Woodstock Terrace Mutual Housing

Madison Security Group patrolls this complex and it is safe and secure. They brought in another company for a while and they were terrible, brought Madison Security back and everything fell back into place! Although surrounded by mostly housing authority buildings, this co op is fenced off 3 sides and has grass and trees and community center and safe clean halls! The area may be rough, but the co ops are great!

I have been here 4 years. The building is very clean. The maintenance team is nice. Building is safe. Great view of the city from my terrace.

I have lived here for 14 years and I have been happy in my apartment. The grounds is kept well and the building itself is clean. Yes, it is surrounded by two NYCHA developments but the Woodstock community young families and the elderly. I've been happy.

Our superintendent and his staff keep both buildings and grounds in excellent condition! Public transportation is easily accessible.

I have friends there the condos are very nice,
large rooms.
