I've went as a couple & as a group. Both times was equally great experience. The candy and drinks is behind the counter so it isn't self service. They do have flavors to shake on the popcorn. Lemme tell you the Carmel be hitting the best. 💜

State they have closed captioning devices but what's the point of having them if they don't work. Spent money on large popcorn and drink for nothing since we had to leave after their CC devices weren't working. Theater should have offered something for having wasted our time and money and not being able to enjoy movie. Very disappointed. Please fix your machines. It's hard enough for deaf people to find places to go watch a movie with CC devices.

Pretty clean. The popcorn is good, but
they need more staff at the snackbar. The seats are comfy. You do not have stadium seating but there is a slight sloping elevation which helps with the view a bit.

Good surround sound, AC was warm which it shouldve been cooler, ol skool fold down seats.. I like it, but its like a throwback to the 90s theater

I visited for the first time today, it's an "ok" location, but will definitely not rush here as we have many other options to choose from.
My first big concern, maybe this is not entirely your fault. IMDB listed $5 Wednesday, everyone, not just seniors. I was surprised when I was told $8, then was told that was just a senior price. A third party needs to work on this issue, please.

Secondly, restroom was over flowing with water on the floor. The positive though, the auditorium was perfect, great seat and perfect sound. I will nitpick, you should have more employees on hand for a June afternoon

This place is a pretty unique charm. Feels like it was built to be a fun modern attraction 20 years ago and the neighborhood around it devoured it. If you want to visit somewhere semi post-apocalyptic but still good escapism vibes I'd recommend this joint. There are much cleaner theaters that are fancier nearby and there are cheaper more deserted ones. This is a good middle of the road choice. A little on the dirty side and at a very busy intersection.

I watched The Whale here. Was surprised by but really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere; the seats are very close up to the screen, relative to larger movie theaters. I had a great view, and the seats felt a little worn but were very comfy. No shifting around or any swampy nonsense for the whole two hours.

I also enjoyed the retro-esque ambiance of the halls themselves. The inside has neon tube lights that you can hear, a touch that really made me feel immersed in the movie going experience.
