I have to say, I was very disappointed with my experience at Urban Air. It's very unfortunate, as it has so much potential to be an amazing place. However, there is a serious lack of staff, security, rules, regulations, and it was a total mad house.
From the dim lights, to nobody standing at the door making sure the right kids go with the right adults, to no regulations of how many kids can be in the ball pits, and bounce walls at the same time was just mind boggling.
In the 3 hours we were there my friends and I witnessed serious injuries, neglect, literally saw a child on the high zip line stuck for a whole till another adult realized they needed help. All the while we were trying to find responsible staff to reach out to in all the midst of all the chaos.
Over all, the price for the fun house for all day passes is very enticing, until that is, you have hundreds of kids jumping and running and getting hurt all at the same time. There didn't seem to be any limits to how many people could play at the same time in the arena and that was very scary.
My friends and I went with 4 boys from 8-10 years old, and they all said they do not want to come back. These are all high energy boys who love all things boy, and they told us "it was too chaotic, and they did not feel safe". From the mouths of babies ladies and gentleman.

Some of my fondest childhood memories came from this track. I’m in now my 60s. I remember my brother being to young to drive his own cart so he sat in front of my dad’s cart. My brother controlled the steering wheel. He cut people off, crashed into other karts and the tires trying to beat me. My kids also loved it. A true DC history and legend.
Staff is nice and attentive. They quickly react to any needs. Prizes are decent too. My 7 year old enjoys seeing tickets 🎟️ spit out.
My family went out there paid for day passes ahead of time for our son's birthday. They literally said they get an hour. Pay for platinum passes and only allowed 1 hour. That's 4 tickets of the supposed best service and only allowed an hour. Go somewhere where your day passes aren't this restricted one hour is ridiculous. By the way they don't tell you the time limit until after they take all your passes for that day. That's when they decide to inform you how you only have an hour. For a first time definitely won't recommend or give it another chance in the future.
It was ok. A lot of Amish people there which was actually pretty cool 😎. But the way the they priced it was a little weird. My nephews had a good time though but...idk. I didn't. I would say go anyway. It was just a meh experience. Not good, not bad.
Huuuuge car museum. Lots to do also. Axe throwing, pinball and regular arcades, lots of food options. Bowling alley and go karts tracks. Got there around 2:30 didn't leave till about 8. Had a great time.
What a cool place! All types of activities to do (have to pay for each individually), like bowling, go kart racing, movies, cool car collection in the museum, big arcade, and different places to eat. Recommend for all ages!
Great place if you love to Trampoline Jump, Play Arcade Games, Shop, Look at Old Cars, or do new activities!

The car museum was awesome. Get the tour so you can sit in some of the cars as it amps up the experience. We met an awesome guy that was very knowledgeable but unfortunately I didn't get his name. A younger man with glasses. Anyways if you can pick the tour guide get him!
We took our daughter and a few friends for her birthday. She enjoyed herself and her friends as well. Although the food wasn't very tasty. I spoke to the manager Marty and she was very helpful. She listened to our concerns and she made a new pizza. It came out very tasty. She was understanding and took our opinion very well. She was very pleasant.
One of the biggest action parks I’ve ever seen, nothing as big as this one in Miami. Go cart racing, ax throwing, cinema, glow in the dark put put, arcade, car shows. This place rocks!! And it isn’t packed like Disney Parks. Also its indoor setting

My new favorite arcade! There is a healthy variety of games with a spacious layout. The sound level was FAR less overstimulating than other arcades with similar games. The dark ride was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even the pizza was good! Our only regret was that we visited in the winter and didn't get to enjoy the elaborate mini golf course or the go carts. It is a way better experience than places like Dave and Buster's. Highly recommend!
Side note: I was there for a child's birthday and the party was very well run. Even as an adult without kids of my own, I had a blast!

Great for kids to have a ton of fun. There are several activities to do with your kids at this location. Trampolines, go carts, bumper cars, zip lining, ropes to walk along with harness. Food line is busy so prepare to wait and staff is really needed at this place.
My family had an amazing time during our visit. The Auto Museum has tons of antique cars and the arcade is huge. Definitely something here for everyone in the family to be able to have a good day.
Today- Waited 15 minutes for 2 chicken tender combos and one kid chicken tender combo. When my order was ready it was only one adult combo and one child's, one adults combo was missing. The cashier knew it right away and it took her several times of explaining to the girl in the window in the kitchen for her to understand it was missing a combo meal and to make it. I gave my family their food and waited for the other meal so my child could eat and get back to “fun”. The kid working with the cashier moved as slow as possible to help get drinks and just stood there daydreaming (I was standing there for a while). There were multiple people going in and out of the kitchen area, multiple people standing around, wearing gloves while taking money and then continuing to wear the gloves that touched money to get food items, one was eating ICE from a cup the whole time I waited for my order- in the kitchen window!!! They all need to be taught serv safe and proper food handling instructions need to be in place.

This place was nice when it opened now this is trash city. What a mismanaged dump it has become, just sad. We wanted to ride go karts, got the tickets, walked over to ride and were told go karts are charging. They send us off and told us to wait 15 minutes. As soon as we walked away, they let people on and started the race. We had to stay in a long line for a single kart because they only have 4 single rider carts. 2 rider carts were all sitting empty. The place is so dirty. Trash everywhere. Most of the time no one at the registers.
So much fun! We switched from another trampoline place because we felt our kid 'aged out' of the other one. Our child can grow into the new experiences here with rock climbing and zip lining.
The food is decent. Nice and big seating area for friends and family. Def bring your own water as these kids will need it! I recommend the loaded waffle fries as a treat!

We really enjoyed this cool attraction near ICON park. The auto museum has over 2000 cars and is located inside an entertainment complex with plenty of other things to do, to include: go-karts, an arcade, 7-D ride, multiple dining options, shops and a huge observation Ferris wheel to name a few. There is something fun for everyone to enjoy. We had a blast!
Sitting in the same family style as chuckee cheese and Dave and busters, this place makes a nice middle ground between the two.
Having both a video arcade of both ticket and non ticket games plus virtual 3d indoor coaster makes most trips fun by itself;
However also having access to 2 mini golf courses in addition to batting cages, a go cart track, and multiple kiddie rides definitely makes this a must do in the warmer months.

Kids had a blast at company Xmas party! 7 and 8 yr olds were worn out! 18 month old had a blast too! Great atmosphere. Great play assistants!

Great experience for the kid. Similar to Big Air with bonuses. Go-carts, zip line. Birthday party is a bit too pricey, but the kids had a good time.

Took my kids here the workers were very helpful. The food was very good we ordered the boudin pizza🤤. This is a place with great customer service. I highly recommend it, me and my family will be back.
Free to Enter, charges for Everything. Mini golf is awesome, my son and I like doing this on weekends. Has go-karts, I have not tried them.
Brought my child here and brought train ride. Went to ride the train that she has ridden many times before and was told she couldn’t ride due to being a couple months short of 3. Manager never apologized for not asking on the front end and not allowing her to ride being that she has rode the ride before she said for her to go to a different attraction such as the playground inside! Definitely will be bringing her to Dave and Busters when they open and when ONLY come when they have the children cartoon characters come! 👎🏾
This is my first time being here and I like it alot.!! You don't have a time limit and they have all kinds of things to do.!! Coolest thing I liked was the go karts and they had fun stuff for kids to and rock climbing jumping zip lines they had snacks to drinks slushys party areas upstairs and down stairs. Definitely a cool place I will definitely be back.!!
Fun fore all is one of my favorite places to take my boys. Ages 3 & 6. My 6 yo just had his birthday party there Sat Oct 28th, everyone had a blast! The staff was so friendly and helpful even showing me how to buy party package food combo’s that saved me sooo much on the drinks! And the most critical part, when one kiddo lost his card. The had my card’s registered, and no problem, promptly gave me a new card with his remaining $ on it! My 3 yo and I go once a week (weekday afternoon) with his fall fun pass and play a round of mini golf (3yo speed style) if the weather permits! I have read the place and get pricy, and yes it can. But there’s always coupons and deals going on, take advantage of them! It does save lots!
My problem with Urban Air? My mother and I missed a milestone of my granddaughter. 5 Years old!!!!

My 81 year old mother is in a wheelchair. She can't walk far and could NEVER climb the stairs to the second floor, where my grandchild's birthday was being held in a private room. When we arrived, I checked in to see where to go. The young ladies were very courteous and helpful. When I asked how to get to the second floor, they pointed out the stairs. I then looked down to my mother, settled in her wheelchair. I asked about an elevator. They replied that there wasn't one!
So we ended up leaving because I would never abandon my mother in a corner where she could not partake in the fun of the birthday party, this is after all her great grandchild. My mother has Alzheimer's and may not have long to make new memories of her great grandchildren.
But I can imagine the disappointment of a disabled child, who is thrilled at being invited to a birthday party, only to arrive and they can't climb the stairs because of their disabilities. They can't participate because, really, there are not any rides they can try. No entertainment other than watching others.
Imagine having a handicap accessible entrance but no elevator or entertainment for those with disabilities.
I'm going to end this with me checking on my mom before I went to bed yesterday. I could hear her softly crying. When I asked why she was crying, she said she failed her great granddaughter by not attending her party and watching her enjoy her Barbie cake and her opening presents. If an 81 year old felt that way, how must a child feel?

Do better Urban Air!
Took my daughter, niece and nephew here for my daughter’s Birthday. They had a blast. Went during the week because weekends are very crowded. Beside the gymnastics type activities they also have video games, a go-cart track and much more. They offer for sale fair style food. You can have kid’s birthday party here. I recommend getting the platinum ticket if you can afford it. It gives you access to all of the attractions without time limits. Take your adventurous kids here and They will have a blast and so will the adults. Shoes and personal socks are not allowed. They make you buy their grippy socks for a bout $3.50.
Visted this location first time to have fun with the kids, but unfortunately, the rules set forth would've taken the fun factor out of the experience. So we never purchased and time here, and ended having fun at the Autobahn in Jessup MD (a bit pricey, but the kids enjoyed it).
This place was so much fun. I have not been in a few years but the energy was the same! It does get pretty busy on the weekend so the ticket line was 15-20min waiting. After that was smooth sailing. We purchased single kart tickets which were $3.50 per lap. It was a fun night!
I have always loved this track and haven't been there in three years. The price hasn't changed. I was shocked that it was still affordable fun. A friend of mine never learnt how to drive and it was her first time behind the wheel of anything. She had the time of her life. It was great to give her a memory that will last forever. We'll be back. I highly recommend this for date nights with all the restaurants in the area. I would have liked to have us both in a double car, but they have a rule about that that should be changed. Small disappointment, but still worth the trip there.
On September 16,2023 my boyfriend and I brought our kids here to have a family fun day. We got to the front and ask for two double carts and one single. The young lady at the front told us our daughter was tall enough to ride on her own and we told her she isn't comfortable enough to ride by herself. She is 9 and meets the height requirements but doesn't like to drive by herself. The young lady proceeded to tell us she has too. So we were forced to all leave because she would not allow our daughter to ride with one of us.
They really were very patient because it was something new for my 4 year old grandson. They have a way with kids. I recommend them..The prices weren't bad either go before it's gets cold.
Go Karts are super fun!!! But Beware: If you don't know how to drive them, don't just push on the gas and forget to steer. It's not a video game. We saw someone smash straight into the wall because they didn't turn. I imagine she's probably scarred for life. So like many things. Super fun if you know how to do it!!

This place is going down hill fast. We used to love going here. Used to be so clean and now it’s filthy. Walked in when it opened. This place obviously wasn’t cleaned the night before. Who knows maybe longer than that. The employees just stand around and chat with each other. They are not really paying attention or at least picking up the mess. I did reach out to them on Facebook. I was told that they would go through the park again. (Didn’t look like they tried the first time.) I did notice that the cup beside the chair and the pencil was picked up. The floor around it still had either a drink or food residue stuck on the floor. The cup in the playground for kids 7 and under was still there. There was dried up old popcorn on the ground, Clear wrappers, and in some parts it looked like either gum or some kind of candy stuck on the ground. It was just overall gross. I do have a family membership. I will not renew after this one expires.
Bare bones place so come with the expectation that you get what you pay for. There are no food or drinks for purchase and no place with AC if you don't rent the party room, BUT you can have a really amazing time with just $40. Staff is very efficient.
The birthday boys and the entire family had a blast! All ages will enjoy. Our bench was ready, the area was clean. The ticket price is reasonably fair $3.50 single ride & $4.00 double ride. We probably spent 200.00 over all on tickets the family had that much fun. The track is long and wide enough to experience and enjoy.

Cool family spot! Nice selection of games and activities to keep the kids entertained.
The whole experience was great, from start to finish. Lauren our cashier was super friendly & fun; it was our 3 year old birthday & she gave him a lollipop & a VIP sticker. We had a fun time, we can't wait until he's a little taller so he can experience other areas.
The Go Karts at the Central Pier Arcade is a fun experience. It's not a long ride, but it's still enjoyable. They capture high-quality photos while you're driving, offer it for purchase, and the photos are pretty "instagramable." There's paintball and arcade games. Overall, it's not too big but could be a fun time for kids and for adults trying to feel like a kid again.
Nice pit stop for the family. Reasonably priced & fun. The kids like driving around the track. I will definitely come back.

I'm from out of the area and took my kids with their cousins. They were busy and understaffed. Our first issue was a bench that was not fully secured, when I sat the bench flew up causing me to fall into the next tables bench hurting my back. Went to find a manager (she is may 19-21) she looked at it, said "I don't want to undo the other side to remove it" Cool, hope a child isn't hurt. Second contact was the high walk thing, my niece got stuck, no employees paying attention to help her. Third contact was kids throwing balls in the ball pit, some purposefully thrown at my neices face and throat, no employee intervention, manager asks " do you know them?" No, we don't. At this point I'm not very happy, I get it, it's a Friday where kids are off school, but plan better. Forth and final contact was the teens fighting/rough housing right inside the door, manager right there saying nothing until I said something. I feel like I wasted $200 bucks, not including food.

Well today is the return of the Irish Saint Patrick's Day parade first time in three years since 2018 since the coronavirus messed everything up well we're back and it's packed and it's fun
Very fun experience on go karting. They have a camera man on the corner taking pictures during your laps. At first I thought it was just a random guy lol. But he took some really high end professional photos of us. I definitely got the AirDrop pics! It was affordable price. Would do it again!! Thank you!
Overall Atlantic City was good to us! Stayed at The Golden Nugget. My grandmother loved the mobility wheels (it was her first time ever using them or even driving in her life). The Ferris wheel was a fun experience. I’m cared of heights but I pushed through. Friendly workers and friendly people!

This was a fun outdoor activity, it's very safe to ride in the karts and drive in the race lanes. I could go full speed or a little slower whichever speed I disired. The karts maximum speed was below 30m/h and that's cool for a sport in which adults and kids can enjoy. There's an option for single seat karts and double seat karts. With the safety sidebars in place, you are certain that your race is kept within the lanes and will never get off the lane onto the grass-safety in place.
Had fun a couple of years ago and my daughter enjoyed with her dad recently. Glad it wasn't a lot of people there when we last visited.

Kart Ranch was great! This is a newer facility, super clean, well staffed, and everyone was friendly. The restrooms rival a five star resort! Easy access, great parking area. Go-carts, bumper cars, Miniature golf, and the arcade were great. We ate lunch here, and food was good too. We had a great time. Highly recommended! Great job, Kart Ranch!
You can definitely spend lots of hours here by just walking around, watching other people, going to the casinos, do shopping or just chilling a the beach. I really like the scenery here as it has a really special feeling created by the houses and the piers etc.

My wife wanted to come here for her birthday! A great track to ride and reasonably priced. We came from PA, so we're not locals. If you wanted a fun trip with the family this is a pretty cool place.
For the beast breakfast sandwich at the best price, this is the place. Oh, there are races too.
I've now been to GVKC several times, all of which were on my bike. The staff are friendly, the price is very reasonable for the amount of time you get to be on the track, the surface is decent, and it's got a very tight, technical design to it.
For a small CC bike, such as my Ninja 300, this is a great place to ride on Saturdays and have an absolutely amazing time. Supermotos do amazing here too. You can even rent the track for private events if you contact them. It's punishing, and I go home sore, but with a huge smile on my face!

A lot of fun but the bathrooms were really dirty and they didn’t wipe down the after the children use the games
I love it! The guys are so nice and funny. Very family oriented. Even with the heat we had a fun time. Definitely recommend you stop by. Also, 7Eleven is like a two minute drive so you can go grab a slushy a come back. Wonderfully priced!

I absolutely recommend this business. Jay was easy to reach and professional. He showed up early to set up so everything was ready to go at the agreed time. All kids and adults had an absolute blast. A few of our guests said they want to do the same for their parties. It’s such a unique and fun experience with your kiddos.

Family of 6 adults and a five year old had a blast. Staff were friendly and eager to help out. Most staff were having to run two, or more, stations, but still had a positive attitude. Thank you!!

For $100 the 4 kids got to ride go-karts, play 18 hole mini-golf, pan for gems and take home bags full of special rocks and gems, play arcade games and get prizes, have pizza and soda. The staff was AMAZING and so nice, thanks so much for making it a special day! We will for sure come back!

Great place to get kids off their bottoms and away from their phones and video games...great for us big kids too...

Food was expensive and waited half hour for a single slice of cheese 🍕😑 rode the go-karts and bumper cars. Played arcade games and renewed 'tickets' for cheap, cheesy prizes that will be in the garbage within a month. But we created memories and enjoyed our time together 😉😇😬😎🤡😍🤓😏😎🌞☺️🙄🤔🤗😆😘🤠😏😄

You can't even tell if it's a race track where you race your go karts or if it's like Andretti theme park where you go rent go karts.

Repair I don't care at all about their own business it doesn't appear any customers are patronizing this business either.

This place is great family fun! I bring my kids here often to take a few laps around the track. The place is clean, the carts are fun and well maintained and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this fun time for birthday parties or just random acts of fun.
It's an older technical track with tight turns short straights and bumpy. Gives it character. They are constantly improving the facility. Friendly track, people are very helpful and has a snack bar. Lots of different classes, prices are relatively inexpensive with practice sessions on Saturday.
This place is so much fun! They run from children to 5 years old to men in their 60s close to 70. Even have a concession stand with bleachers to watch! The sport is so much fun, I tried my husband's Kart and I had a blast!

I hadn't been since my 11 year was little we would take her once a month because the little kid area. They updated it a lot, and it looks good. There are so many more games. We played them all. One game she tried a few time took her money but they refunded it. With all the games, I think their might have only been 3 out of order.

I take my Grom (Honda 125cc motorcycle) here to practice riding and I like it. Ride all day for $35, pretty good deal. Would be better with a 125cc bike race series. 😀
