THE MOST PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL SPACE IN MANHATTAN. Walking into the Quest Workspaces at 48 Wall Street is a welcoming and cosmopolitan experience. Their business services are an exemplar of executive suites and the amenities are a refreshing delight. Having enjoyed this locale for several years (and for many more to come) it is highly recommend and I hereby give the staff the TEN stars they deserve!

SCAM, you pay extra for sunset view and when you arrive you realize there is 1 single queue, no one takes into account the timeframe on your ticket!!! The staff is not helpful either, they say they can guarantee your entrance and not the sunset!!! This is outrageous!
Enjoyed the structure and surroundings, a stroll through the nearby park walkway on the old elevated rail line is a must. Lovely experience.
I love the space at 48 Wall Street. It's a quiet and stylish work space. Very well decorated. Plenty of coffee and tea to keep you going throughout the work day. They offer fruit infused water daily for healthy hydration. Tim and Sunny will make sure you have everything you need to flourish and be productive while working. I've only been here a few weeks and I already love the culture they've build here at 48 Wall Street. Everyone is very professional but also friendly and fun. Couldn't ask for a better space for my office. Did I mention they have fruit infused water?

Our organization (Hear Your Song) has had an incredible experience with Quest Workspaces at 48 Wall Street. The space is neat and quiet, the kitchens have everything you could need, and the amenities such as the sound-proof booths, conference rooms, and small meeting rooms have been so useful to us. Most importantly, Quest's staff is so warm and generous. Sunny and Tim are two of the kindest people I've ever met, and they are always going above and beyond to help people out in whatever way they need. I couldn't recommend this office space more!
This place has called me 15 times in one day for literally no reason. Just to call and hang up. I have told them to stop and it’s completely unacceptable. I would not do business with them if that’s what they do to people.
I love the friendly staff here; they are always smiling and offering ways to help ease my stressful days. It’s a very clean and welcoming space; a perfect place for your Zoom calls and meetings. They have beautifully decorated walls in the meeting rooms with super thick walls (they’ve been tested) so no one can hear any of your business dealings. I would highly recommend this space for those looking for a “home-y” vibe in a very productive atmosphere. I especially love Sunny who is here every day and always so reliable and supportive on a personal and business level..shes the best! I wouldn’t want to work any other place.

Need to seriously learn how to hire your reception security. Came to move into the new office at 7:30pm on a Friday for the first time and mistakenly brought a small cart with our stuff. Didn't know we had to enter from another entrance but the issue was that our cart wheel was broken so we couldn't move the cart anymore. We told we will carry our stuff out of the cart instead so the rule of bringing carts wouldn't be broken (they were small and not so heavy boxes). Not only did your staff and insult us, I told him to just stop talking to me and end it but he wouldn't stop. Very tiring and frustrating working so hard to shift and on top being yelled at and insulted the very first day we went to open our new office. Worst reception security I have ever encountered!!

I've been in this office space for over a year now and I always recommend it to my friends and clients. It's perfect for someone looking for home vibes in a busy work atmosphere. Walls are super thick which is perfect for all my calls. The whole space is always clean, bathrooms left immaculate and most importantly, the staff is the best! Always friendly, always helpful and willing to accommodate in any way possible. Love the team, it's my home away from home : )

I moved my law office to Quest at 48 Wall Street about three months ago. I could not be more pleased that I did! The space is absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet. The rent is fairly priced. The energy of the space and that of the staff is incredibly positive and it's been a joy to come to the office. Tim, Tanya and Sunny are friendly, so helpful and extremely professional. They really make the atmosphere a vibrant and happy one. Come to Quest-you won't regret it!

Came here for a little bit of shopping and to see the lights during the holidays. White and yellow lights were decorated all throughout the Hudson Yards. Plenty of stores to shop at different price points and many different places for food and drinks. Even without the lights, this is a nice place to come shopping.

Major shopping attraction next to the Vessel. Many high-end stores offer latest fashions, restaurants. The Edge attraction is on site for any "dare devil" 😋
As I wasn't the one who reserved the room here, I can only speak my opinion. The check-in and elevator staff are very welcoming and friendly. I believe I ran across several floor/maintenance staff while in the fitness center. Their approach was much colder. The room is....different. I can explain it as what someone who moved into the city for the first time, or someone working through college. It is essentially a studio apartment. Very well-equipped, comfortable, and all in a small amount of space. Think of the hide-a-beds in the wall. Got one here, and once we figured that part out, the experience became pretty cool. I don't know if I would like to spend more than a few days putting the bed up so the sofa below it could be used, but a few days has a bit of novelty to it. Worth a try if you want a real NY apartment experience.

terrible experience at the dc location on 14th st. wouldn’t recommend this at all. the staff constantly berate you for trivial rule following and don’t let you carry out basic business operations. pathetic experience, and the facility is majority empty, so i think that lack of business corroborates that well. technology also barely works in most conference rooms. better off at a wework or even a coffee shop lol.
We stayed here for two weeks and the staff was super helpful and friendly at all times. They really made our stay here pleasant. It really has everything you need, the location is great and it really has a sense of community that we enjoyed a lot. Thank you!
Hudson Yards is New York's newest neighborhood and tourist attraction and home to over 100 stores, restaurants, offices, public art and dynamic cultural institutions. Here you will see The Shed, modern residences, 14 acres of public plazas, gardens and groves and the world's first Equinox Hotel. It’s located between 10th and 12th Avenues from West 30th to West 34th Streets. The No. 7 Subway is the main conduit to and from Hudson Yards. It connects to Times Square and beyond from an eye-catching new station, located steps from the east lobby across Hudson Park. It’s breath-taking especially at night and a very busy place. I enjoyed every minute walking around and discovering every inch of Hudson Yards.

Nice space with great location and green/ sustainable practices. Appreciated all the drink and snack options. Wish these guys had more locations nationally. Staff was very nice and location was central to most dc stuff. Food was also very good although there were not a lot of options the food was well prepared and fresh. Lots of health precautions and very clean.
Beverly Sandoval was very informative and such a great floor representative . She helped us out a lot!
Would definitely come back again. There were plenty of people readily available to help in every department I visited. Amy helped me check out today and was very courteous and quick. Great job to her and her training supervisor!

My business has utilized YWSO for a number of years for its virtual office mail services. We were bouncing around different co-working options early on and I needed a steady address for our billing, contracts and operations. Back when I would pop in to pick up my mail, the staff were super friendly. I was able to pivot to a mail forwarding solution during the pandemic, a solution that has proved to be invaluable.
This was easy to set up and was well-priced. The staff was easy to work with and answered my questions promptly.
RUN LEGAL SUPPORT.....DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY! I live in Colorado and needed someone to be served in California. I called and spoke with Gabriella, she said sure no problem text me all the info and ill send you an invoice it will be $65.00. This was on 1/24/20. I sent every thing that day and thank goodness I purchased the tracking because I was being complete ignored after that! I sent a text on 1/28/20 confirming they received the documents and money order, no response. Sent another text 2/3/20 and Gabriella said they had not received it. Check the tracking and it was delivered to her on 1/29/20! Again no response. I sent another text on 2/4/20 with pictures of the receipts and tracking info. Finally 2/5/20 she responded that she would have another server do it by the end of the week. 2/11/20 I get a text asking me for directions on what she is supposed to do!? Um I thought RUN LEGAL SUPPORT IS A NOTARY AND PROCESS SERVER??? I need these papers signed immediately so I explain to Gabriella, the 1st page you serve to him, the second page is the return of service you fill out and send back to me, the 3rd page is the acceptance of service you have him sign. Then later I get a text that she just realized the forms need to be notarized...DUH! And that it will be another $15.00 and she will go get them notarized... I THOUGHT THEY WERE A NOTARY!! But whatever ok ill send you another $15.00 just get this done! Finally I get a text from her that she got him served and will send me the return of service and acceptance as soon as they are notarized. Great it's finally done! NO! Today is 3/4/2020 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RETURN OF SERVICE AND HAVE HAD TO RESCHEDULE COURT TWICE BECAUSE OF THIS! NOW I HAVE TO REPORT THE MONEY ORDERS STOLEN, DO THIS ALL OVER AGAIN AND FIND A LEGITIMATE COMPANY THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO GET THE JOB DONE! RUN LEGAL SUPPORT IS A COMPLETE JOKE!!

My husband and I tried to order a ps4 which was on sale, the trouble is we live in Sacramento. The customer service representative told us that it was a in store purchase I couldn't believe it. Why have sale ads mailed to us if we can't purchase the item.There was a 50 dollar cash back which was in store but the sale of the item was on sale and I didn't see where that was in store. The customer service person was rude and not very pleasant. I would like to know how such a person can work at the store?
I parked in a darkened stall in this building that negligently had a metal piece hanging from the ceiling. As a result, my vehicle was damaged. First, I approached a parking attendant, older Hispanic woman, who was very rude. She dismissed me by demanding me to see the security guard. He referred me to the management office and I was greeted by another uncaring employee (Ruth). I then attempted to peaceably discuss this matter with the property manager, Jeff Magaro. Not only was he rude and unprofessional, he was also insensitive, as he continued to cut me off while speaking and refusing to resolve the matter. I guess it's true when they say "@*it rolls down hill"!
Think twice before parking in this building's garage. The staff are disrespectful and inept and the parking accomodations are horrible. You will end up with damaged property, with no one taking responsibility!!!

Stopped by Trump Tower. It was nothing short of what you would expect. Very opulent. There is a Starbucks on the 2nd floor. Stopped for a coffee. Tried to go onto the balcony but it was closed.

Fantastic space, accommodations, and staff!! Our company has used NoMa 3 times in the past 3 months and each time they have been extremely helpful from initial reservation requests (Thank you, Frances!) to day of questions and needs.
They have a variety of meeting spaces that can accommodate small meetings to larger groups; there is a kitchen available to everyone - including coffees, teas, etc.; and there is a refrigerator for those of us bringing food or snacks. Super sleek work space. Minimal distractions means it's easy to focus. The staff is always smiling and available, which is a plus. Quiet with a little kitchen for refreshments is nice. Every now and then there are lunches, but being close to Union Station doesn't hurt if you want to grab a quick Starbucks or Lunch and LPQ.

NOMA Workspaces has been a dream office space. There are a diversity of types of spaces to work in - whether that's private offices, co-working environments, kitchen/cafe-like spaces, and conference rooms. What's been most wonderful are the front desk staff. They know everyone's names by heart and make you feel warm and welcomed every time you walk into the office. There's a growing sense of community too and opportunities to network with individuals working across all sectors. I couldn't recommend it more.
Excellent space based right next to Union Station for all your travel needs. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating of many requests, and they strive to make all of their clients and guests of clients feel welcomed and appreciated. With mixers throughout the year and random perks (like mimosa Mondays), what's not to love for the value-minded small business needing a workspace?
Nice open work space. Great for small business, meetings or company events as there are offices to utilize or the common work space areas. The common area has several tables and there are a lot of places to plug in electronics as well as big windows give excellent lighting. Conference rooms are well equipped for meetings, demonstrations and such. The front office staff are friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this if you're looking for an off site location for workshops and such.
Great space in a metro accessible location. There's some metered street parking and the location is not too far from a residential area in Northeast WDC. The staff is very helpful, which is just what I need as a small business owner. The facilities are bright and modern. I actually ENJOY coming to the office to work :-)

Horible wish i could write review without a star we have warenty on our washer they came out a week after we called them about issue tech guessed problem changed part and same problem secound tech came out 2 weeks later changed another part and still same problem it is now 1 month later and wont return calls customer service had a aditude and such a ashole said he would called us back when he felt like it.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL NEVER BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS
