The food was excellent! The taste of the pho and vegetables with tofu are as authentic as it gets! Even the quality of the rice served is good. Totally enjoyed my dinner tonight~

We went to this place because it was slightly late (after 845pm) and there were very few restaurants still open for dinner. The reviews were decent so we decided to go. I got the pho tai (which is suppose to be rare beef that is cooked in the broth, but there was no rare beef at all so I suspect it was old meat). There was not a lot of meat or noodles in the large pho that I got. The soup was ok but did not have a lot of flavour. The wonton soup was better but the wontons we're definitely not authentic wontons. They just had very little meat in it without any vegetables. I would not recommend this place.

Arriving late from Dallas, we opted for a quick lunch at this establishment. However, the menu proved to be extensive, offering choices from Vietnamese, Chinese, and Thai cuisines. Despite being labeled as a typical Vietnamese restaurant, the focus seemed to be on a broader range of Asian cuisines. While the fried pork spring rolls were enjoyable, the use of a soup plate for serving seemed unorthodox and raised hygiene concerns, as depicted in picture 4. Despite this, the taste was commendable, although the portion size of 6 rolls felt excessive; reducing it to 4 might be more appropriate. The seafood pho stood out as a definite highlight and a dish I would revisit this Vietnamese eatery for. The hot soup base of the pho was exceptionally flavorful, almost tempting me to finish the entire bowl. The ambiance was simple, although I found the floor to be overly slippery, warranting caution for future visitors.

One of my favorites in Austin. Quoted wait times can seem long but they always get you in fast. The servers are always so nice and food is fresh. Portions are large - easily shared.

Step into a world of tantalizing flavors and aromatic spices at this hidden gem of an Asian food restaurant. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that sets the stage for a culinary journey like no other.
The menu at this 888 Pan Asian eatery is a delightful fusion of traditional recipes and modern twists, offering a wide variety of dishes to satisfy every palate. From savory stir-fries to fragrant curries, each dish is expertly crafted to showcase the vibrant flavors of Asian cuisine. One standout dish that stole the show is the Pineapple Fried Rice and the orange chicken. The perfectly crispy battered chicken is coated in a tangy and sweet orange glaze that is both indulgent and addictive. Each bite is a symphony of textures and flavors that will leave you craving more. Another must-try is their General Tso's, a work of art that tantalizes both the eyes and the taste buds. The service is impeccable, with attentive staff who are knowledgeable and fast. Whether you're a novice to Asian cuisine or a seasoned foodie, the staff is dedicated to ensuring that your meal is nothing short of extraordinary. Our food was out in less than 10 minutes, and the portions are ridiculous generous for a $14 dish. Whether you're craving bold flavors or seeking a comforting meal, this 888 Pan Asian food restaurant is sure to exceed your expectations and leave you planning your next visit before you've even finished your meal.
