I love their pad thai, pork egg rolls, spring rolls, any soups, cucumber salad, and their mango curry. The mango curry had so much flavor and it was very yummy. You can get any level of spice which is nice. Huge selection of food from Thailand, Vietnam, etc… lots of vegan and vegetarian options as well as you can sub tofu in for any meat dishes. Great prices and large portions. I love the atmosphere and staff. Staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and very kind. Very kid friendly and accessible as well.

Was recommended to me by my barber. When someone is Vietnamese and they recommend a Vietnamese restaurant, must be good. The food did not disappoint. The pho was delicious, fresh shrimp rolls tasted fresh and the iced coffee hit the spot. Servers were attentive and restaurant was clean. Definitely be back and likely sooner than later.

This place is awesome! The staff is respectful and very kind, the food is delicious, and the store is very clean.

The food was probably the best Vietnamese food I had during my vacation here. The Cơm tấm (broken rice) was so delicious it’s crazy. They load it up with delicious meats and rice and serve it to you fresh. The pork was the best part. So juicy and so delicious! Honestly, I could say it was one of the best Cơm tấm I’ve had, period. My family also got food like pho and other dishes, and not a single one of them was bad at all.

The service was also really good. We got served fast and direct without any needless hassle or anything. They, again, were also really kind and respectful. The owners and staff treat the customers with such kindness, and it really shows in the smiles they have as they take your order and serve the food—even when they check up on you to see how you’re doing.

The atmosphere is also pretty nice. It’s not the busiest restaurant, and that means it’s relatively calm. There’s a TV in the background, and my family kept watching it and laughing, so whatever that channel is, keep it on 👍. Otherwise, it’s not too busy or anything, but it’s kept clean, has plenty of space to walk and dine, and is very relaxing.

Overall, this restaurant was one of the best restaurants I’ve had during my vacation, and I did frequently revisit it for the food. The staff is really nice and respectful, and the restaurant has a clean atmosphere with a calming vibe. I highly recommend anyone trying this place out if they want to eat Asian or Vietnamese cuisine!

Second time here and still love it! The quality of food is superb. Portions are hefty and taste is wonderful. I’ve had the pad Thai w chicken here and the pad woon Sen and really enjoyed the clear noodles! The service is attentive and you can tell they can handle the lunch rush. Easy parking. Small-ish restaurant w limited seating but quick service and tasty food!

Food was high priced but just ok. glass they gave me for water had lipstick full lip print on it looked used. Food was 15. For half bowl of soup, no flavor but was still palatable. Best thing there was Boba matcha coffee I got. service was mediocre didn't live up to the hype.

Pretty good pho. Not the best I’ve had, definitely not the worst. The portion was a little small (I ended up getting a full 2nd bowl). Food came out in under 3 minutes so if you’re hungry and in a rush this is your spot.

The pork chop is delicious and staffs are friendly. However, the Vietnamese crepe is a bit messy, impossible to eat it elegantly. This is not related to the food but… I wish there are some paper towels in the restroom …

Great food! Service was great and the price point was well worth it! Definitely recommend getting the short rib with your pho. It becomes well worth it. Autumn roll is good if you love peanuts. A little heavy on the peanuts. The ribeye was so good and well-flavoured. Highly recommend mixing rice onto the dish and eating it hot so the steak doesn't cook well-done and the yolk is still runny. Pho is so good with the broth from short ribs being slow-cooked in that broth. Espresso martini is really good, a nice kick but so good you can't taste the vodka at all. Would highly recommend!

pho itself was mediocre. it wasn't the best but i guess it could be worse. Regardless it was the worst pho I've had in my life, taste-wise. Speaking of atmosphere, flies were everywhere. There were three barefooted little boys going in and out of the kitchen, and the overall atmosphere was a bit chaotic. The boys were occasionally going in the kitchen to deliver to go meals to customers. I'm guessing there are no waiters or waitresses either. There was also a sign up basically saying how there are not many employees and that customers should put up with this? like what?

It just felt more like being in someone's home or playground rather than being in a restaurant to eat. Too casual perhaps

So they no longer do sushi which was ok since we weren't there for sushi. Very simple and clean place. We had the steamed goyza, the chicken pad Thai and bun Rieu. The bun Rieu wasnt completely like home cooking but still yummy. Had meatballs, shrimp, tofu, krab and viet pate of sorts. They have a variety of soups, sandwiches and Thai dishes. The mangonada was so different and delicious complete with tajin.
This was the first time at this restaurant and with absolute certitude my last. The take out shrimp Pad Thai was absolutely inedible -extremely sweet and heavily soaked in a sauce that made me feel sick after eating a few bites. Did not feel fresh but more like “recycled” food. The shrimp were unevenly cooked as if in mixed from different sources or orders-some soft, some hard. I almost damaged my teeth biting into a hardened piece of garlic I think that was like a tiny rock. For the prices they are charging and the fact that they provided no utensils or even a napkin with the order, I felt sorry afterwards for not taking it back. Money down the drain literally. The restaurant appearance is definitely deceiving. Going back to my favorite Asian Restaurant in Middletown whose service and food are worth every penny.

Pho Hoa is a cute little gem in a converted garage. It's tight quarters when you're inside, but it's well worth it. This place has a ton of character to appreciate before you even get your food. The food itself was DELICIOUS! I didn't expect to find a solid pho spot on my trip to Bangor, but the chicken pho is something I'll be thinking about and will be looking for next time I'm in town. :)

This place is great if you love Thai food! It was overall an excellent experience. We went in at 1:00 and it wasn't super crowded. In fact, it was more busy when we left at 2:00. The overall atmosphere is good, it's super quiet if you are the only ones there, so it can be a little awkward sometimes. The service was great, we had some mishaps with splitting our bill, but it all worked out. The overall food was amazing! Just be prepared to pay a little more for more rice.
Overall it's a great place if you want Thai food!

Would highly recommend paying this restaurant a visit! The food was excellent and reasonably priced for the portion. The prior reviews have mentioned it too but the girl up front is not the friendliest, however I think she just needs to be treated with kindness. Everyone is going through something we may not know about and she really isn’t that unpleasant especially when treated kindly. Highly recommend trying this place and giving her a warm greeting! Will definitely be back in the future. We had the XL chicken pho and shrimp spring rolls and both were delicious!
Hands down the best service in town! The owner is super friendly and does everything he can to make your experience great! Me and my family have been going here for years and it is by far our favorite restaurant! Everything we have tried has been amazing but I definitely recommend the chicken curry or a chicken rice bowl with egg roll!

If you love Asain food, this is the best in the Madison area! A large variety of options no matter what’s you diet preference. Nobody will be disappointed! Sometimes there’s a wait to get seated, but the restaurant is managed well and the food is worth the wait! They do take reservations for parties of 5 or more.

We decided to try HA Long Bay over the weekend and check out their poke but they were out of sushi. They had an very appetizing poster of Salmon Poke on their storefront!
Still we went in and ordered some Thai dishes. We had the pad thai and chicken stir fry with veggies. Both were flavorful and yummy. Also tried the fresh rolls with shrimp and were tasty. Cool vibes and cute decor. Will probably come back but hopefully to have poke next time!

Located in a business plaza. Sharing parking lot with others. It is fairly easy to find the place. It's not crowded. there's no waiting line for service. Foods are average, and costs are competitive, between $10-$20 / person. Typical Vietnamese food as fried rice, pho, chowmein... They offer take-out but no delivery.

We are never disappointed when we come here. The food is fresh and absolutely incredible! We had an appetizer of Fried Tofu, and the Pad Kee Mao.
Absolutely LOVE this place. Been going here for years and never have had a bad experience. They treat you like family. Everything on the menu is amazing. They make everything by scratch. Pho and egg rolls are one of my favorites. Anyone looking for true, authentic Vietnamese food, this is your place to be!
I've never had food of this level, at this price range. This is bomb food for $$ price range. Every serving was amazing, perfectly cooked, and food was to die for.

I would legit drive from Iowa to Wisconsin just to eat here again.

Atmosphere was great dine in experience.

The Pho is perfectly prepared, the meat still pinkish, the broth (I asked for extra hot) is well made, light but tasty. I prefer the Pho than the Tet noodle (crab, shrimp garlic noodles) it's a bit too rich and filling. The spring rolls exceptional fresh ❤️
We recently had the pleasure of dining at Ha Long Bay, a Thai and Vietnamese restaurant, and we must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From start to finish, the restaurant impressed us with its delectable offerings and fantastic service.

The highlight of our meal at Ha Long Bay was undoubtedly the soups. The Tom Yum soup was bursting with vibrant flavors, featuring the perfect balance of tanginess, spiciness, and aromatic herbs. Each spoonful was a taste sensation that left us craving more. The soups alone are worth a visit to Ha Long Bay.

Another standout dish at the restaurant was the fried chicken wings. Cooked to crispy perfection, they were simply addictive. The wings were generously coated in a flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of sweetness and spice. Every bite was a mouthwatering delight, and we couldn't get enough of them.

Ha Long Bay also excels in its noodle and fried rice offerings. With a wide variety of options available, both in meat and vegetarian choices, there is something to please every palate. The Pad Thai and Pad Lao impressed us with its balance of textures and the harmonious blend of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors. The Vietnamese fried rice was a fragrant and satisfying dish that had us savoring every forkful. The quality of ingredients and attention to detail were evident in every bite.

The overall dining experience at Ha Long Bay was wonderful. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. Whether dining alone, with friends, or with family, the restaurant offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Ha Long Bay to all Thai and Vietnamese cuisine lovers. The wonderful soups, addictive fried chicken wings, and the diverse range of noodles and fried rice options make it a must-visit restaurant. Whether you prefer meat or vegetarian dishes, Ha Long Bay caters to all dietary preferences with its extensive menu. Prepare yourself for a delicious taste adventure and a memorable dining experience. You won't be disappointed!

Wow, found a gem of an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the west village, and wish I tried this place sooner! Ordered the grilled chicken over rice and it was really good. My viet gf said it tastes exactly as it does in Vietnam and I devoured it. It was juicy thigh dark meat and marinated and grilled to perfection. My gf ordered the Bun Bo hue and really liked it a well. The fresh coconut and creme brulee dessert rounded out a wonderful meal and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Delicious food! We were staying in Bangor while visiting Acadia and stopped by this restaurant upon arriving. I was craving fresh veggies and spring rolls and knew this would satisfy my craving. We ordered the fresh spring rolls, fried veggie rolls, and the Vermicelli salad noodles and sat outside with our dog. Everything was amazing.

Absolutely delicious. Get the Tet Noodles! They are more expensive than everything on the menu ($28) but WORTH IT! They have this chard taste which is so delicious with the creamy sauce.
The vermicelli bowl was definitely above average, but didn’t knock our socks off like the Tet noodles. Super fresh and light and yummy.
The service was sooo friendly. They took the time to check on the details of ingredients for an allergy.
We went on a Wednesday night at 8pm in June, no wait.

This place has been pack every night we go! We have visited 3x in the past 2 weeks alone! The milk tea and fruit green tea's are delicious. For appetizers we have had their steamed bao (the best in the area), fried egg rolls (really good) and their fried chicken wings (not my fave they lack flavor). As our meal's we ordered both pho and bun bo hue, the bun bo hue was definitely preferred over the regular pho, it has a really great flavor and it is not spicy at all. PLEASE try their chicken fried rice also!!! Service is good and food comes out fairly fast even with a busy dining room. It is close to home so we will definitely be regulars.

I went out of my way to try this restaurant and they did not disappoint. Place is clean, staff are wonderful and food tasted fully authentic. We ordered beef rib Pho and Bun Bo Hue both were meaty and delicious. Accompanied by freshest basil, bean sprouts, cabbage, culantro and even banana blossoms. Never seen that. It's the little extra things! Keep up the great work!

Food is always great. This really is the only authentic Asian restaurant in the area. They do Thai better than the Thai restaurants too. A couple seats inside and it’s a hole in the wall place so we always take it to go. Over the last couple of years have had everything on their menu. Wait times can be long but your not going to find better Viet/Thai/Asian in the greater Bangor area.

The food was delicious and most of it well-cooked. The rice noodles were flavourful and honestly probably the most delicious ones I have had. However, they sticked together which ruined the experience a bit but do not let that put you off from trying that restaurant out.
The staff was friendly and welcoming and personally I would eat there again.
Found this place by accident - but definitely a happy accident!
Food was delicious, generous portions, staff was friendly and attentive, cherry decor.
I met an old friend to catch up and appreciated the space to do so.
Will definitely go back!
I treated my little brother to his first pho experience, and that evening my card got locked up, we had no cash on us. The owner said, "you look like good guys, come back and pay when it works, I trust you" awesome. Went back paid up and ordered more! Great place great food.

Stopped for some spring rolls and got a fried rice noodle dish with beef as well. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was great. The fried noodles were a great combination of crispy and soft. I will definitely eat here again!
Pretty good Vietnamese restaurant. Their dry Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang tastes almost the same as the original from Vietnam. I can said that this is one of the best Hu Tieu Nam Vang I've ever tried yet in the bay area. Their Bun Mam is also great, according to my friend. They have some spice add-on trays like pickle chily pepper and garlic which is super good. Price is okay. The employees are super friendly. Would definitely com back.

Really really recommend this place!❤️‍🔥 Not only the food was good, prices were friendly, and staff were nice☺️

We were 6 people together for dinner, 2 appetizers and 5 main dishes. Everything was above average tastes. But some dishes I prefer:

🥢Tet noodles was my favorite noodle dish that day! Really like the texture of the noodles. Interestingly, this dish got a western-style taste for me, like pasta. But I liked it a lot!

🍖For rice and meat, I like my choice Suon Kho. Short ribs were well cooked with delicious sauce. It went really well with rice.

Amazing Vietnamese restaurant that combines transitional Vietnamese food and contemporary dishes together.

From the elegant decoration to the warm smiles of the waiters, you can feel they aim for the best customer experiences. They have a short menu but contains famous Vietnam cuisines like the delicious Pho and rolls, and they also offer wings and fried soft-shell crabs which I would recommend for a try. We had two sides and two mains which are quite enough for a lunch.

Affordable price, authentic food and in-time services.

In my endless quest to find the best Pho in the city, visited Madame Vo due to many positive reviews.
Ordered the Madame Pho w/ short ribs and Goi Cuon (Summer roll).
First the pho, it was on the better side of Pho I had in NYC, but missing that special taste I am searching for.
It tasted well prepared and made but didn’t have the depth of flavor in the broth.
The noodles were slightly over cooked for personal liking. I prefer al dente for my noodles.
For reference, i had my share of pho. It was my go to quick bite for lunch and dinner for few years from various Vietnamese restaurants, mostly ran and enjoyed by the local Vietnamese residents.
The summer role was clean and neat but didn’t have the bean sprouts I’m used to, for those that might prefer one over the other.
The cleanliness and decor was great. Really enjoyed the ambiance.
For now I am still on the quest to find better pho in the city as this resturant still wasn’t the best pho I’ve had in the city.

I have tried several restaurants serving Pho in the St Pete -Pinellas Park. I have been here to eat dinner and lunch and the portions of chicken and Beef are good. The pho is flavorful. The service depending if you come for lunch can be hit or miss regarding the quickness of the server or chef. Overall you wont be dissatisfied
Incredible food at great pricing. Friendly wait staff as well. I took someone here for lunch and the amount of food we got and the quality of the food for the price was amazing. The steamed chicken dumplings were Incredible, so were the veggie curry puffs.
The lemongrass fried red snapper was incredible, so flavorful. I got the entire fish too, and got to pick all the meat off the bones!
Easy to see why this restaurant was rated as one of the "Best" places by CT Magazine for 2022. Great decor, very clean, friendly staff. The menu is amazing, so many items its difficult to decide what you want to order!! Portions are very large and if you are a fan of Thai Food - this place is worth the drive to.

We ordered the Fresh Spring rolls with Shrimp, Papaya salad, Tom Yum noodle soup, Thai Basil Fried Rice and Pineapple Fried Rice. Portions so large we had enough to take home for another meal and prices are very reasonable.

Soup and salad came with the Fried Rice entrees. Everything was DELICIOUS, great mix of spice and ingredients. The Papaya salad was absolutely the best I've had from Thai restaurants I've gone to. Nice mix of lime juice and spices and a touch of heat with the papaya and other veggies.

The peanut sauce for the salad and Spring rolls had great peanut flavor, but very thick compared to other places and my own homemade version. This is my only somewhat less than great comment. Everything else gets more than 5 Stars.

The Tom Yum Noodle soup was huge and DELICIOUS and perfectly made.

We drove over 1 hour for the visit, and the trip was well worth it. We've already planned our next visit. If you love Thai Food, be sure to visit this Gem in Rocky Hill, CT.

The restaurant is small and quaint. Minimal decor but clean. Our waitress was nice and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the pepper beef (Thai Spice level 2), dumplings and spring rolls. The spring rolls were slightly more done than I would have liked but still fresh and good. The beef was tender and flavorful. It was seasoned nicely. Portions are generous. They do not have tap to pay just for a reminder. I’d call ahead if you have a large party.
Food was pretty good . The broth was flavorful. However, the steak was way too fatty. Wifey usually gets that steak and shrimp and although she ate it, she says it left more to be desired.
I had the chicken and shrimp, which was pretty good.
Really liked the presentation of the food when it comes to take-out orders.
All and all, we enjoyed the experience. Definitely one of the best places for Pho in or near Bangor, ME.

Love the food!!!!!!!!! So good!!!!!!!!! The server was friendly. A bell on the table and a water bottle and little cups remind me of restaurants in Korea. Also the way you just walk up to the front to pay, not waiting for the check. There were a large group of Vietnamese eating in the restaurant. Must be legit authentic Vietnamese. Highly recommend this place !

Went here after the beach, had a craving for a family meal of canh chua, ca kho to, with a side of fried tofu and rau muong xai toi. The sour fish soup (canh chua) was delicious along with the caramelized clay pot fish (ca kho to). The tofu was was decent (I prefer the regular fried tofu, this one I believe they fried it with a little flour? More like Chinese style). The water spinach ( rau muong) was very salty. The other bad thing was the white rice. It was not fully cooked. It was dry and hard. Old? Asians are supposed to know how to cook rice- we perfected the cooking of rice! So it was disappointing to eat the rice with the delicious food. That's why I couldn't give it 5 stars. The waiters and waitress were very nice. The owner? came out and talked to us. The service was a little slow, but the food was well worth the wait. Will definitely be back when we are in the area!!!
Kob Jai is the best Thai spot in the tri-state area!

The coconut shrimp appetizer and drunken noodle with crispy chicken are delicious 😋 I strongly suggest trying them!

The inside is also beautifully decorated and a great place for a fancy date!
Best Curry Puffs I have ever had. The pastry was buttery and flaky. The stuffing was well seasoned with a delicious dipping sauce. The Khao Soi was also a delight. The spicy creamy coconut broth was so comforting on a chilly day. 🍜🔥🥐💕

My family and I tried Thai Basil for the first time today. We’ve tried many (excellent) Thai restaurants in the River Valley Area, but this one was right up there with most of the ones we’ve tried. I got some Panang Curry that was as good as any I’ve had in memory. My wife actually got some Pho, which is obviously Vietnamese and not Thai, but she said that hers was as good as any she’d remembered getting in Fort Smith too. So overall, the quality of the food was a big bonus for all of us. That being said, two things that I really appreciated about Thai Basil were: 1) the speed with which they brought out our dishes was AMAZINGLY quick (and they were all piping hot), especially being that it was the middle of the lunch hour, and; 2) our waitresses also made a real effort to be friendly and attentive in their service. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I would recommend Thai Basil!
The last few times, I’ve visited the restaurant, the quality of the food was TRASH!!! The egg rolls were made too big. The fried rice was dry and crunchy. The fish clay pot was terrible. Did the original cook quit? Another restaurant added to my list, will not be returning!
A very nice place with cozy ambience. It's usually a crowded place and may have waiting too but worth the wait. We are pure vegetarian and tried the below:

1. Yellow curry puffs - 4/5.
2. Vegetarian egg rolls - 3/5
3. Squash curry - 3/5
4. Drunken noodle - 4.5/5
5. Thai bobba tea. - 5/5 - out of the world ^_^
6. Peanut sauce - 4.5/5

Overall the experience was nice.

We spent the day at Tampa Premier Outlet and was looking for some good Vietnamese food. Found this on Google ad decided to give it a chance since it had good reviews. I was skeptical of how authentic this place was because it had Pho, Poke, and Boba in the name. But once stepped in and I’d spoke with the waiters. I knew it was authentic. Saw the parents in the back and the kids ran up front. I had the Ha Long Bay pho special. The bowl came out and I’d thought it was small but I was wrong. The bowl was deep and everything was under it. Really good pho. My wife had the Ha Long Bay rice combo special. She said it was good but instead of the shrimp, it should have been a prawn. Our daughter had the Ha Long Bay Bun Thich nuong special. She said it was so good and finished the entire bowl. She never finish anything. Lol. I got the Vietnamese ice coffee and it was good but they brought out the coffee already mix. Wife had an avocado shake which was not on the menu. I have a couple of suggestions to the owner if they read this. To keep the authenticity of the Vietnamese culture. I suggest bringing the drip coffee out and let the guess experience it. This is what make it a Vietnamese coffee. Second is to use Vietnamese chili peppers or Thai peppers instead of jalapeños. Oh, we also ordered the banh mi with bbq pork and Vietnamese ham to go. We will eat it the next day haha.
The incredible food makes the tight seating worthwhile!

I really enjoyed everything I tried here and I've heard the food at Ha Long Bay is consistently great across the board. I'll definitely be coming back.

Pros:
- The FOOD. The food is to die for. Portions are larger than expected, there is a very large selection, and of the four entrees my table ordered, I couldn't pick a favorite.
- Quick seating before the dinner rush. We arrived around 5 PM on a Saturday.
- Service was kind and attentive, even as the restaurant started to fill up.

Neutral:
- The menu is enormous, but there is an acronym system directly to the left of each food item (like "HT1") they recommend you use to order more efficiently.

Cons:
- There is a lot of seating in a fairly small space, so some tables are a bit tight. Not unmanageable, though.
- The restaurant got pretty loud as the dinner rush started to come in, which was expected. However, the high ceilings and lack of sound dampening made for a lot of sound reflection.
- One toilet per bathroom.

Overall, the quality of the food far outweighed the cons for me. If you don't make it in before the peak dining times and you still want to order, you can call and pick up your food to skip waiting in the entrance of the restaurant.

Highly recommended!!

FOOD
1.) P1 Pho Hello Saigon = includes flank steak, meatball, brisket. It was pretty good. Generous meats.

SERVICE
It was fine

ATMOSPHERE
It’s like a regular Vietnamese restaurant but with a nice Brooklyn bridge mural. I like that it’s close to west village area.

We have ordered take outs, eaten dinner and lunch there for the past month and we find this new owner and chef are great at their crafts: all the food we’ve ordered so far are delicious and the wait staffs are respectful and the dinning area is kept clean.
Their traditional Vietnamese family meal “cơm phần” is exceptional too!
Fantastic food. Very nice selection of super tasty dishes. If you are in the area make sure to stop here.

The broths here were wonderful. Pho Hoa was a great place to go for some streaming hot soup on a cold winter's day - so satisfying!! The place is small - real small - but they're big on flavor, and that's why we're there. A few people were getting take out orders; seemed like a busy little place.
We enjoyed a late lunch. We had vegetarian egg rolls and pho with beef and beef balls. The balls were okay, the pho was excellent broth was lovely. Everyone was helpful. We will definitely go again.

This place was delicious! The waitresses are very nice and kind! There wasn't much people in the restaurant at the time we went so our wait time for food was very short. Everything came out so good and so fast. It also wasn't very expensive, especially considering the quality of food. I am definitely coming back for more!

food was a really good, i was dining in and seen a mouse come out of the booth and into the lobby and scurried away once it seen me. took my appetite away instantly. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Always great food when we come to Kob Jai. During the summertime, the wait for the ordered food was extremely long due to short staffing but it is worth it. The restaurant name is a little bit deceiving because the menu only consists of one pho choice and the rest is Thai/American-Thai fusion (incl. ramen soon to come). We try to order different entrees and they knock it out of the park. The flavor profiles are spicy, tangy and sweet which we love. Definitely one of the better, if not best Thai restaurants in CT. Vegetarian-friendly ! (Pictured are Thai iced teas, Drunken noodles with beef, Tom Yum Katee noodle soup with tofu, and Papaya salad.)
Our go-to for bún bò Huế, mi Quang, and more! Staff is super friendly, food is delicious and comes out fast.
Fried tofu really impressed me! Nice and crispy with a unique twist from the lemongrass on top. Fresh spring rolls were just okay in my opinion. I appreciate that they put shrimp and also pork in them for more bulk, but neither pork nor shrimp had fresh flavor (but what can you expect for shrimp in Wisconsin?). As soon as the nice older man set the bowl of pho on my table, the aroma of flavors hit me and I knew it was going to be good (and it was). Atmosphere is simple but peaceful. There was some loud banging going on somewhere in back briefly.. not sure what that was about. Nonetheless, I am going to be a regular here, for sure.

Pretty good food - liked the pork spring rolls and the pho broth was alright. Nice amount of rare steak in the pho portion and the meat is tender (not too thick or thin), but would prefer a more savory flavor in the broth.
The noodles weren't quite right in the pho, they kept breaking apart and were gummy. The texture was just a bit off.
Staff were nice, place is clean, and plenty of seating inside.
Love this place! I’m Vietnamese and this is where you can get authentic Vietnamese dishes with different variety (most dishes are of northern Vietnam) . there are dishes you wouldn’t see at normal / basic Vietnamese places. The people here are very nice too ! Only wish they have delivery to SF, I drive across the bridge to have this because there’s no places like this in the city

Super friendly waiters, and delicious dishes! Plus, their jukebox is pretty much cool that we enjoyed it a lot. I will definitely come here again and strongly recommend it in East Village!

Nice authentic pho with sliced beef. The broth taste just right. Went back a second time for banh mi and drinks. Definitely loved the traditional pork version with freshly toasted baguette. The viet coffee also hits the spot perfectly!
I was in town for a business meeting and didn't have much time to eat approximately 45 minutes so I decided I would quickly have Thai food. Now normally the Thai food that I eaten has always been delicious but I never tried it out of my area. So I was a little skeptical. However when I walked in here saw all the beautiful artwork on the wall and the very first door I injured had a display of statues plants and beverages pretty much like an altar I was like this seems pretty authentic. As I begin to take pictures of this place I realize that there's a strong possibility that the way I like my Thai pad maybe done correctly after all. I really like the cleanliness of this place. The staff member who took my order at all male with short hair was professional but he didn't smile I mean a business owner or employee doesn't necessarily have to smile in order to get the job done right? But at least put on a pleasant face. His face was just drab. Nonetheless he did his job took my order and answer my questions. I ordered the best tasting Thai pad I have ever tasted. I was so shocked. When I eat Thai pad from New York they never include a line I squeeze the line on top of my meal and it helped to bring out the different flavors that were mixed inside of the sauces. We also ordered a red curry chicken dish I forgot what it was. My girlfriend ordered drunken noodles and need I say yes my greedy self took at least about five bites of each one of those dishes and I must say it was damn good. In a way I'm kind of upset that I ate there because this restaurant is in Connecticut. I'm sure they don't do any special deliveries. LOL. I just happened to be strolling up the block so to discover it was a gem. There's no special flashing lights or a big dragon seated on the roof or Thailand wrutung on the walls on the outside saying welcome it's just a plain place on the outside no extra decor. I found it a little strange however that with food so good it was no one in the restaurant seated at the tables. However they were phone calls coming in and there was another patron who came in after me. Maybe perhaps when I came in it was too early I don't know but if I'm ever in this part of Connecticut again I certainly will stop in for dinner, lunch, even breakfast if they offered it LOL. Keep doing what you do call Kob Jai Pho, I was very pleased with my order. I meant to take a picture of my meal but once I tasted it I totally forgot I was going to write a review.

We're supposed to go to the other Vietnamese restaurant but when we got there it was closed. So we decided to search for another one and found PHO Viet. I didn't expect that much. When we arrived, the it was not busy, there were just two tables occupied. You have to pay as you order. We ordered combo Pho and pork bbq with egg. The servings are big and the taste didn't disappoint me. I was very satisfied with the Pho. The broth was really good. I'd definitely recommend it.
#3 steam rice cake was delicious, especially with the sauce poured on top. Had never had anything like it before.

While I'm a meat eater and most items on the menu are meat, I would definitely recommend this place to vegetarians. The vegetarian fried rice was surprisingly flavorful, especially with a fried egg for omnivores. And #14 vegetarian Vietnamese sauce over vermicelli was also a big hit.
Our family came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind, the restaurant was beautiful, the service was fast, and of course the food was delicious! I loved the spicy red snapper and the seafood lad na! Definitely a great spot and we will be back!

Wow!!! Amazing food. This is a MUST visit when in Madison. So many layers to the flavors in their dishes.
I absolutely love this VERY little slice of Vietnam in Maine. You walk in the door and instantly get hit with the aroma of being in an Asian home.

Now, this place is EXTREMELY small inside... like 2 tables. It seems like you're eating in the kitchen with them. Mom and dad are in the back cooking. If you look to the right, you'll see the sink where they clean the dishes. I felt like I was home, my mom was cooking, and we were just waiting to eat dinner. The food has the most flavor, just like my moms.

After we were done eating, I walked in the dishwashing area and thanked the mother for the amazing food.

It's worth the drive from Thomaston to eat here. I wish they would have opened the garage door, "the front of the restaurant," to get fresh air. Because it was a little humid inside... but since the food was so good, I didn't mind the heat.

For a little hole in the wall place in a neighborhood...it's a perfect place to be for some feel-good Asian food that brings me back when I was a little kid.

I MISS MY MOMS COOKING!!!
Last month I was here, suggested them to have the spoons with handle up, so not everyone will touch the serving side of the spoon.
Come back today, waitress said owner doesn’t want the handles up.
Covid still around. Not coming back no more.

Covid-19 chưa hết, mà tiệm không muốn để cán muỗng hướng lên. Rất là mất vệ sinh.

Tried for the first time. The shrimp pad Thai was absolutely terrible. It smelt awful. As though the shrimp was rotten. Not to mention the mess of this picture. Almost like it was scraped off the ground. The order of crab Rangoon was dripping grease and seemed stale.

Glad I randomly found this place and went in. It was a great experience and the owners are very nice. One of my new favorite spots. Pictured are the spring rolls/ "Vermicelli Salad Noodle" with bubble spring rolls and grilled slice beef. 👍🏽 can get it delivered on doordash as well, but I prefer going in person. Don't hesitate, try it out. ✅️
Delicious Pho & fast service at lunch today!!
Try the Deluxe Pho with all the meats, tendon, etc. Fresh sides served with it..lots of crunchy fresh bean sprouts, jalapeños, a wedge of lime, and basil vs mint.
Plenty of sauces on the table, too, to add extra flavor or to spice it up even hotter..yum.
My Vietnamese friend recommended this place to me as authentic and it sure is. I'll definitely be back here for more.
So if you love authentic Pho like I do, stop by here and give it a taste. You'll love it.
We are on the end of a road trip cross country, and this is maybe the best place we have been. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is very accommodating. We needed an all vegan/vegetarian meal and they modified and clarified everything. My mother is from Laos, so I've had good authentic Pho my whole life and this is perfect. I can't say enough good things. Try it yourself, you won't be disappointed.
5☆ Service, food was good had Chicken Pho it needs more Chicken, and the Brisket Pho, egg rolls are really good ,not sure about the rice wrap on the spring rolls. Also had a smoothie sugar free was good peach mango, appreciate the choice of sugar free
Awesome Vietnamese restaurant in La Vista. We had the specialty Pho and it was delicious! Our server Maria was so friendly and courteous. We had a really good time eating our meal and enjoyed conversations with her. Highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely come back with my family thank you!

On our way back to Minnesota, stop for some pho in Omaha, Nebraska! Was not disappointed in what we had order, Pho broth was yummy, sesame chicken wings was delicious and the egg rolls even though were small, it’s super crunchy! I would eat here again!

This is a surprise that this place is as good as Pho Kien. Price, menu selection, service and even the fried chicken wings. I am not complaining, it is good to have choices. Also, the atmosphere is cleaner and nicer.

Update: If you want egg noodle instead of rice noodle, it will be $1. This is the only place does this up charge!!!

Update: The restaurant is never too busy so social distancing is not an issue here. However, they do have hand sanitizer by the front door. The place is clean, servers wear mask and gloves (wasn't when I was there a few days ago), sauces are served with individual sizes. Food is still delicious. However, the take out of Pho only has large bowl option, that I am not too happy about.
One of the better restaurant in Oakland, the name is taken from a famous city in Central Vietnam. They specialized in dishes from that region. Small, cozy and the food is as authentic as it can be. I ordered "Bun bo Hue" (Spicy noodle soup), I would say it's quite tasty. Credit cards accepted.
Was very impressed by the Pho and rice dish we had! The Thai iced tea was amazing! Good spring rolls! Very similar to Ha Long Bay but located in Middleton and I believe a little cheaper. Friendly staff, cute but spacious restaurant. Will be back to try their other Pho!
WOW... don’t let the outside turn you away... We have tried Vietnamese all over the world & this is right up there at the top of the list. The homemade dumplings were amazing 👍 We got the lunch size & it was just the right amount. Can’t imagine what large would be like?😀 They were very kind & it was clean. Would recommend stepping out of your comfort zone & trying they❤️ We dine in but notice they had tons of take always 👍
Little hole in the wall: delicious.
Friendly family place.
Fast, hot, decent size for the price.
I had mango crab raggons (not too filled, but they were still good), the combo pho (w fresh herbs), and bubble tea.
Definitely coming back.

PS. The kid running around the place: he's a kid. Let him be.
Had the sampler platter for an appetizer and it did not disappoint. The Tom Yum soup was light and aromatic. Very delicate flavors compared to other places I have had Tom Yum. The Steak and eggs bahn mi was nice and had good flavor. The restaurant is small and has been there a while so it's not fancy by any means but is a nice hidden gem for great food.
