This morning I spent a large amount of money at this store. The gentleman on floor assisted me beautifully. However the teller kept calling him to get another order ready and even at the till kept reprimanded him for assisting me and not getting a phone in order ready.not being young I certainly appreciated him assisting with lifting the boxes of alcohol I bought. Never will I go back there
The store is now shoprite. However the service is still excellent.

As most of us know It is common decency to greet people when coming into contact.
Unfortunately the staff here have a terrible example from I believe the owner's daughter that helps run the store who hardly lifts her head up from her paperwork even when she has to serve us at the till. This carries forward to general communication within the store....there is no real leadership of the team who all seem really nice but are not trained with simple customer relation skills.
Our group of friends have all experienced the same problems here and have stopped supporting this store.
Hopefully the management use this review to change things for the better and place leadership in the front that is actually inspiring for its staff and ultimately the customer who wouldn't mind a smile for its patronage. Come on guys, these are business basics.

I paid for an order on the Mr d app using my card and I never received my order.. Please assist???

It's a dump!
Drove past the place on the way through Durban. Anyone stopping on the Berea would be brave to do so. The entire Berea area has been reduced to a dump.

A bit cramped but great deals and well stocked fridges. Friendly staff and good service. Bottleneck at the tills.
The bro DJ who owns the store is such a lad. He brought 2 bottles of tequila for my brothers 21st last week. DJ is so friendly and loves his cricket
Good selection of all the usual beers and ciders, plus some unusual wines and whiskeys for gifts. Very convenient and safe roof parking in Windermere Centre.

Sad to say but absolutely disgusting customer service at Windermere centre not exactly sure how to describe the employee without offense…she’s probably a lot older than the rest of the staff with middle eastern heritage. I was assisted by a younger female with such a pleasant demeanor but the lady that finalized the sale was such an arrogant person Ive interacted with her a few times now and always the same experience she sighs with irritation & is not helpful at all!!! You guys really need to get more polite staff!!!!!!! Will never shop here again!!!!!!!!!
Great friendly, professional service from staff. They are very helpful and accommodating. I feel that they could have a better range of drinks and stock more brands and variety. It's somehow limited. Also their pricing is not that good. Quiet high compared to other liquor outlets, but I guess it's because they are a small outlet in a shopping center. Still, a convenient place to get something if you need it.

It's a good shop, with competitive prices. The only issue is that, it's Shop is a little smaller compared to other shops and such movement is harder especially closer to the end of the year. I don't know whether it's how the shop is packed or maybe the actual size of the store is the issue. As for staff, sometimes you get good service and sometimes they give you attitude 🤷♂️

Small store, poor stock, lots of loitering in front of the store
Their fridges were cold enough,it was not packed when we got there,easily accessible, except that their cashier side is too small in termsof limitation, it's not spacious at all and there are nor clear signs of where to follow the que...and maintain social distancing, rows to move within the store or by the passage are too close

Very welcoming and convenient, if you're within the area you can even use uber eats to get your alcohol delivered. Would recommend a stop if you run out pass retail hours!
