I would avoid this place at all costs! There was only one employee working, definitely a corporate problem that they are short staffed, but she doesn’t have the skills to run the office on her own. She was upset and impersonal, which created a traumatic experience for my son. At one point she walked out of the blood draw room without even saying a word when my son became upset, I wasn’t sure whether she would be back or not. She would not walk him through the process at all and almost just expected us to know what to do. We ended up leaving without being able to get the draw and will need to find a different office that is more understanding and helpful with children.

The staff are super efficient. I am what they call a HARD STICK. Nurses have e problems. All the staff here have drawn my blood, and never miss, and never cause extra pain.

It was very busy but I had an appointment and was seen right away. The machine hadn't taken my secondary insurance and even though she was really busy, my phlebotomist took my insurance and put it into the computer. She also informed me that Medicare might not pay for one of my blood tests and how much it would cost if they didn't. Very wonderful service.

I want to give a great review to the receptionist at Labcorp on Acequia!! She was by herself and was so nice and helpful and took the time to take my labs so I can have hip surgery!! Thank you so much for your help Luce, I will recommend you to my friends❤️

Amazing place with amazing people!! It tooks 40 minutes since I get in for the whole process. Eduardo was excellent. Phlebotomist always have problems finding my veins because they are elusive, however on the first try he found it and took out 5 tubes without any problem. I would recommend this Labquest 100%

Had a terrible experience. The lobby is very noisy. Two phlebotomist both failed to obtain blood from me as they mistook my tendon for a vein. As a certified phlebotomist myself, I noticed they both contaminated the site by touching it right after wiping it with alcohol, both phlebotomist failed to properly anchor the vein properly before inserting the needle, as there was no flashback in blood, they both attempted to find it by fishing around with the needle, that is painful and they can cause the vein to burst. To make matters worse, the location of the computer is within eye sight and I was able to see everyone's patient information, serious HIPPA VIOLATION!

Good morning, I just went to take my daughter to do her blood work . Horrible experience with the person who we got . My daughter is 9 year old she always been brave always has done well her blood work , as soon as we we went in the lady got her nervous for no reason. To begin with super rude I always carry her in top of me to hold her she didn’t want me to hold her wanted her to seat by her self she goes go me she too big for that . Also told my daughter you know why you here for don’t move because if not well all this can happen at the end she was getting her more worried t gg at what my daughter was. I have always been to this place for my self my daughters and husband but this time awful experience. I also forgot to add that she got another partiendo to help her because for some reason she thought my daughter wasn’t going to let her self when she didn’t even know how she was going to behave .

OK lab for getting blood work done. Fast in and out with an appointment. Very to no parking though. I parked at the corner Dennys. Friendly staff.

the drug screening service I utilized on 05/23/24, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the entire process. Despite assurances that the results would be available within 48 hours, both my employer and I have been left in the dark, receiving no updates whatsoever. Our attempts to reach out through both email and phone over the past three days have gone unanswered, adding to our frustration. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, leaving us in a challenging situation. The stress and inconvenience this has caused have been significant, making this experience an extremely negative one.

Sour faces. The workers look miserable at there job. No customer service at all. They open late and unlock the door and not even say open or it's open. If u don't turn to open it, u wouldn't know. They need retraining.

If you are scared of needles as I am, you DEFINITELY need to request Ms Kurrina (sorry if I miss spelled your name ma'am) aka Ms Kitty. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Here I brought my little hand fan to keep my mind occupied while she drew my blood. Girl had the needle in and done before I could blink my eye, and I never even felt the pinch of the needle. She is AMAZING!!! I couldn't tell her how much I appreciated and loved her for that. She needs to be a teacher to all because others make it seem like hours of pain, leave bruises on me, and make it hurt. Best I've ever experienced!!! She needs a raise!!!

The quest diagnostics I visited today is very convenient for my needs . Located in the same building as my primary doctor . The people who serve you are always very nice and do their job well . You are made to feel your not even in a doctors office . You always feel welcome and never feel uncomfortable . Just a pleasant experience . It’s actually nice to be there and feel like you want to stay since they are such nice people .

The phlebotomist had to try multiple times before she could get the blood samples. I get my blood drawn regularly. So, I know the difference between someone experienced who knows what they are doing and someone who is not. In general, I rarely have trouble getting my blood drawn. So this experience causes me to wonder about Quest's standards in hiring.

I went for a drug test for employment and they took me seated inside the place accompanied by four more persons,
For about one hour. The lady that was doing the test, she took her own time and did not care that many of the patients there could not hold the urine. Terrible service. Until Mananger do not solve they bad costumer service they have refrain from going to that location. Por favor no vaya a esa location. Tiene muy mal sevicio y mal trato a los clientes.

Scheduled an appt. Drive a half hour just to find out it's closed. They should have called the patients who had an appt instead of wasting our time and having to drive to a further one and wait and obscene amount of time just for blood work on an empty stomach

Beware!!!!! Thief’s and liars! We called to make an appointment for our kids for blood work that needed to be fasting. We provided them with our insurance and they confirmed our appointment. We took the kids at 7:45am and waited around 45 mins more before they called us. (Having appointments) after that they said that the insurance blue cross blue shield was not covered in their system and it was $700 per kid for blood work. Really!!!! After making the appointment before hand and providing our information they could t say that over the phone.. instead they decided to keep quiet until it was too late and we were already there. Knowing that kids were fasting.
Very sad this place is like that. Cheap staff and communication is a nightmare! They shouldn’t be open. But best of all they don’t cover our insurance that we pay for but they do accept all the government programs… cheap scammers!!!! Should be closed out of business

Over the years I have been to several Diagnostic centers. This one tops them all!!! First off , they answered the phone. So many others I called trying to get scheduled went to voicemails and never called back . The girl who answered was professional and friendly. Made the whole process of getting it approved by my insurance and scheduling easy. The day of appointment was even better. Met the nicest staff!! They even had snacks laid out for “Patient appreciation day “. They had the office decorated so beautifully for upcoming Valentines. I know those things aren’t something you base your choice on when selecting. To me it shows they care about their customers and business. Gregg the MRI Technician was pleasant and professional. Very clean facility and run with efficiency. You will thank me if you choose them. This particular office is the one too choose out of their affiliates. Thank you Staff!!

This was an amazing place. They helped me carefully navigate through extensive tests and scanning. Parisa (Kennedy location), Danella (Kennedy location), and Charo( Wesley Chapel location) were unbelievably helpful, patient and caring throughout the entire process. They gently helped me through my claustrophobia and pain offering breaks, countdowns, encouragement and checking in as the process went along. I want to thank you so very much for helping me through all of it !

Making an appointment with this office is fake. You still have to wait. The waiting period time from your an appointment of is more than 45 minutes. I recently had a scheduled appointment at the Labcorp facility for blood tests prescribed by my doctor. Despite checking in 30 minutes early via the self-service kiosk around 1:30 pm, I did not receive the confirmation text for my blood specimen collection.
Concerned, I called the facility at 2:30 pm and spoke with a clerk named Mauly. She advised me to come inside before their 3 pm closing time. However, upon entering, I was shocked to witness Mauly prioritizing walk-in patients who arrived after me, despite having no appointments.
Adding to my frustration, despite being aware that I had been fasting for 12 hours before my appointment and was feeling weakened, Mauly kept me waiting for an extended period and callously ignored my scheduled appointment.
When I questioned this discrepancy, Mauly not only disregarded my concerns but also displayed disrespectful behavior. Despite my patient explanation, she not only ignored my appointment but also began taking in walk-ins who hadn't made any prior arrangements.
Things escalated when I requested Mauly's name for accountability purposes. Shockingly, she refused to provide her real name and abruptly canceled my appointment. This entire ordeal was not only unprofessional but left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient.
I strongly urge potential visitors to this Labcorp facility to be cautious of their appointment system and the treatment they might receive, particularly from Mauly. I went there with a friend of mine who was getting an MRI and the receptionist, who's name was Daniela reeked of weed and seemed out of it. We left after we heard her discussing whiting out patients billing information. I am in the medical field and that is totally unprofessional. I will never go back there and I will tell my friends never to go there!

Staff is non Professional, was calling from last two days no one picking phone to fix appointment. There were only two person including me in waiting room it took them more than 30 min to call , other person was complaining he is waiting for more than 1 hour.

They are the worst lab in whole United state. They always short staff only one person handling 20 patients and some it’s takes 2 hour to just give blood test with appointment. Never coming here again I have tested them multiple time everytime same problem.

This place was amazing! Got my mom in for a sit down MRI as soon as possible, snacks were available and everything was clean and tidy. Staff was absolutely the most amazing group of people, especially Angel! He chatted with me, I'm sure in hopes to keep my mind off my mother's MRI. When I called the next day with questions and to see if possibly results were ready, he answered everything and even though they weren't ready when I called he checked throughout the day for me. Hands down one of the best front desk individuals i've ever dealt with. The tech who took my mom back was calm and helpful with her (she has severe physical disabilities), and even made sure to go the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable the entire time. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Went here for pre surgery lab work, and the experience was quick and easy. Automated check-in was set up in the waiting room, with easy to follow instructions. Roseanne called me back and it was by far the easiest and most painless blood sample I have ever given. All five stars for Roseanne and the professional efficiency that I would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been here twice with my son who was one year and 18 months old for each appointment. Dinora was our nurse both times and she was fantastic. She was so kind, calm and efficient at the blood draws. She seemed very experienced and really good with young children. My son didn’t cry at either blood draw. She made us feel comfortable and did her job with precision and accuracy. Dinora made our experience with quest great. I hope quest company recognizes this nurse for doing an excellent job!

One of the techs gossiped/complained about my appointment with another coworker while I was waiting to use the restroom. She said I refused to take a urine test because I didn’t want to pay for it? Worst customer service!!! Seeing how the lady in the front treated the patients was disheartening. ( the Spanish-speaking clients) I am so disgusted by her attitude and inhumane treatment. She was so quick to say, "I don't speak Spanish," never looked up once and ignored her. This is not ok. No one should be treated this way. Lapcorp needs new employees!

I had to get open MRIs after a car accident recently. Quick scheduling, clean facility, and kind staff. The front desk staff and MRI technician were all really helpful and kind. They run on time, explain everything that they’re doing, and will even email you copies of your reports.

Came here to do a require drug testing for a job. I came as a walk-in. Checked in and when I just finished signing in one of the nurses/medical assistant came up to me with an attitude asked if I had an appointment. I said no, I was a walk-in for a drug test for an employer then she went on yelling at me stating that they “don’t take walk ins” and they were going to charge me $120 for a test. Which I never heard that before from any clinic. there’s no sign stating “ no walk ins” She was extremely disrespectful and I will NEVER come back here.

Lynne is very rude. Waited a while for a drug test we were told to come in to this place. She stared at us did not help and was very rude to us telling us we needed to make an appointment. At this location they need to update the signs saying they only take appointments. There were multiple patients that walked in to be seen due to your false advertisement sign located in front. Sign says walk in and appointment. I made an appointment for 3:40pm did not get seen till 4pm for a timed drop off and blood draw. Only one employee was working and she was rude to everybody that walked in. She poked me in my right arm, then my left. Finally she stuck my hand and blew out my veins. She looks experienced but does not not how to be a phlebotomist. An elderly woman walked in right after me asking for help and the employee strictly told her appointment only, the patient continues to ask a question and the employee walks away rudely ignoring the elderly disabled woman. The employee was too worried about clocking out at 4 so she rushed everyone. She was rough with me trying to quickly draw my labs she blew out both arm veins and my hands. I am 7 months pregnant and i do not bruise easily and get poked in the same locations.I’ve never had a problem with phlebotomist finding my veins. My first visit in September she couldn’t get my veins either she had to call another employee to draw me. Please change your signs to let patients know you ONLY do appointments.

I just had routine labwork for my physical and this is the lab my insurance accepts. I went to the website about 7:30a and made a same day appt for 9:45a. I used their self service checkin and stayed in my car until they texted me to come in.
I went in, she took my paperwork, then took me back. Super friendly ladies. Quick and painless. I would definitely recommend!

One star, because zero stars isn't an option. I went into the waiting room, and there was only one other person wearing a mask and social distancing. A few minutes before my appointment, 7 non-English speakers entered the waiting room, including 3 children not wearing masks and running around. There was no staff to enforce the rule that a maximum of 5 people were allowed in the waiting room at one time. I'm not going back to a place that is NOT Covid-safe. Neither should you.

Amazing experience! Super talented people worked on me today. Check in was smooth and I was seen 5 min after I came to my appointment. My veins are usually hiding so I am used to leaving labs with both arms bandaged from multiple tries. The gal who drew my blood painlessly found my vein the first time! That never happens!!!! I had three lab orders so it was a WHOLE LOT OF VIALS, but I was out in 5 minutes! Thanks girls for a fabulous lab experience! I sure appreciate it.

Very bad experience. Went in 1 05pm monday ladies at front desk did not tell me that they were having issues with codes to draw my blood. I asked what was taking so long since I had been fasting all day. The lady asked me if I could come back tmw. I said id rather do it today. So about 1 50 the tech stuck me twice said she couldnt find vein told me, come back tmw. I came back next day the same front desk clerk said we had to sign in again. I waited 20 minutes, then asked her to send my paper to m as in hospital to draw bllod
She said, oh you are next. She went feom front desk, no hands washing, put on gloves, drew blood, then pulled the catheter out, then giggled and said, oh, i need one more vile. She was going to stick me again and i told her no. I was already sore from them sticking and missing yesterday. She was emotionless ane did not apologize for her error. Just cold and uncaring. I will never use quest at that branch again. Nightmare.

The service was great and super quick! They were very helpful and professional. Every time I would come, I am satisfied with the service. There is no complaint. They are very knowledgeable of what they do. I will definitely continuing coming to this location for any future testings.

I been coming here for the year. This morning I encounter the nastiest employee ever. It was too early for her to have an attitude. She asked for my insurance card. I did advise her I came in at least once a month for labs without looking in the system she raised her voice. When her co- worker came in and I quote she said " Machado I'm glad you came in, it already started " refering to me the client. I wouldn't come here of not necessary. It's t he only lab quest near my home.
