Great place for weddings and events has small kitchen, plenty of parking.

This is a cute little reception hall. You can rent it out for special events. They also host a trunk or treat every Halloween. The site where this is also is the location for the Floyd county 4-H fair. It has a large seating area And dance floor. They also have a full kitchen that you can use when renting. The back of the property lines up with community park on grant line rd. You could honestly walk from Newlin hall to the park. The entrance is easy to pull in and out. There are two exit locations, both on opposite ends of the property to easy congestion of traffic. The parking lot is paved, however if you have an exceeding amount of guests then the over flow parking is on a grassy area. During the fair they have, demolition derby, animal shows, tractor pulling, and many other activities.
