It wasn't my first time doing an escape room but was definitely the best one I've done so far. The theme was creative, it was nicely set and several of the puzzles were challenging and it was all very engaging. I will definitely come back!
First time going to an escape room, was lucky enough to get Kevin. Kevin was awesome, explained the room very well, helped us when we needed it, and provided a great atmosphere. The room itself was awesome and challenging, couldn’t have asked for a better escape room. ( my sleeping pose is fake lmao , we failed the room😔 )
Really good spooky tour run by Wolfy. The stories were really well explained, and he was animated. He gave us over 2 hours, which was much appreciated

Had the best time with my boyfriend! The host was very kind and it was nothing but smiles and giggles! Definitely coming back to finish the room !
What a great entertainment company! Cayla was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Our entertainer for party games was Cyan and she was full of energy. All the kids loved her! She really knew how to get a crowds attention. Our face painter Maggie was a true gem. She is so talented with all of her artistry skills with paint and I cannot rave about her enough. Thank you Bazinga for an excellent party!

We are a team of seasoned escape roomers. This room was very enjoyable, lots and lots of puzzles. Our gamemaster Julian was excellent. The puzzles are unique and due to the sheer amount I would say this room is best for teams of at least 4-6 people. A+
The Ghost and Vampire Tour was amazing thanks to our lovely tour guide Yahyah🐈⬛! One of the most memorable nights of the trip that’s for sure. Thank you for showing us the 👻

Natalie was fantastic! Easy booking with Bazinga Parties - they were very clear a week prior to the event with information and contact info 24 hours before. It went off so smoothly for my 3 year old daughter's birthday party -- all the kids were thrilled at their special balloon animals or whichever kind of shape. Natalie is very talented and a pleasure to work with! They also do face painting, magic shows etc.
Rate Zero. Kiss your money goodbye. I deposited $1200 for superbowl Feb/2023. Couldn’t gamble because I wasn’t in Louisiana. So I’ve been trying to get refund since. Put off with excuses weekly.. This is a SCAM!!!!

Our tour guide Kendall was very knowledgeable and informative through the entirety of the tour. Kendall is a survivor of hurricane Katrina and a true hospitable NOLA local. He also somehow maintained professionalism through all the noise from the drunk idiots on our bus. I enjoyed the tour a lot. Thanks again!
Me and my girls were there yesterday celebrating being 50 years young. It was an awesome experience. Arely our game master was friendly and interactive. The game was challenging and made the time go by fast. We would definitely recommend this place for a fun night out.
We did the ghost and vampire tour with YahYah Universe AKA the Black Cat. She make the tour 100% more enjoyable. She was fun, informative, and the best tour guide one can ask for! She also provided amazing recommendations for food and drinks. We really enjoyed hearing about the ghostly history of New Orleans.
Very fun escape room and great game master! The Heist was a toughy, group of 4 ages 15-17 with very little escape room experience couldn't figure it out in the time allotted but we still enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommend :)
I brought my son and 3 of his friends to do the jewelry heist. The employee Sab was amazing, from greeting us, explaining everything before and during our escape challenge. We would highly recommend trying it out 😃

Loved our night time ghost and vampire tour with the inimitable YahYah Universe as our guide. She shared some terrifically creepy ghost and vampire stories from the French Quarter, along with other historical facts about the city in an engaging, enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner. Some of the tales left me feeling creepy long after the tour as we walked back to our hotel!

You walk at a fairly slow pace with several stops for about an hour before stopping at a second bar location for drink refills and bathroom breaks if you need them.
The tour takes you to some places you’ve heard of like the Ursuline Convent, The Gardette-LePretre Mansion, better known as the Sultan’s Palace, The Andrew Jackson Hotel and of course, the infamous LaLaurie Mansion of American Horror Story fame.
I posted a video but, even though no one was at the Mansion when we visited, it looks like something is moving about behind the third story windows!
It was very fun learning the real story behind these haunted locales from a talented New Orleans Native. If we had more time in the city, we’d definitely have taken other tours with this company.

Great service and entertainment. I had Emily doing face painting and slime for my 3 year old daughter birthday. She was great with all kids (which is a difficult age to maintain the engaged)- the face designs were gorgeous and the slime activity was very fun for both kids and parents (given the age parents had to help)- then she did some dance games that the kids loved. Everyone had an amazing time and lots of fun.

Wonderful service! From start to finish! Cayla was great, setting everything up before my 5 year old's bday party. Emelia is truly an artist with the face painting and Natalie made the most amazing balloon designs ever! They were wonderful with the children, so friendly and animated! The kids had so much fun!

The agency is on the second floor and you will need to sign in to visit. As a fan it was cool to be in the lobby, however, you won't be able to roam around nor do they have a shop. The ladies at the desk were nice and we sat and chatted for about 10-15 minutes. They mentioned that I was normal compared to the other people that visit, so they must get a lot of fans that can't tell reality from entertainment and just act weird.
Maggie was amazing!!! She’s a lovely person and did impressive designs on the kids. The balloons were incredible too. Overall a great job, we totally recommend.
Bobby was such a fun, interactive and informative tour guide. We booked a private tour for my Mother’s 60th birthday and we are so glad we did! This was so fun, a great mix of history and spooky tales, and a great way to see the neighborhood. Above all, it was so clear that Bobby is passionate about what we does. This was a fantastic way to kick off our celebratory weekend!

We have had three tours with French Quarter Phantoms and each of them was a wonderful and unique experience!
First, Adelai took us on a Ghost and Vampyre tour. She is an amazing story teller and had us all laughing and entertained the whole night. She handled difficult topics such as the Lalaurie mansion very respectfully and I appreciated the way she approached it and gave us all a content warning beforehand. She was also very helpful afterwards in helping us all safely navigate to our next destinations.
Next, Erin took us on a French Quarter history and Voodoo tour. She was extremely knowledgeable and fun as well, and debunked some common myths about voodoo. I appreciated gaining this perspective and learned so much!
Lastly we had a tour of the Garden District and had another wonderful tour guide, I believe her name was Stephanie, but I may be mistaken. I do know she’s from New Mexico! She was amazing as well, we learned so much about the architecture and competitiveness of living in the Garden District. She threw in some fun stories and folklore that I found very charming.
All in all we had an amazing time on all three tours and would definitely recommend! We were given/offered breaks partway through each tour, which allowed for drinks or bathroom breaks. The BOGO hurricanes are delicious and come with a fun souvenir cup.

I booked at the last minute and Daniel made planning so easy and accommodating. The bus made it there on time and Danny even stopped by to ensure everything went well and to my expectations. This was the BEST B-Day party my son has ever had! He and his friends had a blast! The kids’ faces as they walked in were priceless! Booking the party with Danny was extremely effortless. He was very accommodating. Brandon was also amazing when interacting with the kids. My son continues to smile as he feels so happy that he had a great time with his friends!

Yet another NYE set where I brought in the best DJ drops service to make sure we brought 2023 on with some good vibes and energy. I purchased the VIP audio cut and everyone loved it. I was running way too late for my event. Got the audio file within moments of ordering. Great quality drops and excellent customer service by all.
I have used NYE countdown a few years now. We put it up on 2 videos walls at a large party on a private beach. It’s a million times better than anything we’ve been able to create ourselves. It’s a huge weight off our shoulders and now the countdown has gone from the most stressful to the easiest part of our night. It takes away all stress from our dj and video team.
Didn't have the time to create my own countdown for a client last minute. Was able to use NYE countdown and was able to get a custom NYE countdown with the clients event name on it... The client love it and moving forward I'm only using NYE countdown.
The HQ is pretty lit but not sure why their employees kick out a black man while spewing racial slurs so I'm taking off a few points.

I absolutely give extreme gaming a five star rating, the owner was very polite and made this experience very easy. The person that came with the truck was amazing with the children.My 10 year old grandson and all his friends said it was amazing. I would highly recommend them for your next party!
The NYE family countdown video made our new years party unforgettable. The imagery, sound and message of the videoclip helped to bring the tribe together for the best and most memorable countdown experience of our life. Ordered a sweatshirt from this company online. So cheap it ran small, but my son still wanted it in a larger size. They would not exchange it. Not a reason in the world not to exchange it. Will never buy from them again. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Although I love their work, I was not welcomed warmly to their establishment and we were (rudely) told to leave. The merchandise is on display, but not eligible for purchase. After leaving, I get that it's not meant to be a store, but with the merch they advertise and how big Barstool has gotten, it would be worth their while open a small shop for tourists like myself. After that experience, I don't know if supporting this company is worthwhile after being such a loyal listener.

We purchased tickets through Washington Performing Arts Society, only to learn later that we had a conflict which did not permit us to go to the performance. WPAS does not allow exchanges of tickets. We're out nearly $100.00, and we're not happy. We will be avoiding WPAS like the plague in the future. Caveat emptor.
The Washington Performing Arts Society does an excellent job at providing classical music to all in the greater Washington, DC area. From top-notch soloists to enticing performances, the WPAS works continuously and tirelessly to dispense exalting productions to all.
