constantly speaks to you in condescending way; has even told me there's no point in putting vitamin e on a child's scar as it has no healing properties when attempting to be proactive.

constantly suggesting medications that are not needed and has went to the extent to deny a requisition as she could not control the conversation with vaccine persuasion.

most appointments result in additional stress, not solutions - she does not like when you question or do no agree with her. . after Dr. Metcalf retired service has definitely declined.

Had an appointment scheduled for both my kids. Randomly decided to call to confirm appointment. They told me they couldn't do the appointment that day as the doctor was off. Guess no one was going to call me to tell me know of this change or even a rescheduled appointment for them.

Dr irum abbasi has been extremely caring. I came to canada with a high risk, precious pregnancy and dr irum saw to it that I was taken up by a good obstetrician asap. In the meantime, she did all my tests, and kept my file ready. She has impeccable bedside manners. Explains everything through and through. She kept in touch with me and genuinely cares for her patients. She's the best dr I've come across in this part of the world.

I would give 0 stars if possible, I have been going here for years, These people never pick up their phones it seems it is always busy and impossible to book for anything.

the other thing that makes it very hard to work with these people is they cant even open PDF files as they do not know what adobe acrobat is so I had to print the document scan it as images and send it back. This is a first for any office I have ever had appointments at across Canada.

I am leaving this review after the final straw broke the camels back, I needed to get some documents signed for my insurance to cover a drug that was prescribed for me to take as a result they did not tell me until after everything was signed that there is a $60 fee to do this. What makes it even more suspicious is when you need to pay for the form the etransfer address goes to a personal email of the doctor that signed the form rather than the medical business which makes this fee just seem like an extra way to charge for something.

At no point was this fee ever discussed as a requirement and they just make sure to tack it on after everything is done.

Impossible to book an appointment. Phones are always off the hook and when I do finally get an appointment they book 2months out. Absolutely atrocious.

Great experience every time I need to go in! Dr. Abbasi is very professional and always takes the time to address the reason for my visit. She is very kind, patient, compassionate and always makes me feel very comfortable. I never feel the visit is rushed. Dr. Abbasi is definitely a medical professional who truly cares about her patients!

Dr Iram Abbasi one of the worst doctor. I was very happy to find a family physician in Kitchener. I only have four appointment with her. During this four appointment she just harassed , threatend and forced me to complain to the college of physician for my gynaecologist that I have 19 years ago. When I said "NO". She gave me the letter that she cannot be my family doctor in future. I am not sure how she can use her patiant for her personal hate to this gynacologist.
