I just visited this Building & it Looks Like The Carter From off of New Jack City . Hardcore elderly Dope headz & crack head tenants all in the hallways waiting on the plug to pull up . They falsely advertised 1 Bedroom, But it was a walk in closet with the dirtiest stove you ever seen in life . And the stove was electric , with only 2 pilots. Look like they Bought it from the dollar store Back in 1970. The inside of this Building Looks Like a ran down Motel the older fentanyl headz took over . Or more like a shelter for elderly people with serious drug & mental health issues. Whoever owns this property should Be the definition of a slum lord . I Ran out this Building So Fast 💨 this Property looks like a nightmare, just on Clinton street instead of elm street

Lived here for over 22 years with my mother and 12 yrs by myself. Great balcony view, some staff are cool others hate for no reason like any other place but they provide great services. If you able to afford the rent I recommend it 😀Just stay away from the gossip and leachers you'll be fine.

Have worked here for just about 10 years.....it's easy to bash our buildings...our response to repairs is within 24hours depending on the category of repair. Housing leaves tenants waiting for months at times years. We do our very best with what we have... To all those that DONT like the site.....feel free to move.

Just don’t. Save yourself the hassle and try to find a place you won’t be scrambling to move from in a year. Like me.

I would refrain from doing business with this management company. I was in contact with the manager Samantha and everything was going great. Filled out the application and payed the background check. I went to go see a few apartments and we agreed on sending her an email to solidify our decision. The apartment we were interested in wasn't finished so we decided to push back our move in date (6/1). I emailed her the decision (4/17) and received no response. Then followed up over the phone and her receptionist said she received the email and would respond. No email received. Followed up again via email (4/27) and waited a week. No response. I called the office and got a hold of Samantha over the phone (5/4) and she was rude and seemed annoyed at my call and inquiry on the availability of the apartment we were interested in. I emailed her twice and waited 3 weeks and no response. Communication here is obviously horrible. Glad I dodged this bullet.

IF YOU LIKE TAKING A HOT SHOWER EVERYDAY DONT MOVE HERE. IT'S ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH HOT WATER.( ((ALWAYSS)) WE GO WEEKS WITHOUT HOT WATER SOMETIMES!!!. DON'T LET NO BROKERS TRICK YOU INTO THIS PLACE, THEY COULD CARE LESS AFTER THEY GET THEIR CUT. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!! THEY POST THE SAME " NO HOT WATER NOTICE" EVERY MONTH. WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM. I REGRET MOVING HERE & YOU WILL TOO....
