Visited the movies. Like their reclining seats. Bathroom is nasty wish I didn't have to use it. It's a huge turn off for me. It's near me that's why I go. I have been going to other spots.

Isolda and her team have always been incredibly accommodating to all of our needs, have consistently been responsive and have always demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The office suite is always well maintained and clean. The common areas are also well maintained and the amenities (coffee, water, etc.) are always stocked up well. We have been very pleased to hold our company offices with Metro Office.

I have been with Metro Office since 2006. Jennifer Starling (Center Manager) has been ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT the entire time- 17 years!! She goes out of her way to help businesses succeed! The facilities are beautiful, professional and always clean. The staff are courteous, well-spoken, resourceful and always looking for ways to help. The conference rooms and training facilities are top notch!

I work in the 12th st Metro Offices location. The staff was always super helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and we've held multiple events in the building's conference rooms. The location is perfect, located right downtown, and the views and amenities offered are great. If you're looking for office space, 5/5 would definitely recommend.

My firm has operated a virtual office at the MetroOffices Farragut Center for thepast two years. It really has been a genuine pleasure doing business with Carl Overby, the Center Manager and his firm. Carl and his staff have always been very knowledgeable, super responsive and extremely helpful in every regard. I went to a wedding reception for a good friend. Very clean, very modern and open. Lots of parking and signage for the event. Staff was covid-19 compliant and there to assist, but not restrictive. This facility could be great for so many types of events like seminars, political events like debates, even parties.

It is awesome, liked the location a lot, surrounded by a well maintained park, lots of trees and birds singing. The whole setup is very convenient, plenty of offices, conference rooms and rest areas available. It the common entrance are located plenty of desks where one can sit are use a laptop or tablet, arrange documentation or make phonecalls.

We rented out an office for an off-site meeting. It was nice to get away, and the facility was very comfortable, the wifi was fast enough to the google sheets we were working on. Distraction free and polite staff.

Spacious. Went to a SBA event hosted here. Only thing I didn’t like is the arrangement of seating. I would have preferred the speakers to not be ground level with the audience because I couldn’t see them the whole time. For events, y’all should give the tall round tables and tall chairs to the panelists instead of having them in the back. That way, the entire audience will see them.

Manager Carl Overby and the staff at Metro Offices at Farragut Center were fantastic. I was a challenging client in that I changed the reservation at least three times, asked them to open the facility early, and much, much more. I was a self-described pain! But Carl was terrific, flexible, easy-going and accommodated all my requests. It's a lovely space in a great location and very secure. I would book with them again in a heartbeat.

One of the best Coworking spaces I've been to. I dropped in for a WordPress Meetup and was able to get some work done and they have a great snack area with free snacks for guests paying for the day. Highly recommend!

The Metro staff, two of note Lyn Cage and Carl Overby, have extended service and support beyond the lease requirements. Last week, I needed a professional space on short notice to hold a first-time, in-person client meeting. The Metro Offices Metro Center location appeared convenient for my client and very professional from the online photos.
After expressing my interest through the MetroBot function on their website, I received a prompt email from Andrea in Sales. At first I was hesitant because I thought they would try to push me into some sort of package like many other co-working spaces do, but I was thrilled to find out they offered a day-office that you could simply pay for on an a la carte basis AND it was available for the time slots that I needed!
Andrea was super helpful in getting things set-up and even went so far as to conference in another staff-member immediately to put things on the schedule.
Once I arrived, Jennifer and Kimani made me feel so welcome and went out of their way to make me and my client comfortable. I felt like I was truly able to focus on being there for my client and I didn't need to worry about anything else. My client was even impressed with the space and service.
The building and suite itself provided many options for working solo or hosting meetings - there was the office I'd rented, plus the beautiful atrium and terrace. We were able to take part of our meeting outside and enjoy the weather and scenery. Everything really did live up to the photos too.
Andrea, Jennifer, Kimani, and Tim each provided OUTSTANDING service from first contact to check-out to follow-up. Moving my private practice of 13 years from Florida to Washington DC was a huge decision. I visited three other companies in DC before choosing the Metroffices company. My space shopping in DC were with well known national companies and with other smaller ones. The thing I loved about Metroffices, was that they allowed me to visit multiple locations, to talk with other people, to ask other tenants questions and they allowed me to be creative with my own space (a big deal for those of us working in mental health). Their professionalism, hospitality, their attention to detail - and making my sometimes small questions seem important - made the move and transition so comfortable. I enjoy the large building, the amenities, the get together's, the modern facilities, the flexibility. I've rented from a number of properties since opening in 2005 and I do not think there has been any as kind, professional, ethical, timely, attentive and cooperative as the folks at Metroffices. Too, one of the things that brought me to decide on this company - was they did not pressure me. I got more square footage here, the company is a locally owned business in DC ... I could go on and on about the experts with this company. My office? It's as good, if not better than home!

Cool space. Staff was really nice and helpful. Conference rooms are huge and priced the same as small Conference rooms 1hr for each... most coworking spaces charge you more hours for bigger rooms

Great place to collaborate and mingle. Great staff and management team. Open space, new technology, clean environment, free coffee, water and some snacks. Can work there for a day or rent on regular basis. Many socials to get to learn and understand the concept for utilizing the space.

We received a referral to Metro Offices from a similar work share facility we use ("LifeWorking" in Lake Forest IL). The staff @ Metro Offices went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The facility was top shelf. We had a very successful series of meetings, including a couple of clients who came to visit us. The facility made a good impression on them and our entire managing partner team. We will be using Metro Offices again in the future. Highly recommended.

Someone from another company called Brenda Moore and told them I was going to create a disturbance and not to let me into the building to talk with the one groups attorney for the violation of federal HIPAA Privacy and medical malpractice and not to talk with the U.S. Attorney about civil rights issues. Which after this experience is another violation of civil rights! People, the powers to be will take away your rights with no hesitation because they are ignorant and why we are losing our rights daily unless WE STAND UP to the oppressed so called leaders of the country, the world in both business and politics! There was no disturbance except by the management of not allowing me to the U.S. Attorney office! I have it recorded on my phone!!
