The store is garbage! Totally agreed! I brought my box into store around 6:55pm and they told me they cannot ship it because the computer is shut down and they are ready to close. They told me to come tomorrow. But on their website it shows that they close at 7:00pm, 6:55 not 7:00pm! My box is big and I have to carry it back to my car. Garbage service for sure!
This store is garbage. Rob refused to give me my packages and claimed they never arrived, I called the cops and magically they appeared. This store has been withholding my mail and lying about it, that's a Felony. (18 U.S. Code 1708 - Theft or receipt of stolen mail matter generally). UPS openly admits to withholding my mail, and claim it isn't illegal. I saw a Judge about the matter, Bothe the Judge and US Law Code expressly state this is a Federal Crime. UPS should fire everyone at this location and hire some people who understand Customer Service and basic US Law. Enjoy prison.
The bald guy (sorry he didn’t give me his name) here refused to take my UPS surepost packages in. He kept telling me to send them to USPS. 😤I explained to him several times that surepost is one of UPS services and all he needed to do was to scan the upper barcodes. Unfortunately he didn’t believe me and I had to drive to the other UPS store on Ogden. The other store scanned all the packages in without problem.
There's a young man with brown hair who is consistently pleasant, courteous and efficient each time I visit this location. Even on 12/13/21 around 5pm when there were boxes behind the counter literally stacked to the ceiling.
I wish they were open every day, during normal business hours, but I understand that they're short-staffed. The modified hours are clearly posted on the door.

Have a package that really wanted to go out today. Checked the UPS site: Open 'til 7:00 p.m. Drove over there only to find that they closed at 4:30 p.m. Sign says they are short of staff. Well, at least have the decency to change your times on your page so we don't use our now-very-expensive gas to go all the way there, only to find you closed. Not good customer service!
Shipped an item through this location in february, item was lost or damaged in transport a few days later. I filed a claim in the store, initially the employee didnt want to believe me about the item missing even though it was ups's fault, and it says it went missing in the tracking history. Has been 2 months still have not heard about getting my insurance refund that i paid for. Contacted store multiple times and they cannot provide me with a valid update. Will never use this location again.
Packages from this location arrived at destination several days late and opened.. I've been to multiple UPS stores in the surrounding suburbs and have only ever had issues at this location. The guy who seemed to be the manager was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what he was doing, however the employee that took over after he needed to go in the back seemed to be confused over the difference between pounds and ounces.
