My Realtor did ALL the work. Edelaine ghosted my realtor for 3 weeks before closing. Turned up with Buyers and their moving truck to the closing with only 60% of finance. My Realtor ended up working directly 24/7 with the Broker directly, since Edelaine would not respond to any contact.

Would never recommend her for any buy or sell.

(This post is about a realtor working with Lokation named Iris Benozilio) Iris is an amazing realtor with top notch service through her attitude, knowledge base for the locality and very efficient and fast in any questions or concerns. I would only recommend Iris as a realtor in South Florida and any home we buy in the future we will only exclusively utilize her service. We felt comfortable in all the issues that arise with home buyership and we had her every step of the way with us. We were even able to touch base with her on weekends and she even showed us a home and answered calls on her birthday. We had searched for homes for months and had many homes outbid from us and she never wavered with her commitment to find out family a place to call home or made us feel like we needed to give up or settle. She is not only committed to her career but her customers, too and it shows through her work ethic and end results.

I have never in my life been this angry talking and working with a professional. I don’t even want to state Julie Bahang is a professional. I’m surprised by some of the higher ratings here. I’m guessing Julie discriminates by the status of her clients on who deserves her service and who doesn’t. As a client, she treated me like I was NOT worth her time and she ignored and shrugged me off multiple times through emails and phone calls. She never called me once.

I have never used an escrow before and when I go through major processes like this, I have a lot of questions. I expect the person I’m working with to be thorough and capable of explaining their job and what exactly their process is. My car dealership explains the process and technical details better than her when she is supposed to be a “senior” escrow officer. There are several incident that made me conclude she didn’t care about me and the quality of her work.

The reason this made me incredibly angry is that the escrow process is not a small retail service/transaction. It deals with a major change and process in people’s lives. Julie treating her clients negatively without thorough explanations and expecting her clients to blindly follow without building rapport or trust is a horrible way to do her job. I think this is a way she can be shady, make mistakes, and screw her clients without them knowing if the client is not paying close attention.

I greatly regret using Tower Escrow. I am warning those thinking about hiring them for their service. You can use them if you don’t mind blindly unknowingly following whatever they do or you’re experienced in using escrow accounts and are able to identify issues without any help.

Craig and Eric made my transaction a no-drama breeze. I also did a 1031 exchange with them in connection with my purchase, and that could not have been easier either. And my relinquished property I owned for over 40 years. Family operation here, one of the few old time independent escrow companies left in Los Angeles, and I was happy to support them. They are not going to return your email within 2 minutes so be prepared for that, but they get back to you when its required. Many people are so frazzled when selling their home, its nice to deal with a company who has been doing it for so long, they know exactly what is needed and when. A little like dining at Musso & Franks in Hollywood - they must be doing something correctly for being around so long. But if you are looking for a glitzy Bev Hills office this isn't it.

Horrible service for the receptionist. Rude and short tempered! I was looking for a trusted escrow officer for my real estate transaction but today Jan 7-2022 the young lady at the front at 1:15pm just completely turn off my team to do business. Also I asked for a business card she gave me a blank card??? Omg so sad

Based on my experience, not honest and not professional. Neihter not good communication with their contactor and agents. It costs me more and delay the time. So upset with them. Rated 5 star review on Google and Yelp by their employees. Don't trust them and their reviews. You will need to pay more money and delay to get your money back.

First impressions come a long way. I pulled up Google for my nearest Escrow services for a future sale of a property and after going through 2 other results, I tried this location. I was transferred to Craig and he was clear and very patient with all the questions I had. I really appreciated Craig's sincere tone since the previous 2 locations either didn't seem to want to remain on the phone for long or rushed me to just set up an appointment. I sure hope when the the sale of my property becomes reality that I can use this company for their services.
