A wonderful place for having a cup of food coffee and enjoying the vibe. You can order coffee from light to strong. My favorite thing is that they provide fair trade coffee beans ❤️
Highly recommend coming here. Plenty of seating which makes it a great place to work. Parking is free which is hard to find in the city. Appreciate the craftsmanship item. You can tell the owner loves what he does. Also, they have gluten free and vegan desserts!
Seriously the best coffee in Nashville! Not only is the owner super nice but absolutely understands flavor. Every drink is crafted with such dynamic flavors!
It's not the quietest place to work, but there was plenty of space, and after purchasing a tasty brown sugar oat milk Cortado, I spent 2 hours reading.
They had bugs crawling all over the food in the display case they were serving out of. We didn’t bother drinking the drinks we ordered after watching the girl casually shoe some flies off a pastry before heating it to serve to the customer in front of us. If the employees are that used to it, it’s obviously not uncommon. I don’t want to eat anything from here
Our drinks were some of the worst I've ever had from any Starbucks, we were rushed so they could close at 3 pm although their sign said open until 7 pm, the floors were very wet from mopping with no warning signs, My latte had no espresso whatsoever and when I made them remake it, they acted like they got mad because they had already broken down all their equipment by 2:30 pm, drinks were not made to order, could not take coupons or scan my app for stars/points with no explanation, and just rushed out by three very rude barista's who should be fired or at least written up! Too much money to spend and not get a quality drink!
Prompt and fast service. Try the pastries! I recommend the Blueberry muffin. A bit pricey but what isn't nowadays? Great staff in the early morning btw.
I rated the coffee under food...I really enjoy the many different blends, and the single origins. Although, they did change from 1 pound bags to 12 ounce bags and 2 pound bags. That's not my favorite marketing strategy but I'll have to accept it if I continue to purchase their roasts.
The new location is stunning! The coffee is excellent and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. We got a pour over and a matcha latte.
The three ladies who were working there this past saturday morning are simply awesome. I had a very bad experience the night before and they could tell I was struggling. All I will say is they helped an Army veteran struggling with PTSD get through a tough morning. God Bless
Absolutely, hands down, the perfect cup of coffee! I ordered a favorite of the barista and he did not disappoint; Hot Matcha latte with pistachio cream. The service and atmosphere is friendly, laidback and incomparable to anything in this area. Highly recommend!

Bad attitude and poor customer service. When I went to pick up my order she pointed and demanded for me to stand on the other end and wait for my order. I didn’t go down there and wait because I felt like it was already enough ppl over there so I didn’t want to feel like I was being crowded instead I went to look at the mugs on display while I wait. I heard them shout everyone else’s name for their order but when my order was ready I noticed I was the only one left waiting for my order. When my order was ready they just had it sitting there. They didn’t call my name or say anything. All because I didn’t stand on the other end to wait for it like she demanded me to.
I don’t normally make reviews but I have been coming here for about 6 years ever sincerely my daughter was born. This place is the only place in Delaware that makes the best coffee. Never had a problem since. And if they were to sense a problem and dissatisfaction based on my experience here. They always give me a courtesy drink on their behalf.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve been ever. If you want to spend 30 min to wait just regular coffee then welcome here.
I’ve experienced workers not wearing gloves while making my drinks a couple times. I had to ask a worker to put on gloves because he touched my actual tea bag with his bare hands and he had an attitude. I give them a chance every couple of months and I’m always turned off.
The only con I can say about this place is that it is a little pricey. With that said, I can see why the items on the menu are on the pricier side. The location is also a prime spot, so one can only assume the rent isn’t cheap; hence, the business has to make a profit somehow. I got the tomato burrata toast and the portion size was huge. The slices of tomato were thick and the mozzarella cheese was as big as a golf ball. The toast was delicious and very filling. The matcha collagen latte was also tasty. I don’t think I can go as frequently as I would like but it is a good place to go once a month to treat yourself.
Found this coffee shop on 4th st while in downtown Austin. The coffee was good, I would recommend. There is an outdoor patio to enjoy nice weather too
Food review - 2 on a scale of 5, the Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap. Mediocre at best. The "flour tortilla" is NOT a tortilla. It a bland flour pastry. The taste is bland - the tastes that come thru are overwhelmingly flour pastry, a little potato, the bacon, and a little egg taste. It's edible but I won't get it again.

I admittedly kind of scoffed at the idea of paying $13 to $15 for jazzed up toast, but man is it delicious and so worth it. There is a regular menu and a toast of the month. The only sad part is when there's a toast I love that's there only for a limited time. The acai bowl I had was great, service is very fast, and there's indoor and outdoor seating. It's a great change of pace and you actually feel good about what you're eating!

I go to get my hair done at CS Hair Studio which is a super short walking distance from Toastique. She raved about it and suggested I go there for something quick and nutrient-rich to eat. I went once and now I go to Toastique almost every time I get my hair done!

Definitely a trendy coffee shop, there was a long-ish line when I visited. The cold brew I received was strong and tasty, can't really ask for more but it didn't blow me away.
Really tried to give this store a chance. Drink is never correct, never greeted, never have my food ready with mobile order and they don’t tell you when they’re sold out or give you another option. It’s just poorly managed and really not welcoming which sucks because if you work around the corner it’s convenient but not very good. I think the staff could be trained a bit more on just customer service in general. Didn’t want to leave a bad review but it’s just honest.
Went there for a quick coffee on a college game day. Plenty of seating and the coffee was fantastic. One of the guys behind the counter struck up a conversation while I waited for my drink and he was nice as could be!

Piling on with the positive reviews. I use to get my “good coffee” from organic grocers and coffee shops but I can’t ever be too sure of the freshness date. Came to Texas Coffee Traders and I don’t think I’m going back!

Not too fond of this location. It is in the lobby of the Marriott downtown. It gets very busy and is not usually adequately staffed (during a rush it will be a single cashier and a single person making the orders). This is not the fault of the staff but is definitely indicative of poor management.
First time coming to this coffee shop! It was cute and aesthetically pleasing. The taste of the coffee was great and the customer service was on point! Loving the Coraline theme to the coffees.
Came on a Saturday over the same weekend as All Things Go fest, so business and long wait times were to be expected. Staff seemed to be stretched thin and did not have time to empty the overflowing trash bins. I got the Smoked Salmon toast, which was delicious and good portion size. I would NOT recommend the Iced Brew smoothie - it tasted like how cardboard smells. It was $10 and I threw the entire thing away after two sips. I had to go back and order a second drink, a Mocha Latte which was great, but the line was taking so long it was faster to order to-go on doordash and pay an upcharge of $1. Do not go here on a busy weekend if you are expecting to wait less than 30 min for toast and a smoothie. Also not kid friendly seating.
Houndstooth Coffee is a great place for those who want to have a coffee, tea or a quick bite. It is well located and for those who want to eat something on site, there are tables inside and outside the café.
This is a new favorite of mine. The coffee shop is small but quaint, with a large outside patio for more seating. The barista (who I believe was also the owner) was kind, attentive, and makes incredible coffee. I ordered a pour over that he mixes with a kind of peach juice. The peach pulled flavor out of the coffee without overwhelming it. I will definitely be returning.
These guys are awesome! They always do a great job, and every morning I come by, they whip up my order fast and just right. The only thing that kills the vibe sometimes is those grumpy customers who act like they’re at a Michelin-star restaurant and expect a celebrity chef. People, chill out and keep it simple! Huge shoutout to the crew though, I really appreciate all the hard work. You guys rock! ❤️

This place is always a great place to go. If you’re in a pinch and you’d like to get some coffee and Starbucks is your thing. The customer service here is great. The lines are relatively quick. The waiting is very small. There is parking available however it is a busy parking lot, so be careful, and the pricing is what it is it’s Starbucks
Horrible experience I placed my order today at 11:18am waited 45 minutes to get two coffee. People who placed their order after me got their orders filled. I ended getting a refund after more thab 45 minutes of waiting. The cashier was rude and smart comments with 0 customer service and no apologies.. will not be going back.
This place has a great concept, everyone loves avocado toast & they take it to the next level. They also offer fresh juices in glass jars in a great variety. Their prices are high, and I’m giving 2 stars because I chose a juice that was $8 - and they changed it to $12. The apple juice was marked for $8, no one is going to buy a $12 Apple juice… unless you’re a parent that already promised it to your child. I asked “$12 for the juice?” and I was told “yeah” after they rang it up as a detox juice. Just does not sit well with me. Luckily for them, they can’t make it up to me since I’m only visiting.

No Free Coffee is a gem of a coffee shop with genuine service and exceptional coffee. Mario, the barista who helped me, was incredibly friendly and made an iced latte that perfectly showcased the rich flavor of the espresso without being overly milky. The balance was spot on, making for a smooth and satisfying drink. If you're looking for a place that delivers great coffee with a welcoming atmosphere, this is it.
I went to Toastique before my first day of class and it was such a treat! I loved the clean, earthy vibe of the cafe. The kind lady at the counter gave me her recommendations. I ended up purchasing the 'Avocado Smash' with poached egg and a strawberry banana smoothie. Both were served to me very quickly and were delicious! The customer service was also great. I look forward to coming back before my classes, and to get work done this semester.
Really good wholesome food. Came here for breakfast and they did not disappoint. The area was sparkling clean and they have and outside seating area which is a plus. Expect to pay around $20 for 1 toast and a coffee.
I ordered a cappuccino medium 2 sugars that I got in coffee no sugar , little coffee half a glass empty , in other shifts cooked very tasty . When you're in a hurry, you want to quickly take and enjoy, now it's like drinking without sugar bitter taste

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! This is the first Starbucks in New York that I’ve been to where the atmosphere, service, drinks and food have been top tier(all other places the drinks taste watery and the food tastes like cardboard). I went on Monday evening around 4-5 and the staff were so so friendly. The drinks tasted amazing! But the only thing I would recommend is a little less whipped cream 😭. Other than that though I would definitely recommend that you give the workers that were there a well deserved raise :)
I would never return to this location. The store is filthy and disgusting starting at the door. There were grease marks and fingerprints all over it. Upon entering, the counter was dirty with spills some of them dried up already and the self serve station was in disarray. The staff was very rude and had me wait with no acknowledgement she and another employee laughed and joked around for almost 5 minutes until I lost my patience and spoke up. Even still she had the audacity to have an attitude with me stating “you have to be patient “. Really?!!

I have to admit, the people at this location are extremely nice and friendly. I always order my coffee asking them to make it love and world peace, and that's what I get everytime!

Ive been coming to this location everyday for the last 3months & was getting the SAME frappucino .. today i came to get the SAME frappucino & was charged 12$ for a GRANDE cause i asked for extra caramel! 12$ is what i pay if i was to add a bagel with cream cheese & today it was 12$ just for a coffee that wasnt even a 12$ size! I declined the coffee and proceeded to another location but this interaction definitely needed to be noted!
My coffee was really good. I got a mocha 16 ounces about 7 dollars. if you don’t mind that price point it’s a pretty good place to get coffee and atmosphere is nice.
Stopped in here before breakfast to get good coffee. My wife likes skim milk in her coffee and they did not offer it here. The barista made a flower in her cappuccino while he was talking to us and that was really cool to watch him do. My red eye was balanced and nuanced, you could tell the different flavors from the drip and the espresso kind of a floral sip with a dark chocolate aftertaste. It was very pleasant. We sat outside on the patio because it was nice out and it was a little loud, but there were people inside doing work, so this could be a place to get things done and get caffeinated.
Had to check out Stumptown since they’re the OG that got famous in PDX. Nitro cold brew was creamy and excellent. Vegan breakfast sandwich was perfect for was it was (meaty veggie patty with fresh arugula on like an English muffin). They were having issues with the oven so they kindly gave me a punchcard for a free coffee. Very friendly staff who looked like they were making beautiful and delicious lattes. The design for this place is sleek and new, the equipment all looked first class and top of line. Maybe this is the shop layout model for future Stumptown expansions?
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There's this one gentleman who works in that location. He's tall ,light skinned, wears glasses and is covered in tattoo's. His attitude is disgusting. Very rude and unprofessional. Remember it takes years to win a customer and seconds to lose one .
I got an iced latte with oat milk and Vanilla, it was quite tasty and satisfying! It was pricey, $7.42 for a 12oz. The atmosphere was quite small but cool with limited seating, baristas were fairly amiable.
This is my favorite spot to get my drink. One of the workers there, Grace, nails my drink every time. Best and most consistent Starbucks around! Always friendly and kind. Definitely recommend this Starbucks!

First, the wait time was incredibly long. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple coffee, and there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. It was evident that the management did not schedule enough employees to handle the morning rush.
Additionally, a few of the baristas appeared to be poorly trained. One barista, in particular, seemed to struggle with basic tasks, such as making drinks correctly. I observed several mistakes being made, which added to the delay and frustration for everyone waiting.
What was even more troubling was hearing the manager openly speaking negatively about the baristas to other customers. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It creates a toxic work environment and certainly does not help improve the service.The overall atmosphere was chaotic, and it seemed that the management was not providing the necessary support or training for their staff. As a regular Starbucks customer, I expect a certain level of efficiency and professionalism, and this location fell far short of that standard.
If management changes, I will be willing to come back.

I love this starbucks so much that I come here rather than the one in ramsey or airmont closer to my house, the staff here is always so nice and welcoming. They’re so helpful too and are really patient when I have a really big order. The new manager can be a little condescending though, I’m black and I’ve noticed his greetings to the caucasian customers were not always welcoming as other staff. Hopefully Starbucks will recognize this as it seems i’m not the only one with this issue. Not sure why he’s doing that as a manger because it’s not a good look.
4.5 for less than comfortable seating. Open early with lots of seating but no seat backs so I preferred the lounge seats in front of the building. Great in house mocha latte. Rich vibrant dark chocolate with just a hint of sweetness. Staff had helpful suggestions for a newcomer and service was quick.
I found a bag of this SENSATIONAL coffee at the Blanton Museum of Art. It lasted one week. I called Texas Coffee Traders in Austin and staff made my special Blanton Blend and I received it in less than three days (not counting America's Independence). I enjoy this coffee so much. I cannot wait to return to Austin to drink and eat at Texas Coffee Traders. I will purchase more coffee for the ones I love. THANKYOU TEXAS COFFEE TRADERS! You make my Texas heart grateful.
This is a good option to stop by and refresh with their new and renovated drinks. My kids really enjoy the new options they have. The cheese sandwich is the best! And the pink drink is also the best. They have a very fast service and the workers are very kind and patients. I highly recommend this sport specially for this summer time.
Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I ordered a coffee frap with no sugar because I’m diabetic. When I tasted it I instantly knew it was sweetened. When I politely brought this up to the barista’s attention she gave me a disgusted look and sarcastically asked if I want her to remake it. I was so shocked at how she spoke to me that I just turned around and placed it in the trash. I even left a tip. Whoever is in charge of hiring at this location needs to make sure employees don’t speak to people in this way
This location was well kept and within walking distance from the Margaritaville hotel. The facility was clean. I ordered my usual hot Chai Tea latte and a sausage, egg and cheese. My daughter had the Pink Drink. The food and latte were piping hot which I like. It tasted better than what I usually have in the states. There’s a nice dining area upstairs. I wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi and I believe there’s only one stall. The line was pretty long and there was no toilet tissue because I saw a patron grab some brown napkins and use that.

We accidentally ordered our drinks on mobile for the wrong location and were initially told we would need to call corporate to get a refund and then reorder from their store. But after 10-15 minutes on hold to request our refund, the manager, Makayla, came out and told us that they would go ahead and honor our drink order even though it was our mistake that we ordered from the wrong store. They were absolutely slammed because today was Pride, but they still helped us out — this is a prime example of a company putting the customer first and we really appreciate the team working at this location taking care of us. Thank you!
We're from Albany and we Ordered our usual drink. Somebody does not know how to make it and just left our empty cup high and dry infront. Had we not ask for our drink few moments later, it would have been still in the counter, not being made. The older barista was so rude, he did not even apologize that our drink was not made. He kept insisting he can't make the drink. Our drink was an option in the app and we have been ordering it in our local sbucks for years now, so either bro needs a refresher training or we were being duped by sbucks all these years. Our drink was eventually made by another barista. All the other younger employees were just yapping away with each other. We were not greeted in anyway. We were basically ignored. This is the worst starbucks we have ever been to. Extremely dissatisfied with how we were treated by the older male barista. He was rude and argumentative. on June 18, 2024, I came to pick up an order, I don't know the name of the man with a dovme on his neck, who kept me waiting for 20 minutes to prepare a mocha, he acted very lethargic and was interested in where the customers and I would stand, so my score for this business is 0, I hope he tires his brain preparing coffee instead of being interested in where people will waiting
Super disappointed. Probably the worst coffee I've had for 2024. The Americano from single origin beans and it tasted like flavored water. I could probably taste more coffee from McDonald's coffee.

I am posting this because I never seen no one at this place Texas trader coffee whatever it is they’ve been there for a while. They live right behind them. They have two dumpsters outside of their fence and I’m fed up with every day. I get home from work. I have to pick up trash in my yard in the street in front of my house because someone comes and plays in their trash cans and looking for some to eat or just digging the trash taking deep and all the trash out of the dumpster. I do not know why they cannot get a lock on that, never talk to anybody cause you never see anybody there the place is always empty so because tired of picking up trash every day, these people was like they don’t care move into the neighborhood. Don’t come check on it or anything.
The store “manager” Josiah is not only the nastiest, most illiterate employee.. but he doesn’t even have the basic customer relations and communication skills necessary. No wonder the rest of the staff are just as rude and inattentive. Never get the order correct - although it’s written out. I ordered a $12 Frappuccino w/ add ons via DoorDash ($18) in which they gave me a plain iced coffee. Didn’t even check to confirm the order (what’s the point of the order sticker on the cup) - one check and it Wld be obvious. Of course I was fully refunded by DoorDash, that’s a given. I called and later came in.. other than him being out of the store for 30 mins… he didn’t even read the order until prompted… then tells me to call DoorDash for refund… as though it’s their problem. Zero accountability, no consideration of my loss of time, not getting my order as I payed for due to their incompetence and negligence. A) I recommend you certainly do not order from here. B) if you want good pleasant service with your order fulfilled correctly - do not go to this location until they rearrange and put in friendly and properly trained staff who care about people (paying customers) getting their orders and leaving satisfied. Because our friend Josiah seems to think that he is owed this position - which is not based on competence or performance (as he relayed to me).
I love visiting the PNW and having my Stumptown coffee. This place is the best. The pastry is amazing. I especially love the pistachio croissants.The caramel latte with oat milk is my default drink and it was delicious. It’s a great location with fast and friendly service.

Great coffee shop in the Buchanan arts district! The atmosphere is friendly. The coffee is absolutely delicious!! They have a wide selection of various hot and iced coffee and espresso drinks along with Matcha. A must go. Highly recommend! (Also same price/cheaper than Starbucks)
I would give this place a 5 star because in my opinion they do have pretty good customer service . When short staffed they may not be as attentive but the customer service still remain. However I gave it a 3 start for now …..subject to change simply because of cleanliness of the place . I would like them to wipe down the counters where they rest the drinks for the customers to pick up and have someone wipe the tables . Now I know the counter will have spills etc but it takes a few seconds to just wipe it to have a clean counter. Very nice spot to study but needs to be cleaned more. It give a much better presentation.
No Free Coffee is hands down the best coffee spot in Nashville. The drinks are well thought out, and ever more well executed. The vibe of the shop is 10/10, and the music selection just adds to it. Hakeem "The Dream" was one of the best lattes I have ever had. The owner is very personable, I cannot wait to visit again. Also, check out the merch selection!
Love this spot! Their drinks are fantastic! They don’t have a ton of seating, but we have never struggled to find a spot to sit. They always play good music, but it’s maybe not the ideal spot if you’re looking for a quiet place to study/work.
Was there today as the doors opened an was greeted by a friendly barista gentleman who made my coffee and husbands order prefectly with a big smile. The lovely lady who took my order had the coolest Polish accent and was super nice. My order is crazy she got it right and the guy made it right. That should be how it goes but sadly it doesn’t always. Busy with it being at Marriott and the price was $5.95 plus tax which is always the price of my drink. I will go back tomorrow. Sticky notes with what people wish was their super power was really cool and Brownie the dog who was the puppy of the month?! Well I wish I could meet him!
I came to this Starbucks after being frustrated from the other Starbucks 3 miles from here. I called first and she said yes they had gift card holders. I came in and was greeted with a friendly smile. She was very helpful and the receipt got caught up in the machine. I told her it’s ok and she was like, “no, if you need to keep the receipt we want to make sure you have a clean and clear one”. It’s little things that mean a lot. I really appreciate Ty, thank you very much! I would strongly recommending coming to this one over the one on Baltimore Ave. Just see my previous review.
Not many Starbucks can make your drink perfect! I came early in the morning during the rush and Dominique made my drink AMAZINGLY… so well that I had returned a few hours later to get her to make me one more 😇 lol hopefully she stays at this location! Thanks for your great customer service and for taking your time to make my drink special! 🫶🏾

Stumptown Coffee Roasters is a nationally renowned coffee roaster for a reason. Their coffee is reliable, consistent, and smooth with flavor. I really enjoy this new location, with the indoor decor being wood forward which makes it very cozy! The outside seating as well is great, makes a nice spot to enjoy the weather and watch the streetcar go by.
I highly recommend a stop here for all your coffee needs!

Jontae the manager seems to have an issue every time I come in there. She’s never pleasant when taking an order. This is the third time I got an attitude for just asking a question. I let it slide a few times cause I get it times are hard, but then I noticed she’s also rude to her staff. If she has a problem with people I don’t think a job in customer service fits her. My coffee didn’t even have what I asked for either.
Only Starbucks that had my ham and Swiss baguette, pumpkin loaf and brown sugar shaken espresso all in one place. 5 stars as that is damn near impossible these days. I had to pass up 4 other Starbucks that were closer to me. But 2-3 stars for milk in a cup. Y’all are better than the 100% milk in a cup at Burtonsville and Laurel Lakes.
Had a very bad experience in this Starbucks today. Ordered a basic coffee and snacks. The snacks came but had to wait for the coffee for 15 mins even though some other orders placed later than mine were served. After I asked, the coffee was served pretty rudely, no apology for serving late and it came without cream and the cup ring. I had to ask for each of those again and the lady was pretty rude. Am a regular there and never had such kind of experience

The whole experience just made my day get off on the wrong foot and something I have never experienced before. Just for wanting a venti ice coffee😭

Everything a great coffee spot should be -- nothing more, nothing less. Fantastic coffee, roasted here, and sold and served with no attitude by a delightful staff. While it's not upscale (because they are so focused on roasting) they serve fresh coffee and pastries and have a chill seating area outside. My favorite so far is the simple and tasty pour over with the dark Peruvian. But they can do just about everything, including cappuccinos, flavored syrups, and a regular 12-ounce drip for $2.50 a cup. So it's all "bean" good, man!
The baristas are really friendly and they make the drinks to the customer’s satisfaction. My pineapple passion fruit lemonade was amazing.

Thus, I got a weak drink with less ounces of total fluid.
I would have said something but I was late to class due to the slowness of this location.

It is a spacious setting with good lighting and sufficient seating for around 20 patrons. The area is clean and the service is pretty quick. They have all the latest offerings and the coffee is hot and fresh.
I went there to order Peach Green Tea before my class started and the Lady employee told me that they are out of peach so I tried to order The Mango Dragon Fruits instead..The lady who took the order didn’t even ask me what size i want she just charge me 5$ and some changes .I am the only customer and there are 2 employees. They take like 10 min to make my ONE drink and after 10 min of waiting one lady employee come to me and said they are out of dragon fruit.. What kind of business run out of products that they sell and not notice? I work for food industry too so I understand that you run out of ingredients that you need for your business . But letting the customer wait for like 10 minutes and telling them you are out ? It’s just wasting the customer/ student time. I just left even though I already paid for my drink because i have class..They need to hire the employees who care about the store.. not the people who only work to get pay..

One of the largest Starbucks I’ve been to. Many tables and ample seating, good WiFi, clean restrooms. The clientele is a mix of students and professionals, many working on their laptops. The staff are polite and offer quick service.
Conveniently, to the right, there is a Walgreens, in case a quick purchase is needed and to the left, a sub shop in case a more substantial bite is needed.
The parking situation can be somewhat challenging, but I’ve been lucky so far.

Finally Starbucks is open in my neighborhood! I come here every day to enjoy coffee beverages and workflow I have to do. It’s been open already for 2 weeks!
Good: huge place with enough sitting places and room for employees. They have some great buddy Matt in their team, very professional, polite and fast in customer service.
Bad: Since opening day they could not fix some problem with WiFi. It’s been already 2 weeks and there is still NO WiFi. We all live in 21st century and I don’t even want to mention how this is crucial for people like me. On the second day this store was open I met District Manager who promised that WiFi issue would be fixed the next day. They never did.
The other thing why I gave only 2 stars is that whole team is not efficient enough (in comparison with other Starbucks locations). For example, they usually have around 6 employees working on the floor for the shift and usually only ONE person crafts beverages which reflects on the waiting time for customers: it’s around 12 min in average per one customer. If you ordered more than one item, it will take more! It’s disappointing.

A few months ago I started feeling super tired and had to start drinking coffee from home, one day I decided to get a coffee from here and that's when my life changed! I developed the ultimate super power! To stay up for days on end! Any way yeah it's a Starbucks they sell coffee lol
The manager of this starbucks is one of the most rude individuals I have ever met. I Simply questioned the price of a drink, because 4 other employees AT THE SAME LOCATION ring it up differently (cheaper of course) he didn't want to hear anything I had to say. pointed at the list of prices says the other employees arnt on the register right now and he's the manager. someone with so little people skills should surely not be manager of any thing dealing with customer service. Definitely will not be returning if he is behind the counter, if at all.
You can see they prepare their drinks in uncleaned containers. It also doesn't help that the manager is short and incredibly rude to customers/students. They most definitely won't see me open my wallet again.
This Starbucks is in the Rouse Company Student Services Hall on the Howard County Community College campus. There is a lot of seating although at 10:30 on a week day it was packed with college students. It is a busy, boisterous, and high energy area which can be great, but don't expect a laid-back experience like a free-standing Starbucks.
