I accidentally dropped my phone charger and mistakenly unplugged one of the equipment that a man was working on. As soon as that happened I was very apologetic but he started coming at me. I started getting scared and saw people were looking so I sighed and he was coming at me again then I went away. I complained but the employers did not take any action but was instead on his side. I can’t believe this!!! I hope this man understands what he did to me!! he traumatized me. I have been in the states for 5 years and this is the first time I have ever experienced this.
I recently took the New York Institute of Finance's Investment Banking Certification Program, and I am really impressed. I gained vital knowledge about the world of investment banking thanks to the program's extensive curriculum. The lecturers were seasoned experts who had a thorough knowledge of the subject. The program added significant value to my skill set and knowledge base.
I signed up and completed the online version of Credit and Credit Risk Analysis Professional Certification. The online course was excellent and very informative. I believe Tracy Williams was a very knowledgeable and helpful instructor. The video instruction was easy to understand, along with using the PPT slides. Plus, completing the online version was excellent for me given my work schedule. If you cannot visit New York to complete the course, I highly recommend completing the online version. I am thankful I did.
I took the Treasury Management Virtual Series with Ms. Valisha Graves. The course was great, provided a lot of insight into many different concepts that we encounter as Treasurers on a daily basis. Very fast-paced environment (2 hour classes over 9 days), but instructor always made plenty of time for any questions/exercises. In fact, the constant interaction with the instructor and classmates was one of my favorite aspects of the course as we were constantly engaging over the topics at hand, as well as personal experiences. Overall, I left the course with more knowledge about concepts like Liquidity Management, Cash Flow Forecasting, Risk Management, and especially Swap transactions.

Worst gym I’ve even been to period. Going to this gym is legitimately bad for your mental health. Did you want to squat ? Well too bad there’s 4 highschoolers just talking and goofing off not working out for 45 minutes so you’ll never get to use the equipment. Want to use a bench? Well too bad because someone is doing supersets with 3 different machines and you can’t use any of them. There’s so many literal children that use this gym as a hang out space that actual adults who have jobs can’t work out in their spare time because there isn’t enough equipment for everyone. Not to mention the people who think they’re influencers who film themselves for an hour taking a whole corner of the gym to themselves. If you want to go to a gym that has equipment that’s breaking down and dirty and is constantly at double capacity this is the best worst gym.
I discovered NYIF online, while looking for a reputable Financial Training Institution that offered Project Finance Courses. I found the course very relevant to my needs. The topics were quite stimulating, giving me a broader perspective to Project Finance and Public Private Partnerships.

The several Case Studies were very practical and applicable to the topics, they were well defined and one could almost feel his/herself right in the midst of the project.

The facilitator displayed his expertise in analyzing projects and breaking down somewhat complex projects into smaller in-depth fragments while still focusing on the big picture and motivations of all the various participants in the numerous projects.

New York Institute of Finance comes highly recommended for anyone seeking to expand their knowledge in the several aspects of finance.
Following the pandemic, I made a career change and ventured into the field of finance, which has opened up a whole new world of opportunities for me. During my extensive research, I stumbled upon the New York Institute of Finance, an ideal choice for my educational needs. This institute provides a diverse range of courses tailored to individuals like me who are seeking foundational knowledge or professional certifications.
I opted for the Investment Banking Certificate among the various courses available. The instructor at the institute possesses remarkable skills in providing explanations supplemented with visuals such as pictures and graphics. This powerful combination significantly contributes to my understanding and comprehension of the subject matter.
One of the standout aspects of the course was the flexibility it afforded. I can learn at my own pace, which is advantageous in managing my time and accommodating other commitments. The study is well organized, and the instructor who led the course demonstrated a high level of expertise and ensured that the content was communicated clearly and comprehensibly.
Practical exercises and case studies enabled me to better understand and appreciate the material.
Overall, the training program at the NYIF exceeded my expectations. The exceptional instructor, meticulously organized content, engaging instructional delivery, practical exercises, and helpful resources collectively contributed to a unique learning experience. I am confident that the knowledge and skills I am acquiring will serve as a solid foundation as I embark on my career in finance.
I had great experience learning at NYIF. I enrolled myself into the Investment banking program and was impressed by it. The courses were well structured and you get the opportunity to learn the topic in great detail. The professors were terrific and have shared a lot of their own personal experience from the industry. Overall, I had a great time learning at NYIF, and I would highly recommend it to all my peers!
I needed to supplement my MBA finance classes with more specialized knowledge on investment and risk management. I've taken three courses so far from NYIF that I couldn't find at other credible online education providers. For example, one of my courses was on insurance company finance specifically, which my MBA program didn't cover. The courses are well organized and very comprehensive. I also appreciate that the instructors are industry experts. They do a great job breaking down complex topics, which is an important skill for an instructor, especially for folks with very little previous exposure to finance and financial markets.

Read reviews on this gym so was a little reluctant to go but it's a great gym. The staff are very friendly. The equipment is as good as at any gym I've been to, which is quite a few.
The weights are downstairs, the cardio equipment upstairs
Plenty of machines
There's a few squat racks, a deadlift station and decent bench press kit.
The nice ladies behind the counter will mix up a nice fresh protein shake for you too
All good gyms get a little crowded at peak times, but it's not a major issue here

Seem to be some bad reviews on here… but I’ve had nothing but a positive experience.
Free weights on the ground floor and an abundance of machines and cardio on the 1st floor.
Staff extremely friendly and was able to get a 1 week pass for $30.
The free 1 day pass also allowed me to try the gym before buying!
20 mins walk from where I’m staying , which was great for some morning warm up steps.
Some really good nautilus machines. Gym goers are friendly and polite & it’s just what you expect from a good old fashioned weights gym.
Finished my workouts and either bought a freshly made shake behind reception, or walked to the queens centre for some teriyaki chicken & rice.
Wi-Fi in the gym too, great for cardio & YouTube.
Would 100% come again!

I went for a tour and Staff is really nice, gym has everything you need but it's way to crowded , not enough parking. The lot is super tiny buy if you do want to park there is a lot $5 for 2 hrs, down below gym.
Locker room is small but there is showers. But the trash was full so I assume cleaning isn't done constantly.

This is by far my favorite gym. It has new equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff and management. Alred is like the captain of the ship and always there for everyone. Anthony is the best personal trainer I've met. Highly recommended.

Scammers...they will have you enroll thinking you have the amenities of using all locations for a certain membership plan, then they will charge you more if you use their Glendale location because they consider it one of their prestigious facilities. They won’t mention this to you during enrollment or even warn you, you’ll just see the surprise on your next bank statement. Also this gym was beyond crowded. You'll have to wait hours to get a bench or a machine. Just find a good gym even if you have to pay more

Always full, busted equipment, too many cardio machines, too little weight-lifting machines. Not enough benches. The equipment isn’t in great condition either. In these pictures you can see how THE PADDING IS MISSING on some machines.

This is ridiculous, how do we even workout if every other machine has 2-4 people waiting to use it next?

The water dispenser has also been saying “maintenance” for like the past year, I don’t know what’s up with that either. Find a bigger and better gym than this overcrowded one.
The course was well-organized, engaging and informative. The instructor was highly knowledgeable and ensured that the content was communicated in a clear and understandable manner. The practical exercises and case studies allowed me to apply the concepts learned in a real-world context, which greatly enhanced my understanding of the subject matter. The resources and materials provided were also helpful in further developing my skills in corporate finance and valuation methods. Overall, I highly recommend this training class to anyone who is interested in expanding their knowledge and skills in corporate finance and valuation methods. It was an enriching experience that I am grateful for.
I took part in a New Business Model, Digital Transformation and Innovation program and I was not disappointed!

Vlas and the team are incredible, bring Tech, Unicorns and Industry Giants together to deliver a dynamic learning experience even during COVID!

I look forward to actually visiting and meeting you guys, thanks again, one of the best Tech environments and up-skilling experiences I have

Grateful to have such skills under my belt and portfolio now!
It is a very professional and forward thinking atmosphere that has your success in mind.
I would describe my experience with Silicon Valley Innovation Center as unsatisfying. I've participated in a so called Legends tour and it was mainly waste of time.

We started with a presentation how easy is to be entrepreneur in Silicon Valley nowadays. Then it came time for exploring the gadgets and Tesla test drive. Among the gadgets there were a 3D printer and a drone that we were not allowed to touch, but we got the opportunity to experience the free Oculus Rooms app which became boring pretty fast. And the Tesla test drive was not actually a drive but a backseat ride. None of us was allowed to try the car from the driver's seat.

And after all these useless activities the morning passed and the real tour began. We went to have lunch in the backyard of a coworking space nearby which was described as a great place to start new business, but actually we didn't see anything special about it. Next stop was the campus of Stanford University, which is publicly accessible. Of course we had guided tour on which we've learned nothing more than the information from the university's Wikipedia page. Similar was the walk through Googleplex, where we even had to hurry, because we were behind schedule. And finally we had the chance to enter the Apple store in the Apple campus, which is not much more than any other Apple store despite the scale model of their circular building.

Probably, this tour would be very interesting for people that don't have free access to the Internet and don't know what happens in the world of technologies. But it is almost pointless for anyone who's able to drive themselves to these freely accessible locations and read a few things about them online. For having interesting tour with special access to the offices of the big companies and learning exciting things about them, I recommend searching somewhere else.
Had an amazing experience visiting and learning from many valley's companies.
Great place, fantastic team, very interesting speeches and events
They organized the best tour our executives have ever taken. Amazing connections to the Valley
Taking Spanish lessons at Berlitz has been a wonderful experience. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating if there are any scheduling hiccups. My teachers go above and beyond by using different learning materials or thinking of creative ideas to keep pushing me to learn.
Attempted to enroll in Portuguese classes and contacted several people from the facility, but no one ever helped me sign up for classes. It's been 5 months in total since I showed my interest in taking the classes, but they never took that under consideration. It's just a lack of professionalism and customer service.
