This gym is super clean, it has great equipment. The staff is very amicable and helpful. Love the amenities especially the sauna and steam room
I hate this gym. Full of lies. Got tricked into a personal training membership. They offer you a free 30 min session then wait till after to try and get you to sign up. Manager told me I could cancel anytime. This must be the business truck because of course they do it after when you’re out of breath and just want to go. I emailed and told her I can’t afford it and I was later told I signed a 1 year contract even though again they used shady tactics to get me to do it. I also tried to cancel my membership which also says I can cancel anytime . I emailed as it said to do online but this branch said the only way to cancel is to come in and talk to a manager which is never there when you go in. Funny part is when I called a guy told me normally you can write in a cancellation via mail but it isn’t working. How does that even Make sense. Don’t get tricked into the personal training sessions, it’s a waste . Same price as a private trainer anywhere else and you won’t have to deal with people who are only worried about their commission and not actually trying to help you get in better health. Looking into legal actions now because no way they can be so shady to make that $42 a month that they avoiding letting people cancel that they pay extra monthly just to be able to do
Worst customer service I’ve had at a gym. I called the gym to ask if the gym would be willing to consider using class pass since I travel for work and have friends that I like to work out with who live near this location. The employees I spoke to interrupted me and hung up on me. I would never work out here if not for my friends. I’m going to encourage my friends to work out with me at another gym. The locker rooms are dirty, the equipment isn’t well taken care of and the place is disorganized all that on top of disrespectful employees is too much for me to pay for.

Terrible, bad experience with this school. Internship didn't learn anything, and no job placement. At the end of the course they force you fill out a survey to benefit them and to make them look good. I'm still looking for a job in Medical Assistant
love this studio and I make sure to book a class whenever i go into the office! super clean studio, comfortable showers and great music and workouts. Make sure to go for one of Gareth Keegan's classes. he is great.
Been to many gyms but this is by far my favorite! They have all the best, top notch equipment and such a lovely staff. Shout out to my girl, Ari, who, despite it being 4am, always manages to make me smile and put me in a good mood for the day! Love her and the gym and thank you for being a bright spot in an otherwise stressful day!
Great gym great location lots of equipment and just about everything you need. Minus all the young kids treating it like a playground with their tripods and extra unnecessary things. Oh and we can't forget people using the benches as a phone booth.

I’ve enjoyed working out at this F45 location! The staff and other members are welcoming and nice. I love that the facilities are clean. I take advantage of the shower after classes, and it makes it’s even more worth the price😁.
I’ll give the gym 3 stars only because it’s decent equipment. How ever it’s like a kids playground no weights are put back your constantly walking far to acquire weights just for one exercise it’s annoying the gym should definitely hold members accountable. I see people in work gear sometimes. Definitely can step professionalism up. Might have to look for another gym if this keeps up.
My experience here at ace was great and a bit of a ride. I started off from dropping out of college and not really knowing what I’d like to peruse but I came across ace and I couldn’t have been more impressed. I lacked in motivation with staying consistent even when it came to joining classes. And along the way I had to deal with a hardship situation and tryna juggle that with staying on top of my school life and it was a lot . Thankfully I was blessed enough to have Dr. Gigii by my side who not only wanted the best for me but she really saw that potential in me enough to push me and constantly reminding me to keep going and not give up . No matter how annoying she got blowing up my phone I 100% believe it was all worth it because towards the end I did it and im happily able to say I completed my course at aceeee! Also would like to appreciate the admin team and teachers for being very kind and knowledgeable when coming to financial questions or any questions about the program! (I had to write this review while them being there + rewrote and checked my review so now I’m re-editing it ALONE) these reviews might not be 100% authentic btw
I just went tonight to make a payment and the cashier with red sweater working between 10 to 10:30 pm 1/23/24 glasses said his name Chris.
He charged me $20 for one day late fee asking for cash .

Absolutely love F45 midtown location! The gym is huge and spacious, the equipment in great condition , and the instructors rock. They’re always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to injuries/ substitutions and I feel I get a great workout and really push myself!
F45 perfectly curates a workout for you with the right amount of cardio/strength so you don’t have to worry about creating your own workout routine. It’s so great to be able to rely on one place rather than going to random workout classes throughout the city. Plus the instructors are awesome and so helpful with correcting form, etc. I definitely recommend it!

Great and friendly environment . The staff is very helpful and always smiling and polite . They have all the equipment I need to get my CrossFit training done . Only recommendation I have if possible is for them to get a SKI ERG but I might be asking for to much lol
I started going to F45 in November & I’m absolutely hooked now! The instructors are so welcoming & friendly. I’m someone with a prior injury that pops back up sometimes (piriformis syndrome) & everyone is superrrr helpful with modifications and understanding if I need to take it a bit easier some days (but they still push me to give it *my* 100%).
I need to give a special shoutout to Austin though. He’s an instructor who makes it feel like you’ve known him for forever. And because he’s so welcoming, he’s going to push you to the next level. He’ll be there cheering you on & figuring out how to make the current or next exercise more useful for you. Retro Fitness is a gym that has it all. I love it because it has many machines, and an exceptional sauna. Very convenient for me. Very friendly staff.
I have been to multiple F45 locations in NYC and elsewhere, and Midtown East is by far the best staff, biggest and cleanest location, and most convenient class times. The trainers are excellent and really take the time to get to know you and help you learn correct form. I have seen great growth in my strength and fitness habits over the last 3 months, and MTE F45 is 100% the reason.

I have been going to F45 for about 10 months now and I love the workouts. Coaches are supportive, helpful and push you every workout. You’ll never get bored because each day is totally different and will leave you in sweat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an intense workout that only takes 45 minutes.
Such a good workout in a reasonable amount of time! The classes alternate between cardio/endurance and strength, so you really can go every day and feel yourself get stronger (not just tired from cardio!). The coaches are super helpful with form and motivation :)
This gym is honestly rad. There isn’t a group fitness class I trust more to get me fit and keep me coming back every week!
I highly recommend this location too because it is near all the major train lines and the gym itself has great amenities.

Horrible gym. At least 2 machines are always out of service due to upkeep and maintenance. To worsen matter those machine stay in disrepair for an average of 3 weeks. The owner has the nerve to charge a yearly maintenance fee, that would make sense if he MAINTAINED the place.
Furthermore, horrible layout in regards to machine placement. There’s several tiles in the roof in disrepair as well that pose a safety hazard.

Everything about Will’s practice is elevated from the space to the distinctive workouts and outstanding trainers. Their mission is to provide a supportive and empowering environment where you can achieve your fitness goals effectively. It’s focusing on strength, mobility, and flexibility where the personal training sessions mirror the group classes however both can work separately. The workouts are so different, actually fun and challenging. I’m quickly seeing results but more importantly in the short time I’ve been back, my body is feeling better than ever.
I've been attending Ace Institute of Technology since October 2022 and I have to say that I really like the school. The instructors are excellent and the administrative staff is very helpful. I would highly recommend Ace to anyone who is looking to get up to date with technology and IT. Ace is the place to get it done.
The school is amazing. I love my time here. The type of education and course they provides are exactly what many of the students out there looking for. Huge shout out to the director, staff and teachers. They all are working super hard. If you are looking to enroll yourself then just go for it.
F45 has helped me create a positive routine and healthy relationship with exercising and general full body care. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and the environment that the flatiron location has created is one of efficiency and inclusivity amongst the community. The workouts are both challenging and diverse, allowing all fitness levels to approach the routine without concerns of falling behind. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a routine and exercise plan that helps achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
The workout I didnt know I needed! While the workout is tough, you have expert (and lovely) coaches by your side to help you with your weight load, form, etc. This class is for folks who want to burn calories and be challenged! Also great playlists, who doesn't love that?
What a great workout! I’m having a blast burning the calories, building up strength, and pushing my pulse. Tyler and Austin keep it fun, on pace, and are very attentive to correct my posture and offer suggestions for improvement.
After months of continuous complaints several machines have ripped up rubber handles full of germs and gunk. Even more of them have missing rubber handles on one side while the other side is fine. Making your grip on them uncomfortable.

My experience at the Ace institute was great. At first when I started my course in Medical Assistant I thought it was hard but to my surprise the instructors make it seem so easy. I am so grateful for the help and motivation that I have received from Dr Gigi and because of you guys I am now a certified Medical Assistant.
I took a class with them years ago and it was good enough to help me pass the exam. Since then they have not stopped bombarding me with calls and emails even after several requests that they stop and remove my contact information. If you do work with them, make sure you provide contact information that you use for junk websites.
We were at Retro Fitness Glendale today to replace a couple of Fitness cables and fix a couple of machines, manager Victoria was a pleasure to deal with, awesome place.
coaches are phenomenal (supportive, welcoming, hilarious!!) the facilities are super clean. the workout flies by & haven’t been to a class i didn’t feel challenged. one of my fave gyms in the city
I came for information for my son he wanted to do medical. When he meet with the Director Dr.Gigii everything she was telling him about the medical program was interesting. So I can to support him and decides to join the program too. The school is nice, the teachers are very helpful. Dr.Gigii help a lot when I was very down thinking I couldn't make it & she help me a lot emotionally & I finally finish my internship I can't believe I finish
New Member... made it in to workout during opening hours, mid-day and evening... so far I'm digging the people vibe. Everyone is getting work done and keeping it moving, all business. As far as the equipment... the gym has the mom and pop feel. Plenty of equipment with a variety of options just in case people are using the machine you normally use. So far no complaints.... Bathroom and lockers are clean. Staff stays on top of it. I haven't gotten around to ask about classes or other amenities. I'll update when I do
Veterans stay away. I took one class. I was charged for other classes i did not take. This is a predatory school. Do not use your hard earned GI Bill here. Customer service is non existent. When asked to be transferred to the billing department, they were not “authorized” to do that. They acted like the phone service was bad, and hung up on me. I will file a formal complaint with the Veterans Administration (VA), to ban this school from future predatory billing of military veterans.
I studied and graduated from Ace Institute this past year. Dr Gigii was very help and motivated me throughout the whole program. She helped me so much in finding an Internship and pushing me through the right path. The teachers here are completely professional and caring with the education for us. The experience I had here was amazing, I had a family emergency with my son & they were so understanding, gave me time to catch up on the classes. The classes were understandable and so interesting. 100% Recommend.

I honestly thought I would never come back after the first class because it was so intense 😂 (especially when I haven’t done any workout for years). But after two, and three classes, I just fell in love with F45! The classes are different everyday and the coaches are great. Maura is especially amazing! She always checks on everyone and tries to cheer the ones in need! Looking forward to the next class already!!

Absolutely amazing! The space is clean, perfectly set up for the format of the class and beautiful. The instructor Lauren was outstanding - detail oriented and great at her craft! I was accommodated right away and had the best experience! If you’re looking to burn fat, gain strength/mobility - this is absolutely the best place!
Lauren is excellent! She’s the only trainer I’ve stuck with in the long-term, because I can feel and see the difference in my movement and the progress that I’m making over time. I love that she’s a stickler for form, and that we work on exercises that are not only building strength, but also flexibility and mobility, so that I can continue to have a healthy and mobile, injury-free body as I age. I’m doing so many things now with my 41-year-old body that I couldn’t do in my 20’s because of her! WillSpace is a great studio - clean, bright, and welcoming. The team of trainers is super close knit and supportive - when you succeed in making gains, they all share in and cheer on that success. So glad I found Will and Lauren and this studio.
I have been working out at Willspace for over 2 years and it has changed my life. The overall experience as a client is fantastic, super professional, highly educated and informed team with coaches that truly invest in your health and fitness. The vibe is very positive, never intimidating but everyone strives for excellence. I have worked out at all the major studios, there is nothing like Willspace. I have been coming to WillSpace for about a year and a half and have been training with Sophia for close to a year now and she has been so great to work with. She knows how to motivate me to work harder without overworking or overwhelming me like some instructors can be, and that has helped me to be consistent. This is such a different workout from anywhere else and I love the balance of strength and flexibility exercises. Sophia, Will, and all of the team here are so nice and I cannot say enough good things about coming here!
WillSpace is an exceptional place. It’s not only a gym or fitness center, it’s about the trainers, they are exceptional, as well as the theory behind the training. There are small (<10) group classes and personal training. Both incredible. Both focus on a mix of strength that uses body weight and actual weights, flexibility that uses active stretching techniques to target the correct muscles to stretch(e.g., prep for splits, active pigeons) , ground movement and locomotion(it’s a whole unique culture!) and balancing (prep for handstands, handstands, coordination). They take into account ALL levels from beginners to more experienced, so it doesn’t matter what level you are at, movement and exercises are modified to your level in both personal and group classes. It’s really fun to work out with them! the overall vibe is great, and it really is a community of like- minded, open-minded people that want to look and feel 10 years younger!

I took the 16 hour course and the instructor was very nice and informative. The instructor was patient and made the class go by way faster and easier. I learned so much and feel ready to start! I definitely recommend this training school.

I really enjoyed the movement classes. I purchased a 1 month 2x weekly group Movement series that really challenged different and new parts of my body. Will has an innate knack for enhancing locomotion and strength via movement and making working out fun and engaging.

Our private training session was informative. The labs worked great for us. The instructor was knowledgeable and knew the content very well. He has also provided real-life examples which made it easy to understand. Overall great experience with NetCom Learning.
Renee was incredible! My brows have thinned over time from aging and from over tweezing years ago. After she was done I was absolutely in love with the results. They look so natural I’m just so happy. She is unbelievably good!! You definitely will not be disappointed.

Took the Permanent Make Up Course. Tia was amazing, truly a high class lady with a wonderful vision and talent! Would highly recommend.
Excellent pace, ability to tailor some of the content to more recent updates from AWS or general topic of choice within the learning guide. I would recommend reviewing AWS' own website prior to the training so you can be informed as to any new service releases that may influence testing criteria you will be presented with down the road. The NetCom instructor will know the content and be able to supplement the stock training with those recent updates if you just ask.
Interesting class with lots of real life examples. I found it helpful. Trainer was really professional and made the class easy going, used simple techniques to help us understand advanced topics. Really satisfied with this course. Will definitely choose netcom for other classes too.
I was looking for competent Microblading services. After a few online reviews, Renee ranks the highest in her field; therefore, I made an appointment. She has a tender, caring spirit, and she is proud of her work. Renee took her time to make sure that I was pleased with her sketch before the actual procedure. She nailed the drawing, and my eyebrows are out of this world. I keep staring at my eyebrows in the mirror. Her serves is a 100 out 0 hands down. I highly recommend the services of Renee.

I enjoyed the Azure training here at Netcom. The material, the labs and the lectures were thorough and very easy to follow. Mahesh was a terrific instructor. I would definitely recommend this course from Netcom Learning.
Tia is amazing. I took her permanent makeup course. She is extremely talented and experienced and will give you all the knowledge you need to succeed in the business. She is one of the only educators that offers an apprenticeship program and will make sure you are comfortable before going on your own. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an educator or looking for any permanent makeup services.

This was my first time ever to permanent make up! I got eye liner today, going back for my touch up in 4 weeks then 2 weeks after that I'm getting my lash extensions back on! I keep hearing permanent eye liner goes great with lash extensions! I'm so glad that I don't have to worry about eye liner anymore! Renee did a wonderful job! She made me feel comfortable! I was worried that it was going to hurt really bad but she uses a numbing gel and helps a lot! Check out her portfolio! I was referred to her by her friend/co worker Venesia which does lashes in the room next door!
Highly recommend the Excel1 and Excel2 class. Teacher Adebayo Norman was knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions as we proceeded through his classes. Looking forward to taking Excel3 with him and mastering Excel. The class can be printed so that you may go over the materials as often as you wish.
LOVE my brows!! As a teenager of the 90's I over-plucked my brows and they never grew back. I've tried various serums, oils, make up pencils - everything. I'm so glad I got my eyebrows micro-bladed. I went to Renee for a touch up appointment after my first artist was unable to do my touch up. She fixed the shape of my brows, was easy to communicate with and she followed up with me a week later to see how my brows were healing. She even mixed a couple colors together to get the color of my brows just right. I can't recommend her enough.
Went to a quinceañera here for my best friend’s niece and the event was beautiful! Tons of parking available which was a complete surprise since this location is central in the Bay Area. As you enter into the lobby, the realize how spacious that area is! The nice thing is that if you want a break from all the action at the party, you can decompress in the spacious lobby area. The hall was beautifully decorated and the flowers were bright with amazing color! The buffett was delicious and the service staff was extremely pleasant! I requested a few items from the service staff like additional forks and knives and they promptly brought it to me. They also had security walking around making sure things were running smoothly which really allowed everyone to enjoy an event in a safe environment. I talked to my best friend and he told me the prices for Gemstone Hall’s different packages and I was amazed by how budget-friendly they are. Definitely looking to host an event here in the future!
I booked Gemstone Hall for my nephew’s golden birthday party. The team provides amazing service. They were very professional, attentive and available when I had any questions. I can honestly say the team went above and beyond their services to make the night memorable for my family. They helped us choose the centerpieces and florist. They also shared recommendations for deejay and photo booth services. The venue is clean and spacious and parking is easy. The food was wonderful. Everything was planned accordingly and I couldn't have expected a better result. I will be recommending and returning back to Gemstone Hall!
Finally found a great event hall in Hayward! The other reviews are right, the customer service here is amazing! You walk in the door and the staff always greets you with a smile and a refreshment. They have three halls here and it can hold from anywhere to 50-750 people. The night of the event the service staff helped me get everything together and in the proper place. That saved me from so much stress and time! By 12AM, as we slowly walked out the door, they were super patient with us. I’m sure they were extremely exhausted by then, but they were still working with smiles on there faces. Beautiful venue and beautiful people! Definitely plan to do another event here soon.

I really enjoyed my experience at Gemstone Hall! Everyone there was really accommodating and went above and beyond to make my event memorable! The entire time during my event, I didn’t have to worry about anything but just hosting duties and enjoying time with my guests! Went to an engagement party at the event and had a blast! The front lobby was spacious so you can enjoy the music in the venue or step out in the lobby and have a conversation with friends. The food was really tasty and the Kabab Koobideh was really juicy! There are tons of places to park which is really convenient especially since it always seems a lot of other venues do not have enough parking spots for guests. The service staff was very attentive, I requested additional water bottles and they responded very quickly and got me water right away. Fun venue, great food and great service. Definitely recommend!

Gemstone Hall staff was so professional, very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Everybody was very caring and accommodating. If you’re looking for an event space to host your next party, wedding, reception, meeting or any other type of gathering this is the place to do it. Great space, best staff, and easy location. The process of reserving the space, to decorating and catering food was flawless, everything can be done in house stress free or whatever preferences you have. We were so impressed we will definitely be back here to host more parties in the future. Thank you again to all the Gemstone staff.
We had an awesome experience at Gemstone Hall. We attended an Afghan concert (Said Omar) at this spot and it was so well run! Most of the guests came from all over the Bay Area. It was easily accessible from all parts of the San Francisco Bay Area. My family from Fremont and Hayward were able to get the hall really quickly. The service was very professional and it was very spacious. They had the back third of the hall blocked off for people to eat and chat so it wouldn't disturb the music which was a really great idea! The parking was convenient as well, plenty of space for everyone which is rare. Overall great experience and great service!
I visited Gemstone Hall about two months ago for my friend's wedding. I hadn't heard of the venue until then. Upon entering, I was really impressed by the size of the lobby and the area for folks to sit and lounge on (especially because we were so early.. I got a sneak peak of the hall though, see the pictures I posted). Throughout the whole night, the servers were attentive. The food was good. We had a lot of fun dancing away to the Mariachi band! I was so impressed that I am going to book my wedding here. Namath has been very friendly and helpful throughout this process. Thank you to Namath and Gemstone Hall for all your help and for making this process as smooth as possible. I'll update this review after my wedding next year:)
I was quite nervous to have my eyebrows done because of years of plucking they were "barely there brows". I went in wanting one kind of brows which would cost more. However Renee took her time to explain things to me that I had absolutely had no clue about. So I decided to put my eyebrows fully in her hands. I am so pleased that I did. I'm in complete awe that I finally have some gorgeous, beautiful and amazing eyebrows that are symmetrical. Yeah!! Renee is a truly a amazing miracle worker when it comes to being honest with a client..even if she could of make more money, that in its self speaks volumes. I am so in love with my brows!! It has only been a few days since my initial appointment with Renee and I am so happy with the results. Every time I look in the mirror, I see my perfectly shaped brows and I can't believe I waited so long to do this. Who knew that one of the hardest habits to break would be to no longer reach for my brow pencil and sharpener every morning?! My fiance and I are cruising to the Bahamas in January and I can't wait to swim with confidence. Renee is the best!!!!!
When I went for my consultation, I was a little hesitant. Renee explained how the procedure would work. When I arrived for my appointment, we talked about the shape, I mentioned how I normally fill in but let her go with the shape that matched my face nicely. She did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable, the studio was very clean and I have no regrets at all. I love saving so much time in the morning and not having to worry if my fills are wearing off. Best of all, my eyebrows are now even!
Update: I’ve been working out here for two years. I still love the staff. I moved uptown about a year ago and go out of my way to come back and keep working with Will and his team. They are all amazing: Jorge, Lauren, Kim and James.
Will Space is an amazing intimate gym that is extremely professional but has a family feel. All of the trainers are super nice and they focus on proper form over higher reps or weight. They practice what they preach and they encourage you to live a healthier life in addition to just working out. They push you to overcome the obstacles in your way and to get out of your head. It is a cozy intimate facility with outstanding staff and service. I would highly recommend them.
