I can't comment on the food, but the coffee is great. And it is much quieter than other spots nearby, so you can hear your friends talking. Excellent spot.
If you enjoy dining with glacially slow service and servers who rival sloths in speed and enthusiasm, this is your spot. I've visited multiple times hoping for improvement, but it seems apathy is the house specialty. Bring a book—you'll finish it before your meal arrives.

A truly amazing vegan feast! This is vegan farm house breakfast, with avocado, broccoli, roast tomatoes, greens and delicious tahini-esque dressing and carrot 'lox' with sourdough. All the staff are truly amazing and selections of lunch time salads are very special.
Amazing, healthy soul food! Great atmosphere! Small lunch buffet from 12 with locket salads and a main dish. Great for vegans! The farmhouse breakfast and the scrambled eggs are amazing!!
Very limited menu and starting to resemble a junk food restaurant with too many burgers and wraps. I suppose they're succumbing to the tastes of the general public rather than setting the trend for healthy eating. Apparently they no longer offer broccoli even though it's on the menu.
Also the staff are very unsure of themselves. They seem very young. I don't know if they get any prior training or if they get paid a decent wage.

I usually come by to get a smoothie here, however I won’t be coming by again. It appears they blended plastic into my drink as when I took my first sip I just got a sip full of white plastic pieces. I took it back and they offered to make another one, but this experience disgusted me so much I told them no thank you.

I had the same at the durban north branch which was 100 💯 better . Here even our coffee was cold.

I wouldn't really recommend this branch as they have untrained employees and food takes a lot of time. They don't know what ingredients to put in what dish. Very unprofessional and untrained.
Restaurant is nice and clean, food really good, smoothies too thin first time, but perfect later after feedback

Very cute and cosy café. The staff are helpful and friendly. The Covid19 regulations were followed. The offer delicious vegan and vegetarian options. The coffee was so so so good! Make sure to stop by and enjoy their breakfast/lunch options
We stopped for breakfast at Spirit Cafe. I had the spinach and feta muffin and hubby had the Turkish egg breakfast. Hubby really enjoyed his breakfast. Good selection of vegan / vegetarian type dishes. Very friendly service.
Their salads and veg bunless burger are always fantastic!(here with a kale salad and my friend got brown rice with pesto and zucchin - wow! ) Always freshly made and a great variety. I am not vegan but love to eat lunch here! Great coffee and friendly service.
