Ten outta ten food! Absolutely delicious gyros, we also got the eggplant dip with pita - so so good! And you can tell this is a well-run family business, where the employees enjoy working with one another. Wish we lived closer!

You’re coming to a restaurant of course to eat and you expect food with good flavour and quantity right?
Well this is the blend for both!
The serving size is good! And the taste is great (it’s just not so visible because of how it looks and is from inside the only drawback) but the service is nice!
I had an amazing experience at Kismet Restaurant in Orland Park! From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless, and the service was outstanding. The cashier (Julie) didn’t just stay behind the counter — she walked around to check on everyone and even offered refills while we relaxed at our table. It really made the experience feel personal and welcoming.

I ordered the chicken gyro, and it was seasoned to absolute perfection — hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The flavors were phenomenal! If you’re looking for a place with delicious food, exceptional service, and a clean atmosphere, Kismet is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Rude, rude employees and disgusting chicken over rice with white sauce. Took it home and tried eating but threw away half the plate as food was cold and stale. I wonder how they are still in business. No responses from the owner of the business for negative customer feedbacks from the reviews speak volume about how this business is run and its not good. Maybe the owner owns the building. Ended up getting mcdonalds for dinner instead. This business should not sell food to people and I think alot of the negative reviews on this place speak for themselves

This place is literally some of the yummiest food I’ve ever had and the lady that owns the restaurant is so kind. I normally don’t leave reviews but this food was so good it made me want to.
Dan has added wonderful menu items and has a daily delicious special. Great cheerful and helpful staff like Julie. All selections are tasty and very generous, so don’t forget utensils and napkins. All orders for carry out are done in ten minutes, when you call ahead. Free drink refills for diners.

I usually do not leave reviews, but this place is amazing. Truly do not understand how the reviews are not 4.8+. This is the best middle eastern food that I have had in Cleveland and the service, time, and quality is top notch. My absolute favorite lunch spot in the area!!

This place was excellent! I haven’t been able to eat Mediterranean food since being diagnosed with both a sesame and dairy (cheese, milk, yogurt, butter) allergy. The lady inside was extremely accommodating to my allergies and let me know what I could and could not order based on that. She also was willing to alter the ingredients on the pita I ordered so I’d be able to have it. She was also very lovely to chat with and we had a wonderful conversation about her business. The meal itself was still warm when I got home and tasted great! I got the chicken pita wrap which was my favorite. The samosa was a bit spicy for me but I ate it regardless. Will be coming back!
I visited this restaurant for the first time today.
The food was fresh, well prepared, with nice portions. The lady (you don't look old lol) that prepared the food was very polite and efficient. Thank you.

I’m visiting from Orlando, FL and we ran into this Greek restaurant and we enjoyed it. The food was delicious and they give a generous portion of food. This is a family owned restaurant and they have mom cooking and you can taste the love in the food. Ask them about their village and they will give a wonderful full tour. I highly recommend this place locals and people visiting Boston.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this hidden gem in Davis Square Opa Yeeros, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! This family-owned and operated Greek restaurant is the epitome of hospitality and warmth. From the moment you step inside, you’re treated like family, with the kind of genuine care and attention that makes you feel right at home.

The food is simply outstanding. Every dish is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients that burst with authentic flavors. Whether you’re indulging in their perfectly seasoned gyros, savoring their rich and creamy tzatziki, or enjoying the delicious Rice Pudding , each bite is a testament to the love and tradition that goes into their cooking.

This is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner or a special gathering with loved ones. If you’re in Davis Square and craving a truly authentic Greek culinary experience, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Don’t miss out on this slice of Greece right in the heart of the city!

I am a doctor. Eat from them if you want Ecoli and want to be admitted in the hospital. Extremely ill mannered and rude staff. On asking the guy to wear gloves because his hand was all over the box in which he was packing food he yelled at me to go someplace else or come when his shift is over. Even the customer around said thats extremely rude. When I called later to talk to the manager about this issue this man who works mornings and has a beard found my number from the caller list and called me back and started yelling on the phone.
Will not recommend 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I recently dined at Notismo Greek Kitchen, and it was an experience that left me thoroughly impressed. As someone who enjoys exploring different cuisines, I was excited to try this new spot, and it did not disappoint.

**Ambiance:**
The ambiance at Notismo Greek Kitchen is both modern and inviting. The decor is chic, with a blend of traditional Greek elements and contemporary touches that create a warm, welcoming environment. The soft lighting and comfortable seating make it a great place for both a casual meal and a special night out. The atmosphere felt authentic, with Greek music playing softly in the background, enhancing the overall dining experience.

**Food:**
The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the food. The menu offers a wide range of classic Greek dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I started with the Spanakopita, which was perfectly flaky and flavorful, followed by the Souvlaki platter. The meat was tender, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The accompanying sides, including the tzatziki and Greek salad, were fresh and vibrant, adding a nice balance to the meal. I also tried the moussaka, and it was rich and comforting, with layers of flavor in every bite. For dessert, the baklava was a sweet, satisfying finish, with just the right amount of honey and nuts.

**Service:**
The service at Notismo was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. Our server took the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations, which was especially helpful given the variety of dishes. The food arrived promptly, and the timing between courses was just right, allowing us to enjoy each dish at a relaxed pace.

**Cleanliness:**
The cleanliness of the restaurant was also commendable. The tables were spotless, and the open kitchen gave us a glimpse of the care and attention to detail that goes into each dish. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a good sign of a well-run establishment.

**Overall Experience:**
Overall, my experience at Notismo Greek Kitchen was outstanding. The combination of delicious, authentic Greek food, a comfortable and stylish atmosphere, and excellent service makes this a must-visit spot in Coral Springs. Whether you’re a fan of Greek cuisine or just looking to try something new, Notismo offers a dining experience that’s both satisfying and memorable. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu!

The absolute best food and service. The owner always makes you feel welcome and always says "see you tomorrow".
Just a wonderful place to go and enjoy healthy food and warm smiles. I will continue to visit even if only to say hello
We ordered a Gyros Plate - the menu says it’s enough for 2. (If you order one extra pita, it’s enough for 3!!). The meat was tender, flavorful and juicy (not greasy). Pitas were fresh and tasty. They included delicious fries, really good tzatziki (2 containers) and even 2 pieces of feta cheese. Soooooo good! This was our first visit - we’ll be back. Also, the price was more than reasonable for the huge amount of food that you get.

I visited the site in the past, but the staff has changed. The person who took care of me on this day,
had a Major attitude, and he became upset that I had to remind him for my credit card receipt and side sauces. He proceeded to snicker because I wanted to purchase baklava. Really upsetting since I purchased food from this restaurant when they were around the corner on Foster Avenue for many years, and before this in person purchase, I had ordered a large UberEats order and was very satisfied with it. Will reconsider if I would go there again. Very sad!!

I’m a Florida Native and grew up near the largest Greek community outside of Greece, Tarpon Springs. While exploring in Wynwood, we stumbled upon this fun restaurant. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. We both ordered a platter, it’s a huge 12” plate full of delicious flavorful Greek fusion. I had the gyro platter and my other half had the souvlaki platter. I couldn’t resist to order a side of maduros which were so delectable. We cannot wait to come back. You get a lot of value here and wonderful dishes.

Honestly the high ratings for this place speaks for themselves. High quality, fresh, clean, solid gyros for 9$ or 10$. One of the best parts about it is the fresh salad selections. You can also add a one piece of lamb chop for an additional 4$. Been going here since my childhood and will continue to do so.

What an amazing find! The service and food were both so incredible. I’ll be coming back any time I have a chance! What’s even more amazing is how kind the staff is. We were enjoying our meal and they asked us what type of loukemades we would want, and brought some out for everyone on the patio to try. First time I came here, I got the lamb souvlaki platter, it was great. Lamb was tender, rice was cooked well… came back a couple weeks later and now it’s like a half Cuban restaurant. Maybe there’s a different chef but the lamb was so dry I almost a tooth. On the other hand rice was now soggy and mushy. Waiter didn’t get me any water or napkins… why include automatic 18% then?
A FAT chicken gyro for 11 bucks in Miami is amazing. The seasoning and sauces were just what I needed after a night out in wynwood. Service was quick and friendly. Will be back again!

My friend from Russia was very disappointed and I started noticing the other food isn't as good as it used to be and I think it was because of the pandemic they started cheapening down the so-called lamb gyro with only hamburger meat. And the night manager she told me that's true it's not him anymore. I was always happy right before the pandemic but the past few years my friends I brought during the pandemic we're disappointed. I immediately show the disappointment in their faces.. I got pretty embarrassed. The staff are always very nice especially Anastasia recently moved from the Ukraine.. I guess the owners to improve I don't think they cared anymore. The pandemic really made good places worse..and in general society also.. half the people riding the buses don't pay their fare I got 5 and 1/2 years of squatters all because of eviction moratorium.. And these "professional tenants" and squatters know how to play the game when Trump told everybody they didn't have to pay rent. And that included those who had jobs. New York and the country get back to normal it's too far gone..

Food was incredible and the absolute friendliest staff!!! They offered us a bit of meat to try first to decide which to get (and I went with the combo because they were both so good), and even brought out some additional dips for us, all of which were so good I seriously would go there just to get a big thing of the spicy feta or eggplant dip just to have on hand to snack on. And the fries were the best kind - battered and crispy. Kind people, great food, you have to go here!!!

I used to LOVE the gyros here, but unfortunately, they’ve changed over the years, and not for the better. The once delightful homemade tzatziki sauce is now overwhelmed with mint and garlic, and its runny consistency makes it almost inedible. The gyros, previously generous with meat, now seem to rely on fillers like spinach to mask the noticeable reduction in meat content.
Wow. I was skeptical when I saw a 4.6 rating for a place that brings back the 90’s vibes. We were looking for a really good gyro sandwich. I even called ahead to make sure that they used fresh sliced gyros.

So glad we came in here. From the moment you walk in the friendly service makes you feel like you’re a long time customer although it was our first visit.

The great service is just the beginning. The owners generosity was apparent in the food and let me tell you that everything we ordered was exceptional.

Gyro was thin sliced and cooked to perfection. Plenty of the amazing Tziki sauce makes the whole experience next level.

We had Cheeseburgers which were buy one get one free, and they were both made just like the picture. What an amazing deal.

5 stars all the way. This is a neighborhood gem and I’d go out of my way to stop in.

Keep up the great work guys.

Recently had bad experience.. ordered chicken over rice , fish over rice and chicken nuggets fir my kid. Food was not fresh and properly cooked. The chicken nuggets were undercooked . When we tried to tell them about chicken nuggets and want to replace order for french fries.. although was willing to pay. The owner s behavior was very bad he returned the money if chicken nuggets and refuse to give the french fried and was misbehaving. Very bad experience plus food was terrible didnt eat. My advise is to stay away.

FYI, if you use your credit card here they charge a service fee that you pay for your own credit card to be used… almost $3 in the fee alone when we dined for $50 meal. The service can be poor. Not sure if they are just kind of like that always but they don’t make you feel super welcome. Other than that the food is always incredible. Fresh, delicious. We love rice bowls, gyros, salads.

Nothing fancy, just haughty cuisine. You probably haven't tasted a proper real gyros. The kind the Greeks serve! The owner doesn't have it, he's just making money. His goal is to sell. Believe me, you'll make a tastier sandwich at home! The price doesn't match the quality. The aftertaste is like you've been to McDonald's.
On the plus side, is the location in the center of the city. Very good location. But that's where the pluses end. Definitely, I will not return to this place, there are much better places where you can eat for this price.
It's all up to you, but believe me, it's definitely not worth the money.
Thank you.
We stopped in for a to-go order yesterday- will definitely be back! The gyro and Greek chicken salad were great. Our daughter liked the polish a lot! We loved our milkshakes! They make them with fresh fruit. We shared a strawberry shake and a peanut butter/banana/oreo shake … delicious! The girl, Jackie, was very sweet on the phone! 10/10 recommend this place :)

Looking for an amazing halal spot? Look no further. You have found it. This is my favorite halal food spot and it is better than Halal Guys Unlike the other guys, their meat is not dry but juicy and full of flavor. You really cannot go wrong I've only ordered chicken or lamb over rice or both When you come in, let them know what you want and they'll scoop some rice and they have a salad bar where you can pick what greens you want. I definitely recommend the salad, cucumbers, jalapeño, and chick peas. Can't go wrong with those. They also do have olives for those people who like that. After that, they load your platter with meat and then comes my favorite part. The sauce I ALWAYS get extra white sauce because there has to be some crack in it. In addition to that, I will also get the green sauce for a little spice. If you find yourself in the area, definitely come by If you pay cash, there's no tax

FRESH, TASTY, & SO MUCH DELICIOUS FOOD!
This was my first try, and I had it delivered through one of the apps. So good and so much food! Definitely worth the price. Love the gyro meat, seasoned but not excessively. Which means that it’s FRESH meat. Not a shock as the veggies were all perfectly ripe, and the lettuce was green and crunchy. The grape leaves I ordered 2 of left me wishing I had ordered more. The leaves were softened yet still had a crispness to it, unlike anything I’d have had or made for that matter! The Taziki sauce is extra tasty and chunky portions of cucumber make it over the top good!
This place…..THIS PLACE! Just wow!!!! I have ordered from them everytime I make it out to Wynwood and they never disappoint! The owner Yanni is the most professional and down to earth individual and owns the best food spot in Wynwood. His employees JJ, Kim, and Alberto are the besttt!!!! They truly are an example of what a successful business looks like. Thank you so much for continuing to provide amazing food and amazing service. 100/10 !!!! :D

Super good!! We were driving through from Nebraska and I looked for an hour before we arrived to Denver on where we should get our lunch. This place had great reviews and the food looked great, I’m so glad I landed on here to eat. My husband got the original gyro and I got the chicken gyro. Honestly I haven’t even liked any gyros I’ve tried before but this one sounded great with the lemon and oregano and it was fabulous. They were super generous with the meat it was over flowing. The veggies were fresh, onions crisp, the sauce was great as well! I wish we had one back home I would go often! Staff was friendly as well!

Food was fantastic!!
Asked the owner to recommend something for me to try, and with 30 years of experience, she helped me out. The KEFTA was very delicious! Sadly, Idon't live closer, or I would definitely become a regular!!
Well, first, I must say that the idea of two different menus in one location is disconcerting. When we arrived the restaurant was completely empty and remained that way until we left. The music: Rihanna all the time. The waitress service was linear, if not insufficient. She was friendly, but she didn't know the dishes on the menu, which forced us to order dishes that we already knew. However, I think that the quality of the food is totally worth the visit to the restaurant. As a appetizer we ordered Hummus and Pita; the hummus was perfectly seasoned, tasty, and the Pita was hot, with spices and a good quantity. For the entree we ordered Chicken/Pork Souvlaki; It came accompanied with yellow rice, a Greek salad with Feta cheese, tomato, red cabbage, green mix, and onion, yogurt sauce, Pita, and the Chicken/Pork souvlaki. Everything was delicious, plenty of food, the chicken/pork was very well dressed and cooked, the salad was my favorite, with an exquisite dressing. I'd be lying if I said I won't be back.

I really like this place. The food is very fresh and they have many options to add to your pita plate, gyro, or sandwich. They have lamb and or chicken options and pita bread 🫓. The plates average $8.99+. It is priced reasonable for the amount and quality of the food you receive. I have eaten here a few times and I would definitely recommend to eat if you are in the area. They are also on Door Dash- open 24 hours. There is not any where to sit inside and eat. It is small.
Visited a few weeks ago! Firstly, the service was great, warm, and helpful when ordering.

The food tasted good, I ordered a double cheeseburger that I thought was decent and average sized.

My middle score comes from the price and lack of offering, I thought it was a bit beyond competitive pricing, wasn't a fan of the no combos, and if you purchase a $4 10oz small cup you only get one free refill. I think it's a bit of a price gouge for the quantity and portions.

Gyroz. East Colfax . Denver Colorado.
.
Gyro combo = Excellent
The baklava was extremely dry. Honey is a key ingredient please make sure if you sell at that price, the baklava isn't dry or stale looking it's nothing to brush it with a coat of honey 🍯 before you give it to customer. Food was delicious 😋. Service with a smile. Good sized portions. Prices were okay. I don't mind going back again.
Nice quick healthy lunch alternative in the Durbin town center thing. I got the gyro platter which isn't the gyro in a pita but had pita on the outside. It came with fries which I didn't need but they were good and hot as molten lava. The best part was the lamb and second best was the Greek salad that came with it. I'm definitely going to hit it again. Recommend.
Good 👍🏻 For three years I have been eating lamb ribs with rice and white sauce at this restaurant. It’s very tasty. The service here is very convenient. If you work late or are a taxi driver, you can eat delicious food here even at 1:00 am so you don’t have to wait 20 minutes for your dish. Call the phone number and make an order and you will arrive in 20 minutes, your dish will be ready, the service is very good guys, very friendly, everything is always fresh, I recommend this place because my friend recommended it to me and now I always order myself a late dinner here

Fast, fresh, and delicious!

A friendly staff and they really do keep the line moving no matter how busy. One of the best gyros in Jax area, always fresh salads and lots of Vegan options as well.

They are definitely one of our favorites in the Durbin area and well worth a visit if you haven’t been yet.

Enjoy!

Ordered the chicken gyro on a pita. The chicken was good but it was not heat spun on a turn-still. Felt more like halal chicken over rice. The salad bar was fresh with many toppings. Lots of food for a $7 pita & $1 coke. Pita bread fell apart and not what I expected. The place is getting an extra star for bike friendly, large portions & salad freshness. A better option than Mickey D’s up the block 😅
Awful food and honestly they were so rude too. There are better halal carts out there. Would not recommend eating from here. 🤮

This is an old school grill, vintage Americana. I don't know if it's the best gyro I've ever had but I definitely haven't had better. Pita was perfect, a little crispy to the edge, warm & chewy. The meat wasn't rushed on the grill, thoroughly cooked. The secret is the homemade tzatziki sauce. Definitely the best I've had, and I'm kicking myself for not getting extra for the fries (crispy crinkle cut). On top off all that the lady at the register could not be nicer.
Excellent food truck. Delicious taste, great price and friendly staff!

Five stars all around! I don't know what they are doing, but they need to keep doing it!
I have been wanting/talking about a gyro for the last week but being down here on vacation I had no idea where to go. Now this place is bookmarked as a favorite! My boyfriend and I both got the meals, he had chicken and I had lamb....let me tell you, it was AMAZING! Hit the spot, with plenty of veggies and a mountain of meat on each! I was only able to get a before shot because he went to the bathroom before eating. That food disappeared so fast!

Ordered the chicken and rice, pretty damn good! Except there were HUGE chunks of onion and green peppers on the side, along with some black olives, lettuce, and chickpeas.
Tucked right in the corner of downtown Orlando lies a beautiful one of a kind deli. Sprinkled with Nostalgia and the feeling of good memories this restaurant sure gives you that warm fuzzy feeling. The family friendly atmosphere, the cleanliness and the delicious food really hit the spot. I chose to order the Cuban and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Cant wait to return soon!
Great food at good prices especially in the city. My family in came for vacation and absolutely loved the lamb and chicken over rice. Definitely recommend others to try it.

I had the chicken and lamb combo which includes rice, falafel and a salad. The food was made fresh. This dish was very good with the white sauce and hot sauce on top. I almost ate the entire dish before I remembered to take a photo.
Chicken = 3/5 too dry and lacks flavor
Lamb = 3/5 flavor is fine but too dry
Rice = too dry
Sauces 4/5

When you enter the store you will feel it , in words I called it “gyro world.”
The smell of kabab will create enthusiastic appetite.
They have salad with lots of topping items.
Gyro with chicken , lamb , salmon.
They also have tea.

Please never hesitate to taste their all items.
I feel they are better than halal guys , 100 percent (my opinion).
Their stuffs are friendly and deliver fresh food always.

*** they have clean fresh room

I ordered the originally gyro and it was probably the best I've had. The pita bread was perfect with an amazing Tzatziki sauce. This place is definitely worth trying out.

Friendly staff, decent number of options on menu, and delicious food! Hardly any wait to order, and the food was ready very quickly. Cute little restaurant and a great one to support because it's local instead of the typical chains that populate Uptown.

Ordered a salmon pita (pictured) and enjoyed it outside. :)

We always come back here for lunch when in town. Went with the gyro salad this time and it did not disappoint. The gyro meat was sliced thin and not greasy. The dressing was perfect. Thank you for a delicious meal.
Ordered lamb chops with rice. Got burnt rice and raw meat full of fat. Cant even take a bite. tried calling the store to complain but no response. the portion of rice too small. these guys are so generous to give 1 side of white and hot sauce. paid $14.99 on uber eats for this burnt and raw meal..everything went in trash... such a disappointment. the owner must take action against it.

Olive oil made the food extra lite, plus it didn't leave that taste of oily residue on the tongue. The staff was courteous to me and was efficient at handling multiple task. This varies on whose behind the counter, because each membership of the staff gives you level of service. The store was clean, seating is limit so no large party, the have an atm machine on site, cashless payment is accepted and if that is not enough, they use a variety food delivery service. I had a good experience so go in and try out what's on the menu.

Tonight was the grand opening of the flagship store so it was super busy but the food was very good and the portions were perfect. I had the lamb gyro platter and my friend got the king plate which took a long time to come out but it was enormous! You could def share that plate with three people and all be satisfied. I would recommend the king plate to try all that is to be offered but if you want something personal, I'd suggest the Greek fries. (Also if you like feta)

Waiter was very nice. Falafel wrap was yummy! Fries were thin, fresh cut... Very good, but a touch on the greasy side. One minor complaint was that the salt was too coarse for the salt shaker, so we had to remove the lid to get it to come out.. We took home spinach and feta pies which were fantastic just heated in the microwave. We also grabbed a few pieces of decent sized baklava, and a bowl of lentil soup which were all very good. This is definitely one of my favorite stops in University Circle for a quick bite to eat.
