Nice venue for meetings and evrnts.. staff helpful. Internet connection could be better. But a good event, space and very helpful staff.
This has been my child (pediatrics) since she’s been born and that’s been five years. Great doctors. Liu and Perdue are my top choices.
Tried to ask for help and the evening allied security guard refused to get off of her cell phone/ respond then disappeared. Not courteous or an acceptable way to behave while representing any company.
I was here as part of DC Startup Week. It's a nice open space, definitely built for flexibility. I liked the openness and airiness as well. The larger rooms had their own kitchens.

Our company was looking for office space in the DC area to be closer to our government customers. AdvantEdge was a perfect fit!! The space is beautiful (lovely artwork, great common areas) and the staff is awesome!! Can't say enough nice things about the people!! We have a small office to demo our equipment but can easily take advantage of the conference room as needed. We held an open house and the staff and tenants were nothing but helpful and cordial! We were running a lot of it from out of town which is typically difficult, but not with Penney and her team - they made it easy! Anything we needed, they accommodated. It was like having family (good family!) working beside you, making sure you were a success. The office itself is nice and they were very accommodating with our table and desk needs - I was amazed! And the location is great - easy to get to food and walk just about anywhere. I highly recommend AdvantEdge Workspaces!!
Highly recommend AdvantEdge Workspaces!! Penney is phenomenal and was always ahead of us and offering great support/suggestions. The entire AdvantEdge Team goes above and beyond - once they even had to retrieve a pallet of ours from the sidewalk (long story). So thankful for the partnership we have with AdvantEdge Workspaces.

My company AB Language Services LLC is using an office space at Expansive Dupont Circle in Washington DC. My clients and me are very happy so far. I have enough space for my company needs plus clients have an option to have a great space. Nice atmosphere and pleasant environment. It is not cheap but we have to pay for appearances if it is important for your company...
The entire Expansive space is pleasantly open and well kept, staff are friendly and attentive. Some recent changes in staff have lead to favorable changes in responsiveness and building a positive coworking environment. Easy walk to metro stops and surrounded by good places for lunch.
Poor management, building is not secured. Security is barely available or at the desk. At times the maintenance man is watching the desk. No security cameras on floor by your office, only camera by the elevator. Back door has been broken/doesn’t lock all the way which has allowed people unauthorized to come into the building. Staff is very unprofessional and not helpful when there is a situation at hand. Please avoid renting any space from this company.
My husband and i we were looking for some offices nearby to relocate my Skin Care business closer to Gaithersburg area. When i had seeing an office in RIO that was it. I immediately love it. Quality, professional atmosphere, location and plenty of parking. My customers really enjoying coming for a facial at this beautiful place. Thank you

I've been a member at Launch Workplaces at Gaithersburg for almost 2 years, I love it, the enviroment is great, very professional, freindly and clean, the building has a great view and my clients love it! Plus parking is free!
I love my little office. I work as a photographer and also do ecommerce and a variety of creative projects, I needed somewhere that separated my home from work. That's what Launch has provided for me, as well as the ability to decorate my space in whatever way I want while also providing a flexible commitment to my space. I looked at a number of spaces before deciding on Launch and this was the perfect combination of metro accessibility, space, value and amenities for me. Super happy.
I absolutely love using my office here. It’s a beautiful space, wonderful interior design and situated in the heart of Dupont. So many great restaurants right next door! I always have a quiet place to work, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience working at Launch in Bethesda during my 4-week stay in the area this summer. The staffs were friendly, kind, responsive, and very competent. The office was well maintained and cleaned frequently (multiple times a day?).
Within short walking distances were Trader's Joe, Starbucks, Staples, and a post office (same building) which allowed me to get a lot done during breaks, and 34 bus stops, giving me easy commute when I became unable to walk from the Bethesda metro station after spraining my ankle at home.
Really glad to have found this place and looking forward to come back.

I moved from Nashville to DC nearly 4 months ago and needed a workspace to come to daily to work. I’m so glad I chose Expansive! I love my workspace and it’s such a nice space to focus and zone in on work and all the staff there are incredibly kind and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough!

This place has several safety hazards that needs to be addressed ASAP.. Handicapped elevator is broken and needs repaired asap. Fire extinguishers haven't been inspected & sitting on floor. Elevators needs services
While the facility is nice, the management nickle & dining and borderline unethical practices should put MakeOffices at the bottom of your list of co-working places in Bethesda.

This space has allowed our small business to grow and find a space that is very affordable with so many of the amenities that we valued most. We went from a desk elsewhere to our own office and logo on the door. We have our business logo in the lobby. I started our business from scratch and Novel has given us a place to feel pride in the steps towards success we are taking. We checked EVERY co-working space and some may have a meditation room or yoga Wednesdays, but you pay so much more and after 2 years in a place like that those features sound amazing but were just never used. Novel gives you the best features and at the best value in DC. We're staying put! Come join us :-)
Our company has nothing but good things to say about Penney and AdvantEdge Workspaces! They are flexible and work hard to meet your business needs. Their staff are always helpful, responsive and friendly. The office spaces are beautifully kept, and there are plenty of options for additional meeting space and storage. The kitchens are spotless and have a selection of coffees and teas, vending machines, and even an ice machine. There are additional perks like Friday morning bagels, a fitness center, bike storage, and massage chairs. The location is also a benefit as it is close to many restaurants and hotels and not too far from several Metro stations. We highly recommend renting in this space!
My organization has been renting office space at AdvantEdge for over a decade and I can't recommend them highly enough. Penney and the entire staff have always been incredibly helpful, responsive and flexible, the offices have great services and amenities and the location can't be beat. Working in a space with kind and friendly people makes a real difference day to day. If you need office space downtown there's no better option.
We have been with AdvantEdge for over two years and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff is awesome, the facility is awesome, the location is awesome. Compared to other co-working spaces, AdvantEdge is classy - nice art everywhere, beautiful conference rooms. We also appreciate the privacy the offices offer. The glass enclosed, fish bowls at other places we looked at were not appealing both from an optics perspective as well as we did not feel comfortable having an office full of strangers with eyes on our whiteboard. Bottomline, this place is great. Check it out
Happy to say that I am the longest term tenant. Twenty-five years of maintaining my offices with this excellent, caring, alert, hardworking team. From time to time I have tested the marketplace by looking at other suites. None as ever come close to the appearance and personal service I have had. These are nice people to deal with and also ready to help. Now they are adding additional perks like helpful talks from interesting speakers and they have gone way beyond what has been required to provide a safe and secure workplace as a result of COVID. Also, an unbeatable location in a AAA building.
We have been members of Make Offices in Bethesda for the last 6 months and have been extremely impressed with all aspects of the office. It is in a great location, it is secure and the staff is amazing. Lisa Kelly always goes above and beyond to make sure any questions are answered and is always here to help. Jennifer does an amazing job making sure that all the areas are clean and well stocked. Our guests are always impressed when they see the office.
I've just moved into Launch in Bethesda - lovely space. Easy access and the process has been smooth with the physical location, the office itself, and the people. The staff are fantastic - friendly and warm. So far I've met delightful co-workers as well. Things are clean and fresh. It feels good to be in this new home. Parking is accessible as is public transit. Prices are competitive for the location and the perks add a new dimension of affordable.

MakeOffices has provided us with the perfect solution for working remotely. The MakeOffices location in Bethesda is stylish, modern, professional, and reliable. With access to conference rooms, private call rooms, a functioning kitchen and hangout area, free printing and scanning solutions, and speedy Internet, we are not lacking for anything in this space. Ideal office space for me and my partners. AdvantEdge offers great location with an incredible infrastructure. We are extremely happy with our decision to move to this office... The building is only blocks away from multiple metro stations + spacious garage and day care on site (lobby). The facilities are very clean, organized and can accommodates any kind of business and teams of any size. It is a pleasure to come to work - the staff is incredibly friendly and very professional. Whatever you need, any time you need it, they'll respond to your needs immediately. There is even a massage chair and potting green to practice your short game! Plenty of conference rooms for you to walk into or you can also reserve in advance -- nobody is keeping track of how many minutes you are using the rooms (some competitors do)... To all this, add breakfast on Monday and Fridays and multiple events and seminars that AdvantEdge hosts throughout the year. Rooftop is also very nice. I give them a 10 - no questions
I have worked in the AdvantEdge office on L St for the past 6 months. I cannot say enough good things about this office - the facilities and staff are both terrific. The office space is clean, modern, nicely decorated, and very well taken care of. All amenities that we need as a business are provided, and very easy to access, making our work more efficient and allowing us to spend our time concentrating on our business. In addition, there are a number of "extras" that are just the icing on the cake - like a quiet "meditation room" with massage chair, bagels in the mornings several times a week, locked bike parking in the garage and a 24-hour in the building.
The staff are so helpful, always going out of their way to help us with any issue we have as quickly as possible. I highly recommend AdvantEdge if you are looking for a small or temporary space to work in!
