Wonderful people, fabulous events, delicious dining, and beautiful surroundings.
We do a lot of work in here, and all the homeowners are very friendly. Whenever you see the palm tree design or the natural stone rock design that’s us.
After spending some time at Lucaya Lake Club, I feel a three-star review is appropriate. The club certainly has its charms, with the lake itself being a picturesque centerpiece. It offers a serene environment that's ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities.
However, there are areas where Lucaya Lake Club could improve. The facilities, while adequate, don't always meet the expectations set by their premium positioning. Maintenance and updates to some of the amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the service, though friendly, sometimes lacks the promptness and efficiency one would expect from a club of this caliber.

A baby shower was had there in their community room. My daughter was the decorator and it came out beautifully. They have a kitchen with a fridge and sink. A big trash bin to clean up and roll to the dumpster. It was nice
terrible management, terrible neighbors. Moving out in a week. Management never does anything about complaints, not dealing with this
Enjoyed my sisters wedding Saturday evening there. The club house was used for the rehearsal , wedding and reception there and it was plenty of room. It is right by the water. Beautiful soroundings.l

The only country club in the whole valley who scan ur Id like they are the law I think they are really pushing it with that especially if you drive a company vehicle who’s to say the security guard won’t sell your information or steal your identity they say is confidential to cover there behind all these country clubs think they are special and there not .
Not what it used to be anymore. No security at front or back gates anymore. Then why are we paying HOA fees for security??? Hire actual security people that care about their job and keeping the place secure, by checking visitors access to the community like they used to, not hire young kids that don’t want to be there and just let everyone in these days without any verification, because it’s easier then calling to verify if that visitor is actually who they say they are. Let’s lower the HOA fees if there’s no more security??

Take away ..Italian Canned Plum Tomatoes make the best tomato soup.
The View is over Top. Architecture inspired. Golf ⛳ the Best. Food out of this world.

My good friend lives here and he says it is a good place, unfortunately he can't play tennis because of his ankle, it is very worrying. His doctor advised that he should prevent his skunks from jumping on his bed. I do not believe that the doctor has ever had any kind of medical training.

The only reason this hotel is relevant is it’s location. I grew up in port, my mom lives up the road. Wife and I decided we don’t know why we have stayed here multiple times. It’s small, old, smelly and dingy. Very outdated.

Nice place, Security is very caring and friendly, beautiful lobby.
Held daughter's & hubby's "wedding redo" there. They were supposed to have been married last year after Thanksgiving. Covid stopped that. They did elope in Vegas, but the event in Riverview was the family version of the wedding.
Place was clean, well prepared for us; nice little beachfront for the actual service. Lucaya seems to be a nice welcoming residential area.

Madison Security Group patrolls this complex and it is safe and secure. They brought in another company for a while and they were terrible, brought Madison Security back and everything fell back into place! Although surrounded by mostly housing authority buildings, this co op is fenced off 3 sides and has grass and trees and community center and safe clean halls! The area may be rough, but the co ops are great!

I have been here 4 years. The building is very clean. The maintenance team is nice. Building is safe. Great view of the city from my terrace.
Still threatening wildlife and pets with their explosive fireworks displays whenever they feel like it. Horrible.

Living here from the beginning it’s a very nice place to live especially if you travel to New York City great for raising children and also for those little older very private with security guards at the gate and great amenities to keep all of us busy⭐️

Catered to wedding here 11/10/18. Great lil spot. I'd certainly use it if the option were available. Well decorated, very warm but bright if that makes sense. Cheers!
Very nice if you like to live in a fancy hotel atmosphere.
Staff is nice and keeps it clean. Nice but small gym with limited equipment and side door that leaks so floods and smells moldy. Clubhouse is nice though and separate from the gym. Pool is COLD Oct-Apr. Only get to swim in the summer. WHY DIDN'T THEY HEAT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Recently replaced really nice Sylvester palms with cheap palms that drop berries on the pool deck.
Gave in and joined the YMCA to have a heated pool to swim laps in. Few neighbors tried to play in the splash Park with their 2 yr old and left after 20 minutes because the water was really cold.

We recently purchased a home at Toscana and our experience was incredible. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout all of our numerous tours and provided insightful answers for all of our questions. We were blown away by their professionalism through the entire transaction. Even after the sale was complete they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure we’re happy with our new home and feel welcome to the community. We truly appreciated every aspect of our experience and can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a new home in the desert area. We’re so thankful to have found such a wonderful home and staff in Toscana.

I have lived here for 14 years and I have been happy in my apartment. The grounds is kept well and the building itself is clean. Yes, it is surrounded by two NYCHA developments but the Woodstock community young families and the elderly. I've been happy.
Wife wanted a pool after selling our home in Paramus and downsizing. It’s ok I keep the queen happy at all cost

It was an absolutely horrible and completely unmemorable experience that I hope I can erase all of it from my mind one day soon. I only wish I could say more but since I was told off verbally in the most appalling way by two “on the same floor” neighbors of mine who may work for authorities (very common here so watch out for the police just showing up at your apartment front door, unannounced and stating “you” called 911, when that could not be further from the truth) not to text anyone they know, not to email anyone they know, not to talk to anyone they know...then at the risk that someone who is reading this “rate and review” knows either or both of these tenants then I must comply with their requests or I could face consequences that you would not imagine might happen in NYC in the year, 2018.

Beautiful as always. A lot of growth happening within the community. As a real estate agent I get to see the progression. It's a great place to visit and a popular high end country club for wealthier homeowners and second homes.

The honor was all mine to be invited to the Road Runner Region country club industry only event. The Executive Chef personally guided us through his new kitchen. The food was as impressive as the aesthically pleasing scenery, can't wait to go back!

Place has gone down. Now we have mice...new tenants leave garbage in compactor. Back door is left open by tenants. Rats are in the parking lot near the back door. Use to be a great place to live. Halls are keep clean. But you are on your own if you have holes in your apartment. And mice get in. The management office says it's nothing they can do. Had to pay for exterminator twice.

Loved the Waterfront in this community! Great place to walk/jog. Newark Airport, WTC, Empire State Building are all visible from different points along the Waterfront. Very convenient public transport to Journal Square, from where NYC is less than 30 minutes away by PATH. Many stores just outside the community (Home Depot, KMart, ACME, Dollar store, etc).
Excellent place to build your dream home
Great place to live if you don't mind the fact that a car is really necessary. Public transportation is available but not the most convenient if you work in NY. Otherwise great for families, with residents-only pool, playground and tennis courts.
