Management company is absolutely horrible, avoid at all costs. Both times we negotiated a lease they withheld or misrepresented facts that would have had an obvious effect on the rental value of our unit. Both times. Do not trust anything they say during a negotiation.
You would think that, considering how high the rent is, they would at least be responsive. It routinely takes at least a week for them to respond to an email or phone call, despite multiple follow ups.
Their systems are a total mess. You will get bills from multiple places, with seemingly arbitrary amounts.
The porters and concierges are great, but they have no control over the management company.

While the staff physically present in the building are lovely, the leasing office and overarching management company, pinnacle city living, is awful! DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will lie and deceive to get you to move in. Purposely hide construction plans (whole building is under construction). Word the lease to allow them to make any alterations to your unit as they choose whenever they want without your consent. The list goes on an on. Many tenants moved out when the management company changed and I can see why!
