We never write negative reviews as evidenced by our profile. This one deserves it. Major mistake stopping there.

Just wanted to rest our feet and have a coffee.
Would not serve us just coffee we had to purchase meal. Not just one to share but two.

Too tired to leave we tried to order several choices.

Every one we asked for was unavailable. Settling on the "special". We had lukewarm rice dishes with mediocre toppings.

To boot. Coffee was weak and frankly not very good.

Recommend giving it a pass.

Interesting that it's listed as "Renoir". The signage now says "Runoa" so there must have been a recent name change.

Overall, a great experience. Staff made a great attempt to speak English and ensure I was well taken of.

Had Vienna coffee and it was pretty good. Worth a try.

Perfect quick breakfast and coffee/tea.

Ridiculously expensive coffee and tea! Hot chocolate even costs 700 yen! It doesn't even taste extraordinary!
The tables are too low, really bad for the back when you're staying quite long. When you look at every other customer reading a book or working on their laptops, their necks ot backs are all bended as if everyone had scoliosis, because the tables were no good for the height of the chairs!

I gave it a five star base on their staffs’ friendliness and how they were so attentive. This place serves coffee, teas, pantries and some foods.
