My 2 year old had his first dentist appointment today and they were so fantastic with him! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. They also took our Medicaid! So awesome

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND FURTHER TRAUMATIZED FROM AN OVERINFLATED EGO...... Seemed to be a really cool and accommodating dentistry at first and it is to an extent, that is if you get helped by the right people. Not entirely sure who the clown is that doesn't know how to do his job, so i wont put him on blast entirely but him and his clown assistant should probably figure it out and be more professional. If i tried to voice my concerns it was met with smart remarks and rude things said in a demeaning way which really caught me off guard because the consult showed me two entirely different people. It took until the sweetest assistant ive ever met came along and actually took the time to help me and the situation her rude coworkers had gotten us in. I was hurt pretty bad and needed a second to process what a "doctor" had just put me through and he went on to say " im not sure this is going to work because this is not normal behavior" like oh yeah im sure bub, id wager when someone gets an injection into the front of their mouth without any previous numbing gel on the spot he was "trying to get" so every ounce of the "pinch" was felt to the most extreme degree it should be expected.... not "taken as a surprise" and then shoved off as blame on me. REALIZE WHERE THE NUMBING GEL WAS ACTUALLY PUT AND MAYBE DONT INJECT INTO GUMS THAT WERENT IN ANYWAY NUMB AT ALL. When the incident was happening I raised my hand and winced the best i could without spitting everywhere because ms.little no help assistant thought borderline water boarding me was a good idea. I sat up as soon as they were clear from my mouth and he then couldnt wait at all for a response and instantly went on to make demeaning remarks and say beyond unprofessional things and he even asked my partner if i have a "medical condition" because the anxiety and physical pain he had caused not 60 seconds prior made me get overwhelmed and emotional.... real quick just wanted to mention that i did indeed fill out a medical history/medical chart, did dr.clown not even look at that? I was referred to this dentist by someone that had gone for more than 10 years without a single problem and i truly think my biggest mistake was not making sure i was seeing the same dentist that was nothing but wonderful for her.... if any more things need said to stay away from that clown you can look on their website and i believe the clown is the so called "doctor" with a three word description of himself. Beyond disappointed and as a patient, dont see how such a disgusting person could even get into such a position to "help people"....Dr.clown, you know who you are. Ill be waiting for an apology.

Very good experience for my two littles! Although they are young, their fears were set at ease with the very kind and understanding staff. Thank you for making first timers feel welcome and at ease.

I have been coming to Dr. Houag ironically since I was A child. The service I receive And the staff are impeccable! The office is always clean and I feel That the staff really care about their patients. I will Always chose this office.

Everyone here was so incredibly kind, attentive, and informative! It's easy to tell they love working with kids and want those kids to feel as safe and comfortable as possible. We will absolutely be going back for our twice a year check-ups/cleanings because it's, dare I say it, kind of fun to be there? Thank you all so much!

We love Green Hills Pediatric Dentistry! We have 5 kids and they do their best to schedule us all at the same time for a super efficient experience. They are friendly and engage with the kids in a kind and gentle way. My kids love the decor and all of the pink and green swag! We just left and zero tears from 10 months all the way up to 10 years old!

Wow!!! Dr. Beck and the staff are INCREDIBLE!! It was our 16 month old daughter’s first ever dentist appointment and they did a wonderful job making her (and us) feel comfortable. They even had bubbles to finish off the appointment. We all left smiling. 😁

There are no downsides to this office. They treat me and my kids wonderfully every single time we go in. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you as a parent are comfortable before moving forward with anything. I truly could not imagine a better experience.

We always enjoy our visits to Green Hills Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Brittany, Ashley and the rest of the staff make us feel comfortable from the moment we enter. Our 4-year old loves taking care of her teeth at home so there are no surprises on appointment day.

My review is for 8th fl dental clinic. This is a teaching facility and everything is chaotic as far as the follow up on your dental care, students have been great. The doctors teaching there have terrible way of following up on what their students are doing. I have gone thru two students , unresolved issues.
At this point i paid in full for work that was done but since 6/26/23 they made impressions of my mouth kept my prosthetics, dental technician came to my checkup took upper prostethic and said he would work on this himself to make it right. I have NOT HEARD from anyone sice june . I have even called and left more than 3 calls to patient advocate. It is now September and still nothing. Everyone here drops the ball and then kicks it to a corner and forgets about your issues.
Save yourself the headaches, go somewhere else. This story goes for two years hoping to fix my dental issues after covid shut everything down. MASSIVE MISTAKE, So story is i paid in full and have NO partial dentures.

I recently visited Dr. Farag at Leidenheimer Dental Group and I have to say it was a wonderful experience all around. Dr. Farag demonstrated a high level of competence and professionalism. Dr. Farag spent the necessary time addressing all of my inquires and elaborating on the procedures. She did an awesome job on all of my crowns. I highly recommend Dr. Farag and I'll definitely be returning for all my dental care and needs.

Dr Brittany is so knowledgeable and personable making our experience wonderful every single time! Our third baby is starting her dental experience a little early due to some mouth trauma and I can’t imagine being in a g other pediatric dentist’s hands! 🙏🏼

DC Dental Spa is not only the best dentist I have ever been too, they have the most amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and communicative, caring and sensitive to your needs and comfort. Would HIGHLY recommend.

My entire family has been using DC Dental Spa since moving to DC. A great office team with such a warm and welcoming staff. The Doctors, Hygienists, and Assistants are phenomenal. They always make you feel completely serviced before you leave.

I would give it a higher review, but they canceled my kids appointment within a few hours, which they should reconsider because sometimes parents have to work and I get in at 7am and by 9:58 it was canceled, I'm not allowed to be on my phone at my place of work, so my lunch is from 12 to 1pm. How am I suppose to respond when I work fulltime.But because of this press C to confirm thing and if you don't respond within 5 seconds(this is exaggerated) but it will get canceled.We also thought it was weird they wanted to take our 3 year old back without a parent and put her under 6 months ago. Make sure you do appointments on a day off because you might have to wait a long time. The Dentist was really good with our kids the 1st appointment. I went to another dentist with my oldest when he was 8 and his brother was 2, they let me take my youngest back there(this dentist office won't let you).

Dr.Sara Mekah is one of the best dentist I’ve sent my kids to!! She is so (extra) patient and kind!! She really cares about how YOUR KID is and how they are feeling in the chair..she walks them through every move she does!! She’s amazing!!

I have been a client of DC Dental Spa for many years. Dr. Hoang is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. All the dentists, assistants, and front office staff have the same professionalism and care for their customers. You will receive top notch service at DC Dental Spa!

Went here to get a check up and cleaning, the hygienist cleaned about 3 teeth before the dentist walk in, told me, not asked, that he was going to schedule me for wisdom teeth surgery, which when I politely declined he seemed irritated at me, and told me I need 2 root canals. They never finished cleaning my teeth, And I never heard back from them to get the root canals I "needed".

I went for a second opinion at a different office and the other dentist saw no need for invasive root canals, or for wisdom teeth removal as they are not giving me any problems and grew in just fine and just simply gave me the fillings (not root canals) I needed and did it in a nice professional manner.

I am biased based on my negative experience with yes dental and this is purely speculation but it seems based on what happened to me, money earned per patient was a deciding factor on what care should be provided. Not what would be best/ healthiest for the patient.

THE WORST. save your time and get a referral somewhere else. I’ve tried to get an appointment for a year now and apparently they are always busy. I was told about 6 months ago i was on the waitlist. Never heard from them again. Called them back to see what my status was and they told me I had missed my appointment. Never received a call or an email about this so called “appointment”.

The five stars are only for the students and attending I was a patient for 5 years I admit that the Covid epidemic lengthened my treatment, but the one thing that could’ve been better was the office staff as I’ve gotten to meet them and realize they aren’t efficient at all, and most of their jobs could be turned into a self check in computer the students do more work to interact with their patients in scheduling appointments and most of the time office workers take 20 minutes just to check you in I believe the quality of this clinic would be much higher with different people, or without the job entirely.

I’d like to give props, though to the clinic staff that helped clean and bring new dentist supplies out for the students it’s obvious that the community would not be as strong without them being there. And the office would not be able to run without them.

I have been considering, trying a new dentist for quite a while because of previous experiences. Not that they were all bad, I just that I never felt like we had a place that appreciated their patients at the level that I would like.

I was so impressed with Dr. Parker and his staff that after one visit we have decided we definitely have a new dentist office to call home.

They were thoughtful and considerate, and Dr. Parker offered several different options for dental care. I was extremely impressed with the level of attention that they provide the patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone, considering looking for a dentist in the Grand Valley.

Scheduled an appointment for a 6 month cleaning, 2 weeks in advance. Arrived on time and was told they were running 15-30 minutes behind. Waited for 30 minutes, only to watch 4 patients that arrived AFTER me get called back.

Green Hills Pediatric is the most amazing place, all of their staff go way beyond to make sure both of my kids feel special, safe and educated. Dr.Brittany is so wonderful, she is so kind and patience. Her office is so inviting yet beautiful with all the pink decor. My kids LOVE going there every time. I could not recommend this place more! The younger dentist, not sure of the name, was very kind to me. My only criticism was the time I was in the lobby waiting and I was called in 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time...

My wife went in with pain from an abscesses gum he took a bunch x-rays didn't even look in her mouth and charged the insurance for which she only has a $1000 worth of dental and "referred" her away once he billed out all her insurance money on x-rays...SCAM ARTIST

AWFUL!!!! DONT GO HERE!! was coming in for a root canal and to get a tooth pulled and they were incredibly unprofessional!!!!!!! Don’t recommend this place to anyone. The dentist walked out of my room and refused to help me simply because I have anxiety!! Truly an awful place to go especially if you have anxiety. I’ve never had a worse experience

I just called to ask if I could come in and have a burn re-bandaged and the receptionist puts me on hold only to come back and tell me that I couldn’t come in because I would be considered a “New Patient” and they “don’t have anything until September”. Pretty standard, except I’ve been a patient there since moving to San Pedro 3 years ago but she didn’t even bother to ask that information, just assumed and gave me the typical “get lost” response. Seems pretty callous and the fact that I was simply requesting a new bandage on a work injury makes me wonder what kind of care people are receiving once they pass the gatekeepers.

My 2 year old grandson was treated incredibly great by this staff! They knew exactly how to distract his from a scary visit..this was his 1st dentist visit and we are so waiting to go back. I highly recommend these professionals experts with your toddler. 😊 thanks Zoocrew!

I went to ask a question about a TB test lady wouldn't even answer me sign in and have a seat I needed to ask a question do I need to make a appointment for a TB test bad customer service so I walked out and left the security was rude didn't SPEAK

0 as well. I went in for a root canal/ crown, granted i didn't have any pain or irratation.

They started to drill it out. then said not enough tooth to save or we could try, and then the crown fails later just to have an extraction later. I asked them to pull it right then. They said No to busy, so they packed it and said, "See you next Thursday." No pain pill no antibiotics nothing!

Two days later, my face swells to the size of a softball because of a massive infection that i didnt have to start out with and I have to go to the ER on Sunday and miss work. AND then they still charged me for the full root canal when they didn't even complete half of it!

BY FAR THE WORST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!

I used to see Dr her name Gloria and then all of a sudden she told me she’s leaving and another student is going to call me back to schedule appointment with me nobody call me. I tried to call back several times they tell me the same thing ' somebody’s gonna call you back and I swear this is since two years I’m trying bc I have a lot of problems in my teeth. If I can give them less than one star, I give them. Even the people answer the phone they vary mean ‘ today I called someone she told me the same thing and she doesn’t wanna even answer my question and she hangs the phone when I was still talking to her ‘ this is the worst Dentist and the woman answer the phone too

Dr. Brittany and her staff were great. They took a very unpleasant experience we had elsewhere and did a phenomenal job seeing my daughter and to be honest dealing with the parent side as well. 5 star service!

Everyone at Crested Oak is amazing! You are greeted with kindness and treated like you’re truly part of the family. I see Dr. Steve and he is the most transparent, educational, and experienced dentist I’ve ever had. Every appointment he explains treatments, even taking photos of my teeth or pulling up photos on Google to ensure I fully understand. Crested Oak makes me feel valued and that I have found a trustworthy, reliable dentist! 10/10 recommend!!

My kiddos are 10 & 8 yrs old. Jamie & Dr. Beck did an amazing job making my kids feel comfortable, especially for my 8yr old who is special needs. My 8 yr old was starting to feel anxious especially since it is a new place, and new people. They both too the extra steps to making her comfortable where they were able to finish their work. Afterwards they explained everything and gave opinions. I am thankful that this was a positive experience! This is our new dentist! I would definitely recommend this place!

I was dreading taking my 2+ year old son to the dentist as he is not the best at brushing his teeth and following directions in general. I was shocked at how well the team and Dr. Brittany did managing him and making him feel comfortable. It was amazing to watch as they convinced him to let them look in his mouth and even floss his little teeth. Even the waiting area had him entertained. I was pleasantly surprised by how much we both enjoyed our visit!

Today was my youngest child’s first visit and Green Hills Pediatric Dentistry made it a wonderful one! Dr Brittany and her staff provide excellent dental care, customer service, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. My children look forward to going - everything is geared towards children having a positive experience at the dentist. We love this practice!

The doctor was great. The facility was great and so was the supervising doctor. My only dissatisfaction was that my visit was literally 10 minutes and I paid $124 for it. In 10 minutes the doctor was able to tell me I needed braces and what type. I’m having a hard time with $124 for a10 minute visit. I’m aware that if I had gone to a private dentist the cost would have been even higher, still the amount seems excessive.

This is the worst Dental University I've ever been to, they had me suffering for over 6 months, placed me on a waiting list, just to call me in after 4 months and then turn me away!!!
The most uncaring, inexperienced people in the world of medicine, if you're in PAIN, (((WARNING)))***DO NOT COME HERE***(((WARNING)))!!! And who cares if they notify their team, like are they going to change, are they going to really help people or become competent overnight....really????

This the best dentist experience in the US. I am a foreigner and didn’t have insurance, but the staff were very friendly and helpful with my case. Dr. Rex Hoang is incredible doctor and he took the time to explain everything to me and let me know my options and I am very happy with the result of the procedure. 10/10 experience

Just look at the horrible reviews. Then find another dentist. The few positive reviews are obviously fake. It's not even cheap. A single implant is over 2K. But it hardly matters because Columbia Dental is totally dysfunctional. Furthermore, if you find a dentist who was trained by this school find someone educated at another dental College. I would never, ever trust a graduate from this absurdly incompetent program.

This was my first visit to Monumental Dental. I was impressed first with the friendly office staff and the pleasant waiting room. My hygienist, Maddie was very efficient and thorough. She explained everything she did and answered all my questions. She did a very comprehensive cleaning. Dr Parker is very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a way I could understand.

Love my experience. Quick easy check in. Great staff. Walk in to a big smile and great professional check in. My dental hygienist is always friendly, and kind. Clean environment. I definitely will be back! Thank you!

Dr Steven Lewis is the kind of person who naturally has a good aura around him and I’m sure that goes for the other Dr.s there as well. You can feel it everywhere. 🌈
As I visited with Dr. Lewis he explained the procedures and felt comfortable with it . I was prepared and we began as discussed .
Then what happened was incredible
Dr. Lewis found some work that had been done previously by another dentist was not satisfactory to what he wanted for me.
He explained it. I said yes and it was corrected right then and there. ! Wow
When I walked out of Crested Oak Dentistry I felt special. 😏
Now some time has passed and I’m getting ready for my next visit. I’m looking forward to seeing those people again. Kinda weird to say but I wanna go to the Dentist office 😁

I have been bringing my kids to Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry for many years now. They have a way of making my children and everyone else’s children at ease and un-afraid of the dentist. They are friendly and engage the child in every aspect of the process whether it’s a cleaning or pulling a tooth. Plus they have a mini tree house in the lobby where the kids play.

My very first visit to the dentist in Grand Junction in almost a year, since we moved from a different state. Scheduling the appointment was pretty organized, everybody very friendly. Dr Nelson nd his assistant Ashley were really nice.
They took the time to take the x-rays and the cleaning, didn't feel rushed it all.
Looking forward for my next visit in 6 months.
Highly recommended them.

My first visit was perfect, from the office staff to the dental care staff. Maddie performed her task of cleaning my teeth with stellar results! She was meticulous and careful in her execution of the scaling process. Professionalism to a tee! I believe I will continue to be in her great care as time goes by.

Terrible dentist for Denture care patients. The knowledge for Removable Prosthetics is terrible their lab Denturist is a total joke.

Came in for a small chip on one incisor. Dr. Clifton wanted to add a lot of material that would be costly and require anesthesic. I mentioned I would rather it just be smoothed. He was curt and began working right away. He ground up a large chunk of tooth, much more than I knew he would. He also began, without permission or even informing me, to grind large amounts of my lower incisors. I went in with a little chip and no pain. I left with multiple teeth I can't bite with because they hurt so bad. My teeth look bad and uneven.
Thank God they gave me a decent discount so I can hopefully afford to repair the massive damage he did. Other than the dentist the rest of the staff I met was very nice and patient.

My doctor seemed very attentive and seemed to have cared was on it gave me an emergency referral, however something that should have taken tops 48hours has gone into 72hrs and now have a 3 day weekend so something that's emergency related will be taking basically a week if not more since they didn't get it worked on yet. That's a bit ridiculous. That's someones life who is seeking help. Their staff are slow and don't care about patients and their needs.

The dentist Parker is amazing and works with you, great personality. Does amazing work!! Ive had lots of work done. And yet still more. He has been helpfull and supportive through my whole process!!!!!!Will always go back and refer to them

Dr. Parker has been my dentist for about four years, and I have seen him and his dental hygienists several times. Every time I walk away more than pleased with their care, demeanor, and professionalism. Shout out to Maddie, the dental hygienist! She is thorough, gentle, skilled, and a joy to talk to during the procedure.

My very typically very nervous 7y old was at ease here.... They let her feel in control and she was never in any pain or discomfort during her tooth extraction! In fact, she didn't realize they had pulled a tooth out until I showed it to her. It was such a great experience and they were all so kind and professional during our time there this morning. 10/10 recommend

If you have nothing to do and like to sit around and wait then go there. You arrive at your appointment time (on time*)and wait there for 30+ minutes without being updated on why it’s taking forever for you to be called back. Had to walk out because I had another appointment that I would’ve been late to if I would’ve stayed and waited because it was PAST my appointment time with them

My daughter got two fillings done here 2.5 years ago. They both need replaced already because they were done improperly and now she has cavities underneath the fillings. We changed dentist because the staff was unprofessional and appointments took forever to be seen. Thankfully we switched to a better place. Much better options available. I feel bad for the people who have to go here because that's all insurance will accept.

The most AWFUL experience! I used to LOVE going to the dentist. I moved and switched to this awful practice. My teeth were perfect! I never had a cavity in my life. I go to my first appointment with them, they tell me I have EIGHT cavities and ushered me to a procedure room to start treatment on one side. The doc who treated me didn't even wait doe the anesthetic to kick in when he started drilling. When I cried, he just shoved more needles in my gums and started over. Two teeth absessed within 24 hours. Multiple trips to the ER, 5 root canals later, and I'm STILL having repair work done 9 years later. The kicker??? When I took my xrays to a new dentist, he couldn't find a single cavity on my film. These monsters should be out of business!

This place should be shut down. They lie, they cheat, they take your money without any consideration for your needs let alone your feelings. $1250.00 later I have learned a valuable lesson. No dentures that I am satisfied with and Absolutely No Consideration for their Patients needs or feelings..... They are no better than a mugger on the street. Who would attack you and steal your money. Do not I repeat Do Not Go Here for any Reason.

My baby saw Ariel Carter and she was amazing! I was totally impressed! Her whole demeanor and attitude was everything! My eight year was nervous.This is her regular dentist office. Ariel was so nice and gentle working on my baby. She's an unicorn. She has a gift and it's effortlessly. I appreciate you.Thank you! The staff is always nice and this place is always clean. I’m so happy I didn’t listen to my negative thoughts about this place! Dr. Sara, Ariel, Mekah, and the rest of the Zoo Crew staff were amazing!! The staff was friendly to each other, they all appeared to love their jobs! The ZC staff were even friendlier towards all of their patients. They ran the office like a well oiled machine. We did not have a long wait! Caring and compassionate ladies working here! My son and I loved the fact that he could use tokens in the gum-ball machine to get small toys! We overall were highly satisfied! Thank you all again for such an amazing experience!

My Dental hygienist is Susie. She does a wonderful and thorough job cleaning my teeth. She makes it fun and I always feel comfortable.
Brad Nelson is my Dentist. He uses the latest technology to chart my gum recession. They use a 3D computer generated model of my mouth. It is totally amazing to look at!

To everyone who attends this clinic, I suggest to change office, and for those who are planning to attend this place, Don't waste your time with this unprofessional and unpleasant service.

My father has been given the round around for a long time. They act like they don't know what is going on if they make a mistake.
If you arrive a few minutes late, they refuse to see you but yet they have you waiting longer than an hour .

The front staff are horrible, and they pretend to be knowledgeable. They don't even know why you are there for your appointment.

I'm not sure who funds this clinic but as a community, it should be voted to close this place, and stop wasting funds on a place like this one .
They need for educated personnel .
Stop wasting people time and get serious about people health.
See for your self before attending. Go and seat there for a few minutes, and you will be upset.

i really had a great experience here. i was nervous because of the reviews i saw, but it wasn't bad at all. the front desk ladies were nice. doctor cris santos was very kind, and eased my nerves. the wait time was not bad either. my appointment was at 5:20, and i was seen by a nurse by 5:30. overall very positive experience and i felt taken care of. thank you guys!

This place has horrible customer service, starting from the security guard who is always on his phone and scolding those who is on their own devices because according to their notice “no cell phones use in the waiting room”. I step out to catch some air and play some music with my ukulele as I’m waiting for my appointment and remind you I’m outside the building the security comes outside and say I need to stop because it’s causing to much noise on the inside, So I stop I come back into the waiting room only to be told that even though we made an appointment we don’t know what time we would be called in? That’s why we came in early this morning and made an appointment so that we wouldn’t have to wait as long and here we are waiting for our appointment at 2:00pm and it is 2:57pm. Ummm the last time I checked appointments were set to be met with those who scheduled them? Overall this clinic is just terrible service, no sense of urgency and or help in this place. Hopefully in the future things can be more organized and taken more professionally.

While vacationing on the mainland from Hawai’i, I had the misfortune of damaging my crown. After calling several dental offices who couldn’t accommodate me, I was thrilled to find Bright Smiles in Grand Junction. From the very first phone call, the staff was very professional and went out of their way to work me into their busy schedule. When I arrived, I promptly received the dental treatment I needed and everyone was so kind. Kudos to Dr. Clifton and all the staff! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Mahalo nui loa!

The staff here is exceptional. They make your child so at ease, my son loves to come here. Place is immaculate . I am difficult to please, and I am always well pleased with my child’s visits.

I fully trust Dr. Clifton and his staff. His hygienist gives me the most thorough cleanings I've ever had, and she's super gentle. They recently fitted me for an occlusion guard because I have TMJ syndrome from grinding my teeth. I've gotten so used to chronic jaw pain that I had no idea how much better I could feel. After getting the occlusion guard, I noticed improvement right away. My jaw doesn't ache any more! Dr. Clifton is very honest and takes time to explain treatment and answer questions.

Dr. Clifton and his Bright Smiles staff are the best dental team in town. I wanted IPR for years and was blown off by my old dentist who told me I needed $5k braces instead for a tiny straightening Dr. Clifton did in one visit!

I have gone to Bright smile for 3 years now and just got done with cosmetic reconstruction. I love them! Now I am not embarrassed to make a big smile. Dr. Clifton did such a great job. His front desk is always nice and helpful.
