**Review for Starbux Store on 55 Broad Street, Manhattan, NYC**

I was pleasantly surprised during a recent visit to the Starbux Store on 55 Broad Street after an exhaustive business day in Staten Island. The store's cleanliness was immediately noticeable, and the staff's warm reception was refreshing.

While the restroom could use more frequent attention, the store's open-access restroom policy is commendable, reflecting a sense of community and inclusivity.

The store's decor exudes sophistication, especially the striking rectangular painting behind the community table. This quiet corner was a haven, allowing me to enjoy my cappuccino in relative peace. The cappuccino itself was standard, much like what I've come to expect from Starbux — consistent, if not extraordinary. However, it's worth noting that the price point, $5.39 for a small cup, leans towards the higher side.

To be candid, I've always seen Starbux as a brand that excels in presentation and ambiance rather than offering premium products. This particular store, however, managed to elevate my slightly above-average expectations. The only area of potential improvement might be the addition of a security guard, considering the open restroom policy. Overall, this visit was a positive deviation from the norm, earning five well-deserved stars.

Very happy with my visit at this location.

I usually order the vanilla cream cold brew with ice and shaken and always am told it doesn't come with ice and I'm given the ice separately. Today they did exactly what I asked for at this location.
Thanks Chris for putting in my order as requested!

The most beautiful Starbucks in NYC probably! 1971 street lamps inside and beautiful little tables, retro stalls with coffee backgrounds and marble tables with charging spots. A long table to sit at by the front window. Unfortunately the NFC charging spots at our table weren't working. Friendly and professional cashier who waited for me to have change by my partner as they didn't have it for a 100$ bill and offered me a warm blueberry muffin just right out of the oven. Clean unisex toilette without need of mandatory purchases (which we did anyway after!). The atmosphere is very old fashioned with a modern beat, loved it overall.
Only flaw: it's freezing inside! Turn the AC a bit down please... (See picture of the outside window with condensation showing)

Great service and food, but it’s just insane how low the temperature for the AC is set. It’s ecologically unsustainable, unhealthy and just overall unnecessary to have near-polar air induce your customers with actual headaches. Hope this is read as constructive feedback.

Big branch, busy morning, amazing stuff. A little bit messy and some left garbage on the seats.
But ..The coffee is perfect. ..as usual.

I like this location of Starbucks more than any other in New York City. The coffee is good, of course, but the snacks are even better. I like their donuts, scones and even pizza that they serve occasionally. The tall coffee is actually their version of "small". It is not very small, perfect for an adult. You can also give your phone number and they will text you when your order is ready. Coffee is available on demand and it is unlimited. Cappuccino is made to order. Goat milk is an option but not lactose free Goat milk.

Staff weren't that friendly. All the drinks were made with speed without any love. The coffee that I ordered tasted bad. The more I think about it, the more I would say that Starbucks is here to make money, not coffee.
