This facility is great, my grandmother has been here for a while and the nursing staff is excellent, the care she receives is amazing. Any issue I have it’s answered in a mannerly time, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t think of a better facility to have my grandmother at.
I'm a CNA at long Island care center. The facility is a great place to work at, the staff is very friendly and kind. I love working here and taking care of the residents, I love to make them feel at home. Our recreation team is great, they always encourage the residents to participate. We have an awesome Rebah center and our nursing staff is great.
I'm a CNA at long Island Care Center, I enjoy working here I've been here over 30 years. The staff is very friendly, I love taking care of the residents and making them feel at home and loved. One of the best facilities I've worked at.
The facility is very clean and the staff are very kindly and helpful. The recreation team is the best, they’re very creative and fun to work with, they make very thing easy. They keep the residents and staff entertained, with all the fun activities.
The ambiance is good, The staff are approachable, compassionate to take care of each and every residents. The recreation department is very energetic and creative, they always make the residents feel at home.
The recreation staff have been very helpful and accommodating and I would say the same for the rehab staff. They make the residents feel at home.
Very reasonable and courteous; and efficient. Recreation is a great department they keep us entertain with all the activities and the nursing staff is very helpful!!
My sister has been here a little over a year and a half. From the first day the staff has always been exceptional. They are caring, friendly and always professional. The facility is well designed and beautiful. Every time I visit, it's very clean and always smells good The nurses, RNAs, therapist, kitchen staff, cleaning staff and administrators are all dedicated and amazing people. They even remember my name and my husband's name when we visit twice a week. They have great activities and special functions for the residents all the time. The activities director decorates the dining room for every occasion. The balloon sculptures are so creative. Last night I visited and they had a candlelight luau with fresh flowers, great teriyaki chicken, decorations galore and even had live hula dancers. 🌴🌺 I thought I was on a cruise ship❣️This is an A+ facility with an A+ staff. I am blessed to have my sister at Bonita Hills Post Acute.🙏
Very friendly people but not good responses to your needs especially the nursing staffing no good doctors I'm sorry to say the reviews are very sad they don't help they take a long time to respond I'm saddened that they don't take care of the people doing. I need to add something new to my review my husband was discharged Thursday and back in the hospital on Friday he had fluid in his lungs the doctors at the rest home did a test on his lungs and told me there was nothing wrong but yet he went into the hospital
The RSS staff. Is absolutely amazing. And just about the only thing good about this facility. But once you’re done they literally couldn’t care less about you. They had me pack my bag in the lobby and then I had to wait for my Uber on the side of the road because once you have your phone you have to be off premises. I also was hospitalized a few days while I was still admitted to RRCOOC and when I came back from the hospital THEY THREW OUT ALL MY PAPERS. MY BATH AND BODY STUFF. Packed my clothes and threw it in storage. Moved me out of my room. It was like all the work I put in meant nothing. Didn’t even know I was coming back because they don’t let you have your phone when you’re ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL nor would they return my call. I called everyday and left messages asking about what my status would be and they made me feel beyond forgotten about. I was self admitted. I didn’t have to be there. I went for me. And I did leave early because of how I was being treated. I got the tools I needed to get sober. But after that. Anywhere else was better than being in that rehab. Their policies need to be looked at again and fixed. It’s a damn shame because I truly loved it there for a little bit. Felt safe. Supported. I was happy. But the way they did me dirty just is unforgivable.
I called to pick up my friends belongings. Today is Friday, July 12. I was given until Friday, July 12 at end of day to pick up the belongings. I went to pick them up and the employee. Lucinda threw them away. All of my friends belongings are gone! These people lie, they cannot be trusted. So don’t trust them with your sobriety or well-being because they will just mess you up further.
Perfection. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs any assistance seeking help from any recovery. The CNAs truly make you feel like family they go out of there way to attend your needs. My experience here have been amazing and if I'd ever need a place to go The Orchard would be my number one. It is located in a sweet town of Whittier.
Caring, competent, and attentive are ways I would describe the staff I have interacted with. They bring out the best in my sister. Nursing staff, rehab staff, activity room staff . . . Several times staff have “gone the extra mile” to help my sister in her healing process. I am most grateful for The Orchard and its staff.
Very pleased with my aid and the service that the agency has provided and Shanta and JAMES have always tried to please me.
First, I would really like to start off by saying if you are looking for a great place to go, don't hesitate because you would not be disappointed. I would like to take this time to acknowledge some extraordinary people that make this program special. (1) Frank, he's the driving force behind making this program elite. The guy is very personable and has a great passion for his duties and make sure every client needs are met. I've had serval interactions with him and all I have to say that he is a class act and I just want to personal and publicly acknowledge you. Keep doing what you're doing! (2) Joan (nursing staff), Hands down simply the best! can talk to and would listen and would never judge you, but always have warm response to give and cared from her heart! Thank you to the entire nursing staff! Shout out to Johanny nursing director who assisted me in facilitating a few issues.(3) Nicki, words can not describe the passion and heart of this women! She is absolutely amazing at what she does and the confident she restored in me will never be forgotten and I just want to say that you are heaven sent, because you know how to touch different clients from all walks of life and whatever they are going through you have this way about you that makes clients feel like no matter how big is the storm, you will get through it and that's an amazing quality to have. She is tailor-made for this job. So keep changing lives and restoring faith in humanity! (4) Matt and Nick) what more can I say about these two counselors, they know there job and helped me get things done that I've never seen happen in a New York City minute in the many different other facilities ive been at. Keep up the great work. (5) Housekeeping, Kitchen staff and maintenance five star service thank you. (6) admission staff and Travis, thank you for all your hard work! (7) RRS, Nick, Mark, Will, George, Paula Maira, thank you guys for allowing me to vent, even though I talked a lot and got you guys in trouble for falling behind on your work. (8) Last but not least, the best dresser, Kenny!! Thank you for your sincere conversations with me. Didn't tell me what I wanted to hear all the time, but I truly respect and appreciate you! and I love the way you uphold the values to the program and it shows in your actions. much success! My reason for this review is to shine light on a wonderful program and people that are making a difference. A lot of times we as clients need to appreciate the little things and understand its not a easy job dealing with 75 clients or more and when you have a facility that runs on the core values of respect and dignity, I want to recognize that so that the world out there knows that they can send there loves one to RRCOOC and they can rest assure that they are in good safe caring hands. The gentlemen that owns the place (Jose) and you can't even tell, is a caring young man and just want to say keep doing good for man kind! God Bless you guys at RRCOOC.
Awful place. I feel sorry for the people who ended up in there. The Staff is not profesional on what they do. They DRUG the people they are supposed to care so they won't be dealing with them. They rather keep them drug so they will spend days , weeks just sleeping. This place shouldn't be open. I feel so sorry for all the old sick people who end up in there.
Members of The Orchard healthcare team are genuinely caring and hard-working. They run a tight ship and work well together to provide comprehensive care. Ancillary staff was great as well and helped maintain facilities and keep daily activities running smoothly. Reassuring to know PIH, a state of the art hospital, is literally next door, and that their hospital doctors help oversee transition of care.
Having been in several nursing homes, I can tell you that this is the best of the lot. The employees really show that they care about you, which I consider the most important factor. They also have a nice campus where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun and gardens. In addition, the Activities Dept. goes out of its way to decorate for the seasons and holidays and offed daily sessions to keep patients active and interested.
I am utterly disappointed with the level of care provided at Long Island Care Center. My dad was transferred in as a recovering patient from trauma. During his stay here, he contracted a urinary tract infection which was left untreated for an unacceptable amount of time. It led to a kidney and gall bladder infection, and he almost lost his life again. He was scheduled for intensive physical therapy but never received the required amount of time until we complained. They refused to change his colostomy bag until it exploded on him, and once ignored his pleas throughout the night. My brother had to call the late night number and demand his exploded bag be cleaned and changed. Following the next day, my mom found that it was not properly cleaned and my dad slept in his poop.
Despite repeatedly bringing up concerns about my dad's discomfort and deteriorating health, I was told there was no doctor on sight, and when I requested to speak to a doctor, they told me they would reach out. The doctor never reached out. My dad was placed in this facility because we were told this was the best option for him to have intensive physical therapy. However, after realizing that he was not going to receive the care he needed, we made the decision to discharge him from this facility. At that point, my dad had already suffered from an untreated UTI that led to another serious kidney and gall bladder infection. After surviving over 6 surgeries, this was our worst nightmare. Their negligence led to his condition worsening, resulting in unnecessary suffering and complications. He ended up back in the hospital for 3 weeks.
The lack of attention to basic medical needs is appalling and raises serious questions about the competency and compassion of the staff. It's unacceptable that vulnerable residents are subjected to such neglect and disregard for their well-being.
I strongly advise anyone considering placing a loved one in Long Island Care Center to look elsewhere. No one should have to endure the neglect and incompetence witnessed here.
The owner and staff of the Orchard truly go out of their way to provide the best care. They are very professional, friendly, and kind. The facility is massive and very clean. Not only is the food here delicious, the food is personalized to your wants and needs. I would highly recommend this place!
This is not a treatment center. It a shelter with a group from time to time. They treat the clients as if they are inmates, restrict your movement, and spend almost no time outside. The program does not allow anyone to use pens as if the patients are a danger to themselves and others (psychiatric ward treatment). If there is any legal trouble in your life or family court problems, the program holds it over your head as a consequence for not complying with the programs ridiculous restrictions and policies. Don't expect to get any completion letters for anything less than 28 days, unless you can pay for the time. You will be told one thing over the phone and as soon as being admitted, they switch up what was said. You'll here things like "that's not conducive to your recovery" or "you don't fit the criteria for that".The medical staff is incompetent and you'll have to go to them for your medications 10 times before its done correctly or at all. I can give personal examples of each of the situations I've mentioned above but it would be 10 pages of incidents. Try Seafield Recovery center in Long Island, New York or for a long-term option check out Phoenix house (I'm not affiliated with either program). Best of luck in your journey through recovery.
I have found none of the activities listed in the website here. Patients are left in their beds if they need help to get out of bed, unless they are going to physical therapy. The social services dept is totally inept and rude in my personal experience. The nurses are nice, but some need more training. The only activity is watching TV or playing some games in the cafeteria for an hour. Sad.
Recovery or rehabilitation is slow, if at all. And definitely not as described in this brochure.
Do not use this facility. While I was there the Aide got a dirty basin to bath my brother. I would not allow her to use it and she was very annoyed at me.
The Orchard has a team of exceptionally skilled professionals who prioritize the well-being of their residents. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the level of genuine respect and kindness whenever the staff interacted with both residents and their families. I recommend this facility to anyone in need of EXCEPTIONAL care!! Trust me when I say you won't find a more compassionate and dedicated team anywhere else. :)
After seven years of dedicated service at Orchard Post Acute Care, I am thrilled to provide a glowing review of our workplace. Our facility consistently maintains high standards of quality care, ensuring the well-being of our residents at every turn. The commitment to cleanliness is evident in every corner, creating a safe and hygienic environment for all. The lovely gardens and orchards make our workplace feel peaceful and calm, enhancing the overall atmosphere and contributing to the healing environment we strive to cultivate. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere among colleagues creates a sense of community and camaraderie, making every day a joy to come to work. I am proud to be part of such an exceptional skilled nursing facility that prioritizes quality, cleanliness, beautiful surroundings, positive management, and a friendly environment.
My dad has been to a few skilled nursing facilities for his stroke and dementia care, and this place was extremely accommodating and humane in aiding his needs and personality. If there were any health issues that arose, I would get a call from the nurses about his status immediately. They provided a lot of excellent rehabilitation care for him, and were also welcoming of the hospice services we eventually procured for him after his benefits were exhausted. This way he was able to continue having PT, OT, ST, chaplain visits, and an additional person to come take him out to the community areas (when he didn't resist the idea).

The nurses here and in elderly care are superheroes in my mind as well, all of the physical things they do to care for a human are above and beyond. I've definitely been humbled in seeing how they work so hard here, and patiently, to help some very challenging patients and in nerve wracking moments.

The staff was also extremely helpful in explaining how the Medicare benefits worked, I called Dory in their billing department countless times and she was expert level about the whole process, and kind, patient in our conversations. Marcos, our social worker, was also one of the best people we've encountered in our process - he worked to find us a more suitable memory care facility for my dad. He also, per California regulations, did not have to hold a bed for my dad after he was hospitalized for a period during his stay, but did so at our request.

Going through a stroke and all of the challenges for our family in managing our dad's vacant home, personal, and business affairs - this staff was truly incredible and helpful. Elderly care is not an easy world to navigate, and there are a lot of unethical practices in elderly nursing (PLEASE do call your CAHNR or the posted ombudsman if you have issues or even questions about your elderly parents care or duration of stays/benefits, they are there to help and will do so in educating you). I found the La Habra Convalescent Hospital / Bonita Hills staff to be transparent and accommodating.

Also - this place has recently been remodeled. It went through the remodeling process while my dad was there - a bit hectic but we dealt with it - and it went from a drab outdated look (albeit very funky 70's) to a much more modern, lighter looking facility. The rooms could use some work, but I think they're doing those slowly over time. The facility has a community dining room, activity room, and large outdoor courtyard all remodeled. There's a few parking spots assigned to visitors, and I've usually been able to find a spot. Also nearby, I would get coffee from Terra Mia.

One negative about this place is that if there is a room change, some belongings have gone missing. So if your parent has memory issues they will most likely NOT be able to track any of their belongings. I also left a CD player there that was broken as someone loaded two CD's in at the same time (it is older technology, but use YouTube to learn how to operate a CD player!) They also took a very long time to get him an eyeglass prescription when he lost/broke his glasses.

I just recently graduated from collective recovery. Through them, I have learned the skills necessary to remain sober and focused on my big picture of what life is and what I want out of it. They are love and life. I wouldn't be where I am today without the love and Dedication they have shown me. They are in it to help people. Thank you so much Chris!

I've been in Sober Living for a bit, and it's been a wonderful new change and experience to proceed with my recovery. I absolutely love my Therapist, and I appreciate all the positive feedback, advice, and help that I've gotten and will continue to thrive because of it!
It's so wonderful to see how much the girls and I have all grown and accomplished at IOP, since my first day at residential. I'm so proud of all of us!
This place is horrible. A family member had an awful experience with the staff. I have NOT seen a worse place where people are not treated with respect. Don't even think about taking your loved one here. They Don't even deserve a star.
Having worked with the Haven for many years I can confidently say their team is one of genuine compassion and integrity. Offering a full continuum of care, anyone receiving help from the Haven is in good hands.
Very friendly staff, they really care about the patients
My son has been to dozens of facilities, and this by far is one of the best ones I believe it is because his counselor Danielle Paddilla is fantastic! She is making sure my son has a good aftercare plan. She takes the time to call me back to answer any questions I have. I believe she makes all the difference. Thank you Danielle!

Fit Rehab Center is dba CJ Physiotherapy. I came here for PT for a torn meniscus and worked with Dr Guyeon Chung over the course of 10 sessions. Dr Chung was great to work with: he was kind, compassionate, competent, and always able to answer my questions and provide advice and guidance as I progressed in my rehab. With his help I was able to regain good mobility in my knee and start a walking and exercise program at home.
Sharon in the front office is patient and kind. The assistants in the treatment area are all encouraging and helpful; they also keep the treatment tables cleaned and the equipment organized. I also observed various staff members speak English, Korean, and Spanish to meet their patients’ needs. All of the staff wear masks although it is not required of the patients.
Overall I highly recommend CJ Physiotherapy if you require PT. The staff is outstanding and the facility is clean and well-equipped for anyone’s needs.
I was admitted to The Havens inpatient program in August of Last year. I was facing felony charges and was recommended by my probation officer due to my addiction to heroin and methamphetamines. Most of my life , I have been addicted to something and everything at one point or another and have never felt I had real purpose or much direction in my life. The Haven has changed my life. It is a safe space to help you help yourself. If youre looking for a solid program with solid people who know what youre going through, and dont judge or shame you, The Haven is that space for you. They don't do it for you... No one will. Yet, The Haven will fight for you, fight with you and support you through the toughest times of your life. I am Haven alumni. I finally have direction and purpose in my life and uts my own. I owe it all to myself and the unwavering support I recieved from The Haven. Just over a year ago, this heroin addict was sleeping on the floor of her mothers house, hotel rooms and even in cars. Today I am a college student, a supervisor and a mom. I am now living on my own terms. Sober, living life and Free....please take a chance on yourself, it could be your last and get to The Haven. If I can do it, anyone can. ✨️ And we are all here to remind you of that..YOU are worth it.❤️
The staff at Brookville Home Care did a wonderful job of carefully selecting the right caregiver for my Dad. Their professionalism is top notch I highly recommend them. We couldn’t be happier with his caregiver!
The staff and clients at the haven are some of the most supportive, caring and helpful people I have ever met. The Haven is hands down the most effective and amazing treatment I personally have experienced. Thankful for everything the Haven has taught me.
The Haven has been a great learning and motivational experience! I’ve gained a lot of great tools to sustain my sobriety! The facilitators (Sally,Ty,Amy,Lana,&Deanna) are truly caring and supportive! And The community is also filled with great people in different stages of recovery! if considering IOP I Highly recommend The Haven!!

I had arthroscopic knee surgery in Feb 2023. My doctor wanted me to go to physical therapy to strengthen my leg prior to surgery as well as post op for recovery. Dr Choi at the La Habra office is a fantastic doctor who not only is knowledgeable but more importantly listens to his patients. He was attentive and tried different things each time I mentioned an ache or set back.

It was so easy to change my appointments around because they are extremely flexible and willing to help out in short notice.

I was lucky enough to get a total of 4 rounds of PT through my workers comp insurance. So u can believe how well I got to know the doctor and his staff. I’m so so great because of Dr. Choi’s treatment.

Hopefully I don’t have another injury, but if I do, you bet I’ll go back to see Dr. Choi
This facility without a doubt changed my life. This had been my first time in treatment and I was very skeptical and scared. The staff really made me feel so welcome, my counselor checked in with me as soon as I came in and sat with me a while in my room. My counselor was Yvonne who was tough, but so attentive. She pushed me to dig deep into my addiction and sharing to help relieve my anxiety. The groups are great and they really give you a chance to speak openly and freely. They have weekly town hall meetings with clients and staff to discuss improvements they can make to make clients stay and experiences better. They also have drop boxes for grievances and suggestions that are checked daily. The nursing staff for the most part including are fantastic, Jessica was my favorite. The food isn’t awesome but Rita in the kitchen is great with substitutes. I didn’t see Psych until my 3rd week which kinda sucked.. but Dr. Gomez was great. He and I discussed medications that would help with my anxiety and depression. Overall, the staff was friendly, caring, and treated me and other clients like human beings and not criminals. The other clients welcomed me with open arms and were also a great support system. I was lucky and went in with a great group of girls I still keep in contact to this day. Thanks RRCofOC!
This place is horrible!!!! Do NOT allow your loved ones to stay here. They dont even deserve 1 star. Some nurses do not wipe the patients with Alcohol before checking their sugar level. I had to take my grandma to dialysis since they couldnt schedule transportation. When i got there the CNA said she had transportation. I told him no thats why I'm here. He went to get the nurse. the nurse Z Smith was so rude and unprofessional. She just said to me, "you are taking her " and walked out of the room. I waited 20 minutes she popped her head in and i said, "how am i supposed to take her without a wheelchair or oxygen? Again, she walks out without saying a word. Thank God this nice CNA was able to help me with the oxygen and wheelchair. They didnt provide me with her document that she needed to take with her to dialysis. My mom recieved a call stating my grandmother was going to the hospital for a blood transfusion on a Saturday evening. The next day my mother called in the morning to see if my grandma was here at the home or ar the hospital and the receptionist couldn't answer yes or no. A simple question. My poor mom kept calling. She lives about over an hour away so she wanted to know where to go to see her mother. I finally called around 1pm and they still wouldnt answer. I dont understand why they cant. Why they cant simply say yes or no. What are they there for? They kept transferring us to the nurse and no answer. I dont know why they need a nurse to tell us if shes here or not. We deserve the right to know where our loved ones are at all times. I had to drive myself there to find out. She was there all along and wasn't in the need of a blood transfusion. There are more complaints on a daily basis. I can go on and on. I've observed how they treat their patients. There's a few who are really sweet and caring and actually do their job. I've expressed our complaints and I've yet to receive any follow up.
I will forever be thankful for this place and the amazing staff there for giving me the first step on the road to recovery. I cannot express how much support and love you receive from staff. They are all there for you and you can feel that from the beginning. Even after i completed my 28 days i was able to call back and speak with staff about how i was doing and they really cared that i was on the right path. The food was good and the facility is amazing. It is an old hotel which was semi triggering at first but soon became a comfortable home. You are allowed to smoke. If something is wrong sir fix a lot there will always get it fixed right away. They also have town hall where you can voice your suggestions and they listen which i think is amazing!! Counselors were compassionate and helpful throughout the process, and use the discharge planners! They are amazing and there to help you!! Nikki, zonalise, Beth, Yvonne thank you from the bottom of my heart. These are all amazing ladies that helped me become sober and stable enough to take my next step in life!!!
I had a very pleasant experience. Every staff member, including management, went above and beyond to make sure clients are comfortable and acknowledged. My counselor Aimee is an angel and very compassionate. If anyone is struggling with addiction, then this is a perfect recovery center to heal. You can feel the healing process as soon as you walk in! I definitely recommend this center for love ones who may need guidance and support to recover to health.
Since 2017 the staff and leadership of Brookville Home Care have seen us through life as only family members could. They have been with us when our mom entered for just a few weeks of hospice care and our dad in assisted living for four years of loving care. We always knew he was beyond well cared for. In fact, his care was extraordinary. At the end of our Dad’s life last month, the staff stayed with us and cared for us as much as for him. They grieved with us and will remain in our hearts forever. Not sure what we would have done with James as the leader and most particularly Abdul as his main caretaker and Derrick picking up when Abdul was out. They made a team and cared for him like he was their own father. I would most definitely rely on them again if we ever need home health care or assisted living care. Wonderful leadership.
I highly recommend Brookville Home Care.

My brother-in-law was admitted to Harbor House with advanced dementia and Parkinson’s Disease. He manifested extreme Sundown's symptoms, often awake and agitated throughout the night. The Brookville aides assigned to him skillfully handled his care, no easy task. It was reassuring to our family that he was looked after compassionately.

To make a long story short, we never had to worry about him when Brookville aides were in charge.

Brookville Home Care has been caring for my mom in her home for several weeks. We have been very happy with the care she is receiving from wonderful, loving, well trained aides. The office staff have worked hard to accommodate our schedule requests. I’ve found the whole team easy to work with and very professional.

Very helpful and professional. The staff is very caring and attentive to your needs. I would recommend Brook ille Home Care to anyone.
The haven was genuinely the most helpful and healing experience of my life and has given me an opportunity to get nearly 9 months of continued RECOVERY. I say recovery because I have been to several other rehab facilities and sure they can get you sober but The Haven has shown me how to achieve prolonged RECOVERY and quality sobriety. Big shout out to Danny with the intake team as well as Cami the programs director and everyone else involved. From the inpatient to the outpatient to the therapy and drug testing its all very professional. Is it easy? No But getting sober and staying sober is HARD. The haven is one of my biggest sources of gratitude in my life and if anyone needed a recommendation I would recommend them.

EDIT: 2 years and 8 months and counting. It just keeps getting better, as promised if you do the work. Love you Haven.
My mother was a patient for a week sent by St. Jude after seeing the facility I couldn't believe how unsanitary and filthy the place was, the rug throughout the facility has never been cleaned since the place opened and they have the nerve to put the word hospital on the sign. If the owners were sick would they want to spend the night in their own facility?. Pull the rug up!!! They are under staffed and should not take on more than they can handle which is a licensing issue. Most of the staff were attentive to my mom's needs
But there is a issue of a person privacy that will be addressed.

Fantastic physical therapy center. Dr. Anthony Choi essentially healed me from a lower back injury sustained at work. He’s highly knowledgeable and very good at asking questions, listening, and prescribing the best treatment plan based on your symptoms. The facility is also immaculate, the equipment is top notch, the staff is kind and accommodating. If you’re in pain, this is the place to go!
Too notch quality rehab care. They are focused on your wellbeing. Clean and well kept center with state of the art rehabilitation machines and knowledge. I’m glad I found this place.

I know the owner of Collective. He is a real example of giving from the heart.

The staff and environment of Collective Recovery are second to none. You will not find a more caring group anywhere.

I am highly satisfied with Brookville Home care…
For FIVE years the same healthcare aide has been taking care of my mother.
My moms needs are attended to, she is well fed and happy that she can remain in her home.
Brookville home care provides this great in home service which makes me comfortable knowing that my mother is well taken care of. The office staff is very pleasant and easily accommodating of any my inquiry I have had.
Brookville Home Care (BHC) has been providing a full-day home health aide for my family member in their home since 2017 for 2 or 3 days a week. We have the same aide unless the regular aide is on vacation (a couple of weeks in the year). If we needed a substitute or when we changed aides, the administrator, Mr. James Condra, has been very helpful and cooperative in arranging for training of the new aide. Usually I do a few hours of orientation with the new aide and stay overnight the first day just to be sure my family member is comfortable and the aide can get oriented in the house. We have had several aides and all were very good (kind, wanting to help, following instructions). Mr. Condra has never "left us in the lurch" - he has always provided an aide at the scheduled times. I can recommend BHC.

Excellent staff
Website got me all the info I needed.
Great laid back calm atmosphere. Great recovery based therapy.
I think the staff at this facility are kind and from what I’ve seen it’s a clean facility as well.
I have been in & out of recovery for years now. The founders of this place are a true example of hope and unconditional love. They never give up. Me and my husband both are sober and living wonderful lives today because Inspiro. I am forever greatful and highly recommend this place to anybody who suffers from addiction. 🙌😘😍

This is an amazing place to learn to live again clean and sober!! Its more than a treatment center, it’s a family!! They hold events and meeting to help people have a safe place to have fun! I highly recommend it for anyone struggling with addiction.
Inspiro is a place where their focus is saving lives, not only saving them, but helping individuals find purpose and meaning.

The Haven has transformed my life. Before that my life was in shambles and rapidly declining. Through their program I was able to recover and gain a life filled with purpose & happiness. I've found a community filled with love & support. Thank you for saving me from myself.
