Your run of the mill Potbelly! This particular location did not have their fountain drink station working on our visit, that was disappointing. My pizza melt sandwich was a mess! Sloppy build and package

Ramsey Gourmet serves the best bagel sandwiches in Ramsey! Their bagels are perfectly soft and chewy on the inside, paired with just the right balance of fresh ingredients like cheese, egg and sausage. And their cream cheeses? Absolutely delicious! My personal favorites are the lox cream cheese and sundried tomato cream cheese. They also offer a variety of baked goods, like cookies that taste just like homemade—at an affordable price, too! Plus, with their spacious parking lot, you’ll never have to worry about finding a spot. And the staffs are friendly. Highly recommend stopping by!

Felt like family as soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of! They never had me feeling my entire visit that I was left unattended! Food was hot, fresh, & authentic! Definitely going back for the crunchy tacos and chile relleno!

Incredibly rude woman took my order. Rolled her eyes at me when I said good morning. When I asked a question about the type of sandwich I was purchasing, she responded with the most attitude I’ve ever seen in my life. I walked out before completing my order.

Ordered via the app and to my suprise I arrive and there are no pickup orders in the cubbies. I tell the guy my name after not being greeted..so I sat down..the guy asked my name...then looked around and didn't say anything with a clueless look on his face 6 minutes go by and guess what it was on the counter cold! Even worse it was for my wife so not only was it a waste of a drive in snowy conditions but knowing your employees could care less is the big reason for the 1 star he knew it was cold when he gave it to me! And it's gonna say I picked it up at 7:30 not 7:23 when I got there. Check the camera he was ignoring the fact he forget my order til I sat there for something that the app said was to be done at 7:20... My wife gets take out the one in Bloomfield hills at lunch time which is really busy and she said in her 10 minute drive to her office they are always hot or at least warm...

I just expected a better welcoming service everything was good until I got to the middle sandwich maker. I’m speaking to him saying hey how your doing and all I got was a head nod. When he was finished I said thanks have a nice day this time no reply or gesture when I know you understand me cause I came in there before and heard him speaking on his phone. Just expected better because I’ve been going there so long and there always in good spirits.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots. It can get crowded at times but dont let that discourage you the wait is never too long. They have something for everyone and every appetite. The grilled salmon bento is good but simple.

Waiting 30 minutes to be seated at dinner hour but not unexpected for Friday night. Outdoors seating.. Great food, service. Only reason four of five stars very hard to hear fam around table with noise of other patrons talking. Everybody talking loud, no soft surfaces to absorb noise.

Not sure how this lady stays in business. She extremely rude and her bakery items are under cooked. I too had cupcakes from her and the middle was pasty and not cooked. My granddaughter made better cupcakes in her Easy Bake Oven.

This was my wife and my first time eating at this establishment. We found the wait staff to be friendly and courteous. We ordered our food and thought it was served in a reasonable amount of time. My wife got steak tacos and I ordered chicken chimichanga. We were both pleased with the flavor and had enough to take home. The price was reasonable considering the cost of food today. We will be returning in the future.

It’s our favorite local place to eat. Yesenia is usually our waitress. She is always great! The food is always fresh with amazing flavors. Wednesday night is our favorite night with half price margaritas.

I went for an event. There wasn't enough seating. But overall the atmosphere was nice. Had it not been a seated event, there would have been no issue. The bar was very slow, only 1 bartender that night.

The best Mexican food around! So many options. Staff are amazing and Angel is a gem. She goes above and beyond always and so friendly. One of my favorite places to go and super close to home so even better! Happy to have them in the area!

I ordered a cake for my nephew's 4th birthday party. Since he's allergic to eggs, I wanted to surprise him with his first real birthday cake. Also, I wanted to cautious if other children had allergies. Unfortunately, the birthday boy and others, including children and their parents, did not like the cake. After trying it myself, it tasted and had a similar texture to play-dough. I wished the cake was enjoyable because the owner was very kind, and they provided fantastic service.

This complaint concerns an incident of assault that occurred at the Potbelly's Sandwich Shop located at 1275 First St NE, Washington, D.C. 20002 on June 25, 2024, at approximately 8:55 PM. I entered the store to find no employees present at the counter or sandwich station. AS I was reading the menu boards, an employee emerged from the back kitchen area and aggressively told me the store was closed. Upon my request for clarification regarding the closing time, the employee became more aggressive and repeated in a confrontational manner “we closed,” as he began to walk from the employee side of the sandwich station to the customer side. As I began walking toward the exit, I politely pointed out that the doors should be locked if the store was in fact closed to avoid customer confusion. This comment prompted more aggression from the employee, who then demanded that I “say something again.” When I repeated the statement in a calm and normal tone, he then violently assaulted me by striking me in the face with his fist. The punch triggered a physical altercation, which resulted in my cell phone somehow dropping to the floor. During the scuffle, a 2nd male employee emerged from the kitchen area and began holding me, while the first employee picked himself up from the floor. When I managed to break free of the second employee, I witnessed the first employee take my phone and retreat to the kitchen area. The second employee followed him into the kitchen as well. At that time, I needed to catch my breath for several minutes since everything happened extremely fast. As I started to walk to the kitchen to retrieve my phone, a third female employee stood at the cash register and warned me not to go back to the kitchen. She specifically said, "don't lose your life for them." employees.” At she said this, the second male employee emerged from the kitchen wielding a 12-inch knife. Fearing for my safety, I retreated to the customer seating area and picked up a decorative object near a customer booth. I held this object defensively to deter his attack, yet he continued to walk toward me with the knife. He eventually stopped as I held the object higher preparing to swing it. At that point, I yelled loudly to “bring me my phone.” The first employee then emerged from the kitchen with my phone in his hand and slammed it on a customer booth directly between myself and the employee who was holding the knife. He immediately walked back to the kitchen area afterward. I slowly retrieved my phone from the customer booth while still holding the object in my hand and looking directly at the employee who was holding the knife. I picked my phone up from the table and then walked out of the store. Once outside the store, I immediately called police, who arrived on the scene minutes later. I explained the entire incident to the police, yet because it was approximately 9:30p and I needed to get home to my family and I agreed to file a report at later time. Since the incident, I have suffered from increasingly severe shoulder and neck pain, which consistently affects my sleep. I am currently under the care of a doctor for this injury. Additionally, I am concerned that my cell phone was accessed by the employee who took possession of it for a short time after the altercation. This entire ordeal has left me deeply shaken and traumatized. I believe the two employees involved in this incident exhibited a complete disregard for customer safety and acted in a manner that was both unprofessional and illegal. I urge you to take immediate action to address this serious incident, including:
•Disciplinary action against the employees involved, including termination.
•A thorough investigation into the assault to include review of camera footage.
•Compensation

This was the 2nd time I had lunch there, I had forgotten how cold it is 65° totally unacceptable, i went to my car and got my temperature gun , I'm a landlord that's why I happen to have one in my car.
A lot of people came from Verizon yesterday to eat because the Verizon towers were all down, and some ordered sat down, then left ..

Everyone seems like they don’t want to be there. To get your pick up order you have to get someone’s attention since no one seems to want to make eye contact or greet when entering. Food is good but customer service needs worked on.

Justin was super helpful and patient. Manager checked in to make sure we were doing great and helped serve orders. Cooks actually made the effort to make our food look and taste good.

The burgers are amazing. The fries are equally amazing. I had Boy Bleu with added grilled peppers per Justin's recommendation. Wife had impossible burger. We would both come here to get the exact same things again and we plan to.

This place is worth the hype and the steeper price. They value quality.

Tea is great as usual. Tried the Thai chicken curry for lunch and while it’s not an authentic version (which I don’t think they intend it to be), it tasted great and it’s one of the most unique Thai curries I’ve had with grilled/smoked veggies in it.

I had the Ochazuke and the Matcha affogato, both really delicious!! The place also has a very nice and peaceful atmosphere.

Ordered BLTA got to check out asked if I wanted avocado, duh that's what I Ordered. Asked if I wanted a sauce, said yes mayo. I received a Bacon, Avocado, with mayo. No Lettuce, No Tomato. Won't b back, waste of my money

Great family owned restaurant,I have been coming here for over 20 years. Usually come on the weekends but now that I moved further away don't come as often but do order from their catering menu for parties. Burrito Especial is about $60 for large catering sized tray and it's absolutely delicious. I usually order 3 for parties of about 50 people and I make sides at home. Plenty of food. I have also had their menudo and enchiladas, which as also delicious and authentic. Honestly you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is behind the restaurant on alley. Very cute area in Placentia.

We had a large birthday gathering last weekend at newly renovated Mountain View Mexican Restaurant. We had wonderful service at the bar and at our tables. The staff was so accommodating and provided everything we requested. We had a large order so the owner (Carlos) had the staff bring out delicious appetizers while we waited. All the food was so good and made our first experience at Mt View a great. We'll be back!

I have to admit, it wasn't quite what I expected. It turned out to be a cozy spot nonetheless. I decided to go for a classic choice and ordered a burger with cheese fries, and I'm happy to say that it exceeded my expectations. The burger was juicy and flavorful, cooked just right, and the cheese fries were delicious!

Each of us enjoyed the salmon Bento Box, which came with a large portion of perfectly cooked salmon, 4 pieces of sweet potato, broccoli flowerets, two seaweed leaves and a mound of rice topped with savory spices. The ginger limeade was refreshing on a very hot day. The place was busy but the folks kept the tables bussed and clean.

We did our son wedding here. Everything was amazing. Owner Eric was very accommodating . He made everything seamless for us. Usually weddings bring lot of stress. Not with European Banquet Hall. We had a very pleasant experience. The food options were wonderful and taste was out of this world. All the guests were impressed with the food and venue. Wife stopped in today and was met with bad attitude from the employees. The atmosphere was loud and the order was misheard. The Sandwich maker was rude and abrasive making this a horrible experience. Due to the loud environment, she couldn't figure out what they were saying and the staff started throwing the food together. You cant be rude to your customers and provide a subpar sub. We will never be coming back to this location.

Pros-- food is consistently good. Value is great, especially with perks in the app. Service is good. Atmosphere is pleasant.

Cons-- about half the time when ordering online the order is off, nothing serious but a missing topping or sauce was requested on the side but it was missing. The online orders are also usually ready 5-15 minutes after the pick up time on the app.

Love love love the food Luney makes! My kids love to eat her food a lot. It smells so good that sometimes I will try it too. Workdays become more manageable that I know whenever my kids want to eat, I have something delicious for them with just 30 seconds of microwave.

As a full-time working mom, it's so difficult to provide my son with healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals every day. Luna's meals have been a lifesaver. Her prices are reasonable, and she delivers on time every week. Thanks, Luna, for making my life easier!

Staying at a nearby hotel and grabbed a breakfast sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwich. Sausage and egg were the typical pre-cooked ready to heat variety but the bread was nice and fresh. Certainly better than grabbing a prepackaged and reheated sandwich from a coffee shop. I’m sure their lunch deli options are much better. Not bad for a quick bite however. Service was good and atmosphere quiet. Inside was pretty clean. Worth a stop if nearby.

This place is the best, I love how they make the food taste so delicious, the manager works so hard. He takes care of the customers very nicely. I love going there to get my favorite tuna sandwich.

Walked in and was greeted promptly. They have tons of toppings to choose from. Was also impressed that they serve bison. I ordered my burger medium rare, and the cook came out and asked if I wanted more to the rare side or medium, which I appreciated. Took about 10 minutes. During which time a couple and their kids came in, so it has a family atmosphere. After a 30 minute drive home, the food was delicious and my fries were still just as crispy as when I left (had to try one in the car). Overall great experience, and will be going back

This was our first time at this burger joint. The place looks better in the pictures than in person. Edgar was at the register taking orders. He was polite and took time to explain the menu and made a few suggestions. I ordered the blue cheese burger on a pretzel bun, and it was pretty good. I would come back if I am in the area.

📌El Cantarito is located in Placentia California. They are family owned and operated since 2002. They serve all the popular Mexican dishes by using fresh and local ingredients and cooking it to order. We got both the green and red Chilaquiles and they were bomb, the red ones have more of a kick 🦵 but delicious. Don't forget they have Menudo on Sat and Sun mornings ☀️ Their customer service at El Cantarito will make you feel at home. Don't forget to get their cinnamon coffee, it will transport you to Mexico.

Fresh, tasty and healthy meals by Luna. Can’t believe I only found out about her meal service recently. A fantastic addition to Jersey City area.

Not a big fan, as the bagels are thin - not big, soft and fluffy at all. It was $8 for a BEC and it didn't look very appetizing. The cheese wasn't really melted well, the egg was thinner than the bagel, and there was not a drop of butter on the sandwich at all. The bagel was also not warm so the BEC separated from it easily. I was not impressed, especially for the price tag. :/

Held my daughter’s bridal shower at Simply Gourmet. The staff was accommodating and friendly, they went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful party. The food was absolutely delicious. I had so many compliments from guests! I would definitely recommend Simply Gourmet!!

We celebrated grandma's 104 & had 30 guests. The food was exceptional & service perfect. We will certainly use 'Simply Gourmet' again in the future. Also, the price was quite reasonable.

I ended up stopping by here since they had such a good selection of salads (doing keto currently). I ordered the farmhouse but was disappointed because they were out of bacon which really surprised me. The staff were nice but hard to hear since the music was so loud. I would go back since the food was good.

Their food is absolutely amazing!! Healthy, nutritious, and flavorful! Lots of variety to choose from whether you are a picky toddler or an adult. We have been trying loveat for a couple of weeks now and the food is fantastic! Organic ingredients, made with great olive oil, mostly baked - it’s tasty and nutritious. In our busy lives, we often resort to ordering from restaurants and while some have tasty options, I always worry about the quality of ingredients and nutritional value especially for my kids. With Loveat I feel great serving the food to my kids and I also love eating it myself. Highly recommend!

Great maragritas.. best I've had on years and served in a margarita glass. Appetizers were amazing... coconut shrimp and shrimp poppers.

Atmosphere is okay, not great. The gray and white with touches of color is pleasant. Bar is an open area in the middle and loud. We used to come here years ago and miss the warm coziness but understand the decor.

It wasn't busy but they rushed our food while we were still in the middle of our appetizers. Staff was pleasant but didn't seem to know when to check on the table. At the red, they kind of forgot us and my husband had to go to the bar to ask for the check.

My husband had the chicken flautas and like it. I was very full from the appetizer so brought my dinner home.He enjoyed the fried ice cream.

Had a skinny (small) chicken Mediterranean toasted on multigrain bread. The bread has some actual flavor of its own - unlike Subway - and went well with the tasty bits ensconced within.
The young women working were in a good mood and very friendly. Order placed quickly and delivered the same.
The music, once it got turned on, was a bit loud. Probably due to the people working in a noisier spot.
I like a good sandwich place and, at first taste, this seems like one I'll return to even if it is a chain.

Just like their sister location in Penn Quarter, this Teaism location offers great teas in a space close to the north side of the White House. I do appreciate the addition of outdoor dining space, and they have a cozier interior. The menus are the same, so I would recommend their bento boxes.

There’s no denying the company name. This caterer is SIMPLY GOURMET! We worked with Mike to cater our wedding and are beyond pleased with our decision. The staff was so kind and helpful and the food was delicious. Everyone was talking about the beef short ribs for days. They did an excellent job communicating, decorating and delivering on their promise. I will most definitely be recommending and working with Simply Gourmet for our future events!

I came across LovEat For You through another JC mama and it made a huge difference during my postpartum journey! I was so busy caring for my newborn that I did not have time for myself, Luna was fundamental in providing me with healthy & very tasty meals. I am forever grateful as the nutritious food certainly contributed to me having enough supply to remain strong while providing for my baby. I’d recommend it in a heartbeat. Thanks a lot Luna!

I am so so so happy we found Simply Gourmet! We were married on 9/29/23 in Middletown, NY, and finding a caterer was honestly the most stressful part of all of my planning.... Until I found <3 Mike <3 You can really see what sets Mike and his team apart just from visiting his website.... We had so many questions throughout this process that other caterers do not address or simply just hide during the process. Especially costs. Mike lays everything out there. He is neat, professional, responsive, personable, and so kind. There is just no guessing with Simply Gourmet. You are going to get incredible food, incredible service, and so much support. Mike and his team assisted with everything from decorations, to ceremony processional, to food and rentals. They were respectful of our budget and honestly, people are still telling me how great the food was. My cocktail hour displays were gorgeous and all the food had such amazing seasonal touches. And an apple cider station for my guests arriving to the ceremony?? Incredible! Before I found SG, I felt exhausted talking to caterers that were super aggressive/pushy and wanted to charge a CRAZY amount. Do yourselves a favor and book with Mike. He takes care of everything SO much to the point where I felt myself go on auto pilot and trusted he and his team completely with the day so I could actually enjoy my wedding (and I did, maybe too much! lol) ! Darnell was our day of coordinator with SG and she is seriously such an angel. She assisted with the ceremony processional and was attentive to make sure we were eating/had drinks in hand as soon as the ceremony concluded! Amazing!! The people who work here are super nice and genuine, the food was a bonus!!! I had the lentil soup, chicken curry and boba tea, which were VERY generous portions.

Clean restaurant with lots of natural light and comfortable seating made for a great lunch.

Dining amongst the men and women that serve our nation’s capitol, our country and the White House, was a new experience for me.

We cannot say enough great things about Mike and the Simply Gourmet crew. Throughout the entire planning process, Mike was so helpful and easy to communicate with. He answered every last minute panic question we had and made us feel at ease. They were professional, organized, attentive and kind. Our wedding day went SO smoothly from start to finish because of their hard work. And most importantly-the food was absolutely amazing. They truly have such a comprehensive menu that really allowed us to create a meal that fit our vision & represented us. From the appetizers to the donut bar, our guests were impressed. We've been hearing compliments for months! We are so grateful they were a part of our day.

Where do I even begin!? Mike and his team are phenomenal. My wedding was at a new venue and not only did Simply Gourmet provide the most amazing food ever but also support throughout the process that we didn't even know we needed. From menu recommendations, timeline, floor layout etc Mike helped us every step of the way. And the food! Our family and friends are still raving about how delicious everything was. A wedding of 250 people and everything came out together, hot and delicious. I actually made sure to sit down during my wedding because I knew I did not want to miss out on this part of our day. We were very lucky to have Luna catoring our baby shower a couple weeks ago. Not only the display was beautiful and perfect for the occasion, but also our guests were extremely pleased with the food qualidade and flavor. I was so excited for this cake I had ordered for my boyfriend’s birthday. When I saw the cake I was nothing but disappointed. This is probably one of the worst cakes I have ever seen. And with giving over a months notice for such a small and simple cake I feel like there is no excuse for it to look so last minute thrown together. I expected a lot more.

I have been going to this place for a couple of years now. Today I went in and ordered a taylor ham and cheese and paid $7.50 plus tax! I mean really? Not even in Manhattan they charge that much. That is a complete rip off and I will definitely not be back.

Simply Gourmet catered our wedding and simply blew us away with their organization, timeliness and kindness! Mike helped us plan our wedding for two years, and did not disappoint! Shoutout to Darnell, the team’s captain. It rained on our wedding day and Darnell made us feel at ease. We had originally planned for an outdoor ceremony, and were pretty upset when the rain wouldn’t let up. Darnell’s daughter got married at the same venue (also on a rainy day), and she assured us they could make our ceremony look just as beautiful inside and she was right! The team turned the reception area into a ceremony for us and it looked stunning!

Our guests couldn’t stop telling us how delicious Simply Gourmet’s food was! We have some snobby food guests, so I was worried about what they would say, but we heard back only good things! We loved the food and crave it every now and then! I think the best part about the day was how hospitable the staff was to us, they made sure we had a plate of all the cocktail food immediately after the ceremony, and a drink in our hands at all times. The entire staff treated us like royalty, we felt so special all day. A few even joined us on the dance floor at one point.

We hired the Sarcastic Sweets food truck for a large client event we were throwing, and it ended up being the cherry on top of a perfect evening!

Not only were the desserts a huge hit (the lemon cupcake served "everything" style was my personal fav), but Nina was a delight work with! if you've ever tried hiring food trucks for an event, you are well aware how complicated it can be (if you're lucky to even get a response). Nina was prompt with replies, professional, and gave us great options for the event itself.

She may need to consider a name change, because instead of sarcasm we had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! Clients and business partners of ours were raving about the food and how warm and friendly the service was.

Loved it here. We came here while we were waiting for my car at Honda and the owner is so friendly! I ordered a small coffee to go and because they just opened they were just making the coffee. It took about 5 minutes but the owner insisted I take it for free for the "long wait" . I plan on coming back to try the food most definitely because it smelled so good and after reading many reviews, I really want to eat here. Every pastry in the case looked so delicious and the cafe was adorable. The coffee really hit the spot too, I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for being kind, you didn't have to give me a free coffee but kindness goes a long way.

My husband and I chose Simply Gourmet to cater our wedding. Mike and his team were extremely helpful from start to finish. Mike is very responsive via email. He is very friendly, helpful, professional, and organized. The tasting was amazing and our guests raved about our wedding food. I could not be any happier with our cocktail hour and reception selections. Go with Mike and Simply Gourmet. They are the best and you will not be disappointed!

My new favorite lunch spot!!

Don’t be fooled by the name of the restaurant—it’s not just teas here—there’s a good variety of food options to eat! I’ve been here three times this past month just to try a variety of their dishes and so far have not been let down. Highly recommend the “bento boxes” for lunch—it’s a huge portion with your meat option and three sides. My favorites are the Korean Beef Brisket and Panko Fried Chicken Bento Boxes! If you’re not feeling the bento box style, you can order these as “side dishes” which is a huge portion too. The Thai Chicken Curry is also delicious—tons of chicken meat and well flavored.

It’s a cafe style—you order at the register, wait for your food and then bring it to your table. Food comes out fairly quick!

This is between a 4 and a 5 stars. As to my cons... I don't have any social media so I have no access to Facebook where most of their info is posted. I was fully expecting several stocked dessert cases. They have one tiny case for available treats. If I was more tech savvy I'd probably have been prepared for this discovery. The selection of available choices was very limited. Which my followers know is a huge problem with me. I love options on a menu, especially creative choices. They have a very short menu. But in fairness they do have some out of the box choices. Pros? They have creative choices. Super convenient location with plenty of parking and space. Price was minute considering the quality of the product. Atmosphere was on point, small woman owned business. Quality was legit, coul not be happier. Nina was so accommodating I felt like I was grabbing food at my friend's place. Soooo accommodating!!! We plan to use their catering truck this summer. I can't recommend this place enough. Better than I expected

The best place to have wedding reception , so specious, clean wash rooms and amble parking lot and near the mail road to Reisterstown Road.....you will never go wrong when you choose this place for your party 🥳🎉😀😉

Food was awesome

The russian guy I spoke to about the venue was pretty sketchy. I felt like he was hiding bodies in the floorboards and was hoping my fiancé and i wouldnt notice. I couldve overlooked that, but the venue was not so great that i was willing to ignore his weird mannerisms. I asked if i could contact the actual owner of the building (because maybe hed be more enthusiastic) but the russian guy said theres no need for that. Long story short... He did a bad job selling the place and hyping me up about my own wedding. Oh well, on to the next one.

Been going here for years. Some of the best bagels in NJ! Love how they completely coat their bagels with poppy, sesame seeds, etc. A lot of places just sprinkle it on. Theirs are loaded, how bagels should be. Always crispy and fresh when I go on the morning. Chicken salad is really good. Muffins too.

Ordered for the first time today, for an office celebration ! Had a bit of an issue with the Postmates delivery driver (absolutely no fault of the business). I called and was met with the friendliest person who made sure to have my order redelivered! She was so friendly and understanding and extremely accommodating. To make matters even better, the cupcakes were amazing and everyone really enjoyed them! I will absolutely order again, not only for the delicious treats, but also for the above and beyond customer service!

We placed a delivery order at about 12:45 today... Finally called at 4 to see where it was and they rushed it out to us by 4:20. When the food arrived it was cold and had clearly been sitting the whole time, but that's ok, because at least they forgot to put the chicken on my Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich! Great work all around.

Great food and friendly service. I had the chicken mole; it was delicious. My wife had the 2 item combo. She enjoyed it. Fresh homemade chips and salsa. Homemade tortillas. What more could you want? Prices are reasonable. And they have a good selection on the menu. Check this place out. You won't regret it.
