Kristin Shewfelt and her Escrow company Wilshire Escrow Company were awesome. They bent backwards to help us secure our first home. Were always polite and courteous. Did everything in a timely way. Went the extra mile for us. People should only buy from Kristin Shewfelt and her escrow company if they want the best service.

Craig and Eric made my transaction a no-drama breeze. I also did a 1031 exchange with them in connection with my purchase, and that could not have been easier either. And my relinquished property I owned for over 40 years. Family operation here, one of the few old time independent escrow companies left in Los Angeles, and I was happy to support them. They are not going to return your email within 2 minutes so be prepared for that, but they get back to you when its required. Many people are so frazzled when selling their home, its nice to deal with a company who has been doing it for so long, they know exactly what is needed and when. A little like dining at Musso & Franks in Hollywood - they must be doing something correctly for being around so long. But if you are looking for a glitzy Bev Hills office this isn't it.

Horrible service for the receptionist. Rude and short tempered! I was looking for a trusted escrow officer for my real estate transaction but today Jan 7-2022 the young lady at the front at 1:15pm just completely turn off my team to do business. Also I asked for a business card she gave me a blank card??? Omg so sad

Used them for my escrow needs, we wanted to close MUCH faster than originally expected, the team at Wilshire Escrow took control and got it done! Fast and efficient, so happy!

First impressions come a long way. I pulled up Google for my nearest Escrow services for a future sale of a property and after going through 2 other results, I tried this location. I was transferred to Craig and he was clear and very patient with all the questions I had. I really appreciated Craig's sincere tone since the previous 2 locations either didn't seem to want to remain on the phone for long or rushed me to just set up an appointment. I sure hope when the the sale of my property becomes reality that I can use this company for their services.
