I always enjoy shopping here on the occasions I am in George
I feel there is good variety and well costed.

What a pleasure to walk into this shop.and shelves are being packed with fresh produce. Staff are friendly and the shop is well stocked. Thank you, some Checkers branches can come and take lessons from you.
Best shopping center nestled in the neighbourhood with a wide variety if stores and shops and also featuring a gym. This is definitely your goto mini mall I. George.
This shop almost never has the fresh milk that is on Xtra savings promotion available,
but otherwise it is one of the better Checkers shops in the country (I travel a lot). The location in Stirling is excellent. Parking is sometimes a problem, but it seems like most visitors do not spend much time as it is a small destination shopping centre.

They charge R2 for a small packet of nick nax. A spaza shop charges R1 for the same thing.
Their pampers nappies are also about R50 more than at the spaza or Pakistani shops.

Noticeable improvement in customer care. Cashier at till 13, a breath of fresh air. Fruit and Veg department staff very friendly and helpful.

I went in to purchase the two for 130/135 rand pump water and was told I have to pay full price as the promotion was finished- take note it’s the 31st January and I collected my 4 packs of water off the ON PROMOTION table! That’s just the start of it not only was I ripped off having to pay full price but I still got laughed at by the staff when my first attempt with my card resulted in it being declined (I’m a regular at this Pick ‘n Pay and to be laughed at and ripped off is heartbreaking) when will the ill mannered staff be called to order and have respect? One would never know.

Staff are friendly and informative. They are led by manager Dirk who is just as good at his job as his Staff are. Love the fact that hearing impaired Staff are employed here. Always clean. I've been shopping at this branch on and off since I was a child accompanying my parents. Real long-lasting quality service and products.

I like to shop at this Checkers, as long as you don't need any bread rolls, or food from the deli. One person serving and you wait forever. Happened now about 4 times to me
Checkers Nahoon always impressed by their quality and service. They have a clean and spacious store with a friendly and helpful staff. They have a good selection of products, especially their meat, cheese, and wine departments. Their prices are fair and they often have discounts and specials that I can benefit from using my Xtra Savings card. Their Sixty60 app is also very handy and fast, and I can order groceries online and get them delivered to my door in less than an hour. The delivery drivers are courteous and efficient, and the packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. I would highly recommend Checkers Nahoon to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable supermarket.
I recently(today)had a positive experience at Checkers, where the service and assistance were commendable.
The staff was helpful and attentive.
However, I must mention that the prices of fruits and vegetables seemed to be on the higher side, which could be a consideration for budget-conscious shoppers.

Often end up with time expired or almost. This time round cordon Bleu fat spread baught 15/12/23 actually dates back to 04/23 and 09/23. 04/23 was covered in blue swam even deep inside.
Love shopping there, but must exercise more control over the disabled parking. Had to walk up from the lower level on crutches because a Hartwig and Henderson security vehicle occupied one of disabled spaces.
Tempted by the fresh burgers being made at the entrance. I decided to order one. Instead they gave me an old cold burger that was on a pile next to the stall. So, I asked for a fresh one. But they insisted that the cold one is fresh. I then asked if I could exchange it and they denied my request. I didn't feel like arguing, so I left.
Turns out that burger was so old that it couldn't have been made today. I am severely disappointed.

The staff at PNP Bluff have no professionalism.
I have had two encounters over the span of 1 WEEK.
Buying meat from the butchery not only takes long but the staff actually look at you waiting and ignore you.
The wine store in the grocery store is always closed and when I ask for it to be opened, a staff member rudely just told me to go to the liquor store.
It's only when I called the manager that I got service and when the manager went about his other duties, the staff continue to be rude.
My second encounter, today, trying to buy goods, a customers card keeps declining and we are told to go to another till and when we approach the lady at the next till, she rudely tells us to go back in the line and walks away from the till.
When I complained all the staff look at me and don't help, only when I called the manager (I had to physically go to the manager and get his attention because not even the supervisor yet alone the cashiers would call him) then they all had something to say in their defense instead of assisting me.
It seems the staff have no respect for customers yet alone their own manager. One staff member spoke so rudely to the manager when he questioned why I was not helped.
Poor service. Will not be going back to pnp bluff.

Store is clean and tidy but staff isn't that friendly. Do not advertise your store as a Sassa point then say there's no money, even if it is so, I think the mamagement is quite rude when approached. Cashier still helped us afterwards and was kind, maybe after the renovation, management needs a renovation too 🤔
My local pick n pay branch I've been coming here for a number year's now. Your store has good staff and is very clean, a pleasure to shop at. Unfortunately I'm sad to say about disappointed with what I saw. I see that your branch offers pension payouts. That's a great service to the community but there is small issue when doing that. It's old and sick people waiting in line. If it was me some younger person we can stand for hours but the olderly and sick can not. They do problems to stand even for 5mins but they have to in order to receive their Grant's. I saw someone leave today because he couldn't not stand for 20mins in the line. Please to managers of the branch do you mind providing chairs for the elders even if it's for a a little while. They are our community and your supporter's too. Thank you
I have enquired about my online order through Mr D which is over an hour late. Received no correspondence or communication. My order was picked at 10:45 and should have been delivered by 11:11. I am still waiting for the store to call me back as to when my order will be delivered....it is now 12:27pm

firstly you dont deserve a rating.being a anchor tenant at this centre you show be responsible for horrible parking attendants .they are rude ,disrespectful and abusive.they have no repect for disable people.remember disability is not always visable.your store manager should address customer concerns with shopping centre management.these car gurds report to this management but that centre manager has no manners, in taking control of a complaint. she cant express herself poor ,lack skill and care.come on pick n pay its time you address this .i am disable with a vehicle disable sticker this white guard guard refuse to remove cone from disable parking.i had get out of vehicle remove cone and get back into vehicle and into the parking.

There should be an option for "0" star, I got body shamed by staff after enquiring about the cake sizes, I wanted bigger size cake but was told by staff I am already big" escalated to the TL but who brushed me off by saying "his Staaf tried to joke" that same joke lost them a R5000 order.
Whenever you call to enquire about something they give you false information but when you get to the store you surprised with completely the opposite of what they said on the phone but either than that shoprite is a great store.

Ordered a cake and cupcakes for a gender reveal from them and it was absolutely devine and beautiful. Everyone loved both the cakes and cupcakes. Will definitely be ordering from them more.
Best homemade bread, croissants and other delicious treats. Delicious and affordable breakfast / lunch options with great service. Small play area for kids

Busy as Checkers Nahoon may be, the friendly and professional service is always on point. Please also note the all access ramp they have giving wheelchairs and trolleys to all the shops on site. They also have a wimpy here, for a quick bite after that family shopping.

Very quite in the evenings! Thankful for easy parking and a store that had plenty to offer. The teller was friendly and the staff where helpful. The parking was very small and can imagine when other stores are operating it can be busy and tough to get a parking.

Beautiful and tasty cakes, I got a 30cm picture cake with chocolate and strawberry sponge and fresh cream. It was flavourful yet light at the same time. Service was quick and accommodating!
Well for bringing services closer to home and preventing residents going long distances. This includes Mega City (not so mega) and the other one at Pilani. We still find ourselves having to go to the suburbs where they shopping malls are complete shopping and entertainment experience. Did the planners think we want just that?

I don't know why black people lower their standards or respect when serving customers. I myself am black but I know what customer service is. I simply asked since I didn't know how to get capitec cash send money from the kiosk and a nice lady said I can get it from the tills. After standing in a long que I'm then told I need to go to the money market in a rude manner being asked don't I know the money market. I was so furious and about to leave when another lady from the till assisted me. I'm just appalled.
Purchased from these wonderful ladies twice already and absolutely loved the cakes and snowballs... Very professional,neat and well presented!!

You always find long queues and the cashier's are too slow. After shopping you have to wait for more than an hour just to pay for your items.
Definitely my baker of choice . All her cakes and cupcakes are super moist and devine. Her chocolate brownies are by far the tastiest no bake brownies I've eaten. Keep doing what you love Belinda♡

2. Except the above mentioned reason, I like it because it closer to where I live.
3. It safe to shop in it.
4. It closer to the banks and the security is perfect.
5. Friendly customer care.
6. Very helpful desk.
7. The money market and the liquor store is there so i can send money and buy some liquor here. So I had a great experience.
8. You can buy tickets and walk to King Zwelithini stadium and have fun while watching your favourite team play.

The atmosphere is energetic it shows that it a Kasi shopping centre.

It's a beautiful place, calm and neat. Apart from the aforementioned the place is way safe, security and/or patrollers always on duty safeguarding those who are not the residents thereof... Hence if you are not from there feel free to visit the place
