To Koutouki tis Elenis

Slight overpriced and touristic.
Quality depends on the order choice. Grilled meat plates is nothing special, common grilled meat that you can find in any other place. Cretan Salad was very nice though.
On the positives is the location and the cozy decor.

Good honest homemade food, exactly as advertised. Only negative is that the taverns is a victim of it's own reputation as a good place to eat, and the bill was on our table literally as we finished our meal. Dessert? No chance, we want your table back! Taverna literally next door has just as good food, and you are far more welcome there.

I loved everything about this place, the decoration, the food, the smiling girls working and the very polite Kyria Eleni herself! The fish soup was even better then my own Greek fish soup and only that explain it all.😃
The taramousalata was one of the best I've ever had and my husbands home made squid stew excellent. Except tourists, many locals who knew Kyria Eleni ate here which means that this is a good choice.

We are here for another 5 days and will come again for sure! Highly recommended!

Very good local restaurant in a lovely colorful street with typical greek food. The skordalia, the fennel fritters, the sardines and the roasted eggplant were excellent. Fast and very kind service. A great address in Tinos!

The cuttlefish is to die for. Big portions, but make sure to ask the waiter about what the plates come with. Eg the shrimp spaghetti is a huge portion, but there is no sauce. The description of the plate is shrimp spaghetti though, so we should have asked in advance.

If you want to try authentic Greek cousin then you have to visit this place.
(+)taste&quantity: delicious food like the one you can find on traditional Greek families. Portions were quite big. I had the pork with feta cheese and I was excited in every bite.
(+/-) prices now a days are a bit expensive but OK this place is on average. For the above dish it was 11 euros. 5 dishes, 2 appetisers , 1 salad, 2 beers, 1 cola and 1 water for 91 euros
(+) service was excellent, very polite, smiley and gave us also so recommendations on what to try
(+) atmosphere: very warm decoration makes you feel like home.

A nice place to have authentic Greek cuisine in Choria. Nice friendly staff and sweetly decorated lane. I tried the fennel fritters, pork & rice, Koutouki salad. Not extraordinary but good.
