NYC style, great gyros and chicken over rice.
I recommend Stearny county health and inspection department to Look eyes in this store. The service is the poorest in South side area, no food safety at all. If you ordered online, they’ll not giving you exactly what you ordered. Always something is wrong.
Amazing gyro that will make you surrender to your Greek goddess. House roasted before your eyes fresh cuts of ground lamb and beef spiced with imported oregano and freshly ground pepper topped with freshly sliced onions and tomatoes drenched with house made Tangy Tzatziki Sause of house made Greek yogurt with fresh cucumber garlic and lemon. Simply delicious!
Amazing amazing amazing!!! This our sixth or seventh time coming here and their food never disappoints it always tastes flavorful and fresh. I love the convenient drive thru option and Tamiko is absolutely incredible and has a wonderful personality. 10/10 recommend.

The customer service was disappointing! The staff like they didn’t want to serve the customers. We asked to have Shish Sandwich but without salad inside, and to keep the salad aside, they said we can’t do it!!! And they served it finally without salad inside the sandwich and nothing aside.
Also, they miss placed one order which came late after almost all of us finished their meals.

Surprisingly delicious gyros, and we are from Chicago, where there is no shortage of great Greek food. The ingredients were very fresh, deliciously seasoned and a good value. The area was nice to walk around as well.
Excellent hot food option if you’re hungry late at night. Open until very late not many hot food places are open that late in the area. Very reasonable prices and very good standards of cleanliness. Good atmosphere plenty brightness good lighting. Staff was welcoming and super friendly. Would definitely recommend to try this place if are visiting the area.
Recently ordered a gyro with a side of fries.. When I presented my LBBA discount card at the drive through the woman said “oh, I didn’t know you had one of those”. Then she walked over to my order and it looked like maybe she opened it up. Makes me wonder if she took some of the fries out because of the discount card. Half of the fries were cold and I certainly don’t feel like in received $4 worth of fries. Or maybe they just cut back on all the fries. Certainly won’t order as a side again.
Looks like a generic hole in the wall, I expected unremarkable ("okay") food. Instead, I was surprised by the excellent food quality. They obviously take pride in what they do and are not looking for the simplest and easiest version of the dish but rather are trying to make something really good, and succeeding. I had the lentil salad and the Greek salad and I was impressed with both.
Also portions were large and the guy was very friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

I give a 1 star bc I am buy a lentil soup and really salty and when you taste is just salty water with color but any taste to lentil soup
The owners/staff are exceptionally friendly and truly kind. However, I ordered 2 gyros and unfortunately they were extremely salty. Terribly salty to the point we were drinking water all night. Also had the Spanakopita which was very tasty. Truly lovely people unfortunately the gyros fell on the short end.

Absolutely love eating here. Unfortunately we only get to come back once a year or so when we are in town for the summer. Nevertheless, food is amazing! Be sure to checkout the dessert section as well. If your in a rush they have a drive thru for quick pick up. If you have time definitely stop and eat in. The staff is amazing and the food is hot, fresh and authentic! Thank you for your hospitality.

Went here after work with a friend and the service was phenomenal. The restaurant was not necessarily packed but the woman attending to us was beyond sweet. She took an interest in the little crafts we were doing and engaged in conversation with us. Also, the food was great. I got the falafel pita and the falafel was delicious.
If you are looking for a cheap, delicious, traditional Gyro then look no further! I’ve been 5-10 times now and every single time the staff is over the top amazing with their customer service. I leave every time with a smile on my face and a full belly. Truly an underrated restaurant in Atlanta and a must try!!
For $28...2 plates...these have to be a lunch plates. I've had gyros bigger than this plate. And the the woman didn't hand me my card to me in my hand. I find that offensive. They will not get my money ever again

This is the best Greek food in Cobb County, maybe the entire state. The menu is very broad, the service is great. They also have a huge dessert selection. I would consider this a destination restaurant.
The food has been amazing every time. The staff is polite and friendly. The place does look run down, otherwise it would have 5 stars! The chicken dinner is great however it comes with hot sauce on it. I like spicy but not my fiance.
Used to love this place, but not so much anymore. 2nd time in 2 weeks I've ordered a gyro w/feta, paid the extra & no feta & minimal toppings. Those that love gyros understand feta is necessary. I even tipped cash each time.
Love this place. The served fresh baked bread while you are waiting for your food, the bread still hot on your table. Chicken and lamb, so good. They have patio seating area. Staff is nice and professional. Generous portion.
We love Mediterranean food and don’t have many places near us so this was great to find! The portions were large and very well priced. We order the chicken and meat gyros on pita and they were delicious!
Must be new owners, used to be my favorite gyro joint, and have great and quality food. Pita was hard and dry and obviously old store bought. Threw it out and ate the meat. Got my order home and they forgot part of my meal, then tried to say I never even ordered it. Checked my receipt and it was on there. Fried mushroom was lacking in flavor. Overall bad experience.

Awesome food. Loved my Gyros. The upstairs rooftop is beautiful. Great place to sit and enjoy your food. the downstairs was really nice too.
We had the regular gyro, the Greek Chick, fries, and Greek yogurt with honey and it was all delicious! The gyros are about $11 each, which I thought was a little pricey for just the sandwich, but it was huge and super filling. They also have a cozy rooftop garden patio that was nice place to enjoy the meal.

I get take out from here all the time because i work late normally and not a lot of stuff is open, but i find myself craving the falafel on the regular! Always so nice and delicious.
Smelled greasy on the inside. Had the mixed kabob plate. Salad was fresh and very good, fries warm but tasted well alil skimp for the cases you have lined down to the bathrooms, and kabobs were just warm as well. I asked and they supposedly cook them to order or warm them, there is no way they were warmed properly and this is why the steak was dry. Otherwise the food was good, I just don’t appreciate cold food or to be given a previously canceled order. I paid in full and hope you take the feedback
Best Mediterranean food I’ve had, super authentic and the woman was so sweet! Even though she was the only one cooking, our food was ready so fast. I got the mixed grill platter and it was so good, plus that way I got to try all the kinds of meat. And on top of that, the price was good! Definitely would recommend!

Despite arriving before other customers, I was surprised to learn that I would not be served tea, while others were being attended to without any issue.
To exacerbate the situation, I was instructed to wait for approximately 30 minutes, despite my earlier arrival. Witnessing other customers being served promptly only added to my frustration, as I was left without any reasonable explanation for the discrepancy in service.
The unequal treatment and lack of consideration for my presence left me deeply dissatisfied. As a customer, I believe in fair and equitable treatment regardless of the order of arrival. It would have been more acceptable if the staff had communicated any limitations or provided a clear reason for their inability to serve me tea.
This experience has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of New York Gyro. I urge the management to address the issues of unequal treatment and excessive wait times in order to create a more positive dining experience for all customers.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I went in to get just a hamburger, and they were so polite. I needed ketchup for the fries and the guy behind the counter was already grabbing it before I even began asking. They're amazing. St. Cloud MN location is great. I recommend

Excellent! We have never had a bad experience here. The gyros are so fresh and a good value. The staff always friendly and on top of their service. The patio is pet friendly with both a front and back area to sit.
I have eaten here a million times and every single time the food and service is excellent. Because of Yummy Gryo I can't have a gryo any where else because no one else can measure up to them. The food was awesome! The Philly gyro and chicken gyro were very good and the fries were phenomenal. Service was great, the young lady was very kind and explained what each item was that we asked about. We were able to take our food outside and enjoy the music from the live band playing nearby. Definitely going back!
I've been here multiple times and have never once left disappointed. The food is affordable, delicious, and filling. Tamiko always remembers me and made me feel welcome from day one with her conversation and friendliness. She is a huge reason why my husband and I always come back! Try their fries, you won't regret it! If you can't find parking, their drive thru is also super accessible and painless.

I love their greek salads. They give you a big solid chunk of feta cheese, no crumbles. I love when greek salads come with chunks instead of crumbles. The lettuce is fresh, never wilted. I also love the shrimp skewers and the spinach pie. The hummus is also great. I definitely recommend coming here.

The BEST savory food and joyfully friendly service. Although both the drive-thru and the restaurant were hopping, somehow we had zero wait time.
At the drive-thru the gyros were *well packaged (double wrapped with foil, paper bagged and labeled individually, then packed with care. *This is food that keeps well to if you choose to do take-out *for transport.

These guys are great and my food is always hot and fresh!
The shawarmas were ok not the best. I expected a nice Mediterranean salad in the side but they served French fries. We ordered 5 shawarmas for $65. It the service was average. Overall, just ok.

The Gyros are great either served traditionally or as a deconstructed plate. Fresh veggies and onions give crunch and zestiness. The yogurt sauce is perfect!

Delicious gyros and baklava! Some of the best I've ever had. I don't know how we kept missing this local place... we used to drive closer to Roswell to get Greek, but this is MUCH tastier and much, much closer. The baklava was truly amazing and had us blown away. Can't wait to go back. Service was attentive, and everyone was friendly, too.
Place is very authentic. Nothing Fancy but service , ambiance and of course food is amazing. I tried Octopus by far one of the best, well marinated , juicy , spiced amazing and very tender. Also we had grilled chicken wings , Shrimps skewers and pork skewers as well as baklava and some huge pieces of cheesecake! Amazing experience and great food!
Excellent food and amazing service. Went here every time we were in town visiting. The best Adana Kebab and Meat Gyro Sandwich in this area. The portions are large enough for two, and every bite was flavourful and delicious. Highly recommended, and we will be back! 😊

Excellent food. You can watch the food prep or sit and wait. We were amazed at the size portions we were given. You don't feel hungry afterward. I was surprised there weren't a lot more customers while we were there.
Great food with late night dining that's not bad at all. Busy bar crowd is only thing that can make you think twice before ordering ( delivery option available) and heading out to pick up or to sit down and eat late night. Phone order highly recommended. Friendly staff and safe neighborhood. 2 thumbs up

The gyros and chicken skewers were very filling. The chicken skewers had some kind of seasoning in it that I couldn’t tell if it was more like, a little burnt taste or that’s what the seasoning taste like. It has a unique flavor. But you get a lot of food though.
Love this places food, I mean it is amazing the gyro has so much meat on it I always order a extra pita and make 2 . Salads are always fresh and big with home made Greek dressing. And the prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Cashiers are not very friendly but they get your order right the first time.
I had chicken Adana wrap and falafel wrap. Both the wraps were delicious but the Adana wrap has my heart. Bonus, their spicy dip is so good that I can eat anything dipped in the spicy dip!

I ordered soup here lentil for about 3 years always hot lately now in winter they have been serving it cold even when u specified that u wanted hot n the soup is good but who sells cold soup in the winter n the bad thing is the owner do t care so for that reason me helping out this small Buisness I can’t do n I support small business
If you want to try pure turkish food. Then I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Their food portions are quite generous and reasonable price. I been to this restaurant twice. Every visit I was satisfied, your money is not going to be wasted that I can tell.
The food is fantastic I would say their biggest money saver for customers would be their gyro fries, you get a lot of food for a little cheaper price.

One of my favorite places. Amazing staff and great ambiance. I ordered the Gyro and the not only was the food cooked fresh but the the quality and portions were amazing, I left very full and satisfied. The Taziki sauce was a perfect compliment to the gyro and fries were cooked crispy to perfection! I will definitely be back!
Went to dine here and had a horrible experience, staff were rude and the cup of water they gave me had not been washed. Ordered online and the food came at least 30 minutes late. By the time it finally arrived it was freezing and near inedible. Delivery man was also aggressive. Do yourself a favor and chose somewhere else to eat.
Parthenon has pretty average gyros. I happened to be in the mood for a gyro while downtown, so I stopped by. The restaurant itself is nice: it is clean and the employees are friendly. The gyros are tasty but nothing special. I would go back again, as I like gyros.

Loved it and the food was delicious. Super quick, fresh, and hot. Ordered the calamari and largest gyro(E1). Kids had mango smoothies too and thought they were great! I did wish they had music playing because it was pretty quiet in there.
Outstanding! The mixed grill is incredible. Chicken kebab, beef kabob, and kafta kabob. The kafta was crisp on the outside and tender inside. The babaganuj is smoky and delicious. The hummus comes with a spicy pepper blend on top which was a nice touch. The portions are generous. The sides are very inexpensive, perfect for tapas style. The couple running it were super sweet and treated us like family. The Turkish coffee is out of this world! Move over Starbucks!
This is my second time trying Yummy Gyro, but first (and last) time visiting the Port Washington location. I had a bad experience a few years ago at the Williston Park location and only decided to try the Port Washington location because I was in a rush and the restaurant was close by. My order was completely incorrect despite having the correct items listed on the receipt. I will not be returning to either location and hope that the business will do right and refund this order.
Tried this place after a Sunday morning even. Restaurant has a few customers however as I sat and looked I saw more people come in. The food has great value the taste is definitely delicious. Great portions. The only reason this place is not getting 5 stars is due to inside the restaurant they can do better with the ambiance. More stuff on the walls or better decorations. The service is awesome. All the servers are very attentive.
Ordered the original gyro and the chicken gyro combo with fries and a drink. Both had great flavor! Would definitely recommend adding feta. The service through the drive thru was quick and easy, much better than trying to find parking in the lot.
I didn't even know this store was open..go next door & Order some BBQ from RM. Sure get some groceries now that you've got some food coming! You have a few minutes to get some cigs & a Six-pack.
I went here for dinner tonight, and the food AND service did not disappoint! I’ve never had Mediterranean food before, and wanted to try something different. I was greeted when I walked in, and let them know it was my first time and asked what chicken dish do they recommend. I was told that both the chicken kabob and chicken shawarma were good, but that the lamb was also very good! The woman offered me a piece of lamb, and this was my first time having lamb, so I have no clue what it’s supposed to taste like, but it was one of the best pieces of meat I have ever tasted in my life!!! I ended up getting the lamb gyro platter I believe, and a side order of falafel. The food was amazing, and I appreciated the friendly atmosphere! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Mona Pita!
I love this place and go here probably 4 or 5 days a week for lunch. So good! Staff is always very friendly and nice to talk to. However today I felt so bad for the guy working because it's 95 degrees outside and compared to inside creek cravings it felt like a cool breeze.
This is one of my two go-to restaurants in St. Cloud. I get the falafel every time but have also tried the regular gyro which is good as well. The baklava and (when I have been there) customer service are great. Portions are large and well worth the price. If you’ve been debating about going, do it!
I enjoyed my lamb gyro sandwich meal. It was a generous amount of tasty food at a great price.
My x boss would say to mention the good before the bad. Well, potion size was good, onion rings where not greasy, mozz sticks where good too. Ok now for the bad. Fish was over cooked aka burnt, spices didn't work for the fish. They used tzatziki sauce on the fish sandwich. Frys where not to salty and they where neither chrispy or soggy.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Devastated because I really liked their Kronos wrap I have ordered it maybe 20 times. I received my order with a side of cockroach. Threw up my food and now have a new fear of ordering food from restaurants. Disgusted.
First time visit today. My wife and I love God Mediterranean food and decided to give this place a try and we are glad we did! Was greeted promptly and sat immediately. Restaurant was very clean and employees were super nice. We ordered humas as an appetizer. I’m a big fan of Gyros so I ordered a Gyro and my wife ordered the grilled chicken kabob. The food came out and the portions were generous and the food was fresh, tasty and fantastic. We will definitely be returning again soon.
Amazing food! Fresh crisp salad comes with delicious platters. And you'll adore the chef! She's a wonderful woman who takes real pride in making her customers feel welcome. Her food is made with love and you can taste it!
I saw a great review about this place and I was really exited to try, sadly I was really disappointed. The place has indoor and outdoor dining. You have to go order in the cash register and wait for your food then you can just sit wherever you want to. When I was ordering my food the server asked to see my vaccination card so I asked him if I needed it to eat outside(because my friend isn't vaccinated) he was kind of rude but he said no. When we received or wraps they were wrapped in a weird way there was foil inside the wrap it was kind of hard to eat. There was nothing especially about this place. I wouldn't come back.
The food here is pretty good and the vibe is nice as well. A great spot for people watching which is the main reason I come back here. They usually play pretty good music. The staff have been pretty nice in my experience. Not an impressive place but a pretty good one. Would recommend.
The food is excellent. I went on a whim while in town and I am glad I did. The beef, chicken, and lamb were all tender and juicy with great flavor. They were out of their potatoes, which was a bummer but the fries were crispy and delicious as a replacement. I will definitely go back and recommend you check it out if you are in the mood for some delicious Greek food!
This place has nice outdoor and indoor seating. The ambiance and music is good. The food was good but I feel the place is bit expensive as compared to other Greek restaurants. We had ordered baby lamb chop dinner and traditional philly gyro for which we paid almost $60 plus tip. I think that’s too much for a casual place like this.
I have visited this location one other time, that visit is what led us back this visit. I have tried a few Gyros since I've been living in Indianapolis area and I have been impressed with very few. I believe there is one in the fashion Mall area that is okay but no one gives great options in this area unfortunately. Today we got two gyro plates, one have an extra meat, one with a Greek salad the other with fries, also a cheeseburger with fries, all came with drinks. Not pictured is the cheese sticks that ultimately we were not charged for. We were greeted by a nice young lady who kind of talked us through options for ordering like gyroa combo versus a gyros plate etc. She wasn't rushing and she wasn't stressed out or tired of the questions. The food came out rather quickly, and I noticed the absence of the cheese sticks that I ordered, she probably just honestly did not hear me and she told me not to worry about it, I told her that I could pay she repeated not to worry about it and they were ready within a few minutes. She was far too kind. Keep in mind King gyros is a nice little drive from where I live, how about 40 minutes, and we went during rush hour, but the experience was wonderful. The food was hot and fresh including the fries which were seasoned nicely with salt. The only downside to that is that the only companion brand name is hunt and not Heinz and I'm partial to Heinz ketchup 😂. The sandwich was loaded with enough meat and it already came with enough tzatziki sauce which was not watery and filled with chunks of cucumbers. It was perfectly flavored, nice and thick and though I ordered extra it wasn't really needed. Today we sat down indoors and ate. Now during the downtime a little cleaning could take place as some of the tables needed attention but I was too emerged in the delightfulness of my meal to make that a concern of mine. I was 100% happy with our visit today, as was my husband and daughter.
Great little place with yummy Philly sandwiches. They are always super nice and pretty quick, you can call ahead for food orders and pick up, too. Trying their wings next!
I was disappointed. I've just come back for a visit and decided to get some Greek food. It's been over a year since I've eaten Yummy Gyro, but I remember it being pretty good. I ordered delivery and asked them to leave it outside. What the driver did was leave the Greek sampler on an angle, not flat. The picture shows what I opened. All of the items were pooled to one area in a sloppy, unappetizing mess. The other picture shows a piece of plastic that I bit into while having some hummus (fairly bland, even before the plastic). How gross...I'll be skipping this place going forward.
Locally Owned and an Amazing place to grab lunch. The french fries were so good!!! They had a Greek seasoning that was so different, yet so fantastic. This place will certainly make your tastebuds dance the Mamba! Get here and try a Gyro! You will be happy you did. Tell them Tim sent ya!
The gyro plate is a good deal for two. Get an extra pita. The Greek Chick is another favorite. New owners and the food is better than ever! Generous serving of lamb in the gyro. When the weather is nice the rooftop garden is lovely.
This place is great! I am not a Greek food expert but the gyros are very tasty, add the salads are vey fresh. I go here about once a month, they brothers are always there and are vey friendly and helpful, they train the staff great as well. It's a sit down place but they do takeout and delivery, I like to do takeout and chat with one of the brothers. They accept credit and debit cards.
Ordered from here using food dudes and I was super impressed with their careful packaging unlike some other places I have ordered from where the Styrofoam is crushed or leaking . We also tried the lamb gyro and chicken tikka masala which both were yummy and fresh. The cheese fries were different with a sweetness to them but I am sure I will be craving them again. :-)
This is one of my favorite gyro place in town. They have a small selection of Indian / Pakistani food such as Paneer or Chicken Tikka (which is Indian cheese/chicken curry). I love Star of India but the price is almost half at Slide In Mart. The rice is more flavorful and aromatic. Their small grocery section has many ethnic options such as Indian Paratha break and frozen Naan that you can warm up very easily at home. Service was very fast and it was not so crowded. Love the owner. Very nice guy from NY.
LOVE the food! Great variety and HUGE portions! Come here if your really hungry! If your not that hungry, they still have small portion snacks or get it take out too if full! American food is served here, so if you have friends looking for a place to eat that don't like this type of food. They will enjoy the large portions of American food variety!
