Lived here for a year and had a incredible experience. Apartment was up to date and exceeded every expectation. Amenities we’re amazing with my favorite being the basketball court. They have a incredible team of people helping the residents day in and day out. Joana, Atdhe, Don, Ariel, Jess to name a few were always so welcoming and outgoing, they were part of the reason why 21 india street really felt like home.

It's a great building with fantastic management team . We met with Graciela and she helped us through out the entire process . She is extremely knowledgeable of the building and the area , very professional and polite . She made the entire process very pleasant and quick . Highly recommended!

The building staff are wonderful, friendly, and happy to help when questions come up. The Management is helpful to address specific issues with the apartment and most of their leasing agents are prompt to respond to questions.

Stay away! I do NOT recommend living at the Greenpoint. The front desk team is wonderful and warm; however, building management is difficult, unfriendly, and hard to get a hold of. From my experience, the leasing agent, Gratsiela, was extremely unprofessional. Lots of problems in the building that do not get resolved. Answering calls or responding to emails is not a thing, apparently. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

The front desk workers, maintenance, and janitors are super nice in the building. But move anywhere else, between no hot water, blackouts, and pipes bursting your money can be put towards a better building and management group.

On paper, great building. In reality, too many issues; constant construction, amenities not working/closed, continuous smell of weed (luxury building or college dorm?) and you'll get nothing from management. I would recommend anyone thinking about this building to avoid like the plague!!
UPDATE: The "management" team is the worst I have ever come across. If you have an issue, don't expect a response and if you do, don't expect a solution. They are completely dismissive and unprofessional.
Don't expect your security deposit back. We just received our check after 30-days and were $700 short. When we questioned this (the apartment was in a cleaner condition than when we moved it as it was filthy then), this was owing to an electric bill - a $700 electric bill for a one-bed apartment! All residents have just been hit with these bills and management has been completely rude and dismissive. I am seeking legal action.

I lived here for three years and strongly recommend prospective renters avoid it. Mack management is terrible. We had a water leak in the corner of our bedroom that was not fixed for those entire three years, despite dozens of requests. This was the case for multiple tenets when I lived there and one had to actually sue the building to get things fixed - I just choose to move out. Parts of the building are in continual disrepair, as if construction never fully finished. Management is impossible to get a hold of, and useless if you do. This place markets itself as a luxury building yet is anything but that.
