On March 21, 2017, the Agency I work for hired Deborah Hopkins to spend 5 hours with us to discuss various methods federal supervisors can use to hold our employees accountable. The presentation was brilliantly on point and provided me (us) with real tools to help improve my relationship with my staff and clarified how I can improve their engagement. I wish I had access to her perspective earlier in my career; the information is a “must have” for any federal supervisor.
