no orders Jeff isn't available, etc. Had I known any of this in advance I could of attempted to find the wheel elsewhere. I cannot believe such an incompetent idiot is the only person there who can order these parts. Also I was just replacing the wheel, then all 4 tires, to ready to trade in for a new fifth wheel. Needless to say Camping World will not be among the dealers I use ever again

Pro RV has serviced my travel trailer in the past. Took them up on their mobile service this time cause it was 50$ off and it was certainly more convenient. (Probably saved them space on their lot too.) Service person was Donny. He had an excellent sense of urgency. It was apparent he was very experienced at RV repair. He did some minor pex plumbing work(removed a built in water filter) and repaired my furnace. Did it in an hour and a half. Tried the furnace out it works great. Since trailer is in winter storage haven’t tried the plumbing yet. Looks like it should hold water. Great job. Did what they said they would do.

I dealt with Scott in the Service Dept.
Not only was he very courteous, knowledgeable and professional he also has a great sense of humor and dealt directly with the relevant facts. He took the time to call me over to his computer to discuss the parts I was looking for and followed up via phone the next day.

I was trying to get sealant/gasket parts for my RV refrigerator. Turns out the RV manufacturer not only did not supply them, but instead wanted me to order new refrigerator doors!

We ended up finding another alternative. Meanwhile dealing with Scott was a pleasure. Camping World should also be commended for having him on their team!

They winterized my class b camper while I shopped in the supply and accessory department. It's a candy store of essentials and upgrades. I called weeks later for tech advice. the sales dept and the tech were most helpful. I highly recommend this place

I spoke with several dealers before I found this dealer for a new trailer. I had given up since the sales departments were so rude until I got into contact with Jacob kidd. Many thanks and kudos go to Pro RV Repair for making the replacement of my RV's house and chassis batteries quick and effortless for me. Stephine, the service manager, was very helpful in determining what batteries were required and she made the appointment for a technician to come to my location forty miles away for the following week. Donny, the technician, arrived on time and, with a few questions, went straight to work. He's both professional and friendly. The job was finished in under two hours. He left the area clean and was quite patient with my many questions. I'm delighted with my experience and Pro RV will be the first I call when the need arises. Thanks again!

The technicians and quality of work has been very good in the 3 times I've used them this year. The office seems to be a bit disorganized in that one person handles parts/service, another handles remote service and then the office manager apparently runs this shop and another shop I believe. I sometimes felt like the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing and I had to talk to multiple people to get questions answered. Once communication issues were resolved, the actual work went well. They also made special effort to get me on the schedule quickly to accommodate me since I live in my RV.

This is for the friendly lady at the front desk who was very sweet on the phone & in person. Also for the wash bay. Needed to go into the dirt lot in the back to turn around & stop at stop sign to wait for truck wash. I messed up & ended up blocking the drive in the back but they were understanding & nice about it. No problems with the washout itself either.

Technician Tim was wonderful to work with. He did a great job with the repairs and kept us in constant communication with progress. The icing on the cake was how hard he tried to keep the costs down considering our trailer needed several repairs and was at the shop for some time. Will be taking my trailer back to Rv Pro when any future issues occur and we always have. I will be requesting Tim to do the work but I am confident any of the techs would handle my business professionally. Thanks again RV Pro and especially Tim!!

Excellent! We called other mobile rv techs and simply never heard back. Pro RV were here within a few days of us calling and the tech was great! We had furnace issues and no idea why. The tech did his best to diagnose and fix the problem. It seemed to be working until just after he left. But, we called and he came right back, the same day! He fixed it and we've had glorious heat with no issues. The tech was very personable, easy to talk to and it was obvious he was really doing everything he could without costing us more than necessary. We are very happy and definitely recommend.

I was traveling for 18hrs n had nothing but troubles with my trailer. Stop about every trailer place on I95 from Va to FL until I came to trailer crown trailers and met Mr Craig. The most polite and professional individual I have met on trip challenging trip. Thank you Mr Craig for all the help n support I needed. Well recommended.

I had a variety of work done on my travel trailer. Erika at the front desk was fantastic. She was very personable, and knowledgeable. Emo was the tech that did the work on my trailer. I explained to him face to face what needed to be done, all of my concerns, and expectations. When the work was done, Emo thoroughly showed me his work and how to run some new equipment that I had installed. Getting work done on your trailer can be very stressful, but the crew at Advanced RV made the experience well worth it. Highly recommended.

PJ! PJ! PJ! One of the greatest people we ran into when we needed help with our truck! Thank you PJ! Our box truck had some transmission issue codes, called PJ, he came to us, helped the driver take it out of reverse and bring it back to the shop. PJ diagnosed the truck and after an hour and all steps he found out there was some water in the electronic system and dried it out and got the truck on the road in less then 2 hours. If it was any dealer or any shop, they would of recommended to switch out whole bunch of parts. But PJ saved us money, got us out on the road, and very professional and polite! If in area, and need help call Carlisle Truck and Trailer, the best!!!

Recently bought a 36 ft Eddie Bauer edition 5th wheel trailer. Everything about staff services was spectacular sales department was above and beyond in their dedication to our specifications. The staff was professional in their detail to the learning process for our new trailer.
Now, for the sad part, we drove about 1.5 hours towards home, which is 4.5 hours away pulled over to spend the night because our day started at 5:00 a.m. and because the installation for the 5th wheel witch was a laborious task and took several hours. We chose to get some sleep, that's when we discovered that there was a couple very disheartening defective issues that no one discovered on inspection the doors had to be slammed shut and one was extremely difficult to open. There was no way our grand kids would have been able to open them. One propane door frame was tweaked and was preventing the door from closing properly and we could make the rear camera work properly.
So the decision was made to turn around and go back to Wood Village, in the morning.
The next morning when we got back to Camping World, I went in and talked with Annie (spelling?) And she immediately got the service team together and started fixing the Deficiency, and after talking with several of the staff about the camera issues, the sales manager and retail sales manager arranged for us to get a new camera at no charge, what a blessing. Long and short we were treated with the utmost respect, Kudos, from " a grumpy old a##hole who's not going to be very happy" ( my wife of 26 years). Thanks again, guys. You rock, and you make good hotdogs.

I was honestly a little nervous about going to a large chain because I didn't think we'd get the service we'd get in a smaller dealership but I was so wrong! We really lucked out having Jason Nolte listen intently while we explained that we needed a full time living, stationary travel trailer for my mother - he knew exactly what she needed and was completely honest about the various brands and models. In the end he recommended the exact make and model that I was fairly sure we'd end up getting based on my previous research - he went above and beyond to help my mom pick the perfect unit, explain the process, and get us set up with the financing department, etc. I even had a question on Jason's day off and was helped by the manager on duty (I regret I don't remember his name) and i can say I was treated exceptionally well by all. I can't recommend Jason enough - he was exactly who we needed to walk into our lives that day. Thank you so much!

Took my older trailer in due to fridge not working. Did a multi-point inspection and gave me a report on each item. My technician Tim was very thorough and did a great job! Stephanie (manager) understood that I was on a short window of time and really helped to get my trailer in quickly for inspection. Very happy with the service I received!

We only bring our trailer here to be fixed. They are great people to work with! They always find a way to squeeze our trailer into be fixed and it's always been an amazing job everythime. The price is fair and the work is top notch!

We called and asked for a gooseneck ball kit and were informed on 2 separate phone calls that they were in stock, we drove an hour to pickup the kit and when we arrived there were none to be found and were informed by an employee that he never looked on the shelf that is 10 feet from his phone to check if the product was in stock. We appreciate the lack of care that this company shows for their customers and hope that their success is reflected in how much they care. Thanks for wasting my time!

Parts department is the worst. Every time you place an order it never gets shipped. So you have to call back again a few weeks later to find out it was never entered. It’s literally happened the past four times I’ve ordered

I came in for a quote to have some axles replaced on my EVO travel trailer they never got back to me. Also they had me crawl under the trailer to measure the axles when they should have done that as part of the quote. Cannot recommend!

Buyers beware... We bought a 2019 FB/SD trailer from Pinnacle. At time that trailer had not gone thru their shop but we agreed on the price and finalized the paper work. It took awhile but we finally were told the trailer had gone thru the shop and all looks good. We picked it up and started to use it the very next day. Two days later, the driver had two blow out tires on the same trailer axle. We called road side and they put 2 used tires for us. The next day, those same tires blow out again. We put two more used tires but this time we had the driver take the trailer to a tire shop to put 2 brand new tires. 2 days later both brand new tires blew out At that point we knew there is something wrong with the trailer and its not just a tire issue. We called pinnacle and informed them about the issue and they asked we bring the trailer back so they can check it out and the fact they needed to install the storage box as agreed when we purchased the trailer. A week later they told us the trailer was ready. We drove to Wilmington to pick it up. The shop supervisor told us they inspected the alignment, the brakes and every part on that axle and all checked out. Being very nervous to put the trailer on the road, we decided to take it to our local trailer shop her in Raleigh, NC. They kept it for about a week and came back with an $8000 repair estimate. Basically the trailer's alignment was off by 2 inches which can't be corrected with out replacing some parts on the axle. Also the ABS air lines was leaking causing the brakes to lock up almost every time you touch the brakes. All 4 air bags on the trailer were bad and needed to be replaced and a few other small repairs. We called Pinnacle and gave them a copy of the repair estimate and asked that they at least make these repairs as the trailer is not even safe to be on the road. Not only they refused but they even stopped taking our calls or responding to emails. They are claiming that the trailer was fine when it left their shop. I assured them that I, the owner of the company, personally picked up the trailer from their shop straight to our local shop and nothing happened. Plus for an alignment to be off by 2 inches something big would've had to happen but they refused to listen. If you are buying a trailer from Pinnacle, make sure you get it inspected outside their shop.

8/7/23 - I received a reply on my review stating that they offered us to buy back the trailer at full price. That was never communicated to us, not verbally or written. Our sales guy we worked with never mention that to us. Actually he stopped responding to our calls.

Traveling after hurricane Ian in '22 I broke down on Sat a.m. they said they would repair my boat sometime after monday. Wednesday it was repaired. They bumped me up in the schedule to get me home sooner. They were extremely accommodating and the price was way more than fair. Way more! I'm from Pa but if I need a trailer in the future I will travel to their store to get it. Great company.

Worst people I have ever dealt with told me a price charged 4 times that amount would not return calls then threatened me when I questioned them stay away from

The operation manager is racist , rude , disrespectful, unprofessional and very cruel . He charge me $2000 for a small scratch on the trailer when I was delivering as a truck driver . He intentionally charge me that much because I start argument about his treatment toward truck drivers . Well God will punish him because I was supposed to send that money to my mom and dad who are laying on hospital bed . I am attaching videos and paperwork here . I have a modified 52 Chevy truck with air suspension. The air tank that holds the compressed air developed a leak which I initially repaired but new leaks showed up. I needed the same tank because it sits in a tight space. I found the same tank online on numerous websites but no one had it in stock. A few weeks later I searched again and found that Michigan Truck Spring had one in stock. Thanks. You made my day!

I have been using advanced RV for 10 plus years. They have always done well for me. In my opinion they are honest and competitively priced. They have never hit me with a surprise bill. They always are up front about what the cost will be and what to to expect. I would recommend Advanced RV to anybody.

I had to hire a mobile tech to come and fix the issues and they said the problem was cheap wire and parts … they said whoever worked on it last used really cheap parts and cables that just fell apart! So what the heck the Advance RV charge me $900 for ???

I brought my Motorhome here to have my leveling jacks worked on. Ralph was friendly and was able to find the problem. It was an electrical issue and they were able to fix with no problem.
When I picked up my motorhome I noticed my back camera and some indicators weren’t working anymore. He kept it an extra day to fix that.
Super friendly and very knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk was super nice and professional as well!

This is literally the best shop ever, my driver truck broke down near this shop and they immediately helped my driver they took care of him , took him to a car rental place, allowed the driver to sleep on his truck fixed his truck in 1 day I wish I can give more start they are the best. Thank you for taking care of the driver and his truck we appreciate you and everything you did for us.

Called PJ about the rear end being out in my truck and he took me right in when everybody else was talking a week before they could get me in. The parts took longer to get then the time spent replacing rear end. Good quality work with great service and attitude. Was looking for air bags for my 2021 tremor and someone on bookface mentioned m.t.s. for what I was wanting. I got on their site and found exactly what I wanted in-stock, I got deliver in 3-4 days. The truck sucked pulling my camper with the 7.3 gas motor. I kept burning plug wires. I wound up getting a 22 6.7 lariat to replace the tremor after 24,000 miles happy to be done with that truck. My son and I did remove the 3 week old airbags and installed them on the new truck, now I want the Bluetooth compressor controls.

The receptionist and the shop manager were both very friendly and helpful. I was even able to get the truck washed while I was there as they have a wash service there. Would recommend this place for service.

Very hard for me to give a company 5 stars. But they are damn near 4.75! They offer just about everything right here on site. And some commercial truck parts as well. Purchased my reefer trailer here with Dan Plevel. Awesome guy. Very fair and logical. Dealership also has on site truck and trailer wash, I'd say twice as better as blue beacon. Being they are only 2 hrs from home I will use this place for all my future company expansions. Thanks Dan and Twin State of Charlotte! You can also park on the side street if you'd like to have very first 8am service. *Conveniently located*

These guys are rock stars! I show up at 10:55pm Friday needing custom u bolts made for my build. They close in 5 minutes but I can't wait till Monday. They stayed open late and immediately made them for me!

Coming from an owner/operator, I have to say, these people are GREAT! From the lady answering the phone, shop guys & service manager. Everyone I talked to was top notch! Within the last year or so ,3 times I knocked & 3 times they answered! ALL 3 times they got me right in & fixed the problems. The one time I was expecting a $500 abs issue & they found a $15 fix. Imagine MY relief ! I could go on & on with other good points. If only the truck shops & tire shops treated us this good !

Bought three trailers from Dan Hagen a year ago, he was the best salesman ever. Worked really hard to earn our business and make sure we were happy. We were down to the wire on time and he jumped through hoops to make it happen. Plaques lined his office walls so it was obvious we weren't the only happy customers. Sad that he retired but he sure earned it. Definitely enjoyed doing business with him and we have our trailers serviced here with this location too.

The Absolute Worst Company I’ve ever had to deal with. 2 months ago I brought my 2013 26ft FreightLiner/ Straight Truck and in my opinion since they repair trailers you’d think this might be I would say easier or just as much labor as what they are used to. Instead of explaining to me that they are overbooked and won’t be able to work on my repairs they held, parked, and just did nothing at all for a month. It took them 4 weeks to come up with a quote mind you the insurance company had to send 2 notices before they did even that, once the quote was approved then they’re going to contact the insurance company to send them a check for the parts as if they needed the money upfront or couldn’t afford the parts. Then after I contacted them and 3 more weeks have passed is when the decide to inform me of the entire situation can’t believe a company as well known and big as Great Dane would waste a paying customers time for 2 months. Finally I decided to pick the truck up and drop it off at Twin State Trailer Repair who is right down the street and they already ordered the parts and have started working on the repairs within days of dropping off the truck. If u have any truck repairs don’t take it to Great Dane they will waste time and not treat you with the respect or even courtesy to communicate with anyone in a timely fashion. Like I said the Absolute Worst Company I’ve ever had to deal with. If could give them 0 Stars I’d give them a -0 Twin State Trailers is where and who you want to deal with.

They had slapped inspection sticker on it supposedly passing turns out the Kingpin was badly worn.
Could not road-tested went back after purchase they wanted to charge me $6,000 for a new plate.

(Six months later)
Although they got me in quick to fix a roof clearance light, two weeks later the same light is out again and they charged me $110 to fix it just for two weeks

Do not recommend this place for trailer purchase or service.

Excellent Experience & Great Staff! A neighbor of mine told me this place was great and so I thought I would try them out. I took my 2015 Subaru Outback here to get a hitch installed and it was an excellent experience. The staff at the front desk helped me find a hitch that was a good price as well as the wiring I needed. There store was really clean and had a lot of products. They were very knowledgable and seemed to really want to help. They squeezed me in for an appointment so I could go camping that weekend. They quoted me before the work was done, and actually took less time than I was quoted so I saved some money! The technician who did the job was friendly and careful with my car. Overall, I was really impressed with this place and will for sure go back to get repairs done on my travel trailer! I highly recommend Advanced RV Center!

I did a lot of research before asking B&A trailers to build a custom bumper pull trailer for me. Most places that I went felt like a being at a used car lot. B&A helped me get a trailer that would allow me to pull my Kubota around with ease and we altered/extended the pitch on the dovetail so I could also load vehicles without being worried about the steep angle. The trailer I picked up more than exceeded my expectations and looks so much better than the mass produced ones that I had been interested in. It was also made here in the USA by my neighbors in SC. Check out their prices and you'll see that for the same amount of money you're getting a much better product! Also I would highly recommend the upgraded wheels and tires. They should be able to handle anything I put over them.
