My wife and I (along with our baby + puppy) have lived at 325 Kent for nearly five years and couldn’t be happier here. It’s such a special place - the roof views are some of the best in NYC, it’s a very family & pet friendly building, and the staff is truly 10/10. Plus, the proximity to Domino park is such a perk - I take my family on sunset walks along the water every night. It’s amazing!

The entire building staff and management team at 325 Kent are truly amazing, they are friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist, their commitment to Residents shines through in every interaction. They host the most beautiful events creating a sense of community. Not to mention the views from the rooftop, especially watching the sunset which is always so special!

325 Kent is exceptional in every way from the friendly, welcoming and attentive team to the breathtaking views and beautiful amenities. From the moment you step foot inside, you can feel a unique energy that sets it apart.

I have been living at 325 Kent for a year and a half and have nothing but fabulous things to say about the building and the staff! It is a very safe and comfortable living space and the amenities (fitness center, club house and roof access), are incredible. Best views of the city! The shuttle to the subway was very convenient for my daily commute to work. The staff at 325 (special shout-out to Michael and Manny) always go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about this building! We’ve lived here for over a year now and love it. The apartment finishes are great and rooms are spacious, creating a very comfortable living space. The amenities, from the well-equipped fitness center to the stunning rooftop terrace, are outstanding. What truly sets this building apart is the exceptional staff who are so attentive, responsive, and go above and beyond to make you feel like home. Manny has been a fantastic addition to the building! I’ve lived at 325 Kent for almost 2 years now and have already signed for another. Everything has been such a positive experience for me from moving in…to the day to day. Residents are super friendly and staff is amazing Manny, Michael, Frank, ect greet & help me daily - I cannot thank them enough. The amenities are a major plus from the roof to rides on the shuttle with Bari to L when I’m running late for work. A friend recommended me 325 Kent and I recommend to anyone who’s looking in Williamsburg. Happy to call it home!

325 Kent is a great choice for those looking for an apartment in Williamsburg. I’ve lived in the building now for two years and just re-signed for another two years. My actual apartment and amenity/roof levels themselves are clean, new, and well maintained, but what really makes this home is the awesome team they have, from the front desk concierges who greet us every day by name and with a smile to the management. It’s never taken more than a day to get a response to a question or service request. As a plus, this building offers sick views like this one from my terrace. Highly recommend 325 Kent!
